Hotel is nice. The rooms are a bit old. The bed was very comfortable. TV was 42” smart. Small fridge. Microwave and coffee maker in the room. One three drawer dresser. Carpet is rolling. No USB ports to charge. Bathroom is small. I had two beds and they were full size. Breakfast buffet was very decisions, variety of hot food. Lobby is very nice. I didn’t go to the pool. I had my daughters weeding here and the ballrooms were large. Parking is good. Staff are very very friendly. I would stay here again.

It’s my first time in New Mexico and I love this hotel every one has been extremely nice and accommodating, will differently stay here again!

Horrible customer service, event went horribly wrong. Mr Bustos was very rude and disrespectful when asked for a few simple requests. Take your business else where.

Rooms are very nice. The pool is heated, but needs some maintenance attention. The guests are welcomed by a great staff and there is complimentary refreshments, as well. This is our second time here and is placed close to shopping, food, and fun.

I was at a banquet where the food, service, and room were excellent.

The banquet staff was amazing and on point. Although I was not able to stay the night, I was able to hear great things about the rooms. The food was awesome, the banquet staff lead by banquet manager Nora and the bartender Raquel showed amazing customer service. I hope to stay the night some time soon.

Such an amazing hotel! Got s free upgrade and was put in a suite on the top floor. Enjoyed my stay here very well. My wife also got me some amazing local coffee from the gift shop in the lobby and the Starbucks was well ran and tasted a little more amazing than usual.

We stayed here Sunday night after our wedding. The front desk person Zach was absolutely awesome helping us out! He really went above and beyond for us. The room was more beautiful for us because of him and all his help. Thank you Zach and Marriott for making our first night as newlyweds special:) :)

No hot water at all on 2nd floor the 3rd morning. Gentleman at the front desk didn't care at all. Housekeeping did not clean room, made bed and went through my things, passed on having my room "cleaned" the next day. Housekeeper hung up a used wash cloth I had left on the floor instead of replacing it. Ice machines didn't work on various floors. Food was overpriced and extremely bland. One server was stellar, one mediocre and an older lady that was slow and couldn't do special requests or do more than one thing at a. There was an extremely friendly and helpful bellhop and that guy deserves a raise. This used to be a nice property. Double bed room instead of king and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. Room had obvious signs of previous water damage, even inside the frame of a print on the wall. Extremely disappointed in my stay.

This hotel is fine, but is certainly not up to the standard of a Marriott, as I have come to know them. The room we were placed in hadn't been updated in probably 20 years. There was very little light (a function of the design of the building) and was so musty we had to move to a new room. While the new room was cleaner, it had some of the same design and feature issues. The bathroom and sink are inexplicably separated such that if you're showering, you have to walk through the bedroom to wash your hands. The staff was also just ok in response to issues (to be fair, they were dealing with a leak that had closed several rooms) and didn't take the extra step to help resolve our questions. The bar staff was very good.

We were traveling with someone who needs handicap accommodations, they were very understanding and got us adjoining rooms as well.
Grace at the front desk was extremely helpful and provided an option for parking since we were moving and had a lot of things in our vehicles.
The wait staff was also very friendly and helpful both for dinner and breakfast. Will stay here again and recommend it highly!

It's a fairly nice location. It's a little dated but the accommodations are pleasant. The service has been friendly and nice. The is split between inside and outside. Our kids enjoyed it. The fitness room is pretty large, has a lot of different pieces of equipment. It should suffice for most travelers. It was moderately priced for Albuquerque. We'd stay again.

I found myself in an emergency situation, the staff were not understanding nor too helpful. They were more concerned about their money. At one point I needed help but the front desk staff just stood there watching. I am now staying at another hotel where the staff are completely understanding and helpful and offering any type of help they can. Including offering a discounted rate to help me. I am astounded that a Marriott hotel turned out to be like that.

