They followed the safety procedures because of the pandemic. Everyone had on masks. They were prompt to fix anything we needed.

Love this place! Neat clean rooms designed nicely.

Clean and convenient… but more importantly, Unbelievably great service. Very welcoming staff. Chris was amazing… helped me carry groceries in and when he found out we were there for 11 days for some medical procedures for my daughter, he upgraded our room so we could have more space. The ladies at the desk are extremely kind and friendly as well… I will definitely seek out Hyatt House for any future traveling plans.

No ice bucket, but it didn’t matter since the ice machine wasn’t working, fridge was also broken. Had our reunion there and they close the bar at 10:00 on a Saturday night, so wrong.

Having a wonderful stay for my sons birthday trip. The breakfast has so many options. The little kitchen in our room is so convenient. The shower has great pressure. The pool is glorious — hasn't been crowded at all. Very clean and well kept. The true highlight of our stay thus far however has to be that the front desk staff took it upon themselves to get a card n a gift for my sons 5th birthday today and leave it in our room for him to return to. He was thrilled. Shows they truly care, they listened to him when he told them it was his 5th birthday and they took extra time out of thier work day to bring him a smile. That is great customer service, thank you!

Huge room everybody is very helpful and clean rooms and access to everywhere.

This was our first time we stayed at a HYATT house and it will not be the last time! Professional and clean looking with great amenities. The staff is as friendly as can be and gave us great service and advice for traveling around Philadelphia. As an added bonus, the kitchen staff allowed us to eat earlier than their normal hours so we could go visit the Liberty Bell in the morning and make it to our other event in the afternoon.

Anthony at the front desk was great! Our grandkids met us at the hotel. It was our first time in KoP. Anthony spent extra time helping us pick out a local restaurant that would be family friendly and provided transportation to get our large party there. His recommendation of Mission BBQ was excellent. It was great food and an amazing experience. Thank you Anthony!

The room was beautiful and decorated beautifully. It came complete with a stove/oven dishwasher and soap, dishes, rags, utensils, coffee pot, refrigerator (not a mini fridge). Then a desk, couch, ottoman, full length wide mirror. Then a huge king bed that was super comfortable. With two end tables with easy plug access. A dresser that held a large flat screen that swiveld so you could watch in bed or the couch. Two huge windows with thick easy close drapes. Then you walk into the bathroom sink area with a big mirror and a lighted retractable make up mirror on the wall. A hair dryer and in the large closet behind you an iron and ironing board, hangers extra pillows etc. Then finally the bathroom with a long glass wall shower with the best water pressure I have ever had the pleasure to use at a hotel! In the morning a large lots of choices breakfast bar and omelette bar. Easy check in friendly hotel staff! I highly recommend this place and would be glad to stay there again.

Great location by the mall, easy to walk to/from mall from the hotel. Room comes with full size refrigerator. Free breakfast is a nice plus. Clean, spacious and beautiful lobby with a pool table and bar.

I was in the area on a lark of a road trip and this hotel was the only place I was able to get a room. The room itself was nice, however as it was a late check-in and they are an energy efficient hotel, I had to wait for a while for the room to cool to a comfortable level from their standard 80 before I could comfortably sleep. The breakfast provided the following morning was lovely and a great way to start off the day.

We booked through Expedia, and for some reason the only room available was a suite. The room was *very* nice. Included stove, fridge, dishwasher, all of which we didn't need for our single nights stay. But we were impressed regardless. There was only a shower stall, which would maybe be my only complaint because we had our 2 year old which made it difficult to bathe him. HOWEVER, he was delighted to take a "big boy shower" like mommy and daddy so it worked out so no mark against our review. Centrally located, and directly across from the King of Prussia mall. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, hotel (in general) well kept. We had a nice stay.

Extremely expensive, and not worth it at all. The pool is VERY small and you can't even stay in the pool area because the amount of chlorine in the air takes your breath away. There is a lot of wasted space in the room which I really didn't understand. The couch bed was not comfortable AT ALL and it was very small. A pair of my flip flops went missing. When we arrived with a lot of luggage, there were no carts available, they couldn't find any carts and no one even offered to help me with all of our bags to my room. The breakfast was nice but not enough seating. I would not stay here again.

I stayed overnight for a business trip. This is located right nearby the mall which is the 2nd largest mall in the States. Hotel is pretty clean and staff was friendly — also got a free bottle of water. My room was a suite which was equipped with cooking-ware. It surely worth the money.

This place is awesome! The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very nice. The breakfast is complimentary and has a huge spread from cereal, to muffins and bagels, to eggs and bacon to making your own omelettes. I would definitely stay here again.

