This was a second choice place to stay Holiday Inn would be better than this place. They have NO elevator which my sister needed to use because of a bad knee, not to mention we requested a room on the bottom floor and they confirmed it then when my guests went to go check in they said in a nonchalant way "ok your room on the second floor is ready" after expressly asking for bottom floor reservation. They we're "booked out" for those rooms. Apart from that they got 2 stars for the cheap price but only 2 for cheap service. Meh.

This is my 2nd vacation staying here. Hotel is nice. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is ok. I wish the coffee was a little warmer. The only thing that bothered me was the noise outside at 530am. Some truck was extremely loud.

Great lady at the front desk! So helpful and pleasant! Very different from the place we stopped first. I do not have a nice thing to say about the Days Inn in Rio Rancho, but the Quality Inn has it all going great!

Always been a great place to stay, rooms is always clean and the service is the best and a great price too.

Rooms are nice. Only drawback is that 2nd floor rooms are accessible only by stairs. Sometimes seniors need to get second floor and it's hard on them.

Excellent facilities and staff. Central location and everything you need. Close by.

Great atmosphere and fantastic burgers, definitely recommend if you drive past Durango.

Stayed one night at this place and I recommend if you are interested to go elsewhere. The gentlemen that checked us in did not smile or welcome us in ANY way. I wanted to get his name but had no name badge on. He was so grumpy — should find another job if he's that unhappy. We were traveling with a group and we all had the same experience. The sheets were like sandpaper — very uncomfortable sleep. It's not a good place — spend the money elsewhere. You will be glad you did.

Convienently located and decent enough breakfast. The Wi-Fi always works which is the most important part for me.

Very nice hotel for the price rooms were very clean people at front dest were helpful and understanding of my clients beeds who has developmental disabilities. So he can tend to be a bit loud and aggresive at time abd gave us the perfect room for a good price no complaints about this place!

Wonderful place, nice spacious rooms that have fridge freezer, microwave and coffee making facilities, lovely staff and free breakfast, I'll be back next time I'm in ABQ.

The breakfast is nice. The heated pool is amazing during a winter stay. The price went up since last year but still amazing for a low price.

This hotel had the worst breakfast their pool area that supposed to be heated was very cold along with the pool no jacuzzi and the maintenance man was really weird and would not leave our room.

Super friendly staff, comfortable beds, excellent shower water pressure.

Staff is friendly and accommodating, has laundry, yummy breakfast, rooms were clean and bed was super comfy.

We got price gouged for a balloon festival. Military discount was denied because of the balloon festival. Room was not ready even after we received our key for check in. Had to wait outside. If your military, stay out of this motel.

For the price this was an ok hotel. The front desk staff was efficient, although a little abrupt. The room was hot and the AC was not very strong, so the room took forever to cool down. There were only two towels in the room and one of them had some sort of lipstick or blush on it, which was gross. The front desk agent brought me a new one.

Rooms are clean and price is good. Indoor pool water was freezing though. Close to good restaurants.

Better than Holiday inn Express! Very nice room and desk clerk. Easy to reserve and the directions were perfect.

Large rooms, clean, decent pool and spa. Really enjoyed the gym pass for next door. It's not often that hotels have actual weight equipment.

Small hotel, good service, adequate breakfast. But the room smelled, floor had broken tiles in the bathroom, toilet barely flushed. Won't stay here again.

The comfort inn was very accomadating. The hotel I was supposed to stay at wouldn't let me check in as they have a 21 and older policy. They let me check in same day and it was a pleasant place to stay.

It was a very clean room and the front desk workers were very polite. The continental breakfast was a little small.

The king bed was comfortable, enjoy the choice of pillows. We didn't use the pool or hot tub this time, but did take advantage of the free guest passes to the nearby gym. The room was clean and having a mini fridge was handy.

Super small. Double Queens do not commodate 4 people in the small room. Too many pieces of furniture for room size as well, smaller would better. And the bathroom, wow! Like a bathroom stall, walk-in strattle the toilet to close the door. And the sink is in room. Super ghetto. Carpet made my clean just showed feet black. Nasty!

This is the only hotel we stay at while visiting the Albuquerque area. Location is perfect. We have never had a problem.

We love staying here! The manager and staff are nice, the bedding is comfortable and the breakfast is good. We stayed during our daughter's birthday and the manager did something special for her. This is our regular place to stay while in Rio Rancho.

They were able to switch our room to the first floor on short notice due to a foot injury. They must be having some issue with towels going missing because they only supplied the bare minimum and had a rather ominous note over the sink promising to charge ridiculous rates ($20/towel) should any go missing during our stay.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Staff went above and beyond to make my family and I comfortable. Speaking of comfort… the bed! Wow that is the nicest hotel bed and bedding. As good as the best hotel I've ever been in. (And thats not too shabby! ) Cleaned the place up a lot since they renovated the entire place! Even the hot breakfast was a pleasant experience. It was hot and evem had everything from begals and muffins to fresh waffle makings. :-) Satisfied customers!

My Husband and I stayed at Comfort Inn Rio Rancho for our Honeymoon. The bed was extremely comfortable. The General Manager did something special for our Honeymoon. We appreciated the wonderful air conditioner and the very clean room. The service was great when we needed extra towels the Housekeeping Staff Delivered them right away. Also, the Front Desk staff was most accommodating they put us in a room where we would not be disturbed. How thoughtful and also with a beautiful mountain view!
