Awesome. Awesome place… spotless rooms & immaculate hotel… staff is over. Friendly I love it.

Family friendly and nooooo smoking.

Huge rooms, cool set-up with the "room divider" curtain… so I don't have to stare at my laptop when I'm trying to sleep. Kitchen amenities great… real china plates, bowls, cups. Knives, forks, etc… roomy bathroom. Great place to stay. Staff is definitely fun! Glad they deal with my somewhat off-color sense of humor.

We had an awesome stay! Except that during our last few hours the housekeeping staff literally waited outside our suite for us to pack up and go. Felt really uncomfortable knowing everyone we opened our door they were just standing there.

The Room was absolutely beautiful. Very clean, very kid friendly.

Room was great, hotel very nice and new/modern. Breakfast however, probably one of the lowest quality I’ve experienced and the seating arrangements — certainly not optimal.

Just arrived and I’m speechless… this is absolutely beautiful. Your always scared when u rent a room on line but this is even better than we thought! Thank you for not false advertising! The rooms are clean and amenities are great!

Booked a room with a bath tub (I know this is not important to most, but important to me). Didn't get it. Was told I should have called the hotel direct and not the reservation center for this request. After driving 18 hours and not get what I reserved and was told basically told "tough" and no you already checked in so you can't get a refund and go to another hotel that will give me what I reserved.

We have only been here for 2 hours so far and I am beyond impressed! Hotel is Very clean, and our suite is large and comfortable for a great price.

This is one the best hotels I have stayed at. Everything here is what I would have put in if I was designing a hotel.

Maybe it's because I'm not a millenial, but these Home2 Suites come off a little cold and a little Industrial. Also, the layout of their breakfast area just is asking for a traffic jam. That said, this place was reasonably inexpensive and near where I needed to go. If you're looking for a place to eat, there's a really nice shopping center right over by Teterboro Airport with a whole bunch of very nice choices. If you're coming from out of town and you think that this is going to be convenient to get into Manhattan, please choose another hotel. Even though it seems like it's close it will be at least 2 hours each way on public transportation. You can do much better than that. Just trying to head off problems as I did see a few people there who didn't realize what a challenge it was going to be getting into New York City.

Very clean. Just need to get used to the layout of Homework Suites. Fire pit and great gym.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite. It is large, clean and pet friendly. Had a continental breakfast next day that was very good. The waffles, in particular, were so good it tasted great hours later. Breakfast had a good selection of food.

Suite rooms are nice and spacious, with a king bed and a queen bed in different rooms. The staff are nice and friendly. Complimentary breakfast is included with a good selection of food. Pet friendly too!

Excellent place. Great value. Just a 10 minute walk to the 163/164 buses that take you to the New York Port authority terminal.

Fantastic spacious and very new suites. The location is a 1km walk from a local bus stop (about a 15 minute walk) although you have to go uphill to get there. The buses are 163/164 and the fare to new York is $4.50USD per person. Staff are very nice and welcoming. The beds were fairly comfortable and I was able to fall asleep quickly. Overall this is a great, fresh hotel.

I love this chain! Will not stay anywhere else! Clean, comfortable! friendly employees! Each time I travel, I find the nearest one! Top notch!

Cancellation Policy is unreasonable. Avoid this hotel! I have stayed at this hotel in the past and had an excellent experience. The hotel is clean, staff pleasant, and everything is exactly what you would expect with a three star property. I made another reservation a couple weeks ago at the hotel, selecting the "Flexible" (more expensive rate) that allowed cancellation. I called to cancel my appointment with over 24 hours notice, but Hilton said I was not able to cancel this reservation due to the hotel's local policies (48 hours notice required). Hilton asked me to call the general manager at the hotel and try to work it out with them. I spoke with the General Manager, Dontavius, and he was semi-rigid on the policy. He offered to reduce the fees for cancelling the room to $99. I find that unacceptable given my gold status and my frequent stays at Hilton properties. I even offered to move my reservation back to another date in the year (I travel for a living, so I'm sure I'll need to be in NJ again soon) — Dontavius was still unwilling to budge, saying he could only move it one week. A third call to Hilton customer service was made, and they said the general manager's response was the "final response" I have been a loyal Hilton Honors member for over 10 years. My teammates and I spend roughly ten thousand dollars on Hilton properties every year.

Nice place, great location and rates, comfortable beds and clean, modern, large rooms. Breakfast is weird, microwavable and to-go items. Local diners are better.

We had a very nice stay this weekend. We stayed in a double queen room with a pull out sofa, the room was very spacious, clean and well Layed out to maximize the space. 4 adult and 2 young children and we had plenty of the room. The hotel was very clean, updated and well decorated. Staff friendly and helpful. The free breakfast had a nice selection and the staff kept the food stocked and were friendly. The lobby area was large and had a lot of seating. Very pleased with our stay and we will be back.

The location is great and quiet. The rooms are large and have a full kitchen. The beds were also very comfortable. Lastly the breakfast was very well prepared.

Chic, modern joint. Spacious, well lit cheery interior. Very comfortable, large suites with all the comforts of home and lots of natural light. Small pool was nice. The breakfast spread was pretty satisfying. The staff was awesome.