My husband stayed here for a month for work. His room was cleaned 3 times in that month. He came home for a weekend but had to be back on Sunday to be at work on Monday, when he arrived his room had not been cleaned for over a week, he went to the front desk and asked to have it cleaned, the front desk clerk began to argue with him. The clerk told him the room had been cleaned, when my husband tried to tell the clerk that the towels from the previous weekend when his family w…as there and went to the pool where still in the room the clerk just kept saying it’s been cleaned. He had to finally just ask if they would come clean it again please. He was told in the morning. His company was footing the bill seeing as he was there for work, but we had to put a credit card on file in case of damages (there were no damages). About two weeks into his stay we had charges come out of our checking account. They ended up taking about $600 from our account over the next couple of weeks. Every time we tried to address the problem with the hotel staff they would tell us they would look into it. We finally spoke to the hotels accountant and he assured us he would get it fixed. That was 2 months ago! We have been calling and trying to talk to the staff about the issue and kept getting pushed in every direction and told it would be handled. We finally got a $547 deposit, still not the amount they took but hey we were ok at least it was close at this point.

There's a lot to love about this place. Staff was helpful and energetic. Lobby has a good vibe. Waterfall and glass elevators are dated but still fun. However, the bed in our room was well past expiration. It had at least a couple inches of sag, and I could feel individual coils through the top pad. I didn't sleep more than 6 hours any night. Even though I'd rate the hotel 4-5 stars in most categories, I wouldn't stay here again because of the beds, hence the two-star rating. It's also worth noting that while the weekdays draw a lot of business travelers, the weekends can be quite loud due to boisterous wedding guests and an open central lobby that transfers noise directly to rooms.

Very nice, clean modern rooms. Nice pool to accommodate adults and small children; beautiful and spacious first level open room with fountain, comfortable seating. The breakfast/dining area is just so perfect. Spacious, plenty of seating, great staff everywhere, great tasting healthy food. Totally a very nice place to stay and feel right at home. Thank you Marriott!

I stay at this hotel frequently for work. The service is pretty good, especially in the concierge lounge. The lobby remodel is nice and it made the restaurant area so much better. It will be good when they get around to updating the guest rooms. They are due.

I am a Marriott Platinum member and have stayed in Marriotts all over the country. This is by far the worst. Very run down. Stains on carpet. They didn’t clean my room and I had to call down to request that my room get cleaned. 45 minutes later someone came to empty trash and leave a stack of towels on vanity. They tried to offer excuses instead of making it right. No restaurant other than the bar area. Food was decent but it wasn’t a large menu… food selections typical for a bar. I will not stay here again.

I've eaten here on several holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas) and it's always been great. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the the atmosphere is really great (very spacious — they even have an indoor waterfall). I recommend the Marriott to anyone (or group, family) who doesn't want to eat at home on a holiday.

Meeting space is great, but I'll skip over that. We had the suite down on the first floor. Apparently, someone didn't get the memo that there's actually a single room on the first floor, and someone started power-washing the exterior of the windows of our room early on Saturday morning… For about a half hour. Otherwise the stay has been fine since. Oh, and no safe in the room that we could find. Might just be because it's a special/suite room, but this was concerning.

The food was very good and the service was excellent but the microphones had a lot of problems.

I have to say that the place was great. I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant inside. The atmosphere was awesome, the drinks were top notch and the service was impeccable. I'd recommend the place to anyone looking for a secret getaway.

This booking was made using points for a quick weekend trip. The hotel has an interesting shape and a large open layout. Check-in was quick and the staff friendly. The room felt dated, but was clean. The water temperature did fluctuate a lot in the mornings during my shower, that was odd.

Comfortable, clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The room we had was handicap accessible. The restroom was nice and big but the room itself furniture in then which was a little hard to maneuver around. The other restrooms throughout the hotel were also a little difficult to use for a wheelchair without some help.

Its a bit dated but I still really like this place. Great indoor/outdoor pool and you can often find affordable room options.

Solid hotel, it would be great if they would start renovating the rooms. Room do have new TVs which does help but the carpet is pretty old and gross. Rest of the hotel has been updated. They started charging for parking which seems weird considering where they are located.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Got good rest. Breakfast buffet was good. The only thing bad was the mobil towel holders under the sink were very noisy.

Normally a nice Marriott would Merit five stars on its own right. I'm giving 5 stars because I had a pleasant first-time experience here. The front desk found out it was my birthday, so after we got back from dinner we were pleasantly surprised with a birthday cake, or tiramisu, waiting for us in the room! Hotel has a good location near I 25 and Paseo in Albuquerque. Allegedly the kids are going to enjoy the indoor pool a lot before we leave.

