Sean was so helpful and treated us like family.

Shower and sink were stopped up, let the front desk know when we were checking out since we only stayed 1 night. The bed was very high and TV was at the same level so hard to see. Biscuits were in the fridge during breakfast so you had to microwave them. Staff was nice, bed was comfy, everything was clean.

This was so clean and a perfect spot to stay close to White Sands. The weather didn’t work out for us to camp in the park, so we headed here. And I didn’t catch her name, but whoever was working the desk Thursday evening around 9:30pm (8/23/2018) was so kind upon our arrival! Great customer service at a great price.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Quality Inn & Suites. From arrival to departure, the front desk and housekeeping was extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty of amenities at this location: pool, hot tub, laundry, exercise room and breakfast served daily. Our room was really nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the TV, desk, mini fridge and coffee station was a nice addition. I did enjoy the shower pressure and temp, but the only downside to that was our shower did not drain at a normal speed. If I need a place to stay in the future, this will be my first choice.

Best place in town that meets per diem. Rooms are nice and comfortable and well decorated, just like you'd expect in a larger hotel. Rooms open to the outside, which is a little less great. Nice enough pool, though a little small if there's other people there. Breakfasts is as good as you can expect for a free hotel breakfast (eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, toast and bagels, yogurts, coffee, juices).

2 non smoking rooms reeked of cigarettes. Messed up reservation. Unattractive rooms & grounds, in my opinion. They switched our rooms to better smelling rooms. The king bed was comfortable except the fitted bottom sheet didn't fit so it was lumpy. Fairly clean except hair was mopped into the corner behind the bathroom door and that toenail on the floor isn't mine. The toilet isn't bolted to the floor so it rocks and don't bump into the half wall between the bed and couch because it will fall down. But I slept ok.

This hotel is very clean, has a great breakfast and awesome staff. Janis the manager is super pleasant, she truly believes in customer satisfaction. Jerry hotel clerk goes over and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. This guy is simply amazing! The whole crew there really made our stay very comfortable.

Great The unplanned visit couldn't have been better. Our RV broke down and we needed an overnight. The receptionist was excellent getting us into our room ASAP. A very pleasant room with comfortable King bed love the extra pillows. Great breakfast in the morning Teresa the food prep did an excellent job eye appeal and clean dining. It was my first stay at a Quality it won't be my last. Thanks for a great visit.

As always I would have preferred bathroom with bidet, but so much. Spacious and comfortable rooms, well equipped and well furnished with comfort. Good location close to refreshment points and the White Sand.

I stayed here in May 2017! We had a very relaxing, quiet night. The rooms are very well maintained and the fruit-stucco coffee, a full machine that grinds the beans fresh was delicious. Manager Janis Thomas was very helpful. I wanted to cancel a reservation for another hotel, also Quality inn in Clovis, NM because I had read that there are bed bugs in the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel was not ready to compromise even though Janis had called for me there. She was very nice and really tried everything for me. Thanks again for that! I would recommend the hotel ever further!

Very nice! Bed was so comfortable. Friendly staff. Quiet and well lit at night. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Another great room. We had a Queen with a sofa which was pretty comfy. Fridge/microwave station was pretty cool too. This hotel is at the end of town — closest to Holloman AFB & Otero County Detention Center. Good breakfast, but 4 days of the exact same choices. Need bacon vs sausage once in awhile. Oh, and the cookies are to die for. I stayed there for work, and would run into lobby for a couple cookies to take to work! Yummy!

Very clean, warm, modern, pretty and spacious! Breakfast was good. We loved their waffles. Would definitely stay here again. Probably best in town. They top the rooms at Holiday Inn and Magnuson.

Stayed here for one night on a road trip through Southern NM. The room was fairly inexpensive, so I wasn't expecting much. However, it exceeded expectations and turned out to be a nice hotel. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and, of course, the kids enjoyed the waffles.

The hotel was superb. The staff was some of the friendliest we've ever met. They were so helpful in every Manner, and always willing to please. We give this place the highest recommendation.

A quiet property off the main road. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There seem to be a lot of regulars (not live-ins, but business travelers and journeymen who are repeat customers). The room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was free but not the best. If you want to grab something quick the spread will be just fine – if you want something heartier in the morning there are plenty of restaurants around. Pet friendly with a small fee. I appreciated how well lit the parking lot was.

The rooms are very nice. The 2nd shift staff was very friendly. The 1st shift not so much. We informed the clerk when we were checking in we had a dog. When checking out we were rudely told the room we stayed in wasn't for pets like that was our fault and then was made to pay $15 because the person who checked us in didn't charge us the pet fee. I feel they could have let that go.

It is very nice. Very comfortable beds Pillows smooth. The pool very clean.

The person managing the front desk had stepped out and the lovely housekeeping manager was working the front — she did an excellent job helping me out. The manager came back and was very cold, told me there were no single kings so gave me a single queen — — the room had a huge dripping stain on the bed so I went back for a new room. What did I get? A single king after all. Ok.

Love the staff and super clean. My kids love staying here. My youngest love the Lady who does the breakfast she is super sweet. He says she is worth staying here for. Recommend staying here hands down.

