Clean, spacious, good food, and the friendliest staff! Would gladly return as it’s centrally located to State Parks and restaurants.

Had an amazing time as always there and the food is a li ways on point. Love the pillows too.

While booking two upcoming events, I was beyond impressed with the phenomenal customer service and creative direction shared by both Rick Bolt and Marisa Thomas! Their willingness to go above and beyond for our events is both classy and inspiring. I highly recommend anyone consider Hilton for their event and travel needs!

Last minute stay due to weather. Hotel is impeccable and staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful hotel, courteous staff, lovely restaurant. We stayed in the Tommy Hilfiger suite and it was exceptionally clean and accommodating.

A place where everyone is treated like the president at all times… I recommend eating the excellent food, then taking a long nap in a very clean room, then hang out in the pool, then do it all over again!

The Restaurant is very clean and you are able to watch the chefs prepare your order. The wait staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby is decorated beautiful and the entire hotel is super clean.

Ive always had such great experience at all hilton branches the rooms here were so clean and all the employees were so polite and cared about the customer. 5 star.

My review is more directed at the restaurant than the hotel. The hotel proper is quite nice, definitely up to Hilton Garden standards. Clean, quiet, spacious rooms. Absolutely no complaints about the rooms. My issues are levels squarely at the attached restaurant. I attempted to eat breakfast there about a week ago, and had a decidedly sub-par experience. Excessive wait time for staff service (there were three people working as wait staff for 7 guests), wrong food delivered, and then being utterly ignored by by them for the remainder of the breakfast experience. You will be better served by walking across the parking lot to the adjacent Hampton Inn, or driving elsewhere for breakfast. In conclusion: great hotel, horrible wait staff at the restaurant.

Hotel room was good everything was good, But have in mind the breakfast time were everyone are running to leave for their destination this hotel doesn’t have room for not even 40 people on their cafeteria is AWFUL, so we wait for more than 15 minutes to they have an available table. Unbelievable. With us more clients waiting as well!

The rooms were comfortable and the staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing and they had a line-order cook who made me an awesome omelette. Quick check-in/check-out!

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Preying on young kids with scam artists claiming to get your kid to star on Disney channel or Nickelodeon. You can't even tell people the name of the company that will be there, so people could do some research. I always thought that Hilton had high standards and was top of the class. I am disappointed that you would associate your company with scammers.

Was very Disappointed we wanted to bring in our son and family after 27 years of not seeing them and set them up at the Hilton. The price was expensive but it was worth it for the Hilton experience. Unfortunately the check in staff was so bland and unwelcoming. The water was turned off for a whole day the carpets where getting dirty. 3 0'clock check in is ridicules and check out at noon was fine. Overall I expected much more for nearly a $400 for a 2 night stay. Felt very much ripped off.

Nice Hilton Garden Inn. What one would expect at a HGI with good service, ample parking and clean rooms. This is my favorite Hilton brand since they are usually very consistent on what is offered and the service received. Enjoyed the breakfast due to being Hilton Gold. Food prepared quickly that tasted good and served by a pleasant wait staff. Would definitely stay at this Hilton Garden Inn when in the area again.

Number one thing The rooms are clean! And very nice. The staff are very friendly and a tentative. The hotel is Within walking distance of the mall and many other places for entertainment and food. By far the best is the breakfast in the morning.

This review is for the restaurant. Person fixing food was not wearing gloves and picked up food (a piece of meat) with her bare hand. Food was not hot. Also should be restrictions on dressing. Children came in with pajamas on and were running around yelling, while their younger brother cried and screamed most of the time while the parents do nothing and play with their cell phones. My husband and I were out to dinner for our anniversary and would of liked to be able to converse. Will not return. Their is no reason the waitress couldnt have told these people to get their children under control.

