No problem getting a room when I got there everything was in place.

Was staying there for my job and was given a hard time when I was checking in and out because my company was the one who booked the room and even though my name was to the room it still took me over two hours to check out. Was not happy with the gentleman at all at the front desk.

Large room, very comfortable bed and nice staff. Layout of breakfast area is weird but good offering for breakfast. I am considering long term stay.

Cock roaches, arnt a delight while eating.

This hotel is quiet, clean and perfect for spending the night. Nothing too fancy but perfect enough for a good night's sleep, shower and complimentary breakfast.

Dirty rooms! I Would not stay there again. We booked this hotel online based on the good reviews and reputation of the Hotel chain that usually offer basic accomodations but clean and comfortable. Our first room on second floor was smelling so bad! It was like someone peeded on the carpet or inside de AC! We asked for another room on the third floor, the odor was still bad but at least we could stay in the room. The carpet, the chairs, the curtains, the windows was all so dirty and the bathroom floor was sticky. I was with my kids and I didn’t want them to touch anything! The breakfast area is way too small for the size of the hotel. It was the worst stay of my life in a Confort Inn. For 177$ CAD I want at least a clean room where I’m not affraid to let my children sleep and not come back sick at home.

The rooms were nice but it was a pet friendly hotel and our room smelled like dogs. It was horrible.

It was fine. I did like that sink was in main part of room vs being in bathroom. Sink was recently improved with granite, which was nice. Rest of room decor was quite dated. Window needed to be washed. Internet was free and fast. Overall was unremarkable but fine.

Had a good experience staying here. It's located on the highway but the room was well insulated so I didn't hear any cars or trucks. The rooms are clean and service was good. Free parking, continental breakfast and Wi-Fi.

One of the cleanest Choice Hotel affiliates I've been to in a while. Upgraded my room at no extra charge. Very clean. Very quiet. VERY comfortable!

B&C Aerial Solutions travels a lot for business so we use Choice Hotels when we can for business. I can’t speak for every Choice Hotel of course, but this is easily the nicest Comfort Inn I have ever stayed in. Comfortable and clean bed, warm shower, clean bathroom, large TV, friendly and helpful staff. I checked in so very late one night and the concierge was nice enough to upgrade my room to a King room at no charge. Will stay here again next time I’m coming through NJ.

Customer service is horrible… Made reservations with a third party (with special instructions confirmed with hotel employee), hotel management refused to honor it.

I stay at this hotel generally when I travel to New Jersey or have conferences in the Newark NJ area. The place used to be an above average reasonably priced hotel, not anymore. It's now extremely loud at night with individuals sitting out in the breakfast area talking loudly, the staff was warm however. I lucked out with a room in which the shower was broken, the water was coming out through the sides of the shower head on both sides of that thing which caused the entire floor to get wet as well as the entire toilet seat ECT. This is something that I wasn't aware of until I went in to take a shower, not good.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The manager and front desk is very rude. No microwave in the room. Bathtub drain does not work. Overall they should improve in both speaking to customers and facilities.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great for getting to where we needed to go quickly. Nice to have breakfast ready. Comfortable atmosphere.

Always get a good rest when I'm in this hotel and you get snacks throughout the day free plus breakfast in the morning come on can't do no better.

Not clean. Breakfast was horrible. They serve artificial scramble eggs and regular bagels. No whole wheat. The hot water and coffee is served from a portable cooler. The hard boil eggs are in a refrigerator. The staff at front desk are not friendly at all. I also noticed they house people from domestic violence cases. I heard two ladies talking about their domestic violence situation and why they are staying there. It’s just not a clean and comfortable environment. The worst hotel I ever stayed in. Also the room has no safe. I had to carry my valuables with me everyday. This place SUCKSSSS.

Clean hotel rooms with friendly staff. The overall experience inside was "cozy", and definitely clean. Coffee was served at any time during the day or at night which is wonderful for newcomers. Breakfast is the same as any other competitor, except they put effort into serving you with meats in the morning such as bacon and sausages. Wi-Fi service is very impressive. Quick and no network traffic overloads.

This hotel is cool and neat. The staff helpful and courteous. I enjoyed the breakfast too.

If possible stay anywhere else but this hotel! I'm from California I had stayed at this hotel for two nights on the second morning I was minding my business and the hotel called my room and told me that I was smoking in the room I was very upset because I haven't smoked in the room I had smoked anything the whole day anywhere I had just waken up they barged in my room and examined my room I felt like a criminal I was so upset I started to cry this is the worst hotel I've ever been to beware of this hotel I'm going to write a review on every single website so everybody knows how horribly rude this manager was to me and made me so uncomfortable! Are you where of this hotel it's a crappy comfort inn there's a better hotels in the area.

Room was very clean. No fridge which was a bummer. The shower sprayed water funny so the floor flooded. But the bed was comfy and they had a good breakfast in the morning. Small shampoos smelled really good, but the barsoap smelled kinda like playdough. Desk staff was polite and friendly. Easy check in and out.

Small room. Old style. Wasroom too small. Old chair bottom lune is I paid 160 canadian but what I got could be 60 dollar room. I better off take a motel. Not satisfied at all.

The Comfort Inn in Edison NJ was so right when they suggested me try their excellent recently renovated handicap rooms. Loved their renovated larger additions to their bathrooms especially were appreciated since I'm on an oxygen concentrator, looking to save my travelings to refill and recharge. My multiple co-morbidities limit me to scooting around which comes very important to the room size and believe me a plus in keeping this Comfort Inn, in mind for all our future stays, making our drives to visiting our sons in Boston, MA. For any visits or future holidays, they can't make like around Thanksgiving and Christmas for definitely the (most needed), chance to look ahead to getting out of "dodge" (Colonial Heights, VA), and believe me, besides my gorgeous husband who has the love and patience of a Saint's heart, is definitely, what keeps my body and mind going these hard days and nights looking ahead to the next Road Trip! Wanna go out? Yes!

My shower wasn't working and Vivian switched rooms for us. It's clean and the pillows ate to die for.

Tried to charge me a extra night. Staff at desk can be very rude. Construction was going on and did not inform us before staying. Breakfast area very tight.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcomed and at home. The breakfast is decent, and provides a full meal. I had no issues with the Wifi. The room had a bad smell, and needs new carpet. When I returned home from my trip I found tiny ants in my laptop! The hotel should definitely do some better cleaning.