Looks like a 5 star until you get to your room. The ceiling tiles were falling out and being on the 4th floor very noisy. I called twice on my first night because the toilet kept making noise. Well, it was getting air in the lines from all of the toilets being liked to the same drain line. The carpets have serious wrinkles, and the beds are not that comfortable. At $150 per night for a Friday & Saturday stay, I was disappointed. They have a beautiful common area with waterfall, dining for restaurant, amenities are endless. Just the room was lacking, thus a 3 and not a 4.

Expected a much nicer place for a Merriott property and for the price we paid. Rooms and hallways could use a serious update, our room never wasn't serviced, I sent a message using the Marriott app and never received a response, and we were over charged by $40. The front desk folks were nice at check-in and there was a pretty view of the mountains from our room.

I attended a work awards ceremony at the Marriott Pyramid Hotel. The food ordered was appetizers — they weren't exquisite but they also weren't terrible. The staff was great and accommodating. The setup was perfect.

Was here for a conference. Rooms were set up and ready for each session. Snacks, water, coffee and tea we're all available throughout the 2 days. Employees were polite and friendly. Highly recommend for meetings or conferences.

A relaxing beautiful stay while attending the NM Organic Farmers Conference. Our farmers enjoyed a bit of R&R and some important information all in one space. Thank you! (Housekeeping rm 622 Thank you tremendously for your hard work! )

It was a very nice hotel. I would stay again. The staff was helpful. I needed help taking something to my car and the gentlemen who helped was amazing, I wish I could remember his name but he was very helpful and friendly.

I went for a conference. The food and snacks provided were good. The bathrooms were mostly clean, though several stalls had broken door latches or toilet seats and the bathroom smelled bad because of the drains. Overall the place was good for a conference but the bathrooms weren't great.

The front desk personnel are friendly, professional and courteous. The lobby, restaurant, bar are comfortable. There are lots of different places to sit and relax. Nice little waterfall is soothing. Our room was clean. We had a great view on the southwest side. The carpet was buckling some. The room needs a refresh with new wall treatment and floors at the minimum. The bathtubs are great because there are the older deep ones. Not plastic. The shampoos, etc are amazing. Great products by Thann. The gift shop should sell these products. The breakfast bar looked nice but food was mislabeled. I'm vegetarian and got "cheese" enchiladas. They had meat in them. Our server said she knew. I ended up ordering from the kitchen. Rude hostess at breakfast too. We were not charged for parking. Decent experience overall but consider eating breakfast somewhere else.

Rooms are in desperate need of a remodel. But, are overall clean and tidy. Beware that parking is $8/day but if you're nice, desk staff might waive the fee for you. Concierge lounge is fine. Has the usual amenities. Ask for a room on the North side of the building and you might get a front row view of balloons as they take off. Will add more stars when the rooms are updated and modernized.

Clean/comfortable room. Nice amenities. Complementary breakfast. Close to a cluster of resturants nearby. Clogging (? ) shower/sink. Smell through bathroom in the evening (no vent fan).

We stayed in a room with King bed 10/27-29. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable and the quilt was just right for the weather. Parking was an extra fee. My initial contact for reservations was pleasant and professional, but there were a couple of errors on the emailed confirmation. My second contact with reservations corrected the errors, and actually got us admitted for block room fees, though all the block rooms were full. Thus, we got a significant discount for our 2 night stay.

For the second visit in a row, room is too warm. Air conditioner not very effective and no fan is in the room. They have switched to a comforter which for me was way too warm. No blankets in room as an alternative. Beds were too small for a couple. No refrigerator in room. Hotel staff is very attentive and friendly. Outstanding services.

I was there for a book signing, so I don't know what the rooms are like. But the conference room was very nice. The lobby and entrance area were also very nice. The bathroom was clean… but the soap dispensers were all empty. Overall, it was a nice place.

We attended a book signing here by a lesser known actor. The hotel was easy to find and had convenient freeway access. Even with what seemed like three events going on that day, there was much parking available. The interior was nice and the staff was helpful.

Nice well maintained Marriott. Friendly and helpful staff. Not five stars since the bar could not make a mojito/no mint. Could not serve r us appetizer we ordered, out of mushrooms. Lastly shower nozzle was in need of replacement.

