Rooms looked recently renovated. The room was a little small but decent. The bed was comfortable. It's located close enough to the highways to easily navigate the region. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. The walls are very thin and we could hear the hallway very well. In addition Everytime someone closed a room door anywhere near our room we would hear a loud thud. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well, and this was the only issue we really had a problem with.

We were met by friendly and attentive staff, checking in was very quick after an online booking. The rooms are very spacious and cleaned well. Some of the bed linen was a bit itchy, but nothing out of the ordinary. TV service was good with a variety of channels to choose from. The bathroom was clean, except for a small issue that was promptly addressed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. The only negative thing is that it is a bit out of the way, and as such requires a bit of driving to get anywhere lively, the upside of which is that the area is quiet.

Convenient location between turning stone casino and st Joseph's amphitheater. Room was large and extremely clean. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and all employees were extremely pleasant.

Nice hotel. Clean room. The pool was nice but a little dirty during our stay — spit balls on the ceiling and one on the floor.

Convenient to the highway with spacious rooms. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Was greeted with a smile, asked if I needed dinner recommendations and thanked upon checkout. Left a very positive impression. I will stay here on my next visit to Syracuse and would have no reservations recommending to anyone traveling to or through the area.

My ice began to melt watching my ice cold water start to get warm was going to go to waste I walked over
To the hotel and asked COLIN desk mgr if I could buy some ice he said you don’t have to buy it we’ll give it to you, I was shocked totally. He filled my bag with ice I turned and said I will take a coke a root beer some m&m a pop tart and a bag of chips.
Well he said the prices where high but I wanted to show my appreciation for the ice. The area I was in was clean friendly everything had a place. Thankyou Colin you made this trucker happy I have ice air and munchies again Thankyou For caring.

Everything that we are used to for a Hampton Inn is done perfectly from the welcome at the front desk, the convenience of the mobile key to the usual breakfast selection in the morning that frequent guests would be used to. The only annoyance was the sound of the elevator when it arrived on each floor but I think these can be changed.

Th hotel was awesome. The room was really nice! Loved how different the layout was compaird to other hotels. The staff were super friendly and so accommodating!

This hotel was clean and staff was very professional but I wouldn't stay here if you're looking for a romantic weekend away. The two times we've stayed here in the past year the hotel had large groups with children and it made for pretty sleepless night. If you're staying for business or just need a place to spend a quick night it's a good value especially with the free expansive breakfast.

The rooms were clean, the staff was very attentive, but the other guests were not as accommodating. A youth sports team was staying that night, and all we heard until 1am was slamming doors and running footsteps in the hall. This was not the fault of the hotel staff, but be mindful to ask if the there are any groups staying before making a reservation.

Very nice comfy beds. The services was great. Nice variety of channels. It close to the university, mall and other near by attractions. We even extended our stay.

I stay here when I'm in town with my husband, and we are always welcomed by the wonderful staff! I came in at the last minute with a mobile reservation during a storm last week and the lady at the desk remembered me from our previous stay, and it was so nice to be greeted by a friendly face! I didn't have a tax exempt form with me, as I wasn't aware I was going to be stranded in a storm and she was kind enough to provide one for me! It's service like this that keeps me coming back!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was great, warm and clean! I can't say enough about the service, if we ever come back to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Until the time this hotel was excellent. The location is great-very clean. Close to several restaurants. Very good hotel, highly recommend it.

Clean and modern, friendly staff, nice room. Proper thermostat in the room, not just a hot/cold knob on the heater. Plenty of outlets for charging. Typical breakfast options of eggs, sausage, waffle makers, fruit, pastries, cereal, etc. Only odd thing was the bed wasn't across from the television. Unusual, but it was fine.

Really loved our stay here. Nice clean room, good breakfast and very helpful staff. Will be back!

We had a really nice stay. The hotel and room was very clean, updated, beds were comfortable, and the outside fire pit area was a plus. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Nice new Hampton inn. Rooms are comfy. Bed and pillows were great. Couch to sit on and large desk to work or eat on. Free breakfast was included and omlettes were excellent. I also enjoyed the pool and fitness center.

