Worst Hampton inn housekeeping forgets to leave towels multiple times. Front desk had no bottled water for diamond members so I had to pay 2 bucks per bottle at the vending machine the first night unless I wanted to drive to walmart for water. Elevator is slow and my faucet keeps falling off my sink.

We won't be back. There was hair in the bed. One bed did not have a bottom sheet and it took 30 minutes to have someone bring one up when we were ready for bed. We then had to make the bed ourselves. The bathroom had no soap, no hand towels, and only 3 bath towels four four of us. Run down. No great service.

My friends and I have stayed here every year for the past 4 or 5 years for a convention held annually at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. Up until now our experience has best been described as "okay" — — the hotel was never wonderful but we didn't feel uncomfortable staying there. This year things changed for the worse, and we'll be looking for a different hotel next year. There are some not-so-new things that we never really complained about like the fact that the bathroom doors don't lock (they just slide into place, and is actually the same door as the closet door, it just slides back and forth between the two frames), that the shower door has no rubber stopper to it so the glass slams against the tile in the bathtub if you aren't SUPER careful, and that there's only one waffle iron which leaves you waiting for an uncomfortable amount of time just to get a waffle. But the issues this year were bad. There were mysterious stains on the desk chair, some of our pillow cases and towels, and the carpet. I can't even necessarily call them stains: sometimes they were actually substances caked onto the carpet. The fact that the stains were on our pillow cases, though, made it easier to tell that housekeeping didn't change our pillowcases. Also regarding the carpeting, it's laid down in pieces, and those pieces were peeling up in various areas. They also appear to have used vinyl wallpaper in the bathroom (? ), which was peeling heavily as well. Hair.

Stay in an even numbered room. The turnpike noise is awful. Of course no mention of it, which bothers me even more than the noise. Iffy brunch, nothing healthy, weird door that covers the bathroom AND closet. Quite dangerous. Carpet seams don't meet up. Spilled a little water on the floor. Wiped it up. Very dirty. No change at the desk. If we'd been trying to make a deadline would've set us back. The ONLY decent things were the beds, sheets and housekeeping.

Friendly and most helpful establishment. Breakfast crew led by Dawn were beyond outstanding. Housekeeping was another issue and very inconsistent. Front desk and maintenance was always picking up slack for housekeeping inconsistentcys. Fair pricing but room for improvement. Coffee often cold at entryway. Good location.

Fair price, and after that things go down hill. I tripped over a piece of (poorly glued down) "carpet", and hit the end of my bed. The complementary breakfast lacked food. The floor of the elevator was filthy, with many stains of varying degrees. We were short of towels on our 2nd morning. Breakfast options improved, but left a lot to be desired. Waited 15 minutes for requested hot water for tea. Can only enter hotel by going South on route 202. If traveling North, one must drive over half a mile to turn around. (Unless you want to make an illegal 'U' turn. ) You must look very carefully to see the sign to enter, blended in with lights and other signage. All other Hampton Inns throughout the eastern United States have rated over 4 with us. This one needs some improvements focusing on the details.

This hotel provides a good environment. The breakfast was small but tasty. The TV in the room was also kind of small. The bed is comfy and the room is laid out well. Overall my stay was enjoyable.

Very convenient location in King of Prussia, PA. Mall area is walkable with traffic crossings. Fitness room was very adequate with two treadmills, elliptical and nice dumbbell set. Hotel needs some updating. I found my room to be partially cleaned with hairy soap from last tenant left in shower, separator door to neighboring room completely unlocked, HVAC system was poor and only one clean bath towel provided — there's usually three. Additionally, there was considerable highway noise and no snack shop (for late work ice cream). CNN blasting fake news on the flat screen for the complimentary morning breakfast — just put on the weather channel!

The location is great, walking distance to King of Prussia Mall. The decor in the hallways and elevators can be more updated as it's a bit outdated compared to most of the Hampton Inns that my husband and I have stayed in. The rooms are clean and nice with the exception of nicks in the paint on the walls, and inside the compartment where our refrigerator was stored was also peeling paint. The bathrooms are clean and stocked. The front desk was friendly but lacking a bit of professionalism with one of their attendants walking around without her shoes behind the desk! That was a first ever! Would I stay here again, maybe not as they have a bit of upgrading to do. With the prime location, and being a Hilton hotel, I'm surprised this location has fell short.

Extremely clean rooms and bathrooms, very nice staff. No issues at all with my stay. Convenient location with plenty nearby to eat.

Nice people, tired property with some remodeling which makes it nice. I like Hampton Inns with their policy of cleaning the duvets daily so very good sleep. The shower door was installed backwards so you have to squeeze between the toilet to get in and out but nice remodeling with the new decor and space though.

Location is tricky to get to. Good thing-easy departure. Front desk staff is awesome. Renovations are awesome.

Convenient location with the KOP mall pretty much right next door. Got to stay here for my company so didn't get to enjoy much. They always had coffee downstairs all day which was awesome and the free breakfast offered a decent selection.

The room was great but the breakfast was only okay. Would recommend for location and ease of service.

