Graduation weekend, outstanding as usual! for four years we visited this place three, four time a year and we have no complains whatsoever! Is not a fancy Holiday Inn from a big town, but is clean and well maintained and the best breakfast of all the almost 100 Holiday inns I visited in the past.

Always a nice experience. Rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is included and also good.

It's a clean place, the Olivia room was large enough to accommodate our testing. The hotel itself however could use some updating. It looks old on the outside and the carpet in the lobby seems outdated. One exit down is a newer Holiday inn Express.

Clean, friendly, good sized rooms, comfy bed, offer a breakfast menu (pricey), pool, spa and pub in the same building.

We stopped in here for an overnight stay while on a road trip to the Finger Lakes. They accomodations as always are very clean, the staff are very friendly, and you won't be disappointed coming here. On certain nights during the week near the lobby management has pizza soft drinks and beer, kind of a happy hour for everyone that's there! They really make you feel like you're at home!

Had a fabulous stay at this property while visiting from Niagara Falls, N. Y. The owner Anthony was a great welcome. Gave us the entire rundown of all amenities especially about complimentary breakfast from 6 am to 10 am. Beautiful, clean and spacious room. Quiet evening and easy access to our venue the next day. Keep up the great job of your hotel. Our definite choice the next time we are in the area.

Nice clean rooms at a good price. Bed was comfortable, one of the better free breakfasts I've found while traveling. Rooms were also quiet, heat coming on was not as noisy as many higher priced hotels. I highly recommend.

This is an older hotel, but the bed was good, the room was clean, the breakfast was good and the price was great. It is a little tricky to find in the dark, but definitely worth the price you pay.

This hotel is great. The staff are very friendly and hold a weekly welcome reception on Tuesday evenings where food and beer are complementary to guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only minor thing I could raise issue with is the heating system in my room was rather loud when it initiated.

Very dated hotel. The climate controls in the room looked like something out of the 70s. The sign by them said if your room is too warm in the winter, there is no fan, just open a window. Turning the fan on for noise blasted the heat at full, regardless of thermostat setting. Room was clean, if somewhat old. Definitely needs renovation. Not up to standards of newer HI-express properties. Wifi was slow, breakfast was free, but not good. Powdered eggs showed discoloration where they'd been left out for long lengths of time. Apple juice was watered heavily. Staff was very nice and courteous, it's just a shame they don't have much to work with. There's a reason it's the cheapest name brand hotel in Horseheads.

Came in late but staff was very friendly. Offer aaa discount. Room was large and clean.

I've stayed in Holliday Inns Express 4 nights a week for the last 13 years. This one of my favorite places. The front desk people are to me the best in the business!

All staff encountered were kind and very attentive. Breakfast was clean and well stocked. Room and amenities were of the same high standard you expect from Holiday Inn Express. Yes the room did seem to have higher levels of outside noise coming in than expected but it did not interfere with my rest.

Bed Bugs! Initially it seemed like a nice hotel. Woke up at 2am to 20 plus bites. Upon further inspection there were bed bugs everywhere. Inspect your beds!

Clean room, friendly service and good breakfast! Price was a little excessive and could hear road traffic significantly in room. However, I would stay again.

We attend an event here once a year and it's always great. The showers in the rooms leave a lot to be desired though. Would recommend for hosting functions.

This hotel is clean, at a convenient location, and offers a good selection for breakfast. The best part, to a coffee addict like me, is the free coffee that's available 24/7 at the lobby.

Rooms were decent and free breakfast was good. There was a lot of noise from the highway in the hotel rooms all night (sounded like constant thunder). Hotels pool was outdoor… I've grown to expect indoor pics at Holiday Inn.

The rooms were decent and the hotel itself was clean and nice. It isn't a luxury hotel but then again we weren't looking for one. They had plenty of amenities including 24/7 hot tea and coffee, the usual toiletries, and a pretty suprisingly good breakfast. They were very accommodating tous as a wedding party group. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the staff was very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean hotel with great service, breakfast and amenities. We used the business center and meeting rooms for work all at no cost. Will definitely stay again.

Overall, a very nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-furnished. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast in the morning was fantastic. There was a wide selection of food, including the usual eggs and sausage, as well as some unique additions, such as pancakes and cinnamon rolls. Although the hotel is right next to a highway, it's far enough away that the sound of traffic doesn't bother you. All around, a great hotel. My only complaint is that the AC/Heater system is a bit outdated, but it still works fine.

This place is perfect if you like staying at your grandparent's place where everything is old, a little bit sticky, and has spiders in the hard to reach places. That being said, there is nothing wrong with this place other than price, just be aware you are really not getting a room that is worth regular price, so get a deal. The room smelled nice and was clean, all of the workers we interacted with were extremely helpful and sincerely nice, and breakfast was actually good for a hotel breakfast (pancake machine instead of waffle machine! ). Our bed was a full and not a queen, and people are smoking everywhere outside, but wasn't a factor inside. Even though this hotel had many positives, I can not give it anything more than 3 stars, as the price of the room does not match quality of the room.

The staff in this hotel is top notch. The staff here just stands out. They are very good people who do their best to help you enjoy your stay. Rooms always clean and beds are super comfortable. Love staying here.

I stay here every once in a while for work and the stay is always pleasant. The staff is super friendly and their shuttle is always available for a ride.

My father and I were there for a private class being held there. The rooms were very clean and it was well maintained. The bathrooms were very nice.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. No complaints about this hotel, but only used it as a place to sleep before a flight.

First, the hallways smell like my basement. Gross. second the breakfast was soggy and dry and the worker at breakfast was extrmley rude she yelled when I went down in socks: ( The front desk lady was always on her phone and had a bad attitude. Fitness center was probably the best out of the whole hotel:) The laundry room had only one washer and 1 dryer. Buisiness center was nice… BEWARE: we made the mistake of thinking it had a indoor pool, so we booked it and it actually had a OUTDOOR POOL and we were here during winter:: (

Worst experience with a Holiday Inn Express ever! I came exhausted expecting to fall asleep quickly, the bed is horribly uncomfortable. Like it hurt being in the car the next day… Somehow they have no fan that you can turn on in the room to drown out the noises and get air flowing. No, you have to open the window, who knew there were hotels that still allowed you to do such a thing, to let any air flow in! Did I mention that awesome traffic noise that came in with the 10 degree air? By far the worst experience at a Holiday Inn in my life.
