Nice location, close to Didsbury park for a short morning stroll. Rooms all very individual and decorated to a good spec.

Perfect stay. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is amazing!

My stay was exceptional… superb attentive staff and the room was stunning — a home from home… the upgrade was an added bonus. Highly recommended as a base in Manchester / I needed an airport hotel (it’s so much more than this), my only regret is my stay was fleeting.

Eleven is a really nice boutique hotel well located in Didsbury. Very friendly staff and good service. Good quality rooms and decor. I'd very happily stay there again.

Really great b'n'b style lodge. The staff here are extremely welcoming and the food decent. The room we stayed in was really clean and fresh with a large bathroom and huge shower. Bed was super comfortable, but above all the staff really make this a great place to stay. They are more than happy to offer you advice on shops and restaurants to visit nearby and call for a taxi.

Great hotel. Lovely room and extremely well decorated. Great service. Bath in the bedroom was fun twist. Very, very chilled atmosphere. Will definitely return for longer break.

Just had the one night here, but lovely room, the sandwiches were good and the staff friendly.

As a Christmas treat our daughter bought us a night at this delightful hotel just a few miles from central Manchester. Eclectic Hotels by name and design of the decor. We had a large double room with good amount of uncluttered dressing table space, with Sky TV (couldn't work out how to get channel list though! ), and a clock radio with iPod dock. The kettle, mugs, and drinks sachets were tucked in one cupboard, the other had a well stocked mini fridge (and fresh milk). There were further bedside cupboards and a wardrobe to tuck things again. The large ensuite was complete with bath and extra large shower with an amazing drench style shower. Decor was immaculate. The only holes I could pick were the three pictures in the bathroom weren't properly aligned, and the heating was way too warm. We dined out during our stay and didn't get much time to enjoy the lounge, but it too was comfortably furnished. We enjoyed breakfast in a pleasant room overlooking the rear snow covered garden. Although there was a wide ranging breakfast menu, unfortunately they had ran out of smoked salmon for our first choice of 'Eclectic eggs' so we had to rechoose. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Our stay was all too brief, but very enjoyable. Perhaps we'll get an opportunity to return in the future?

Nice roll top bath as well as separate wet room ensuite, large comfy room, tasty breakfast. Did get a bit hot though as no air-con; ceiling fan was too noisy to leave on during night. Quite expensive.

This a boutique hotel that still has a kitchen and serves drinks. The service was great and the garden is a great place to enjoy drinks. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Stayed in the Veranda suite after our wedding. Incredible room, helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty and the hotel is located 5 minutes away from Didsbury village. Will come again.

Lovely food and wine. We didn't stay in a room but they are highly rated.

Not the best customer service. I called to confirm a booking and I was told to call back in 5 minutes because the receptionist was 'in the middle of a check out'. I was tempted to cancel my booking, but the hotel itself is lovely, it's the staff that are the problem.