First time using Hyatt House. They are the most very accommodating to all our needs. Their breakfast is the best. Wide variety of choices for all ages. They offered cold, hot cereal, omlets made to order, fresh fruit, yogurt and much more. The staff couldn't have been pleasant. No question in my mind, would definitely go back.

Nice hotel for a good price. It was clean and comfortable. It is a hotel where you need to put your room key in a slot inside your room to have electricity. That seemed to confuse some people as I heard a few call the front desk asking how to get the lights to turn on, so keep that in mind!

Everything from front desk staff to complimentary order-for-service options with breakfast to suite rooms, Hyatt House is top notch! Rooms are affordable, breakfast has various options & lobby decor has a modern touch of comfort. This particular hotel is within a three minute walk to King of Prussia Mall and close distance to Penn Turnpike & I-76.

Top notch across the board! The front desk staff are attentive to meeting your needs/requests and will go above and beyond to assure that your stay is superb. The free breakfast has excellent variety and is fresh and delicious. The gym and pool are super and exactly what I need. The HBar staff are exceptional and deliver superior service to each guest. Lastly, the rooms are comfortable and meticulously cleaned, thanks to outstandingly guest services. Thank you to the Hyatt House staff for making each stay perfect!

Very clean. Staff was very personable. Great location, close to food and mall and shopping. Had a fire pit with chairs out front, very romantic. Great getaway. The pool and Jacuzzi were relaxing.

It was the last minute decision when we were in the King of Prussia mall. A quick reservation using the Hyatt app and bingo. Everything was set. We arrived the hotel 5 minutes later and everything was ready. Hotel smelled great and the room was clean. Love it!

Okay, so I was in this hotel for five nights. I and not a very big hotel credit, I am happy with minimal expectations. So I had to arrange a business trip, basically playing The Chaperone of employees for my company to come up to King of Prussia for a very grueling week of user testing for a software. This hotel was a great location for us to end our long days. Every morning there was a nice, continental breakfast, and the service at the front desk was very very friendly. There is a pool and a hot tub here too! Another great feature of this hotel is that it is right next door to the famed King of Prussia Mall. So being in a business trip where transportation is really not easy for a large group, what I am saying is I only had one rental car for a group of 5 people, folks who wanted to get out to walk over to the mall and walk around all day and get their fill of the wonderful, tax free clothing features of King of Prussia. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice, clean hotel with individual suites. All comes with a fully loaded kitchenette with dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge. Same hyatt bed everyone is used to. Hot breakfast with omelette station is a plus. A great option if you are out here for business. Located conveniently across form king of prussia mall and valley forge and only 30 minutes from downtown Philly if there is no traffic.

The breakfast is included and tasty, the pool was relaxing. They give you free headphones in the gym and the gym was bigger then most hotels. The room was very spacious. We stayed in a king sized bed room. It had a separate living room kitchen area. If ever in the area we would definitely stay there again. It's located walking distance from the mall and toys r us. But they have free shuttles to take you there as well.

Very disappointed that we planned this trip after doing extensive research of the hotels in the area to get together with our college friends for New Years. Our only 2 requirements were that it had a jacuzzi and a bar. Well it ADVERTISED that they had both because we planned on ringing in the New YEAR and enjoying a drink or two in the safety of the hotel and relaxing in the jacuzzi with our friends. Well how very disappointing to learn the bar closes earlier than the pool and the jacuzzi wasn't working with no explaination from the maintainence man. We have stayed in many Hyatt hotels and feel horrible for pur friends who were just as disappointed at our hotel recommendation and highly disappointed in this HYATT.

Had a great stay here! We asked for an early check in and they were very quick to get back to us. The suite was very comfortable and clean. The sofa bed was big enough for my adult kids to sleep on. The kitchen area in the room had utensils, plates, flatware, pots, pans and a decent size fridge and 2 burner stove. The breakfast they serve was good and it was pretty full until very close to ending time. They had an omelette station and served coffee, juices and tea. There were plenty of tables too. Didn't get to use the pool or jacuzzi. It so close to the mall, which is incredibly huge. There are also a lot of restaurants near by within walking distance as well. It was an excellent value for the price.

Terrific hotel experience! My studio room was very clean and well appointed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was a little sad to leave!

Everything has been great so far. Super happy with the Internet and accommodations. My one complaint is that I can hear the highway from my room and the air conditioning is agressively cold. But blankets are there for a reason!

