Wow, very clean hotel! Not a spot, stain, or dust in site in the room! Staff was friendly. This is the best and cleanest hotel I've ever been to. It's a must stay.

The room was pointing to the street. In the morning, every single car was driven by a race driver, so it seemed. It was very loud. Also the floor was vibrating on the third floor. No idea why. But it was nut just a bit. It was vibrating so you could feel it in the whole body. Other than that it was an ok stay.

Great Location, Very Nice Staff, and Very Comfortable. Only problem I had was on the last night we stayed, there was little black bugs crawling all over the counter tops. I advised staff and they just said they'd look into it.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Stayed there a few times and never had a problem. Hotel was also fairly quiet better to get a room facing the back of the property front rooms face the highway.

Amber greeted us and made sure we were made to feel welcome. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Dinner located at the hotel was delicious and our waiter made our evening a delight. Hunter served a scrumptious breakfast to us in the morning with a smile.

Excellent reception from staff. Very clean suite. I also appreciated the higher quality facial tissue and toilet paper compared to other hotels. Good location for getting to White Sands National Park, and the front desk loaned us sleds for our visit there.

Very friendly staff. Good location. Easy to find, but still feels out of the way in a quiet little corner.

Clean and comfortable, close to Holloman AFB and restaurants. The room had everything I needed after a long drive and my family loved the free breakfast.

Had two room here on the second floor. On was right next to the maintenance room. It smell of wet carpet, but our other room did not. Really basic not cozy looking but clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff are very nice and friendly!

We are a platinum member, we've been to many IHG hotels around the world. This hotel is one of the worst. The room is not soundproof as the occupants of the room right next to us was extremely noisy. We could hear every conversation, TV was loud and I woke up in the middle of the night just to hear the couple having sex right next door. We reported it to the desk twice and no action was taken. In the earlier stay, they ran out of food for breakfast and many people was waiting due to lack of seating, so we had to leave the hotel to get breakfast. We paid for the room to get a good night sleep and for breakfast that we did not receive. This is for sure the last time to stay in this hotel.

I wish I would have received the same service that everyone else received, but no, me and my family recived awful service from check in to check out. Take my advise, if you don't want dirty looks and snares from the blond lady at breakfast, go to the Fairfield inn next door. They forgot to clean our room, and gave us dirty looks every time we left our room. At check out we were met buy a rude younger man dressed in street clothes, he never looked up or made eye contact. I know this is only a 2 star hotel but dam I get better customer service at allsups. Never staying at this stuffy, pompus hotel again. My wife checked us in so you will not see my name.

A very nice hotel! Close to the heart of scenic Alamogordo and its bustling restaurant district. Close to the highway so we could take day trips easily. Clean! And came with a hearty and complimentary continental breakfast. Next time I'm in Alamogordo, you know I'll be staying here again!

Nice place with good staff. The hotel seems like recently renovated but still has an old vibe to it… thw staff was friendly and helpful… they did however check us into a dirty room but were quick to apologize and compensate for the back and forth we had to do with our luggage and really tired kids… they did lend us sleds to use at the white sands which was really nice. Breakfast was pretty standard. All in all a good place to stay when visiting white sands.

When I visited they were renovating the place, a lot of stuff was out of order (i. E. The ice machines) hopefully they fix it all soon for hotel selection here is slim, service and breakfast were good.

New property with great service and friendly staff. The breakfast was typical HIE, but it seemed the staff took some pride in the quality and presentation. My only disappointment was the little nooks that have replaced the closets. There might be enough room in the closet for a couple of coats.

The carpets where well maintained and that to me is the firat sign of a good establishment. I spent less than an hour for a birthday stayed less than an hour the space is nice.

Update: I stayed here again last week and was pleasantly surprised at the changes they've made. I must have just had a bad room last time, but the room I stayed in this time was comfortable, relaxing, and clean. Very pleased with my stay. Updated to 4 stars. I stayed at this hotel for business about a year ago and it was a good experience. However they recently did a remodel and the new atmosphere feels uninviting. My room didn't feel as clean or comfortable as last time. I found hair stuck in the blow drier hanging on the wall, weren't convenient places to hang towels, and the AC unit was very loud. Although the remodel was meant to make it a more modern atmosphere, I think it took away from the comfort and overall experience of staying here.

Check in very smart and cheerful thanks to Destiny. Be Room very clean and everything works. Bed was comfortable. Direct TV great and Keurig coffee maker nice touch. Pool great and jacuzzi wonderful. Both very clean. Coffee in lobby very good and fresh cookies fabulous. Free breakfast adequate (it's free — — what do you expect). Great overall experience.

There are many options for accommodations, but I would recommend this one over all others. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and they took great care of me and my family during our stay. They went above and beyond in getting us into the ideal room ahead of normal check-in time. Also, they have saucers available for you to borrow on your trip to the White Sands National Park.

As with most of these box hotels, the free breakfast is mediocre and consists of prepackaged and frozen/reheated eggs, gravy, and bacon. The coffee was of poor quality, which was a real downer. To be fair, over the course of an 8 day vacation driving from Minnesota to southern New Mexico, this was par and no different at other chains. Props to the staff for being cheery and helpful. The pool and hot tub area was adequate. The room was clean and up to date. We would stay here again (family of 6, four kids.

The breakfast and coffee were great! Enjoyed breakfast with the excellent mountain view! Decent pool. Very nice gym! The only thing that bothered me was the price. I feel like the rates are way to expensive for what this hotel has to offer. The TVs were small, rooms plain, bathroom door did not shut right, found old crackers in the safe, air condition did not cool the way it should have, and poor cable package. Everything in the hotel was expensive, including snacks and toiletries. This was a comfortable stay, but overpriced. Casual hotel with a luxury price.

Great place! After being trapped in Alamogordo, we found this place and thoroughly enjoyed it.

It was really well kept and had a refreshing atmosphere. The continental breakfast had a lot of variety and the staff were very kind.

Room was clean and nice upon arrival. Had the required amenities for a two night stay while traveling with a child. Breakfast was sufficient and included hot food. The room did not get cleaned while we were out. When the staff was informed, he said housekeeping had already left and that we could restock our own room. He did not empathize or provide an apology for lack of service. Traveling with a child also generates trash, which at that point had been full. Will not stay again due to lack of necessary anf basic service associated with hotel stays.
