Jerry and Marcy are great hosts! I called around, more for less money. Quite, I don't even feel like I need to lock my door.

We recommend Lakeview Motel and Apartments because they are a member of our chamber. By being a chamber member it shows that they want to improve their business, the area's economic growth, and give back to the community.

I stayed here (in the Lodge) for my wedding in October 2016. This place has stuck in my mind as outstanding! Marcy was a wonderful hostess and the place was jaw-droppingly immaculate. Plenty of room and bathrooms for my wedding party. I may or may not be daydreaming about going back for an anniversary weekend ;)

We had family come into town and needed more than we could handle at home. The staff was super helpful on the phone and family said it was an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for one night with two of my friends when we were visiting a college in the north country and we loved it. We knew we wouldn't be in until about midnight, so we called ahead. The staff told us that it wasn't a problem, they'd leave the door unlocked, the key inside, and even turned the heat on for us, telling us not to worry about payment until the next morning. We showed up just before 12, had no problem getting into our incredibly well equipped room, and settled down. The room was much more than I expected with a full size stove and oven, a full size fridge, microwave, and full sink. The Wi-Fi was free, incredibly fast and easy to access and the room was spotless. Can not give this place a high enough rating. We could see straight across the St. Lawrence River to Canada from the room. Only downside, as with most of the north country, is how far some of the larger towns are. But that being the only existing con, I certainly plan on staying here more often. Awesome little motel with great staff and great rooms.

We stayed here during one of the bass fishing tournaments and it was a delight. Neat, clean, friendly staff, and very reasonable for what we got. Marcy even arranged for a kitchenette at no extra charge. It seems they go above and beyond to make customers happy. Will definitely return.

Very impressed, the kitchen has everything for cooking. Lots of windows for light! the people are very friendly! the view of the lake is super nice as well!

We LOVE this place! My husband and I drove from NH for a quick overnight visit to see my mom in the nursing home. We arrived Saturday afternoon and fell in love with the place! It feels like a home! The motel room has a full kitchen, appliances, and dishes. The sunset was amazing over the water. We booked another night! We will become frequent visitors!

This is my family's favorite place to stay in the north country. The rooms are comfortable, nice kitchens with full size refrigerators; comfortable beds, and most have a nice recliner. Add to that, Marci is awesome. When I call to make reservations, she seems to be expecting my call.

I loved the stay. The owners and staff are absolutely amazing. I'm blessed to work at an amazing resort in Alexandria bay so I'm usually bias but this is a wonderful place to stay. The scenery is beautiful and the rooms were very clean. The kitchen is supplied with everything one could need. I'm so glad I stayed and I can't wait to come back!

I stay at Lakeview every year when I visit my family. Marcy, Jerry and the entire staff are wonderful. Rooms have all amenities. Beautiful view of the St. Lawrence river. I wouldn't stay anyplace else.

What a great place to stay. We spent the weekend in the lodge. We have four kids, ages 10 (triplets) and 12 and there was plenty for them to do. The pond in the back was perfect for them: fishing for bluegill and crappy, chasing frogs, tubing around. They spent hours there each day, and we could easily watch them from inside or on the deck. Plus, we were right across the street from the Seaway, where we could walk over and take advantage of the sand beach, where the kids could swim and tube around. The lodge was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was big and made it easy to prepare home cooked meals. The family room was comfortable and large TV made for good chilling out. The beds were very comfortable. The outside deck was huge, with the extra long dining table and grill for cooking out. Marcy and her staff were more than accomodating and made us feel at home and provided good insight of the surrounding area. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the Lakewview Lodge and will definitely consider returning again next summer!

My husband and I stayed in one of the Lakeview's warm, spacious two bedroom apartments while in Massena on business in February. We were always warm as can be, even during sub-zero weather. We were very pleased with our accommodations, and Marcy's hospitality. Would love the opportunity to stay there again in the summer. Perfect location to view the beautiful sunsets on the St Lawrence River.

Last year I stayed at the Lake View on and off for about 8 months while I worked out at the casino, and let me just say there is no better place to stay than here! I travel for work 75% of the year and this place was by far the best I've stayed at. Marcy and Jerry were beyond hospitable, huge front yard with chairs and BBQs, great view of the St. Lawrence; definitively made my stay in the north country a good time!

I've stayed on and off at the Lakeview for 6 years. Marcy is the kindest person I've ever met. Always surprising me with some of her unbelievable tasting home cooked meals. Bubba is the coolest dude you'll ever meet, I've shared a few beers with him and chilled with in the front yard enjoying the breeze from the St. Lawrence River. I Love this motel here in Massena because it's like an apartment with a kitchen microwave plates and everything you need. Right across the street is a jogging path a restaurant, bar and a golf course. It's just a fantastic place and Marcy & Bubba have become life long friends.