First off, I booked a room for the wrong dates. It was 100% my fault. When we arrived, the staff was awesome and put us up in a similar room, changed the dates so we weren't charged twice, and we were in our room inside of 5 minutes. The room was decent, kitchenette gave you all the essentials, and the location is perfect for KOP if you're here to shop. One minor complaint would be the TV. No interactive hotel menu, you're not able to rent a movie, and very slim kids programming if you're traveling with the whole family.

We had a very nice stay here. It was impeccably clean and nicely decorated, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant, professional and helpful.

Hotel staff is top notch. However the hotel bar prices itself out of competition due to exceptional lower prices within a close proximity.

From the moment we arrived it was a pleasant and professional experience. The front desk manager " D. D" was knowledgeable friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. The food and the breakfast buffet was delicious. And the servers were cordial and welcoming. We would highly recommend this hotel for others to enjoy.

We had a great stay at this excellent hotel. Only negatives I can think of are that the ac was a little louder than is usual for this nice a room, and twice the key card "forgot" how to get into the room. These were very minor problems and overall it was a MUCH nicer room than the price tag would suggest.

This hotel is hands down one of the best I've ever stayed. They spoil their customers. If you call the desk before 10am with a request for grocery's by the time you come back to your room your fridge will be full with everything you requested. The have a really nice bar and lounge area and the best free breakfast money can buy. The fitness center is top notch. They even have several outside seating area's with fire pits. This place is amazing and the staff are very professional and extremely nice. I'm here for 2 weeks if your ever in Philly this I'd the place to stay. They are Top Notch…

Excellent excellent service the entire staff made our stay great. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very CLEAN. They have breakfast with an omelet bar the good was outstanding. They have two fire pits which were so relaxing in the evening and a very nice swimming pool and spa. I will be returning and highly recommend this hotel.

This particular Hyatt House exceeded our expectations in every way. We have sstayed in several Hyatt hotels and this was the best. Very clean, unique layoutof room, friendly service, made to order omelette for breakfast. It had everything we needed and then some.

I thought the location was great, because it is less than a mile from the King of Prussia Mall. The breakfast inside is amazing with the omlete station. I would come back if I visited the Philadelphia area again.

Decent hotel. It's like I'm staying at the mall though. The people in the area have been very nice. I'm from NY and it wasn't the imbtrying nice. Doesn't look like there is any where to run locally though.

Location of the hotel was convenient. We were very pleased with our room. It was clean, spacious, modern and had more than what we needed for our stay. Bill at the front desk (and he was the shuttle driver too) was very personable and accommodating to our needs. Other staff was friendly too. The breakfast was impressive both days. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying there again if in the area.

Hotel would be a great stay if Breakfast staff could get along. The kitchen manager Madina B. Is having sex with her supervisor Dereck and Madina and her Cook, Iesha steal food from the company. Madina also allows her favorite employees to steal time on the clock as she punches them in the system manually. She clocks them in as on time when they are not at work yet and punches them out once they have arrived home so they can get more hours. She has a staff of 6 or 7 people and makes 2 of them do all the work while she gossips to her cook about her ex boyfriend trying to get back with her on Facebook. Breakfast would be great if the Kitchen Manager focused more on doing her job than doing her employee. I'd go to a more professional hotel if I were you :-)

This was our secondo visit to the particular Hyatt. The beds are extremely comfortable, the staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean. We will continue to stay here anytime we are visiting Philadelphia in the future.

The room was extremely clean and saw no sign of bed bugs. My particular room was in the freeway side so I did get a lot of traffic noise, but not as bad as I expected. The one minor complaint was the smoke detector had a flashing blue light that was bright enough to keep me awake. I had to pull a pillow over my head to block it out.

The hotel is fairly new. So everything was fresh and clean. They have a small bar in the lobby and a few other nice amenities. A pool table, an indoor swimming pool, a small but decent workout room. The room was great! Very big for the price paid. Walk in shower without tub, which I really like. Full kitchen area with full sized refrigerator. Very large LCD TV, probably 50 inches. Everything was really great. Breakfast was fantastic! They had an omelet station. There were lots of other options for breakfast as well. Pancakes, eggs, sausage links, oatmeal, yogurt, tomato juice, etc. I will definitely stay at this location again. Centrally located behind the King of Prussia Mall.

The staff here is awesome. The rooms are very convenient, especially for an extended stay. Not a full gym, but its usually pretty free, so you can breeze through a session. And the location is very good. Mall is right across the street, Capital Grille sits on an adjacent property, and of course, Shake Shack is right across the street too.

Clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows were my favorite part. Nice staff — a little overwhelmed by the # of people that they needed to transport on the one shuttle that they have but overall a good stay.