This place is immaculate! The rooms are always well put together, the staff is friendly and welcoming. This hotel offers nice commendations. The indoor pool is small so maybe not used for "recreational", but more so a dip in the water, or some exercise.

So from what I was told it’s a renovated office building. Not sure if all rooms are the same but mine was a massive room with a hallway kitchen entry opening up to a huge living room and the a separate room with bathroom and bed. Very new and very clean. Nice lobby and welcoming staff.

The place was so clean and the rooms were very large. We forget a pair of expensive wireless headphones and Alexis at the front desk was able to locate them and hold them for us to pick up. Amazing!

Very easy to get to Manhattan and surrounding cities. And the room is very nice to stay for couple of days.

Rooms were spacious. Staff friendly. Close to freeways and shopping. NYC easily accessible… only issue was the breakfast seemed chaotic and needs better organization… also both days I was there there was no cutlery and had to try to locate staff to refill.

Noticeably new addition to the Hasbrouck Heights area. The lobby was clean and bright. Lots of parking available and nice 2 bedroom suites.

Excellent hotel, incomparable service, very good breakfasts, cozy rooms and many other good services.

The staff are really nice. The rooms are clean. The pool is pretty nice too. The gym is limited as is the breakfast. No hotel shuttle. It is not an easy walk to the train station.

Change your reservation… used condoms laying on floor in room… if I could give this hotel a negative star. I would. The hotel lobby looks nice and is. The breakfast is decent… but the rooms, I don't know where to begin. House keep ing is half-fast … the blankets you are expected to sleep with are not washed after people check out, that coming from the executive housekeeper I spoke with, but it all comes from management and owner " nimet". I found a used condom on the room floor and the front desk person acted like nothing and said " I will have someone go upstairs and remove it" like it was an everyday occurrence as if I spilled milk. The bedding is horrible, motel 6 has better sheets and blankets. I have stayed at quite a few hilton properties from la, las vegas, texas and new york. This one is the worst. Take my advice, book somewhere else. There is also no " customer service", it is all about getting your money.

We had really bad experience in this hotel. There was not a bathtub drain stopper, and asked to bring it to my room. I waited for a long time for just a bathtub stopper. After 30 minutes, a man came to fixed the drain stopper system. But now the bathtub became dirty because of the man. I asked to clean the bathtub, and another 30 minutes later, the man came but the bathtub was not cleaned properly. I asked to change the room again and again when I first saw something wrong with the bathtub, but the front desk did not listen to my request at all and I just waited for the whole process. In the end, I did not use the bathtub and just wasted time… I will never use this hotel.

I'm often here for business meetings. The lobby is very inviting. The baths always clean, clean clean. The meeting room is always set up properly a when we arrive.

Beautiful place! Our suite was gorgeous! Very comfortable and modern in the foyer… Staff customer service was stellar.

The rooms were spacious, clean. Frontdesk people were helpfull, as I was new to the city they were helpfull with information to use transit system. Aperentely transit is the fastest way to set around town.

The check in was quick. Staff was friendly. The rooms are spacious with plenty of amenities (large fridge, dishwasher, good free breakfast)

Stopped here on the way to NYC. The staff was excellent, and went above and beyond to recommend local restaurants for the evening as well as places to eat while in NYC. The suite sized room was also great, especially for the price, as it was very clean and the beds were comfortable! The free breakfast looked great for most people, and the waffles were a hit with my little brother. I can't eat gluten or lactose though, so I was limited to microwavable hard-boiled eggs and fruit… that said, I would still give 4.5 stars if I could, as the staff hospitality was superb.

This hotel is new and beautiful. The pictures you see are exactly what you get. The rooms are large and spacious. We stayed in a two bedroom. The beds are super comfy. The breakfast bar will definitively get your day going and if you need more McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts is just across the road in walking distance. Also a special shot out to Manny's great customer service and helping me through a difficult times with encouraging words of wisdom.

Hotel is very well maintained and has a very friendly staff. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Parking is free.

BEST PARTS; Big suites, New, good price, free parking, gym and washing machines, GOOD STAFF. less good; breakfast cheap, pool cold and not so clean, traffic sound.

The rooms were amazing! They had a full kitchen and comfy beds. They also had a complimentary breakfast that was really convenient and that had alot of options. I will totally stay there again when we go back to New Jersey.

Hilton Home2 is a great place to stay in the area. The room was new and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. Just don't expect to be able to do a late check-out; you won't be able to.

This Home2 Suites, like most of them, is very new and clean. I really like the design and decor of the rooms. The bed is super comfortable, and sheets extra soft. Breakfast is a step above typical hotel breakfasts, with breakfast sandwich offerings as well as oatmeal, fruit, cereal and more. Highly recommend.

Nice and clean, very new place. I haven't had a chance to check out the pool, but it looks OK. I love the selection they have here for their free breakfast.

Stayed in the hotel for one week. This is a beautiful hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The bedroom and living space were separated by a curtain which I liked. The hotel staff were great. The breakfast could use some improvement.

Very nice room! And a saline pool! Decent continental breakfast! Monies well spent.
