To those of you who are reading this and taking the time to research your hotel, hope you hang tight with this review. First and foremost I work in the customer service industry. So I deal with customers day in and day out. So I try to always give the benefit of the doubt to businesses because I go through it. My best friend had her wedding at the Fiesta finally down the street from this hotel. I was in the bridal party. She booked this hotel almost 2 years ago, but due to covid her wedding got postponed just like many other Brides. Finally the days arrived leading up to the wedding only to be told a few days prior to her stay that renovations are going on. (Now none of the renovations were discussed with her prior until the last few days of leading up to the wedding. ) Bad business first of all, Because if she would have known about the renovations she would have pulled back from the hotel and found a new one. But to be told 5 days before her wedding she was trapped. Renovations started in January of this year. Her wedding was May 8th. So thats almost 4 months she should have been notified. A lot Guests and myself paid 162 dollars for basically nothing. No lounge, no bar, no amenities. Meanwhile the Hilton down the street was 30 dollars less and At least offering breakfast. This hotel was beautiful when we first came to take a look at it almost 2 years ago. Now? Dust everywhere, nothing was cleaned, elevator was a mess.

Made a drop around 11 of 2019 in the area (also to visit my aunt's family). Great hotel to stay with plenty of things to do.

I had the chance to stay over at Holiday inn last minute check inn as my eyes were to tired for the road. Tal was very professional and attended to my needs. He also recommended I get a cup of coffee for the road when leaving. Excellent customer service. I'll be back for a "me" night. Thanks Tal!

I went to the Christmas party and the food was very good in the staff was wonderful.

Loved this place rooms so. Clean food was great room service right on.

The staffs are very friendly. Totally different than I used to in other parts of New York.

Very nice hotel with lots of amenities, friendly staff and comfortable room. Only downside, the food for lunch, it would be nice if it is more diverse but overall it's delicious.

Stayed here during my wedding back in 2014. Was very nice then. Enjoyed it and will stay again if given the opportunity.

No morning coffee no 4 stars. And a snack would be nice. 50/50 chance for the coffee In the morning. That's why 3 stars. The rug are filthy in most of the rooms I was in. Sounds like 2 Stars at best.

Probably the best holiday inn I've stayed at. Rooms are clean and quiet, staff if friendly and accommodating and restaurant is good. Good breakfast. Other holiday inns should learn from this one.

I left my close friends wedding and decided to stay at her host hotel… to continue the fun. Did not book in advance. Gentlemen said they were booked but did give me a room at the wedding rate.

I was rather around surprised that they allow so many working girls to stay at their hotel. I was approached at the bar several times. Most of these women are from the Philippines and being held there on contract seems to be against their will I don't know why the Holiday Inn would accept this kind of business. I thought they stood for something more than this. When I found out was completely shocked me to the Core when did more when I did more research I found out there were 30 to60 on women staying there almost all year round. Apparently the management at the Holiday Inn doesn't care. Or it's too profitable for them be careful bringing your children there never know what they could be exposed to.

Holiday Inn Hasbrouck, NJ, is a fine hotel. We would stay there again. First impression was how well prepared it was — housekeeper had done a great job! There's a fitness center for a fee, free coffee and flavored water at the reception desk, free Wi-Fi, and free shuttle service to bus stop to NYC. There's a restaurant in the premises as well and $0 charge for room delivery, which is nice. There's a Comedy Club in the premises and this can make parking a little testy, but we always found a space. Oh yes, free parking. Staff ready to help. The only complain I have is that breakfast is not provided. While the hotel is on busy SR 17, a block or two back is a lovely community neighborhood with lots of restaurants and businesses. Also off SR 17 there's every store, shop, mall, restaurant and everything else you could want. There's even a Costco across the street. Recommend!

Hotel was noisy with a sweet 16 birthday party, a comedy show, and a few young guys wandering around the hallway making noise. Found a few hairs in the bathtub and sink. Carpet feels dirty. I was hoping for a good night of sleep but alarm clock went off at 6am (I didn't set it, must've been the previous guest) and housekeeping knocked at 8am to "clean" when I would be checking out at 11am. So overall, terrible rest. Will not come back again.

