Wonderful front desk, dining room staff… all around EXCELLENT experience…

I've stayed here in Edison NJ location now 2x. Both times the fire alarm went off and the entire building was evacuated.
this time, it's not the kitchen staff, but this stinks! it's cold outside!

Beds were extremely comfortable and pillows were comfortable. Clean Hotel and I was greeted with a smile. Want to go back when/if I travel that way.

Nice new clean rooms. Friendly staff and good location for dining options. Large screen TV's and comfortable beds. Would recommend. The only reason I didn't give 5 star review is because the hot water was a little slow getting to rooms and the breakfast was the same everyday.

Great service, easy check in/check out. Room was very clean, cozy and quiet. Breakfast was enjoyable (although I'm not too keen on disposable utensils, plates etc). Plenty of options to choose from. Staff was attentive to all the guests there. I would definitely consider staying here in the future!

Rooms are standard. Breakfast is a nice addition to the room but it gets crowded in the mornings. No safe in the room, no fridge, no microwave. Shower is nice, toilet flushes well. Overall I'm satisfied by my stay here.

Simple and well kept hotel that had everything a hotel needs to have. Had a 24 hr gym and laundry room, plus usual services like Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast etc. Service aka front desk was great when we needed things.

My mother and I had an early flight out of LaGuardia and was searching for an inexpensive hotel for one night. We found this one and I must say we were very pleased. The manager knew we had an early flight and told the ladies in the kitchen to let us get something to eat a few minutes before breakfast opened up. The customer service was great! Room was excellent. No complaints!

Rooms are very clean. Very quiet atmosphere. Comfortable beds, easy check in and check out.

I stayed here for a 2 week business trip and I could not recommend it enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, food is good and the people are nice. Rooms are outdated and small but still Highly recommend. **update: We stayed the weekend and not one time did anyone come and empty the trash. We had to do it ourselves. I did go to the front desk to ask that someone come for the trash and the lady came that ONE time.

One star bec food was okay. Customer service was horrible. You don't realize how unequipped staff is until something goes array and the staff was not up to par. We had to leave earlier because of snowstorm in forecast and the girl at the front desk was on her phone when we left and did not properly checked us out even after we asked " is that all that's required? " When we requested refund for night we couldn't stay due to storm, we were given the runaround. Took the hotel a week to get back to us. Housekeeping was eh. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone even if you need a short term stay. You may find it to be more stressful than a break.

I called ahead to book a room through Expedia for my husband who was working in the area. The man on the phone never told me that my husband would need a credit card for a security deposit, so when my husband arrived, the woman PHEOBE at the desk would not let him into the room because he did not have a credit card on him. I spoke to her on the phone and she would not take my credit card over the phone, she told me she needed it there to swipe it. Meanwhile my husband is hours away from home soaked from the snow that he just worked in for 14 hours and about to sleep in his car. I asked pheobe if I could speak to someone else (I wasn’t rude, just very upset and pleading for someone to help somehow) but she told me they are just going to tell me the same thing she told me. I insisted to speak to someone else and this is when things finally got better. RAMONE got on the phone, immediately took my card over the phone, and told me that if my husband needed anything to have him come find him. So I would like to thank RAMONE for his awesome customer service and being able to fix my problem in seconds. I truly appreciated it and for that I gave 4 stars.

Economical hotel in this area. Not a luxury hotel, but good for a stay over night for 3 to 4 adults. Have breakfast and nearby parking. Very close to highway. Rooms were decently clean and spacious. If you are lucky will get a room with microwave and small fridge. Me stayed 2 times within 2 months.

Very clean room, great breakfast, amazing staff. The only problem is that I was on the first floor and the window only had shear curtains, and a bus was parked outside the window. Someone could have easily been watching me, and it made me a little uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel was just 15 min from the convention center which made it convenient to travel back and forth. The hotel was a distance from the highway so it was a very quiet stay which made for a very comfortable stay. The room was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the accommodations such as the breakfast was great. Highly recommended!

Loved the comfort of being at a hotel so clean with cordial hospitality… at such affordable rates can’t expect it to be so much better! With each reach to Oak tree road n Akbar classic dining experience hotel — this place definitely deserves a 5 stars! Thanks to the staff who helped me with directions n update upfront on the best in NJ :)

I have visited at oct-9th 2017. We made last minute reservations. The food was good, they gave a huge variety to offer. Staff nice, polite and professional. I will recommend this hotel for others to stay as well.

Nice Hotel. Had a lot going for it. Restaurants and Shopping close by. Clean rooms and courteous staff. Had a Home Depot and Office Depot less than a mile away. That is a big plus for me. Very happy with my stay here. My job keeps me in hotels 2/3rds of the year. I won't hesitate to book here again.

