This hotel has a bed bug problem. A local company got rid of them. But the hotel won’t pay. Sad business practices. What kind of shady hotel Is this? 🤢 No bed bugs for me.

Staff were amazing! if we needed any extra linen they were quick to get it. We stayed for a week and even during busy stressful times they all had smiles on their faces. We had a slight issue with the A/C in the bedroom and they had it fixed immediately. We will definitely stay again when we travel back up here in the future.

Rooms very dusty, found dinosaurs behind curtains just not clean how they should be and could hardly find anyone at front desk and if rang bell they were acting as if I was bothering them, common areas pool, gym, halls and elevator were clean and quiet!

They had a really bad breakfast. It was only 2 items. Took 20 min to wait to make a pool slot and when we came back to get one it was magically filled up for the entire day. We asked for our room to be cleaned and it never got done. They just seemed rude when our key cards stopped working the second to last day of our stay. We will not be staying at that location again.

I went swimming in the pool. It was as warm as bath water. So far room service is great, and the room is super quiet with lots of room.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. Was very impressed with the rooms and how comfortable the beds were. They have an indoor heated pool which is awesome and a free breakfast. It's in a safe area. Would definitely stay again when in Elmira.

Stayed here to rest up while driving back to the city late at night. The man workings nights at the desk was super helpful, check-in was a breeze, and the room was just what you'd expect. Slept through breakfast, but they had some tasty coffee and muffins available later and couldn't help but notice the pool was packed, so it definitely seems to be a hit with kids.

This gem of a hotel is perfectly located between Corning, Mark Twain's Elmira, and other lovely vacation spots: next door to great shopping opportunities but tucked away enough to feel like you're right by the mountains and lakes. Wonderful heated pool, good internet, fine breakfast, spacious rooms, and a helpful and accommodating staff make this a spot to keep on our family list of places to return to.

Enjoyed my stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Elmira, NY. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available with the usual variety of breakfast foods and coffee. The gym had a smaller assortment of equipment but was clean and well maintained/organized. Definitely would recommend.

This hotel is nice however it could use a general renovation. Our first room was sort of mildewed but the front desk changed it for us right away and the second room was fine. Just needs a little tender loving care to update carpets Etc. Otherwise very nice hotel.

Was put up in hotel for work. Not a bad place. Decor is a little outdated but nice. Great cheap hotel. Complementary breakfast was decent. Overall good service and nice place to stay.

This hotel sucks house keeping staff is rude and very UN professional. Food on breakfast bar was nasty and hot food was often cold. When I tried to report the problems to management the shurged me off. The good points about staying there was close to mall big rooms, and pool was great. But if I had to pick a hotel for curious staff and hot food this would not be it. I would never stay there again but definitely not unless I was some how compensated for this bad experience.

Was a really great wknd, fantastic value even got upgraded couldn't have been any better.

Bed Bugs! Went for a few days of R&R and was disgusted with some of the staff. I arrived, paid for my room in Cash, unpacked and went to shower. To my surprise the shower chair I had requested was missing. I called the front desk and they appallagized but waited another 3hours before receiving it. To my dismay after my shower I grabbed a towel to dry off and discovered BEDBUGS on it. I showed the housekeeping personal and they laughed. The buffet breakfast was cold eggs, bacon etc. The receptionist gave me hell because I had requested the shower chair. DO NOT go here.

My wife and I stayed here because the area Hiltons were full (we're HHonors members). So I signed up for Radisson Rewards/Club Carlson for a discount rate. Was informed via the app that it was paid when booking. The hotel had no payment, payment info or any info regarding my membership and stay. They had my name and dates for confirmation but nothing else. Sounds like a corporate problem though. Hilton is WAY more efficient and user friendly. Although it's not a bad hotel, there's nothing special to bring me back. The staff are all wonderful — friendly and accommodating. The property, on the other hand, is in need of some freshening up. The entrance road, grounds and front entrance are poorly lit/marked. We were worried that we were pulling down the wrong road at first. The room amenities are on par with most places (iron & board, microwave, fridge, good cable TV selection, hair dryer, ice bucket). But there was no informational booklet of any kind. Nothing about "what to do in the area", breakfast hours, or even where to find the ice machine. But it is very close to plenty of dinning and shopping. The room seemed clean. It certainly did not smell clean though. It smelled slightly of a dirty closet, dirty laundry or similar. If you have a teen who hasn't clean his room for a time, you know the smell I'm referring to. And the decor and furniture is in desperate need of an update! It's very old and cheap looking.

We stay every October. No point in looking elsewhere. Rates are always very good, easy drive to Watkins Glen with lots of shopping and food in the hotel's immediate area.

I guess they don't want a customrrs true feed back on there hotel and rooms. 3 attempts it's been deemed unacceptable. I'll address it will management tomorrow if there is one here. This will be the first and the last time here. Cooperate will hear from us as well. Let's add walking the hallway to the pool and they are treating for bugs. Our room we had to wait hour and a half for wasn't even clean. Mind you check in is 3. We couldn't get our room til 430. I'll share pictures later.

