Mice in the room… would not give another room and offered no resolve. HORRIBLE customer service and will never return nor recommend.

It's a beautiful place to stay and our accommodations are excellent. The hotel has everything you need or won't within walking distance.

Super clean rooms, good service.

Great experience will stay here again in the future I.

The hotel is in a perfect location, the rooms are very nice, everyone was very professional and kind, and the food was great. However, they slipped my hotel receipt under my door at 2:30 am this morning, very loudly, which woke me up. I could not go back to sleep. Perhaps make it a point to slip it under the door more quietly or do it at a better time. I was there for a business trip and had to be up for work. Also, you hear EVERYTHING — The elevator, people talking, doors being closed.

Beautiful hotel, recently refurbished with all up to date amenities. Great plane to stay. 🙂

We were at the Crowne Plaza to meet with John in Catering Sales. He was one of the most professional people that I have ever dealt with in all my years of being associated with hospitality professionals. He answered all if my questions and offered fantastic alternatives when issues arose. I will definitely consider using these facilities if I am ever in need of them in the future.

Location was only positive thing. Our room was damp. Woke up both mornings to wet sheets. Money that was laid out, my wallet, paper, etc were all wet. Could nearly ring water off of them. Then the last morning a fire alarm went off at 8am. We didn't hear it for nearly 20 minutes. They said in that county it's not a requirement to have alarms in rooms… felt so unsafe after that. In an actual big fire I would've been in trouble.

Clean. Helpful staff. Few amenities but very reasonably priced if your looking for "just a room. " Sink was clogged but when I called about it in the morning they fixed it before we came back in the evening. Good stay for my family of four.

We were in a newly renovated room and it was very nice. However, the shower is very slippery and needs a bench or hand rails. The floor outside the shower is very slippery as well. The second floor hallway is also dim and needs better lighting. The complimentary breakfast was nice except they only had one person making waffles and omelets by requests.

Was there for an Eagle Scout Dinner. Hotel conference area was clean and well lit. Parking was readily available. Was easy to find from the street. Beware of traffic, however, especially during rush hour. Food at the event was very good. Better than average for a hotel catered event. Would recommend this place for such events, but beware of the traffic in the area, and plan accordingly.

Absolutely love this hotel. Location is amazing next to the mall. Breakfast is great with omelettes made to order. I always stayed there when I'm in the area.

Well kept property. Would have stayed there again. Had change in plans, and I do understand 1:45pm is after the 11:30am check out time, but clerk said I would still have to pay for the night. This is a first for me with the IHG chain. Other members of this chain have been more understanding.

We stayed here the evening of Memorial Day this week. I am sure it was a very busy weekend for the hotel. However, the halls were dirty and there were ants on our windowsill. That being said, it fit our needs and the staff were nice.

Very nice hotel. The room was quiet and clean. The hallways are somewhat dark and narrow. But that is the only negative thing I can say My room had a king size bed that was very comfortable The bathroom is of average suite and the shower was frameless glass and has no door which I never saw before. The restaurant had a buffet style lunch and served a plethora of different foods. All that I ate there was very good. The hotel conference rooms are big with comfortable chairs.

Spaciously Comfortable! The decor is very modern. The beds are extremely comfortable. The bathroom boasts a very nice shower and microwaves are available upon request. There is a refrigerator in the room as well. The property is very conveniently located to the king of Prussia mall. Would love to return for another stay.

Woman at the desk, Sharon, was great. Super helpful, nice, and made me feel like she wanted to help me. In passing I made a comment about looking for a local martial arts gym. The next time I came through, she had 3 picked out and written down with phone numbers! Great custmer service. Thank you.

Very good hotel to stay for business. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Bar and restaurant are great with and excellent bartender. Convienant to many local restaurants and local shops.

It was a very comfortable place to stay. My stay was indeed the best I have ever had. Breakfast was nice, the staff friendly and helpful. I can not just explain the whole experience but it was great.

Only a day trip to watch dance competition. Nice lobby area with some comfortable seats to hang out for awhile. Also besides the restaurant and bar convenient for access, there was also a small area for some fast and snack food available.

No coffee except for Decaf throughout the hotel. The person at the desk said he'd have some sent up by housekeeping. I waited 20 minutes and called up to the desk to find out what was going on and was told that he hasn't heard back from housekeeping yet. It wasn't until shortly after this, I was told that they don't have any regular coffee. Now, here's the plus side of things-Bed was comfortable and appeared clean. This was about it. The hotel doesn't appear to be old but a lot of the public used areas show high wear and falling apart. For instance, the elevator car control panel is so loose that when you press a button, the entire panel pushes inward and is not secure.

This is really a so so space for the money. There are three things I really don't like: slow internet, low water pressure and no shower door. Internet is about 1.64M according to my test. Water is cold and only after 5-8 seconds it will get warmer, but still not a lot water coming out. But most unforgivable thing is no shower door. What are they thinking? Do they know how cold it feels? I want to give them two stars for the hardware part, but the staff seems nice so 3 stars.

Very clean room. Professional and courteous staff. Restaurant in hotel was fine and coffee in the am at the restaurant was excellent. Wait staff ultra accommodating. Will definitely be back.

This hotel was relatively decent. However we ordered a non smoking room and we got a room that smelled like smoke. Additionally I was very disappointed with the lack of recycling amenities, I am positive that this important to not only myself but also to existing and potential guests. The hotel should seriously consider becoming more green and environmentally conscious. The food was good along with the overall stay.

My husband and I attended his company's annual Christmas party here and I must say we had a really good time. The staff were very courteous, attentive and respectful. The bartenders made drinks to perfection and the food was good as well. This is definitely on our list for our upcoming vow renewal.

