Great bar/restaurant to relax in!

Easily accessible from the road. Room clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Food was alittle under cooked but the service was good. Over all I would go back again.

Was travelling on the university grind and stayed here. The service was great and the rooms were lovely.

Rooms are small but clean. The entire building smells like cigarette smoke with the exception of my room which is non-smoking.

The rooms smelled and the air conditioning filters were very dirty. Half of my family is sick now from breathing in the dirty air.

Could see the dust build up in areas that hadn't been vacummed in who knows how long. Bathrooms are cramped.

Room stank of smoke and woke us up in the middle of the night (supposedly a non-smoking floor)

Quality Inn in Massena N. Y. The stay was horrible. The hotel hallway and elevators smelled so bad, you had to cover your nose. It was nauseating. Like someone didn't bathe for a year. It was gross! Never again will my family stay there again. Then a staff member just walks in our room, never knocked on the door, just said oops sorry. What the hell, knock on a door if you want in the room. We had just got into the room. Thanks for a horrible stay. Michele.

We had stayed overnight for a job that we. Had a neighbor complain about loud music that wasn’t loud and slamming of the doors. We had a rude neighbor down the hall threatening people saying he was gonna beat someone up if he hears a door slam again me and someone else took as a threat and try telling the guy at the front desk about it he didn’t do anything so the cops were called.

Quite a few members of our family stayed here recently. We were in Massena for the funeral of another family member. The hotel was very welcoming and gracious. All staff that I had contact with personally were very nice and accommodating. Anyone who has ever spent any amount of time in Massena knows that this building has been around for what seems like forever. So, yes, it's an old building and shows some age in some areas, but it's nothing that would keep me from staying there again. The lobby is nice and breakfast was good. Keep up the good job!

Asthetically very nice. The rooms was a little small. And the heating / AC was not working correctly. When I called about it, they told me to open the window to fix the problem. Nothing like getting up three times to open and close the window over the night.

The room was not clean there was old food in the freezer ice buckets and water cups in the fridge! There was black hairs long ones in the bed when we pulled sheets back and long black hairs in the wash clothes. The wash clothes and towels were all stained yuck!

Probly the best place to stay in massena. Friendly staff as well.

Overall, an enjoyable experience. Expensive for the area it's in, but not unreasonably so. Service was quick and the food was enjoyable with fairly large portion sizes, especially the appetizers.

Housekeeping remade the dirty beds from the last guest instead of putting on clean sheets. They didn't clean the bathrooms either. Staff was nice and offered a new room rather than a set of sheets, but the second room had the exact same issue. He upgraded us to a suite that finally had clean sheets but the bathroom wasn't quite up to par. I don't expect much from a Quality Inn, just simple and clean accommodations! No one should pay to sleep in someone else's pubic hair and skin flakes, so make sure to check the sheets. I contacted management and have yet to get a response, so perhaps this is their approved way to cut corners.

Loud crowd in bar. We could hear it in our first floor room. Nice big bathroom, very clean rooms with nice beds. Great place to stay.

I used to work there, very clean, wonderful and friendly staff. Great breakfast room, a nice bar and restaurant.

Went to eat at the restaurant inside the hotel. It was burger night and very busy. The waitress was very good though and the food was excellent. Good prices and a nice atmosphere.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was so great. We especially loved the kind gentleman that did the breakfast room. Always so cheerful and quick to help when needed. A perfectly beautiful room too. Loved our stay!

Rooms were nice. People were nice. Attached restaurant was fine. Free laundry machines! End stairway was leaking water, rusty, damp and smelled. Stairs were slippery and not very safe. Use center stairs or elevator!

This was my second time staying at The Quality Inn and I had an absolute wonderful time! A hotel with smoking rooms? I was very happy! The fireplace and decor in the lobby were cozy and beautiful! All staff were professional and very friendly. The guests were friendly as well. The restaurant/bar was excellent and the prices were very reasonable! … My only recommendation is to upgrade the smoking rooms.

I was with a friend for a few moments. The location was beautiful. The hotel well maintained, and staff, friendly and attentive.

The first thing tou see is a very clean lobby. And the prices are cheap and the drinks are amazing at the bar. The pool is a very amazing blue and wonderful.

Was in town to attend my cousin's wedding. When booking the room, I had asked if there was air conditioning in the rooms and mentioned that I like a cooler room. I was told the thermostats are individually controlled in the rooms and I could set how I wished. This was NOT the case when I arrived Friday evening. The thermostat was set at 75 and would not go down any further. When I asked I was told that is as low as it will go. Saturday morning the air stopped working and the room was 78 when I left. I returned Saturday evening for the night to find the room just as hot. I had to go to the front desk and ask for a fan to try and stay cool, where I learned that the AC was not working in the building and there was no idea of when it would be back functioning. Definitely did not sleep well either night due to the heat and trying to get ready for the wedding was difficult as the bathroom lights contributed to the heat. Also, the vending machines didn't work and the toilet was not working properly and I was told that is just how it is when I reported it. Definitely will be staying at the Econo Lodge in the future!

I stay here each week for business. Excellent staff good rooms.

Parking left something to be desired. Lots of ice made bringing luggage in a problem. Room was ok. Nice fireplace on the lobby.

Location is downtown Massena; easy access to everything in town. The room we got is very large, a bit dated, and clean except staff forgot to empty one trash bin from a previous guest. No glass carafe for the in-room coffee machine; when I inquired, was told just to use the paper cups for single-serve. A bit odd. As our room is at the end of the hall, there is a heavy fire door leading to stairs and outside; well everytime someone goes through it, you can hear an enormous "BANG" when it shuts.

Took wife and two other couples there to celebrate her birthday. Food was fantastic, good selection of draft beers and wines, service was excellent, portions were very generous and the noise level was low enough that you could easily talk to anyone at the table. All three women felt we needed to make the drive there a lot more often as it was such an enjoyable evening! Probably the most surprising thing was the bill, half of us had daily specials, but the bill was still only about two-thirds of what I had expected.

Visited restaurant only. Will return soon. Great food, lots of it, terrific service, didn't have drinks, acceptable prices especially considering quality and quantity of good food Loved it.
