Review of Quality Inn Edison-New Brunswick 2*

WORST experience in a hotel EVER! They took my 100$ deposit, promised a QUIET stay before my long drive, promised late checkout, promised the best UNTIL they got my money. $81 for 12 hours. Ok if I can sleep most of them… even thru the MOLDY FORMALDEHYDE CHEMICAL SMELL. Even thru the Barely working AC… I was so sleepy I didn't bother complain. Put my DO NOT DISTURB sign up n nodded off. By 8am, 2 loud bangings by maids on door! with the key! wtf? and 2 uninvited entrances into my room! but worst of all, why wasn't I informed of the louder than life construction going on of carpet installation to my left, right, and front! nonstop banging in your ears! r u kidding me? this is what they call a quiet stay? and then had the nerve to tell me after I finally called "its 9am, time to wake up! " what? late checkout? I have another few hours to sleep! I have a 23 hour drive ahead of me and I worked all night before arrival. Didn't once apologize and not one penny refunded. DISHONEST WORKERS! Take your money elsewhere! Save yourself from the chemical smells and old ACs and moldy bathrooms if u don't mind noise. Or entering of staff 4 Times even with do not disturb signs up! Rude front desk, worst management team in history, and HYSTERICAL 6am breakfast watchdog staffworker woman making sure you don't take more than 1 slice of toast! What a JOKE! I WANT MY $$ BACK! HEADQUARTERS WILL SURELY GET A PHONE CALL. I never been treated worse anywhere! avoid! ps… notice the positive reviews are all from the indian men who work there. Shame on u quality inn edison!