Only visited for competition event but hotel was clean and hospitable. Staff was nice and helpful. Location is good because it's near the mall.

Went for a conference everyone was very pleasant with exception to the restaurant staff. Waited for service about 10 min no one came around to meet us… Tried again next day waiter pointed to us to sit at a dirty table and turned to speak to another customer waited about 3 min trying to get his attention than left. Bathrooms were clean. Conference was great.

Hotel is awesome. Great room. Breakfast buffet is just unbelievable. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of slow service in restaurant in the evening. It has a sign that says: "Wait to be seated by hostess". I stood there forever and no one ever came. Finally I went and sat down. They waited on me but it was like everything in the place was in SLOW MOTION. This was only in the evening in the restaurant. Morning breakfast service was absolutely perfect.

I attended a day long event, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The facilities were fine and the staff very helpful and efficient. The food, by hotel event standards, was well above average — though the breakfast scrambled eggs were cold. A very convenient location and a very successful event.

The facility was clean and well cared for. Check-in was a little slow, but fine. The room itself was clean. The bathroom is clean and well-stocked with towels. The only real negative was that the small refrigerator in the room didn't work. I checked in too late at night to deal with it with the hotel.

I was here for a professional event. The hall where the event was held was clean and the staff was friendly. The ballrooms were great and the food was fairly good. Overall, I would hold another event here.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel on 9/22 & 9/23/2017. Especially, the bartender gave us great service. And we can report that the Philly sandwich was better there than in some of the renowned places.

The room was great in a pretty great location. Right on Mall Blvd and so many great shops close by. Service was wonderful. Very efficient and friendly staff there.

Nice mid priced hotel for the area. Lounge open till 11 and the conference rooms were plenty large enough to accommodate our 300 attendee seminar. Everybody really liked the food for the event as well.

Good, up-to-date facility, clean, modern, friendly, helpful. A good place to stay and generally a good price. I was at the Philly Gift Show and this was only about 10 minutes away from conference center.

The lobby was very nice. I was greeted and directed to the location of my event immediately.

Found this place on priceline express deals. Rooms are clean and the food offered via room service is amazing. Definitely would recommend the onion soup and penne pasta!

This was a great hotel. However the last two stays were mediocre at best. Some rooms need major repair and update. They use to have the best breakfast buffet but the last two stays again just ok.

The room was clean and tidy. I loved the shower. The club lounge was closed, but we got a comp for the breakfast buffet. I would stay here again.

Full service hotel. Ample parking. Easy access to PA Turnpike, 202 and Interstate 76. Full service bar and restaurant with great happy hour specials and large selection of food options.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Right across the street you have the simon mall. Nice hotel, lots of parking space, comfortable bed, decent complementary breakfast. Was very surprised they don't have microwave in the room. Other lower priced hotels have this. Overall nice experience.

Excellent team and quiet rooms, and congenial (and longterm barman Dan) mean I always look forward to stays here. Simple walk across the road to access the King of Prussia Mall. I use for both business and pleasure.

We went for the mothers day brunch and it was great. The menu had a ton of variety from shrimp smoked salmon and crab cakes to every breakfast item you could imagine including eggs Benedict to prime rib turkey and complimentary mimosas and bloody Mary's. The staff was fantastic. It made a great start to our mothers day festivities!

I was here for a large conference and it was very disappointing. There are only 1 bathroom on each lobby floor. There is only one set of elevator for a very large hotel. No microwaves in the rooms. Room is right with two beds. Bathroom has 1 hook only to hang towels. There is 1 restaurant and they were understaffed with 4 conferences going on at the same time. One ice machine on each floor. Only place you can by snacks is by the ice machines. The acoustics for the conference. Was so bad people were leaving. This was the biggest hotel near the conference with little amenities. The location is great so stay right next to the crowne plaza where there is a Marriot.

The parking lot of very big, the building itself looks very nice and the lobby is beautiful. The company conference room and set up was very nice and very comfortable. The breakfast and lunch spreads were great and the event went off without a hitch. There were no technological issues with the microphones and projectors, and the staff was very nice.

The mall has so many different stores that it is hard to see them all in one trip. It was fun just to walk around and see all the different stores and just see how broke I actually am. Luckily there is a store for everyone to walk through and cry that they dont have money to spend.

We stayed at Crowne Plaza King of Prussia over President's Day Weekend. The facility was understaffed and the experience was a total disappointment. The hotel was completely sold out with dance teams and hockey teams and not a single staff member was concerned with helping guests since they sold out and making money. One of the member of our team was thrown out of his room two hours after check in, his luggage and belongings were thrown in lost and found and his laundered shirt were rolled up in a ball. Another member of our team was told that his room was being "cleaned" and the only thing that happened were his towels were folded but the room was not serviced and the bed was not made. We had 19 families in this hotel for the entire weekend and homeless people get treated better at a shelter then the service we got.

I attended a training seminar here. The class rooms were clean, lunch was fantastic, and the hotel was easy to get to.

Location is easy to get to & conveniently situated next to the KoP Mall. Service is great, food is amazing, and rooms are also very nice. My only issue was the thermostat in my room. It was extremely hard to get a consistently comfortable temperature in my room. Other than that, no issues. Would definitely stay here again if the price was right!

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza for a business seminar that was taking place over this past weekend. The service was excellent and everyone was so nice and professional. I stayed at the Hotel right across from the King of Prussia mall. The hotel was very neat and clean and the food service was good, could of been a little better. But I would go back and recommend any one to stay with the Crown Plaza.