Nice hotel, very comfortable bed with continental breakfast above average.

If I could give Sofia's more starts I would. It's how you do Greek food. Our food and everybody's food looked unbelievably fabulous! And it tasted awesome too. Portions are plentiful. Ah the pita — so flavorful! Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Service incredibly good! They close at 10 pm and by 6 pm was packed. Parking is on the street and it's free. Carry out available. If I lived in the area we'd go more often. It's located in a family neighborhood. Views of NYC can be seen from the street heading south. The bus to NYC runs in front. There are other neighboring restaurants. After eating here it's an easy and lovely walk up and down the street. What's not to like!

Been to this hotel many times, seems to have been renovated over the years. Right off the highway, so easy access to most things… Though NJ sucks because you can't make any left turns. Decent bar in the hotel, which is nice. Run was clean, shower was OK, beds weren't very comfortable though. Price was reasonable, pretty standard for Holiday Inn.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is like any other room wise. All of the staff that we had any encounters with were very friendly and helpful. They really made it stay excellent. The only things they could use improvement would be food pricing in the bar/restaurant and parking. With the comedy club there. When we returned from our local event, there was no where for us to park.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a work trip and absolutely loved it. Location is great and is nearby the mall and many food restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed and sheets were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a typical hotel. The restaurant is great for breakfast that we had ever morning although a little expensive. Also has a great roomy shower.

Courteous staff and strategic location.

Celebrated my daughter's engagement party last September 2017, Diane Ramos is an excellent event coordinator, she does her job very well and she's very helpful in every step. We celebrates Easter this year food really delicious and all the staff are very accommodating and respectful. Definitely coming back and will recommend the place to friends and family.

This place is like a trip back in time when Holiday Inns across the country had high-quality food and beverage operations. Both dinners that I had were well prepared and extremely affordable. Definitely not new but the rooms were in excellent shape. Especially liked the Keurig coffee maker in the room.

The place is nice, rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The room has a fridge, microwave, safe, and coffee machine. The lobby has a nice coffee machine too. The place has a restaurant and a bar. My room came with a breakfast buffet. The food was ok, surprisingly the Wednesday night prime rib was really good, better than at some restaurants and it was $22.00. I would stay here again.

Perfect for business trips. Only down side is the location. It's located right off a major road. So getting into and out of the hotel can be a bit of a pain. Also the hotel could use some updates. Not exactly the most modern hotel.

Better half and I absolutely love staying here. The outdoor pool make you feel like you're on a true vacation. Much more expensive vacation. Only this comes at a fraction of the price. The location of this facility was ideal for us on our mini vacation.

I had the chance to stay at this hotel this past weekend. The check-in staff was very helpful making sure that I had a room as soon as possible even though I arrived before the customary check-out time. The room was clean and quiet and provided the solace I needed before heading out to work that evening. My only complaint was the breakfast that was delivered seemed like it has been cooked a few hours before and it was not fresh, but other than that, I have no major complaints.

After the new renovation the place looks great. The rooms are pretty comfortable so I can't complain much.

I had a wonderful stay here when I got to New Jersey. Experience and the manager was a perfect gentleman. Hope to be back. Comfy beds!

Staff is always nice and helpful. Restaurant has good food and staff. Rooms are always clean.

The comedy club seating was very close together. The entertainment was great. Drinks were good and food was ok.

So far I am very satisfied.
Going to be here for 5 nights.
Free Internet, 24 hour free coffee and breakfast is very reasonable.
24. STD Fitness The hotel staff is very friendly to the outlet center you will be driven by a shuttle bus (service) also the possibility of coming to New York is easily given.
In 5 days we will go back to Manhattan.

The rooms are nice, the breakfasts are very good. The location is not too far from a nice view of New York. I'm not really in need of service, so I'm nothing to say on the subject.

This room is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Employees here were the best (even better than The Hilton which I called first). I will absolutely stay here again if we need a place around here.

