Travel Inn Hotel

Smelled terribly of smoke. Dirty walls and carpets. There may have been blood splattered on the bathroom door. Eww.? Lady working got me new towels late at night. Thanks.

I stayed here for a month, was charged $700 for my cat, they do not serve breakfast, the laundry is locked, there is no vending machine, the noise is awful at 2, 3 in the morning and all day you hear the ow we scream. He has a derogatory mouth and belittles his guests when he thinks they can't hear. If I didn't have to be there, I wouldn't have been. Very disappointing.

Oh dear God, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Ac/heater combo was busted. They did come and fix it. But that did NOT help that I felt uncomfortable letting anything touch the floor. I'm by no means prissy, but eww! Also, door wouldn't latch. Couldn't even feel safe. We made the most of it. Won't be back though, nope.

Thought I was booking a nice Jacuzzi room with a very reasonable deal only to get there and one be told its actually $100 more then what I was told at the time I reserved the room… Owner is very nasty and disrespectful place had an odor and didn't feel welcoming at all I had to run to find another room for my husband and I terrible service!, NO STARS.

Gross and disgusting. Bed bugs in our room. Notified the owner who moved us to another room and told us we wouldn't be charged. Then charged us because he said there weren't bed bugs (even though we actually had pictures and showed him). Your best bet would be to avoid this hotel at all costs and find another place to spend your money.

Worst hotel ever. It was like being in a dungeon. It smelled and had sketchy people staying there. The only good thing about the hotel is I got my money refunded as we left amd went to a different hotel.

I was looking for a handicapped accessible room with traveling with my disabled parents. I had called ahead to ask if they had handicapped accessible rooms available. I was told yes by the receptionist and booked the room. Upon arrival we learned their definition of that was the room was on the first floor and that was it. Doors too small for a wheel chair to fit through, zero grab rails, a shower that was not a roll in and a bed that way too low for a handicapped person. I wish they had been more upfront about their accommodations because it was just generally a poor experience.

Don't book a room at this place. This is a terrible hotel. It's dirty, smelly, and the plumbing doesn't work properly. I woke up in the middle of the night hearing a gurgling sound in the bathroom. When I finally got up, I found the bathtub had backed up and had 3 inches of discolored water (drain backup) sitting in the tub. The toilet overflowed when I flushed it (it was not clogged, this is all a drainage problem). I went to check out and complained to the owner and asked for some money off the bill. The owner yelled at me and said that I should have called him and that it would be fixed now and that there was no problem. He was incredibly disrespectful. He yelled at me! I said that I would complain, and he said that Kinights Inn doesn't own the place that he is the franchise owner and I can complain all I want. The place was pathetic.

It was cheap and convenient. Not perfect but I didn't expect it to be at that price. I was able to reserve over the phone without a card and the clerk came right out when I arrived. Nice people. I'd stay there again.

Absolutely marvelous facility with great value and friendly staff. Always a pleasure to stay here when out of town on business.

This place is filthy dirty and I can't believe they are still in business. We checked out 3 rooms and all 3 nasty dirty. Urine stained mattresses and not just one stain but lots. One was so bad it was turned over. One looked like it had a bug infestation. Do yourself a favor and unzip the mattress covers you will see the disgusting filth that they are trying to hide. Not to mention tape, stains, and cigarette burns on the bedspread. Look at the walls too. This place needs to be condemned.

Very nice. Rooms were clean and lot was clean. Front desk clerk was very helpful and gave some good tips on dinner. Liked it very much.

Room is disgusting. The carpets are stained. The bed spread had stains on the inside … some seemed like pee stains. Not worth half the money I paid for this. Thanks goodness only for 1 night.

Good place needs to speak better English.

Location isn't terrible, right off a highway, close to some restaurant, but everything else about the Inn is terrible. The "continental breakfast" didn't exist, there were bugs all over the property, so forget cracking a window or leaving the doors open, the sheets were mysteriously stained and were likely not washed since the last person stayed there. The heater smelled awful when it was first turned on, and started blowing cool air after a few hours. The front desk is commonly unattended, and during my stay police were in and out of the lot to settle a domestic dispute between people living at the inn. By far, this was the trashiest place I have ever stayed.

They don't even have complimentary shampoo.

The place is convenient for transfers good for parking but the rooms are filthy cobwebs and dust everywhere on the window curtains and beds, insects and flies nei letti The low price does not justify the lack of basic standards of cleanliness.

Nice and respectful services. As a truck driver, after a long work day its perfect for a good and relaxing night.

Absolutely horrible. The whole place was so dirty my white socks turned black just from walking on the carpet. The toilet had not been cleaned on the outside. The bathroom floor looked like it had crap on it. Stay away you're better off sleeping in your car/truck! It's not updated but that accounts for the low price. But cleanliness is a MUST.

This is a very friendly and comfortable hotel. I have been staying at Knights Inn for a while now and would not want to go anywhere else.

So much better than the Super 8 down the road. This is not a 5 star hotel, but it is all I needed for the price. Comfy bed, Hot shower, Truck Parking, and only $10 more for the dog.
