The sales manager & manager are good people and super helpful. Our stay was extended because of Covid 19 and a tight rental market and both Brooke & Mike are fantastic.

This hotel is the worst ever… They over sold rooms & left my daughter stranded in an ice storm. Poor management. Was told by Michael Luts there was nothing he could do. Just horrible.

For two days my boyfriend took me there as a get-a-way… the experience was phenomenal… I enjoyed the fire pit and out late night cookout for two, it set the mood for our first time sharing quality time together. The service and staff are wonderful. Thank you H2S for such a great experience.

Great budget hotel with friendly staff and amenities. Close to shopping centres and restaurants.

Came here with all my ex friends, it was good. I loved the omelette. It was a bummer to hear that this hotel doesn't have a pool so you loose a star for that one.

I booked this place 6 weeks in advance through Expedia. They were CLOSED for renovation when I got there. The Inn at King Of Prussia and Expedia REFUSE to credit my money back. WHY? I have no idea. They just keep saying The Inn has declined my refund. I would be happy to share my email correspondence with these fine establishments.

Always friendly staff and large clean rooms. Standard breakfast fare with a well staffed dining area. Safe and quiet.

I've been staying at this hotel for approximately 4 months, once or twice a week. Despite the construction, it is a decent place. I checked in today for a 2 night stay and when I called to confirm my reservation at 1800, I spoke to Iyanna who was less than friendly and made me feel like I was bothering her for calling the hotel. Reas on for my call to verify is because I've had issues prior when I booked through a 3rd party. Once I checked in, I caled downstairs and Iyanna was again less than friendly. I let her know that I'd report this, she actually called my room a half hour later to ask if I was the one who just came down for a blanket. Clearly, she's trying to cover herself for her lack of customer service. Probably best that this hotel is closing down soon to become a Hilton owned property. Hilton would not put up with attitudes like this. I'm fearful to leave my stuff in my room tomorrow because Iyanna obviously has an issue with me.

Great accomodations for the price. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom sink & shower were dated, but clean. There was plenty of space. My son had a great time playing with his toys in the room. The staff was friendly. Coffee was watery, but my son enjoyed tge breakfast.

Maybe the quality varies here, considering some of the reviews. Our room was very clean and didn’t have any weird odor or anything. The bathroom looked fine, the bed was comfortable enough and the TV had a lot of channels. Check in process was just fine. Great place for a night or two.

I'm only giving this 3 stars because the staff was very nice. We had a king room on the ground floor for 5 days. The room didn't seem to have any ventillation despite the AC/Heater unit. It was VERY musty with a strong undertone of urine. They were full, so couldn't change rooms. Vanity light went out while we were there, but they repaired it immediately when we asked. The tub faucet was leaky.

Terrible staff and communication. I called about a week and a half after I returned back home & started unpacking to let them know I had left my blow dryer behind in my room. They said they'd check and never returned my call. I know I brought it and was not asking them to check. Just to ask them to hold onto it so I could figure out how it could be received back to me. I called a few days later & no one seemed to know what I was talking about. Finally, a man told me that it was not in their possession. Their staff will steal your belongings. Do not stay here.

King room non smoking-The room was good and facilities clean. I didn't see a phone in the room though. The elevators were worn, slightly musty, and the switches didn't work. Breakfast was nice. Good for a short stay if nothing else is available.

Room is alright, nothing special. Very old feeling. Dark carpets and lack of lights made it feel dingy and dark. Bed was comfortable so can't complain too much. Breakfast and coffee were good.

I've previously worked for hotels so my opinion comes from a guest and a workers stand point. I like the hotel because it's close to the mall and it an overall decently clean place, but the checking in process is always stressful. I guess I don't understand the concept of paying for the room at check in. Kst hotels that I've worked for or have been to will authorize a card a check in so that on the event you would want to switch your form of payment you're able to do so. Also the elevator needs some serious updating. The carpet in the elevator is disgusting and the smell is offending. On a more positive note the breakfast is really nice and obviously the hotel keeps busy seeing that both times I've been the place has been packed.

No frills hotel for an agreeable price. Hot breakfast was provided but had a fast food quality to it. Would stay again if in the area. Good place for a one night stay on a budget road trip.

Comfort Inn has a good location, it is right next to the King of Prussia Mall and is right across from some small shops and restaurants. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Employees were welcoming and friendly. The main two problems with my stay was the continental breakfast, which wasn't very good and the elevator which almost closed on me. Unless someone was holding the open doors button on the inside of the elevator, the doors would close very rapidly and shortly after they just opened even as you were entering the elevator. Take the stairs if you ever stay here.

We were in town for a nearby convention and this hotel offered us one of the better room rates. Bryan at the front desk was very helpful and got us checked in quickly. The room itself was comfortable and we have gotten a good nights sleep out of it. It is a bit of a challenge to get to the hotel from the King of Prussia mall exit as you have to go up the road and turn around. That really isn't so much the hotel's fault as it is the state of PA. They had a very good breakfast spread for the morning which we took advantage of. Hoping that I won't miss grabbing a bagel the next time. Overall the hotel has been great for a clean and comfortable room plus free Wi-Fi and breakfast means we will probably stay there again.

When I travel from my home in VA to NY to see family — we always stop here for the night. I have three children so more than 4 hours in the car is a no-no for my sanity. The proximity to the King of Prussia Mall is a huge plus. It's within walking distance and the entrance closest to the Comfort Inn has a small indoor playground (free). There are also several restaurants within walking distance as well. The free breakfast is also a huge plus when you're traveling with kids. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean although the plumbing seems to be a bit off (I've had issues in a few of the rooms I've stayed). I recommend this place as a family friendly place to stay!