Not the worst place I've stayed. Fire alarm has gone off 3 times in the last week and a half. Seen several small roaches in my room but I guess that's normal here? Saw a drug bust in the parking lot, that was pretty cool to watch.

Very nice staff, clean rooms, exceptional continental breakfast. However, took a long time to get our breakfast as there were several dozen Asian millenials buttng in front of us in line, getting seconds and thirds, and one group even sat at our table after we put food there. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, and McDonald's is next door.

Great front desk staff, beds clean and comfortable. Bathroom and room clean. Not all rooms have microwave and mini fridge, stayed 3 nights, on the last night did have a bug in the bathroom. Other than that good place to stay.

Decent hotel and breakfast was fairly good. Unfortunately, we found a big bug in our room! That knocks off a few points.

We made last minute reservations on Friday night for Friday and Sat. The Saturday rate was different than Friday night and that was not explicitly mentioned. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and clean, bathroom facilities were also in good condition. Overall stay was pleasant and staff was helpful and polite. Would recommend this place for sure.

Very nice hotel! Nice gym, great breakfast friendly front desk clerks! Only there is not alot of surrounding restaurants or shopping area's.

Really basic room, but that's given for the price. Free breakfast is nice and this hotel is close by McDonald's, Applebee's, supermarket and homedepot.

Worst front desk assist. We entered late night thre. By booked in hot wire app but we did mistake abt date. They r not ready to assist. Then why they r keeping front desk to pay some one unnecessary with out helping guest.

This was not a good experience for me. The front desk made copies of my I. D. & credit card. Who does this anymore? In this day and age all of this is stored electronically. Could not tell me what the company's privacy policy was. I had to switch rooms because there was a bug in the first one. The 2nd room showed evidence of water leak-stained ceiling tiles, stained walls.

Quality inn was up to my "quality" standards. Price was reasonable, one we found online. The manager who checked us in was very caring and made sure we got the room soon as possible even though we showed up around 9 AM. They don't allow late checkouts. Apart from that I recommend. It was in a safe area. Close to everything as well.

I accompanied a friend on a business trip and he got a room for himself and a room for me for the night. We arrived the evening of December 3 and left the morning of December 4. The room I spent the night in (room 151) had problems. The satellite TV (Direct TV) did not work at all and when we contacted the front desk, they refused to send someone to the room to fix it. The lamp that was on the desk in the room wouldn't work because the power switch on it was broke off. The room still had the older heating system in it and was hard to get it set to the proper temp setting. The back door near where our rooms were located couldn't be completely closed and was allowing anyone that wanted to just come into the building. The breakfast the next morning was terrible. Everything was cold. If the Health Department would have come in and check the food serving temps, they would have shut the food service area down. With the problems, I really can't say that I would recommend the place to anyone.

It's was good until the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night waking people up the cops, and fireman showed up. We asked the front desk if everything was ok but she wouldn't even answer us. Besides that it was pretty good and clean. Yet no one even apologized for that craziness.

WORST experience in a hotel EVER! They took my 100$ deposit, promised a QUIET stay before my long drive, promised late checkout, promised the best UNTIL they got my money. $81 for 12 hours. Ok if I can sleep most of them… even thru the MOLDY FORMALDEHYDE CHEMICAL SMELL. Even thru the Barely working AC… I was so sleepy I didn't bother complain. Put my DO NOT DISTURB sign up n nodded off. By 8am, 2 loud bangings by maids on door! with the key! wtf? and 2 uninvited entrances into my room! but worst of all, why wasn't I informed of the louder than life construction going on of carpet installation to my left, right, and front! nonstop banging in your ears! r u kidding me? this is what they call a quiet stay? and then had the nerve to tell me after I finally called "its 9am, time to wake up! " what? late checkout? I have another few hours to sleep! I have a 23 hour drive ahead of me and I worked all night before arrival. Didn't once apologize and not one penny refunded. DISHONEST WORKERS! Take your money elsewhere! Save yourself from the chemical smells and old ACs and moldy bathrooms if u don't mind noise. Or entering of staff 4 Times even with do not disturb signs up! Rude front desk, worst management team in history, and HYSTERICAL 6am breakfast watchdog staffworker woman making sure you don't take more than 1 slice of toast! What a JOKE! I WANT MY $$ BACK! HEADQUARTERS WILL SURELY GET A PHONE CALL. I never been treated worse anywhere! avoid!

Wow great service! We got to know the staff during our stay. They treated us like family accommodating every need. Shonila, Gina, Amol, Elaine, Janis, Felicia, Kyonta, Emilia, Lourdes, Allen, Nadia, Ramon, all contributed to us having a wonderful stay.