The staff was nice. The hotel itself was poorly kept. My room was dirty, but not as dirty as the "clean" towels. Night one, I had to call the front desk from my cell phone because they wouldn't answer the hotel line. Then I had repair my own window shades because they wouldn't close and the hotel didn't have an evening maintenance crew that could help me with that. Night two, the hotel decided to do some late night construction (Not sure where that crew was when my shades wouldn't close), waking me up and destroying any chance of going back to sleep that night. I don't plan on staying at this particular Hampton inn ever again.

Staff was super sweet. Room was inviting and set up for the on the road worker. Slept like a baby. Perfect location on the highway that makes it easy to get around the area.

I had issues from the very start with this hotel. They had awful customer service via the phone, and then it was even worse in person. They are unreachable by phone. They also took money out of my account and another person I stayed with charging us double what we were told, and I still have yet to get my money back. I wold not recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay. Almost tried to leave with the couch that's in the room. Too comfy. Took off a star because the elevators were dirty and didn't seem safe.

The location of the hotel is pretty close to restaurants and Target, etc. The hotel itself is ok, ironicly it was recently renovated, but it would seem that it was done poorly. Shelves are slanted down like it's about to fall, I've been in a room where the thermostat wasn't mounted square… Hmm can you knock the hotel for this or the contractor? The staff seem friendly. Overall it's not a deal breaker. Relatively comfortable hotel. You do hear road noise at night.

Looks like there are improvements and renovations, but the hotel is not clean. The floors in the hallways, elevator and bathroom are not vacuumed and tile floors are not cleaned well. There is a lot of noise from the highway and the windows should be replaced with quieter windows. The bedsprwad comforter is not washed like most Hampton Inns. Mine had several liquid spots near where it could touch your face. The feather pillows stink of a musty smell and need replacing.

VERY tired hotel. Every staff member I encountered except for one from housekeeping was not helpful or customer service driven. Breakfast is from 6 to 10am. At 6am, half of the hot food dishes were not cooked. Oatmeal not cooked. No waffle mix. Breakfast was not completely set out until 645am. They only had decaf coffee (no regualr or hot water for 30 minutes in am). I would never stay here again.

I've stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn hotels in the past. This one being the worst of the bunch. At first glance their new, stylish remodel of the rooms looks great! Not so much. The mattresses are hard, not the pillow top with plush bedding Hampton used to be known for. The thermostat didn't work, not even hooked up to electricity it appears. The sliding glass shower door was fully closed and still leaked water all over the floor. There was no toilet paper when we checked into our room. The sliding bathroom door doesn't close fully and if you aren't careful it will slowly slide open and then gain speed until it bounces back at the end of it's track with a clang loud enough to wake everyone in the room. There was also a leak in the room above us which created a bulge in the ceiling above the toilet. I added a photo of this to the review. Speaking of the toilet, it's so loose where it meets the floor that it rocks an inch back and forth and the seat is loose as well. It was like sitting under a time bomb. Yeah… Hilton… you can do better.

1. Minor things are annoying. 2. No shampoo in room 3. The alarm clock batteries were missing 4. The breakfast room is undersized. 5. The elevator doors made scrapping noises. 6. Many of the elevator floor lights were burned out. 7. The trash in the breakfast room was flowing onto the floor because the trash receptacles were full. 7. The staff was not able to keep up with several of the food items such as the fruit and the regular coffee. 8. On another note the remodeled bathroom was very acceptable. I think management needs to analyze their operation and make changes where needed.

This is last time we will stay here. Have stayed here in past and it was fine but has been going downhill. Our air conditioner has not worked properly since we have been here. We have complained but no results yet. They only give room a quick cleaning _left empty shampoo bottle in shower left no bathmat and did not replace cups used for coffee in rooms. Elevator door would not stay open long enough for us to get our luggage cart on and buttons were burned out. Husband who is an architect pointed out to desk that the elevator did not meet safety requirements since door could close on a child. They were very unconcerned. We stayed because it is July 4th week but we will not stay here again.

The hotel staff is some of the most genuinely nice people I've ever met. We booked the hotel because it was cheap and convenient. It's located right down the road from the mall and surrounded by various food options. Even though it's so close, because it's right on a major road you will end up driving everywhere. It's also about 20 minutes from downtown Philly convention center… Which is where we were going. Rooms were fine, nothing to special. Pretty basic amenities; gym, Wi-Fi, breakfast were the only ones we used. Breakfast was a little lacking. All in all the hotel was mediocre but the incredibly nice staff is why we would be going back.

This property is not what I expect from a Hampton. Old, tired, worn out and broken. The only plus here is the super nice staff. Do yourself a favor and book at the Double Tree instead. I certainly will next time.

Nice comfortable hotel, but it felt like it was starting to get run down and in need of a renovation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

A very good hotel to stop in, not a resort but very doable.

It's a typical Hampton Inn. Location is very convenient. Right next to the mall so many places to eat. Also ask for rooms facing away from the freeway unless you like traffic noise.

Checkin was smooth. Hotel is clean and well kept. The room was clean and had everything I need. The front desk help was easy to work with.

The hotel was great, and the staff was helpful! The only thing I didn't like was that only three devices per room could be connected to the Wi-Fi, even though a room could sleep four people. It just doesn't make sense.

Comfortable rooms and nice hot breakfast. Location is conveniently close to the King of Prussia mall.

Great hotel, nice rooms and a free breakfast in the morning that includes a rotating selection. The location is a little tricky, being on a divided highway.