I stayed a week, and it was wonderful. Friendly and very helpful staff. The rooms were large and cleaned daily. Fresh cookies were available every day. I loved my stay. The only suggestion I would have is that the TV in the lounge played the FOX News station nonstop… which was weird. Soft music to compliment the warm fireplace would have been more relaxing.

Great place to stay! Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and neat. Price was fantastic for a weekend getaway. We were very happy with our experience.

Great value if you are traveling to or through the area. From from the moment we walked in the door and until the morning after as I worked in the lobby and checked out, the staff was proactive, friendly, attentive, and busy keeping the place spotless. The hotel has a homey/lodge feel when you walk in with fireplace in the cozy waiting area. The smell of cookies baking made it feel extra cozy. The cookies were amazing! They are available all hours along with coffee and tea. There is a 24 hour fitness center and a pool with a “No Kid’s” time set aside and later hours than most hotels. I had a double reserved and was given a choice of floor. The room was furnished w a fridge, microwave and of course a flat screen, hairdryer, plentiful towels (yay! ) and toiletries. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast included: juices, omelets, mini pancakes, sausage, waffles PLAIN yogurt (a big plus for me), oatmeal, fruit, toppings, cereal, and an assortment of pastries. The breakfast area was maintained by a friendly hostess that kept the area clean and stocked. Later in the day before check out as I worked in the breakfast area the staff asked if they could make anything more comfortable for me, offering to turn up/down lighting or turn off the TV, etc. Thank you for a great stay!

I was Very pleased with my stay here. One of the few local hotels, that I can walk in for my stay and feel welcomed. Rather than treat there guest as a burden to the staff, the staff treats you as if your Family visiting on a trip. The rooms are quite basic, but are clean with Semi-modern amenities, well lit, and reliable. The beds were not too firm, but much more than expected for a budget hotel. All of the vending machines, and ice dispenser were function on my visit. The pool was clean, and quite pleasant for a 10pm dip. Breakfast, much to my suprise, was served all day. Which was wonderful, given I had to skip a few meals to keep on schedule, and having a bit of fruit on my return, made me all that more pleased with there service. While this hotel is quite basic, its service is impeccable, and quite satisfying to stay at. 10/10

Stay was very friendly and helpful, love the longer hours for breakfast and especially loved how late the pool was open. I really didn't think the rooms were that amazing and the maintenance on the place was not done well like being able to see the redone wiring in the hall lights. But all in all it was good I'd stay again. Just wish they had better coffee.

Hotel was very nice. It had a lot of extra amenities such as free coffee and fresh cookies in the lobby 24/7. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and the breakfast was as good as any other continental breakfast that I've had. The only reason that I give this a 4 instead of a 5 star review is that the website shows a hot tub which was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. And I had quite a few basic cable channels that weren't working in my room. Overall I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel. Just need to update the website with new photos of the pool area without a hot tub.

Our stay here was amazing. I stay at
tons of hotels and this ranks as one of our best experiences. The indoor pool was relaxing, the hotel was quiet, the room was big and clean, they had fresh cookies and coffee available, the rooms all have a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious (continental including 2 waffle makers, eggs, bacon and home fries or hash browns) and the location was great… close to everything! Wow, that was one long run on sentence! I will be staying here again soon and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Great locayion, staff were very freiny, very clean, beautiful building.

We were only there for a quick overnight stay. Plenty around the area to do. Shops and restaurants as well. The room was clean and no complaints about the staff.

The service was absolutely fantastic along with the cleanliness of the rooms. The fact that cookies, fruit, and drinks are served 24/7 is also a plus. On the other hand, the breakfast was a bit overcrowded, pool absolutely rigid even though it was said to be heated. Along with that — on the website we booked it on it stated our room came with a microwave and a fridge — but the room we were givin did not! The staff at the front desk were very kind and switched my family and I to a different room. All an all its a great hotel for a short visit but if staying for more than 2 or 3 nights — I'd recommend a more up to date hotel.

Clean, quality room. Staff was extremely kind; I arrived well before check in and had to wait in the lobby, but they offered me pizza and got a room cleaned early. Very nice to have that at the tail end of a long trip.

Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities such as exercise room and pool were better than expected. Continental breakfast was above average, though seating was limited.

It's fun and relaxing my family and I enjoyed the mall to and going out to dinner at the Olive garden sooooooo much fun can't wait to go again.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Country Inn & Suites. Its right next to the mall and multiple shopping centers, so there are tons of places to eat and a movie theater. Also the Corning Museum of Glass is about a 10-15 min drive on 1-86 W and it is lots of fun. The room, bedding and bathroom were all very clean. The microwave and mini-fridge were a needed a convenience since I was on a vegan fast during my stay and had many dietary restrictions. The front desk staff was courteous and polite and the continental breakfast looked great. I do wish I knew that there was an indoor pool because I definitely would have taken a dip. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything wonderful, large room and very large bathroom (212). Very comfortable beds, clean and pleasant room climate (without air conditioning).
Permanently free coffee and cookies. Breakfast with real plates and cutlery. Very fast Wi-Fi with good reception everywhere.
Price/performance is OK, because one night has cost it about €100.