Well everythings ok the rooms and stuff but the breakfeast its ok but not that good.

Long line at check in due to what looked like bus group, but staff were quick about it, hotel internet was slow but this could be due to the hotel being full. Hotel is in a nice location about. 25 miles from the mall. Rooms were clean but some things looked like they could use a little TLC.

My stay at the Comfort Inn is always a wonderful experience. You get a lot for your money including free breakfast. Definitely a nice hotel for your money and I would stay here again.

The breakfast was full of variety. Pretty good for a quick bite. If anything was running low or needed refilled the breakfast attendant got to it within seconds. The rooms were cozy, but spacious. We had the king. Had 3 people in there and didn't feel like we were crowded. Love seat did turn into a fold out bed. The king bed was very comfortable. Quite surprising! The staff was very friendly and quick to please! We'll be back.

If travelling to the Comfort Hotel, Valley Forge, do not reley on a Tom Tom Satnav, it will take you straight onto the toll road, from where you Will see the hotel, having just paid the toll, and you will then have pay a second toll just to get back to where you started. The breakfast is average at best, but the rooms are ample and clean.

I was a guest for an extended period of time and they had the same thing for breakfast everyday for the whole time I stayed there. The elevator never worked right. And the pillows were terrible. And the front desk guy wasn't very bright… It was company paid for but if I was paying I would of moved hotels.

My 2nd stay in the last 6 months. Decent price for this area but the rooms are showing their age. Furniture in the room was warn looking. The drapes were stained, room was dusty. All furniture need to be wiped down. The bathroom floor had not been properly cleaned for a long time. Shower tile grout was dirty. My feet got dirty from walking on the carpeting with bare feet after my shower. For a few dollars more, I will stay somewhere else when in the area again and would not reccomend this place, but if your a smoker your choices are limited. Room 526

Very friendly staff. I stayed on the smoking floor even though I am a nonsmoker because it was cheaper. It smelled like smoke. I guess I really can't complain about that, but maybe they should be paying more? They provided all bathroom supplies I needed. Free Wi-Fi. Big room. Hbo. Great stay.

For the price it was pretty good.

The check in time was too long, my date and I arrived in the parking lot at 8:37 pm. We sat in the lobby because they were people already waiting I had to assert myself just to get seen. The guest including myself waited 20 minutes each… Insane, they were patient but thier faces were beet red from the delay, the one guest said she just wanted a key, but the agent was on the phone helping a guest (the person in front of you have merit over the person on the phone) He did mention he was the bartender the agent the front desk etc, and said it was way too much multitasking the agent needed help what can they do in a situation like that! I did make a strong mention about my cc not being charged he seem slightly annoyed, my date said he was tired and wanted to go home I was embrassed because I wanted for us to have a great experince but that didnt happen.

Checked in and out within 15 minutes. Who knew smoking hotels still existed? Not me, so accidentally booked a smoking room online. Argued w/ front desk to be switched to non-smoking room. Didn't matter — entire hotel smells like smoke. Carpets dirty & stuck to my shoes. Makeshift bed frames made out of 2x4's. Someone obviously used the bathroom before I got to the room. I walked in, made some calls, and walked out. Disgraceful! And now am fighting for a refund.

Staff are not helpful. We booked a smoking room online by accident. I was checking in with a toddler and they said you know you booked a smoking room, right? I asked them if I can change to a non smoking room but they refused to accommodate us. Would not stay here again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! AVOID THIS HOTEL! I asked to get a room change from a smoking room to a non Smoking room because I have Asthma problems and was denied it even though they had extra rooms. They told me that since I booked through Priceline I had to get the "RUN OF THE HOUSE ROOMS". When priceline called the hotel to cancel the reservation, Betty (the supervisor) said they were not going to cancel and if I wanted a different room I should pay for another room at full price. Unbelievable!

Haven't even stayed here yet and I'm already having a hard time with the front desk manager Kenya. Left a message for Hank. Will update everyone on how good their customer service is.

We had a pleasent stay. This hotel is really close to the mall, which is great. Bathroom is big, hotel is clean, breakfast was ok. The beds were comfy, there were 2 pillows to choose from, a soft one and a harder one. The staff is friendly and changed our room when we were unhappy with the smoker room (smells terrible).

Bunch of thieves who steal your money, pathetic customer service. I booked a room in this hotel but unable to cancel it before 4pm due to me being in flight. I went back due to family emergency (my daugther was taken into emergency) and called hotel around 6pm (instead of 4pm) same day for cancellation but they were unable to cancel it due to "HOTEL POLICY". Hotel charged me full price for that night ($128.00) I never stayed in. They keep referring to "4pm reservation cancellation policy" doesn't matter even if you call little late due to family emergency. I was asked to furnish details of my daughter's emergency to get that refund. Are you kidding me? I am a frequent traveler stayed in several different hotels but never saw such a worst hotel policy. Lessons learned: Never trust any such choice hotels with your credit card info going forward.

If you sleep here you will not sleep alone! I found a bed bug in my bed and walked out. At least they refunded my money.

As I work on the road A LOT I can say this is one of the better hotels I've stayed in. It's not perfect but it's not priced to be. I thought the room was rather nice including a flat screen tv, absence of mold in the bathroom (not sure what those other reviewers were talking about), and all the usuals a hotel should offer. The only complaints (and they are small) are that there was no AMC on the cable and the traffic noise was a little much.

All was nice except for the noisy AC unit/fans outside. Room was badly insulated (might be just our room). Cheap and clean room in the phili area.