This place is awesome. My father and I are treated like royalty. The front desk staff is very friendly and the whole staff in the restaurant and bar are topnotch including the Food:)

For one of the 3 most expensive hotels in this general area and listed as a 3 star hotel I expected at LEAST a 3 star experience. I didn't expect windows with only sheer curtains which meant that other building lights blast through the window all night… and the noise level of people walking around at 1 and 3 o'clock a. M. Was terrible. I also didn't expect peeling paint/wall paper and gross dirty carpet through out the building. If you actually care about getting a good night's sleep… then this is not the hotel for you. At $165ish a night they need to step up their game. There are at least three other hotels around I know by brand to be equal in the experience, listed for around $100.

Several things required maintenance in my room. Like for example: the drain of the sink was blocked, the water did not come down from the sink, the glass door of the shower was not connected, one of them was exhausted with the other, (I fix it) the outlets of the Lamp did not serve (without electricity so that your Connect your equipment) The fire alarm was missing battery (rang all night) the maintenance staff acted quite fast, very polite and professional, I appreciate very much if attention… have a transport that takes you around the hotel to places like: Restaurants, shopping mall, bus stop… for the mall they have a strict schedule, they only take you on that schedule. They have a restaurant that offers all three meals, breakfast is buffet style… I am satisfied with the U service I would stay there again, so yes all the details, because they are very easy things to correct if someone else. Be aware of your work and do it with pride. There is a McDonald's, a Dunkin' Donuts, next to the hotel, and if you want other options they will take you.

This Holiday Inn has to be one of the most exceptional hotel experience I've ever had. Besides the professionality, the staff's good humor and top notch treatment of their guest is beyond comparison. This holiday Inn can be referred as a vacation location in itself. five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ .

Room was clean and well maintained. Room service was prompt, and food temperature was just right. The staff at breakfast was exceptionally friendly and professional.

The room used for our class was very large and comfortable. The instructors had full access to the heat/AC for temperature control. The location of the hotel is very central and accessable and the room being on the first floor, close to the entrance was very convenient. Overall a great place to hold a medium (roughly 75-150) sized class or conference.

We were there for a workshop. The conference room was bright and airy. We had chicken fracaise, salmon, salad and potatoes. The salmon was good and the potatoes were excellent.

Beds were comfy rooms were clean… restaurant on site was expensive luckily there was a McDonald's next door.

Staying for a wedding and so far the service is amazing. Nice rooms, food and facility. Definitely exceeded expectations.

Happy with this location and the courtesy of all the staff members from the moment I walked in. I was searching places for my guest and myself for our wedding day stay. First off the maintenance in the hotel was beyond 5 stars. Meeting Destinee from sales was a delight, she help me set all the details for the big day weekend bookings. Made me feel wanted and valued as as customer, unlike places near by I had checked out. From that first visit I was thrilled. Once getting the the hotel the weekend of the wedding they accommodated my guest and myself 100%. My guest were very pleased with the hotel. Thank you everyone for making our wedding weekend perfect! Special thanks for my main driver Robert. He assisted my photographers earlier in the day with locating a place for group photos… He took us there and patiently waited, then took us to our venue. He was truly awesome.

Rooms are very clean and well lit. The furniture is all up to date with a dark wood desk matching the night stands. Breakfast is delicious and wait staff are courteous and helpful.

Older property but very convenient to Teterboro, NJ airport. Very nice, modern room. Exceptional pool area with a patio section for smoking. Restaurant was much better than I expected, and all staffmembers were helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

Great hotel with even greater service. Ideal for city trips to New York City by bus. The hotel staff is happy to bring you anywhere within a 3 miles radius and 2 big shopping malls. Big compliment for the staff.

We had such a great experience for the time we spent there. The staff was very accommodating, respectful, and courteous. They even returned a hat that my husband left in the room by accident. We also loved the restaurant, bar, and comedy club. We definitely will be returning!

I was invited by a friend to enjoy the pool area and then we ate a sandwich very rich the atmosphere was very convivial and family.

Had a lunch meeting in one of the conference rooms, food was good and the service was fantastic! Room had all of the amenities that we required for the meeting as well.