Straight to the point. I did not like the way that the hotel has their security go around all 10 floors to put receipts under the doors and to gather other placed information on the doors and to take it to the front desk. I saw this in the dining area just watching this happen and wondering why isn't this guard watching over the vehicles or something. This just bothers me because my vehicle got broken into at a previous Hotel, and their security guard was doing the same thing for their hotel. I just don't understand why you're going to hire security but not place them in the job description that they are hired for. Other than that, everything else was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was a nice place to stay at. The staff was also friendly and the security guard was also friendly. He probably could have used a gallon of water because it looked like he just finished a triathlon.

The waiters and waitresses were so kind during the dinner banquet. They were very helpful in making sure my 1 year old grandson was just as comfortable and served as the adults were. They were also very accommodating and considerate of my nephews food allergy. They showed great patience towards all the children that were in attendance. The topic of the banquet was geared toward children.

The sheets were not changed and had stains on them and so did the pillows. Room smelt like cigarettes smoke! Then we get changed to another room which was just as bad but without the cigarette smoke smell! I asked for a refund so me and my family could go find a decent other hotel and the front desk manager would not help me out with yet another clean room or a refund. The a/c in the second room hardly worked so we were sweating all night and kept waking up feeling really uncomfortable! Worst hotel stay in a very long time by far the worst. Save ur money and energy on this one guys.

Great hotel. Reasonably priced and very, very nice rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only "complaints" I could think of were that the vending machine on my floor didn't work and some channels were missing on the TV.

Front desk staff were amazing! Rooms were ok. Don't ever order breakfast to your room. 2 days in a row I hung my breakfast menu out like it stated before midnight, only to find it hanging there still the next morning. The first morning it happened, I was offered a free breakfast; the second morning it happened, I told them it's fine, just bring it to my room now. After 2 hours of waiting, it never came. So I came down and ate at the buffet which costs 15.00 and had to inform them myself not to bring the food to my room if they ever had intended on it.

Located in a fairly quiet area not too far from the freeway, I sometimes come to the bar here after work for a very chill place to unwind. The bar staff is always friendly and pours a consistently good cocktail. Around the middle of the week, the bartendress is especially awesome. Otherwise, recently updated with a very modern and clean look.

The restaurant and bar at the Marriott Pyramid was fine. Nothing to write home about, but their food was very good. It was clean and quiet, but not a great beer selection. Nothing was available on tap during my visit.

Price not as cheap as said online, on the phone, and in person. Charged me more than what they said they would. this one will also steal your information and sell it so you will get spam calls about fake promotions. And random other spam calls. Better to just go to another place. Also they don't have a hot tub and sauna as they said they did over the phone.

Driving out west to Phoenix from NYC and arrived in Albuquerque on Monday, checked in and liked the King suite so much am staying three days. Roomy and comfortable with two flat screens, microwave and fridge. Great staff and plenty of free parking. Would come back again.

Excellent service at the bar. Food was great and drinks, although expensive, were very good. Try the Cumbre IPA.

GOT TO IT! I loved it the pool was amazing the room was amazing the hotel was cool the bathroom was so clean the people were friendly and the TV was cool we got a free movie cause the pool was closed for a day happen.

My mom is a very tiny lady Iin height. She is only 4'6", and the beds were too high for her to get in (She is 86). Chris from engineering and Brock bell man went out of there way to deconstruct the bed so she would be able to sleep in it. The hotel was clean and the entire staff was friendly and very concerned about our needs. Great job Marriott team!

My husband and I stayed at the Marriott pyramids in Albuquerque, NM. We stayed overnight for a weekend get away. The rooms were large and clean. The pillows were fantastic and the televisions were large flat screens. The beds were hard and there was no way to turn off the heater and we could only barely open the windows to get relief from the heat. If it wasn't for the hard beds and heat this would get 5 stars.

I go here for work training events fairly frequently. I have never stayed the night. The staff with whom I've interacted have all been professional and helpful. The meeting rooms are large and comfortable and have everything we need. Whenever we encounter technical problems, there's always someone available to help. The candy that they put in the meeting rooms isn't great, though, but that's a silly complaint. Overall, this is a fine place to have a conference or meeting.