This hotel has been great a big upgrade from the Days Inn in Hampton VA. HOUSE KEEPING came in the morning to check on us not the way around and especially not show up at all. This hotel big THUMBS UP.

Staff was extremely professional, and very friendly. Rooms were clean, and beds are very comfortable. They could definitely use a new carpet in the lobby, but other than that Top Notch. Five stars.

Location is great since it's just off the Thruway. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Complimentary breakfast was good and the kids were happy the pool was open until 10. Would definitely stay again.

Our second stay here. Always clean, friendly & inviting. The people at the desk are great and helpfil! Breakfast is fantastic! Many choices for everyone. Wish the pool was a little warmer but the kids enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through/to Syracuse, NY. :)

We have stayed here twice now. The rooms are lovely and the staff is wonderful! The Lounge/Breakfast are is very modern and comfortable! We will always come back when we're in the area!

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we weren't disappointed. The staff is friendly, the rooms are big and clean, and the bathrooms are nice sized too. The breakfast buffett was very good, with a different egg entree every day. The eating area is a nice size and very clean. Coffee is available 24/7. In the late afternoon there are cookies available as well. The beds are comfortable, but the pillows are not firm enough. Thanks for another great stay!

The staff was excellent and helpful, the breakfast was standard fare, nothing special, but nothing awful. They even had a small lunch a few of the days. When I checked out, they had little go-bags with water, fruit and a snack. The pool was clean and comfortable, the gym had nice well kept equipment and the hotel bedrooms were cleaned daily. My only complaint was how early the staff was coming around to clean up, but I'm a late sleeper to begin with.

Awesome hotel, pool access was great, extended access from what I'm used too. Very accommodating to my needs. Stay here oftn so the staff knows me at this point, but even on my first stay, treated me like a king! A++++

Amazingly clean and updated hotel. My room was much bigger than the average hotel room, and charging stations were plentiful.

One of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The front desk clerk when we checked in was amazing! Very personable. She asked the right questions, but never went overboard to feel like you were being smothered. Went down looking for cookies for my nephews, and she offered them their own individual packages of Lorna Doone cookies. We learned she is pretty new to the position, but there is no way you would have ever guessed that.
Yesterday and 12/2016 I had stayed at 2 different hampton locations. My only complaint is both mattresses were very very firm, and the pillows were too soft for my liking. I definitely understand everyone has their own preference, but I would still pick hampton (Especially here) over a free room at another hotel I have never stayed at before.

Anytime my work travel takes me to the Syracuse area u choose this hotel. Clean spacious and recently renovated. The property is well maintained and the staff are some of the best in the business. I honestly wish I could find a hotel like this in all the destinations I travel to.

Clean, friendly and reasonable. Everyone was helpful. The room was great. Weather was horrible. Staff was very upbeat and positive. Very helpful this morning with getting our vehicle out. A foot of snow fell overnight.

The rooms were pretty big so we're the bathrooms nice service nice pool and nice workout room.

Great place to sleep in. The bed was very comfortable, as was the pullout in the couch. The pullout actually already had the sheets made which was very appreciated. My one major complaint though was that there were not enough outlets in our room. There was nothing by the couch and 2 or 3 by one side of the bed. Besides not a lot outlets, or at least not enough in locations where one expects them to be, it was a great stay.

What a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean, spacious and very relaxing. The breakfasts are always delicious. They have a large variety of breakfast items to suit everyone. The staff is friendly and make a point to talk to you and take an interest in you while there. It was nice being able to stay here while experiencing a stressful situation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

It is a nice place, accessible and comfortable.

Stayed two nights. We were in town for shopping (Destiny USA). Lovely staff, lovely beds. The one thing we didn't like were the bathroom doors. They renovated the rooms and removed the bathroom doors and replaced them with sliding barn doors. Not the best for privacy. I'd recommend reinstalling actual doors.

Very modern, they have remodeled it! Much better than the one at the airport!