I was there to look at organizing a possible event there. While it's under construction, they were still decently organized and friendly. No issues so far :)

Currently under construction, so I have a feeling it all be much nicer in the future. As is, it's a bit old in done areas, but beds and tvs are ok.

Staff was helpful… a bit of a misunderstanding setting up late check out (gold member) … but was eventually straightened out… construction going on at this location making it a bit difficult to find the temporary lobby (follow the signs)

Nice hotel for the price. Bus trips to the city are a little tedious.

Good Service, room great and clean, staff was always friendly to recommend Restaurant + Bar in the Hotel.

The hotel is about 10min away from the sports complex and surrounding stores. They provide shuddle service. The staff is super friendly and super helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a huge variety of TV and movie options. The restaurant serves five star caliber cuisine.

Thw rooms were nice. A littl old but good condition. The staff was attentive and carung. Food was okay.

We stayed here for our wedding. We had a block of 15 rooms. We also had a post wedding brunch the morning after the wedding for all of our guests who stayed as well. The experience was okay at best. I had bags prepared for all of my guests with goodies like chocolate some mini booze head ache mess, water bottles and chips. I instructed them to give one per person, but many of my guests didn't get theirs even though I had way more than enough and got like 10 back upon checking out. I also had them pass out special door hangers saying do not disturb we were up celebrating with the newlyweds. I instructed 1 per room and yet again they did not pass them out to all of the guests. We booked these rooms at least 5 months in advance and I was under the impression that getting a block of rooms would mean our guests would be close to us. But that was not the case at all, we were all scattered throughout the hotel and when we came in from our reception the worker behind the desk had the nerve to tell us to keep it down because if they got complaints from guests around us they would have to take action… I told the guy that he needed to calm down because it's our wedding night and that it wouldn't have been such an issue if they put us all together like we requested. I found it rude and totally killed my mood upon coming back from our wedding.

I stay frequently at at the Holiday Inn Hasbrouck Heights. This hotel checks all the boxes: Fridge, microwave and a safe in the room. Very comfortable beds if you like a firm matress, which I do. Complimentary Wi-Fi which, while not superfast, is consistently reliable and reasonable fast. The restaurant is always good and affordable. Don't miss the excellent breakfast buffet if it is included in your rate. But more than anything, the employees makes the difference. Front desk, drivers, restaurant, housekeeping… Everybody is so nice and friendly and treat their guests like family and always go the extra mile to keep you happy. Walking into the lobby is like Norm walking into Cheers. Holiday Inn Hasbrouck Heights is home away from home, thanks to every dedicated employee working there.

We are just back from the Holiday Inn in Hasbrouck heights and were thrilled. A family run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are large and very clean. The hotel's shuttle bus service works great and the 'driver' are very nice and helpful. At any time, we'll come back here again!

I enjoyed my stay. Clean, great gym and service. Only complaint is the Wi-Fi acts strange if you try to use it after 10 mins of doing something else. Also, the a. C. And fridge were not very strong.

Hello! Are left 2 days ago! So! Tip top hotel I can only recommend it! Objectionable clean and very well furnished rooms, safe, quick Wi-Fi, elegant appearance, TV with movie selection, etc. Absolutely nothing! Staff: top! Very nice and helpful! Show do everything to explain it! Free shuttle service to supermarket and outlet for outward and return tour! Free shuttle to a nearby dunking donuts! From there the line runs 163 to tim sqare, take the line back to the dunking donuts and call from a public telephone (free of charge) in the hotel. The shuttle is in 5 minutes and you get (for free)! In the hotel coffee tea 24 long-for free! Wi-Fi is fast enough, pool gym everything was clean and well maintained! Very great hotel in a beautiful suburb!

A really great hotel the no wishes super restaurant, fitness center, 24h a day, pool is open… only the Elevator is a bit lame :-) I can recommend it for a new york trip in only 20 minutes one is with the buss in the middle of the mega city and you had the opportunity at the pool to unwind. With it had very much it was pleasant, and the prices are very good!