My husband had work to do in Alamogordo and I went with him for eight days. We prepaid for the room in advance so that we could settle in, which came out to about a good $580, mind you, and so I get up the next morning to enjoy the free complimentary breakfast they offer before we had went about our day. So I had went up to the front to make ONE waffle and while that was in progress, I had put a small spoon full of their eggs onto another plate. I brought the food back to our room for my husband so that we could eat together in our room. I walked back to the front to make myself a waffle and I was approached by the lady that was in charge of the breakfast area and she had told me that I could NOT make another waffle/plate because I had already had taken one to my room?! My jaw just dropped and I could not believe what she had just told me. She apologized and said that she wasn't the one who said that, that it was the words from the manager (Janis). I asked Janis, the Manager, if that was true of what she had said and she told me " well you already got a plate and took it to your room! " My eyes started to water and I turned around and just walked back to our room and didn't even get to make a plate for myself! In my 46 years of life, I had never been told that from any other staff members of motels or hotels that we have stayed in as he travels for his job.

This Hotel is OK. However, I do not recommend Choice Hotel Brands. I travel for a living. I had a bed bug issue at a Comfort Inn and Choice Hotel Inc. Would not do one thing to try and help me. I was a Platinum Elite member at the time. My loyalty to their brand meet nothing. I now primarily use Marriott, La Quinta, & Best Western hotel brands. And have been well pleased with these brands. I had a bed bug issue one other time at a Hotel I wont mention the Brand but will say this, that brand took responsibility. I still do business with that brand to this day because they took responsibility.

Staff was all excellent… Nice pool and hot tub… It was cool that they served breakfast all the way until 10 a. M. For late risers.

The beds here are extremely comfortable. Really nice hotel. The breakfast is very nice too. I would definitely stay here again!

A normal motel. Everything is everywhere. The rooms are clean but the windows are spotted with insects: (and on the floor at the front Door: ( (

It is an acceptable hotel for one night, the morning dinner is not bad but the room is quite filthy. For the passage through it is certainly worth considering.

Even less ambiance than normal chain motels. Our king suite had the toilet/shower room about the size of a closet, although the rest of the room was nice. Housekeeping didn't bother with our room in two days, and I caught some loser guest messing with our laundry in the dryer in the laundry room. The place probably gets by on work crews and through traffic going by brand name. Some sprucing up of the exterior areas could go a long way at making it seem more inviting.

The hotel was definitely a good value for the price. It was VERY windy when we got there and due to the abundance of fine white sand in the air there was a thin layer of it on many hard surfaces in the room near the door. But I would imagine this is unavoidable in this area on very windy days. The bed was firm but comfortable and the breakfast was an amazing value. Many cold and hot options and the "full hot breakfast" claim that many hotels have is definitely true here (more so than many other hotels I've stayed at). Overall a great overnight stay and will definitely consider staying at quality inns again in the future.

Great Motel with renovated and clean rooms, very comfortable beds. At night for those who are light sleepers feel a bit The freight trains but it is a problem of all The motels in the area.

While staying here the hot water heater was replaced. There was little to no hot water unless at odd hours. The rooms are very clean and the staff are super nice. The beds are very comfortable as well. Would stay here again.

We'd reserved two rooms with two queen beds, but one room only had one queen bed. Breakfast was a hot buffet with sausage, eggs, waffles, pancakes… but the eating area was small with limited space.

Check in was easy, room was neat and clean. Only fault was the breakfast, which was a madhouse. Not really the fault of the inn, but could be better organized to prevent the crowds. All in all, would stay there again.

For the price, this place is great! Friendly staff. Not too extensive, but a good hot breakfast. Nice rooms with modern furnishings. USB chargers everywhere! Good A/C in the room. Big TV with a ton of channels. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was super nice. We arrived earlier than expected and they were able to give us a room. The room was newly remodeled. It looked really nice. Bed was comfortable. I would stay there again amd would recommend this hotel dor anyone traveling through Alamogordo.

Clean rooms… great beds… great rates. Does evwrything you need it to when you're travelling.

Our first room had hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub! GROSS! Our second room was painted two days before and the paint fumes were over powering. Our third room was on the second floor and my mother has back problems so that was fun for me having to carry everything up the stairs in 95 degree heat. That free breakfast better be worth it!

This place was great. Just redone. New tv, beds, everything. Direct TV. Breakfast. If you go to Alamogordo, stay here!

Bed bugs everywhere. Super ghetto hotel. If you like itching stay here.

Everything was more than adequate just nothing that blew me away either. I was whelmed.

Hotel was under construction for major remodel, but was clean and staff was friendly. Full free breakfast was decent and had a good selection to choose from. Parking was a little cramped (we had truck and trailer when we rolled in) and if you don't mind the temporary inconvenience of the remodel it was a clean, economical place to stay.

Dirty. Our sheets were stained and got a second set which also had a few stains, which we changed ourselves. There was dust clogging the ac unit, the water smelled like sewage coming out of the sink faucet. It was so gross and dirty we couldn't get out of there fast enough. We just did a 9day road trip and this hotel was by far the worst. Do not waste your money.

We payed cash and they still required a card for "security reasons", the card was not supposed to be charged for the room, but in the end we were charged twice and even after fault was admitted they wouldn't fix it! The pool is a lot smaller than the pictures make it look. Our room had things left from the last guest. Overall was not worth it!

The staff was friendly, informative and long time locals who at the mention of my last name remembered family members of mine who passed away nearly 30 years ago! The location is excellent and the prices were the best we found on our trip. Breakfast was wonderful! We WILL be staying here again!