The rooms are very clean. It has a microwave and mini fridge. The water pressure is great in the shower and the water is nice and hot. Cable TV with HGTV channel if anyone cares (my favorite channel 34). The staff are incredibly nice. They were very accommodating in moving my room due to someone smoking. The breakfast is pretty good. I made comments about the quality during my last stay and this stay everything was greatly improved. They offer free coffee in the lobby, tea, or water with citrus fruits inside.

Great breakfast, nice little bar, and a surprisingly extensive menu. Great place to hang out when out of town guests stay. The pool and hot tub are a great way to start and end your day.

The location was ideal for visiting the Finger Lakes region. It was only 30 mins from Watkins Glen (great hiking trails and views) and 15 mins from Corning (good restaurants). The lobby looked nice/updated and staff was friendly. It had a small cafe on site and therefore did NOT have complementary breakfast. We had a studio room with a king size bed. The room had neutral decor. The bed felt smaller than king and a little too soft. Bathroom was pretty standard. But the shower head was difficult to adjust and water pressure was not strong enough. The in-room amenities included a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a Keurig single-cup coffee machine. There was free Wi-Fi, but speed was very slow, so I switched back to my 4G. All in all, a good basic hotel.

The Room was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here. Will stay here again if I return to Elmira.

Good hotel with a perfect service.

Great cozy little hotel. Small bar, nice little restaurant. Small outlet mall across the street. Few restaurants within walking distance.

Don't forget to test your bed's cool feature with the soft/firm dial. 5 stars for Laurie for her stellar customer service! :)

As usual the staff made for a wonderful weekend. Thanks to Rick and the team , we always feel at home. Will be back soon.

We went specifically to have Prime rib. Friends had told us how good it was and very reason able. They were correct.

Very friendly staff. The meal offerings are generous although I would say not to my preferred taste. Pool and gym were small but adequate. The HVAC could probably use some updating as sometimes it was comfortable and then at the same setting would get incredibly warm. Check in/out was easy. Nothing to write home about, but probably the nicest accommodations in this area.

We stayed in this hotel for one night while down for a road trip. Overall the stay was pleasant and as expected for a hotel of this namesake. Our bartender was fantastic. She mentioned she had not been a bartender very long but you'd never have been able to tell. The cookies at the door were delicious. The pool area closed at 10p which was a little earlier than our group world have liked. I understand why this is done, but it would be nice to be able to relax a but longer. The room was well kept and clean. We asked for adjoining rooms but we received rooms that were next to one another and did not join up. It rooms had doors in them to join with the opposite direction. I've never been a fan of Hilton showers as the shower head is lacking. The humidity level in the room was uncomfortably dry as well. Happy with the stay but mug like most major hotels there are a few things the property could work on.

We are local and used to stop for dinner frequently. Serving sizes were great but kept getting smaller and smaller. The waitresses were wonderful ladies. No issues with service there. More recently Hilton hired a new restaurant manager, Service and food quality went downhill quickly. We decided to try again as we did enjoy the small restaurant atmosphere. Also was a seat yourself, now please wait to be seated… Had to stand waiting for 5 minutes, we left … not cool. Bye Hilton… I dont think we will try again.

Since we walked into the door we were welcomed with smiles and great vibes! Such an amazing place! I recommend spending time at the bar as well! The bartender was excellent! Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Room an view was very nice as well! zero complaints!

I stayed one night after a nearby event. Loved the entire stay. Rooms were very clean and the staff was awesome.

Convenient location. Clean rooms. Pool was warm. Would have been nice if there was a continental breakfast, instead you could get cooked to order breakfast for $11.

Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. The desk staff were top notch. The room was very clean and well kept. The restaurant has great specials on Friday and Saturday. The bar staff would entertain any of my cocktail requests with a smile. I would stay here over any other in the area.

Had a very brief one-night stay here the night before an early flight. Establishment was very clean and desk staff was very friendly both at check-in at 9:00pm and check-out at 4:00am.

Hotel is everything you would expect from a Hilto Garden Inn. Clean and fresh. Staff is very friendly. Little bar area had a good menu selection and tasty offerings. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
