Very clean spacious rooms that have everything you need in them. Friendly owner that was accommodating of us checking in late. Cute gift shop. Green Mountain coffee roasters coffee in our room, quiet. Just great! So glad we chose to stay here even if it was a short stay!

It's a wonderful place for your family to visit… clean rooms, friendly people… close to fine dining and tourist attractions. Blue Spruce rocks!

Currently, I have been staying at the Blue Spruce for the last three weeks for a travel nurse assingment in Massena. This place has totally exceeded my expectations and the online photos do not do the rooms justice. I expected a hotel room with a kitchenette and what I have is a small apartment with separate bedroom and living spaces. The location is great and the owners are extremely nice and accomodating.

The hotel was super clean and accomidating, very understanding about a late check in. The rooms are oversized and very clean! I was very happy when, personally escorted to our room and wished a good night. Beds were large and very comfortable. The bathrooms were also very nicely sized and they also had good towels! Super satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We were extremely happy with the accommodations What a nice, CLEAN, quiet place to lay your head, when traveling. Loved the friendly owners. It was fun to feel right at home. Only a couple things we wished for. A harder pillow on the beds and the outside soda machine was empty. But it was March. So maybe the colder weather was the reason for that. All in all, I'd stay there again in a heartbeat! Cleanest place I've ever stayed it! Wonderful.

Can’t begin to explain how fabulous this place was to stay at. Like visiting family but with a lot more privacy. Immaculately clean and homier than home. We loved it here. We’ll be back for sure! DO NOT PASS ON THE DONUTS!

Great place, excellent service. Like a home away from home. Fully furnished with all new appliances and dishes, pots, pans, ect. Bed was very comfortable, very clean rooms. Like a small apartment for the same price as a single queen bed room at every other hotel around. Would highly recommend this place to any and everyone.

I was looking for a hotel near Canton for my business trip and couldn't find anything nearby. I saw the Blue Spruce Motel and from the picture it seemed very ordinary and common. I only booked one night in case I didn't want to spend two there but when I arrived, the owners were so friendly and helpful and the room was great with a full kitchen, living room and separate bedroom and bath. Whenever I am in the area I will just reserve a room here rather than look for anything else.

I would choose to stay at this Motel again in a heartbeat if I ever visit Massena again! I have a great stay here. The owners were incredibly accommodating and the room was spotless clean! 5 stars!

I've been staying at the Blue Spruce for 6 months now because it has the best blend of service, price, room cleanliness, convenience, and family touch. Gina and Mike have made my stay a memorable experience. Their Wednesday evening dinners are lively and fun. It feels like I have a second family. Matt.

Wow what a great find! I came up to the casino and we could not get a room there because it was booked. Last minute found the Blue Spruce Motel. When we pulled in I thought oh boy hope its going to be ok. Well it is more than ok. Owners are pleasant and friendly. I could not believe all that was included in our very reasonably priced $100.00 room. More than a room its like a tiny apartment… full kitchen, living room, bedroom bathroom. Cozy and comfy and most of all Clean! It was quite obvious that the owners are trying to bring this place back to life! Great Job! I will be back next summer only this time on the motorcycle and I will stay for a few days :)

This place is wonderful. Normally don't stay in Motel's but this is just like being at home. Room was very nice and comfy. The owners are very friendly and are helpful to any needs you may have during your stay. When I am in the area this is where I would stay.

Pleasantly surprised with this Motel! VERY clean you can tell that it is an older Motel that the owners wanted to bring back to life. It is an older motel but not one to be over looked. The owner was very service oriented and went above and beyond. When was the last time the owner was there and walked you to your room and even unlocked the door for you. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Did I tell you that they were very reasonably priced!

We were blown away by the excellent customer service provided by owners. They went above and beyond in offering assistance and service. Very convenient location to the airport. Cozy, clean, comfortable rooms with all the essentials. Nice outdoor seating area with fire pit and tables. Cute gift shop. Wish we could have tried the homemade donuts. We will stay here again.

This is the best place that I have stayed at In my working out of town times. Mike and Gina are the best! I have made some new friends and have been reacquainted with some friends from the past. Wednesday night dinner! Never had so good working away from home,,,,, I do and will brag the Blue Spruce up!

I have thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The owners Mike and Gina are amazing. The most friendliest people. Their son William has made a friend for life with my dog Minnis. We enjoy a home cooked meal on Wednesday night. They also have a garden filled with all kinds of vegetables that any guest is allowed to pick and use. I highly recommend if you ever get to Massena New York, make sure to book your stay at the Blue Spruce Hotel.

This motel is a home away from home. It's beautifully decorated and the owners are onsite and amazing. It's a beautiful peaceful friendly place. Our grandfather passed away and we stayed for two nights it's reasonably priced and very clean we plan on making this place a new family tradition every year. Thank you so much for providing us with a great place to stay.