The stay was overall nice, but some small issues added up to make it a very average experience. The ice maker didn't work, the blinds were missing their handle, the expensive water bottle in my room was already open, and water from the shower got all over the bathroom floor. Everything else was nice, but this isn't the kind of experience I was expecting.

In need of a remodel. Everything is old and falling apart. Light fixture in bathroom is falling off the wall. Tile work in shower is cracking. Air conditioner takes hours to cool the room a couple degrees. I would not stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and looked like they loved their jobs. The bed was the best bed to sleep in our entire trip and we stayed in 3 other hotels during the trip. Two thumbs up to the management staff.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered! We traveled from Wisconsin on business and stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. My husband's work had already set up payment and had paid for our stay prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, when we checked in the front desk was very confused. They had no clue what to do and treated us like we did something wrong and still had to pay. We had our confirmation number as well. The travel agent we went through was confused why the hotel was having so much trouble. Our travel agent spoke directly with the hotel and everything was cleared up, allegedly. We went to check out and they said that we would only be charged for our 'incidentals' which was the food and drinks from the restaurant and lounge, which was $129. When we got back home I realized I was charged almost $800! I immediately called the hotel and they said "Oh yeah we remember you guys, we're sorry you were charged, have your travel agent call us. " So, travel agent called and now we still have not been reimbursed and this $800 has been out of my account for a week! I received an overdraft fee because I was only supposed to be charged $129, but instead I received a charge of almost $800. This is very frustrating after we spoke to several people and they said they had it all straightened out.

We tried to reserve a room and they hit us with a pre authorized payment which is not what we wanted. Appears whoever is taking their reservations is trying to get commission fees. We had the most difficult time getting a refund and Ana Cisneros the front end manager was very unfriendly and only grudgingly refunded our money. I don't know if their rooms are clean but their custsomer service is lousy.

Was very nice, place. But had small rooms, I understand thats on the person who built the place. I like to describe the two double suite as a vegas room ha ha (small rooms) but nice view, Mr Noah at front desk was very nice at c/o and when I called to ask about my stay. Beautiful lobby needs more elevators (again on the person who built the place).

The experience here from what we told was suppose to be a really nice one. We were told that it was a nice hotel and well worth it. Right! We came here to spend our 5 year anniversary. Well first off they put us in a room that needed to be cleaned better and it smelt like really bad BO and cigarettes. (neither of us smoke). So that started the trip off bad, So we went down and asked to be moved and they said that they would move us. The associate that moved us wasn't really happy that we asked to change room. The other concern with this place is, is that their alcoholic drinks are watered down. We ordered 1 drink each to begin with and then 2 more drinks and then the second time around, neither of our drinks had alcohol at all. The reason was because we watched the bartender make to shots with the alcohol that was suppose to go in our drinks. And then mx it with red bull. Both our waitress and bartender did shots while on the job. This place is a joke. We spoke with a manager and let them know about the drink and she even mentioned that the drinks they sell are strong. She said that she would take care of it. She was really nice thought enough to give us our money for the drinks back as well and put the points that we used for the room back on the rewards card. That's the only decent part about this place.

There was blood on our blankets. There was piss on our pillows. Like wtf? Someone should have washed the stuff they gave us. Not what strangers ruined the night before.

My wife and I checked in late tonight. We were met by a very rude front desk man. Not only was he rude but he had on a black shirt which was half tucked in and looked as if he had just pulled it out of the laundry basket. He made a couple rude comments before sending us to our room. I've had a few experiences here ie sales seminars. Those experiences were great but when it comes to staying here I wouldn't recommended it to anyone. Sub par if you ask me.

Everything about the hotel is amazing. Very ritzy and the gym had great sets, however the pool I had an issue with last night. My wife was swimming, she got out to get something, simply walking and she slipped on this floor that had no grip what so ever. It was very sleek and when I heard that there used to be hot tubs, they cemented it with a more rough surface, which needs to be done surrounding the entire pool! Either that or place rubber mats because this could also be hazardous to young children. My wife's injury could've been much worse, but luckily she just has a sore rib. I wish I could send them feedback on their page, but I wasn't able to find it anywhere on the website. Overall, the pool did not add up to my standards after that night. Poorly constructed surfacing.
