Late check in was easy and room was adequately clean. There were only two towels and two wash cloths so there was nothing to put on the tile floor when we stepped out. Remote was not able to set the sleep function on the TV. Shades worked.

What a real dump charging decent hotel prices. Full of homeless people and 4 hour specials for cheap sex with prostitutes. Dirty. Rude management. Just as dirty and possibly grosser than other local 46 motels. Used to be called the Airport Motel. New management changed the name, did the bare minimum upgrades, and raised the price. I intend to call cooperate and report the 4 hour specials. That is not in line with any respectable hotel chain. Beware out of towners! Dusty!

A truly dirty hotel, with paper thin walls, plumbing with attitude, and unknown fluid stains on the walls. I pulled back my bed sheet to find two short black curly hairs. It was just gross. Kinda nice furniture and tv, but dear god that didn't make up for the rest of it… Oh I do want to mention: the water pressure was by far the strongest I've ever felt, so that was good. That's also why this isn't a one star review.

Room was cozy and clean. Top lock broken. Other than that. Clean sheets. Heater was great hot and NO noise. Hot water was HOT. Be warned now…

Where shall I begin… This place is a dump. Door locks broken. Bathroom dirty. Beds smell bad. I mean this place sucks. Then add the element there. You may be robbed or worse. Be careful there and watch your back. Don't say I didn't warn you!

I wish there was negative stars available to give to this establishment. 1. Door lock did not work. Every time I need to enter the door, I had to ask the reception to open the door for me. Had to wait outside in cold while they open the door. 2. Room smells like a smoke den 3. The split unit supposed to heat the room did not work. Even at 86f it was throwing cold air. Provided a small room heater which would not heat you even if you stand right in front of it 4. No heat in bathroom and no mats on the bathroom floor. Commode was ice cold. 5. Went to shower, adjusted the water temperature, started to shower and the hot water is gone. Chilled ice cold water. Was shivering with cold, lucky did not have a heart attack. 6. Had to sleep with long coat on because of cold. 7. Was told that breakfast will be served from 6.30 to 9.30 am. Went for breakfast at 8 am, half of the stuff were already finished. No milk in pot, no muffins, the bread was like couple of days old. When about to leave in the morning, a cop was rounding the drive way and checking each vehicle parked there OVERALL my worst experience to stay in a hotel. I WILL NEVER stay there nor would recommend anyone else. My stay was the biggest nightmare of my life.

Very nice first impressions accommodations are rated at a moderate standing I enjoyed my stay I would gladly recommend a traveler that is staying in teterbo to come for a stay.

They have made the rooms very nice but the heater didnt work and when we called for more blankets they forgot to bring them. We had to walk to the front desk to remind them and then they came and spent the time to fix the heater. Water pressure is insane which would be nice if it had a different head but because it is the small holes its like needles, so if you dont care about uour sensitive areas its fine but if you like having nipples not so much.

Great customer service and price. Airport is near, but noise was No problem. will definitely come back again when I go to NYC next time for sure.

No hot water no heat when its cold outside. They pretty much told my family to deal with it.

Decent inexpensive motel for quick overnight stay or blue collar out of state work. Plenty of food options close by. The noise from the airport across the street may take some getting use to. Rooms are ok, nothing to write home about. Serves it purpose.

Price are more than reasonable and rooms are spacious and clean.

I just love the place and the people. Will definitely come back again. It's a pity I have to go back soon.

This hotel was disgustingly terrible. The room was extremely small and dirty. There was a urine stain on the toilet seat, grease stains on the shower doors and handprint stains on the bed frame that seemed to be from sexual intercourse. On top of that, the mirror was damaged and the wallpaper was ripped. When we told them about these issues they refused to give us another room. I believe that we should've been moved to a clean room because we paid for it! On that note, I would highly recommend looking at a different hotel because this one is not worth the money!

The staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are updated and very clean. The bus going to NYC is right across the street and it only takes 25 to 30 minutes to get there. It is safe. The staff is also, very helpful. There are good places to eat close by and a Wal-Mart to get anything else you might need or forgot. Great place. Highly recommend staying here.

Me and a friend decided to take a trip to NYC after we finished a marine construction contract in Peoria, Illinois. I've been all over the country for work and I've been in some of the nicest and some of the worst hotels you could ever imagine. I didn't expect much from this place, but I liked that it was a little outside of the city and everything as far as purchased goods would be a little cheaper. I was beyond pleasantly surprised. The room we stayed in (I cant speak for the rest) was extremely clean and well maintained. The guy at the front desk was very helpful with bus routes, shopping, restaurants, and anything else we needed. Granted, we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel other than to sleep and shower, but it was a great experience. The room was freshly cleaned, customer service was well above average, housekeeping maintained our room every day, the area seemed a little sketchy at first, but everyone we met was extremely nice. We had no issues whatsoever with the area or surrounding areas. The only issue that we had was with the police. I back the blue all day everyday, but the second day we were there, we got pulled over in the hotel parking lot. I'm assuming it was the out of state license plate, but the officer told us that we had a brake light out. We DID NOT because I got out and checked myself while the officer was there. He left and we didn't have any other problems. We did see a few people get arrested in the parking lot.

Well to expensive for a motel not clean and not nice.

Sheets weren't changed nd this is the 2nd time this has happened. Flr very dirty n I saw blood on tge sheets. Very unsanitary.

Very bad acoustic insulation in rooms. Anyway the owners very friendly.

Comfort, polite, clean. Could use a bit of work and little bit more then average places but they are no roach motel.
