Great service, clean hotel and rooms. Hosted a banquet event and was treated superbly, good was amazing you would never guess it was banquet food and the view is awesome. The banquet staff from sales to servers were nothing but the best.

The only reason why I give this hotel one star instead of zero because of the front desk person who check us in. He was very friendly, gaves us places to go sightseeing, and gave us drink pass. After meeting with him I was so excited to get to my room. We got in the room, the first thing I said was this is a old room, everything was outdated. Then, I sat for a while and began to small mildewed. I said well maybe I can try and deal with it because I didn’t want to complain because of the excellent service the gentleman at the front desk gave me, but after sitting for an hour the smell got worse. I call downstairs and they told me to come and get switched to a different room. We went to the new room and the carpet was soaked with water. So I went down again we got switched to a suite and we walk in there was things on the floor, the bathroom had brown things on the floor, I thought it was BM until I seen the ice cream stick on the floor. It wasn’t clean probably it was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They need to close down and renovate the entire hotel.

I love this hotel and everything about it. Especially the gym, it’s such a space is Jim with a lot of equipment not like typical hotel gyms that are really small and only have a few pieces of equipment. The rooms you’re really spacious and the staff is really friendly. I love the VIP lounge and the food that they serve there. Great place to get away from the people you stayed here with LOL.

Nice, clean, good service. I'm only giving this place 4 stars because I had to pay for my microwave and refrigerator while I stayed for 5 days. I'm traveling a lot right now and am immediately staying at the Hilton Garden which comes with both a microwave and fridge automatically. Plus there are bottles of water in my room and this place cost less then the Hasbrouck Heights. I need to have these appliances when I travel so if a hotel offers them as standard, they will always be rated higher to me.

Primary stay is for work. The staff at the Hilton truly has accommodated me. I accidentally booked back-to-back status here. I was concerned that I was going to have to switch rooms due to 2 different confirmation numbers. The Hilton made it seamless. A great stay!

Finally asked some 20 something's to consolidate seats so we could have 2 seats together. My drink was god awful. My partners drink was too. A Cosmo and a Manhattan came out to $31.80! That's just ridiculous. Went to our event, came back, too many guests partying in the hallways all night. Got zero sleep. Pros were reservations and check in was easy and bed was comfortable. Loved the sheets! Will not be back.

Was somewhat dissapointed at the maintenance of this place. Was expecting a bit more from Hilton. Use to be able to connect the Hilton name to quality but this was far from it. There were missing cover plates and screws on the floor. Overall just a poor experience.

It is a good place to spend a good family holiday or a group of friends I recommend you are not going to regret.

Excellent service. Room was extremely comfortable. Staff was awesome. Definitely our hotel of choice on our next visit.

Good customer service but very limited options for guests. There is no late check out and you must pay $3 for each bottle of water!

No real complaints. Clean, nice staff. Convenient location. What more can you ask for, except maybe a better beer selection in the bar.

Front desk needs help with being inviting. Staff lacks training. If you book a meeting here, be sure the staff is aware! My first impression of much of the staff was that they have a job but don't enjoy what they do. Many have an attitude. Robbie, in AV was an exception being most helpful. He took pride in what he was doing and how he could help. Take pride in what you do or don't do it!

Ideal location for short overnight in Teterboro area. However the physical location of the property is an an ideal one as itbis closer to the busy streets to the front and highways to the rear along with constant noise from airplanes talking off and landing. Not much of dining choice other than hotel kitchen or McDonald's nearby. Reasonable rate and courtesy shuttle will provide transportation to/from local shopping area and free parking for the guests driving in. Rooms and carpets are darker in decor and can use remodeling. Staff are friendly.

Staff was nice, booking was a bit of a pain, and the room I stayed in was just your average hotel room. Nothing special. The one thing I can't get over, is a "$22 — $25 breakfast! I'm not against hotels not including a continental breakfast, but it's a bit much when they are charging that much for a mediocre breakfast. Also, I had a hard time calling from the room for a courtesy wake up call. I had to walk down to the desk and ask. No, I don't mind walking, but when I'm spending $130/night, I'd expect for the receptionists' to answer the phone. All and all, it was average, and I definitely have had better experiences, at cheaper hotels. Step it up Hilton! Your the 3rd Hilton I've stayed at, in the past year, that I haven't been impressed with. Smh.

Hotel was easily accessible to major highways. Staff were all very courteous and helpful when needed. Rooms were clean and spacious. I had the NYC view and you can see the city skyline in a distance.

Very good rooms and we had a view of the Manhattan sky line. The shower is excellent. There is a pretty good restaurant in the lobby and a 24/7 shop with food, beverages and toiletries.

I've been staying here for a bit. Nice and helpful customer service and housekeeping. The rooms are clean and fairly spacious and comfortable. The toilets are VERY loud, and you can hear your neighbors flush every time. Some might find it annoying, but I think it's hilarious. My only gripes: you can't open the windows. There are no screens, so if you want fresh air, you'll have to go outside. Also, there's no mini fridge or microwave in the rooms. But there is a public use microwave on the lower level, so that's helpful.

Stayed here for one night. Guest check in/services were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and bedding clean and comfortable. I also spent time in the well equipped gym which was clean and provided not only cardio machines but also weight machines and stretching spaces. My only complaint is that I am a light sleeper and the air conditioning system sounded old and broken to the point that it felt like planes we're taking off all night long (and no, I'm not mistaking the AC with the airport which is close by). It had 2 levels — loud and louder. Needless to say I got very little sleep that night. Overall, okay visit I suppose.

Hotel is located right off the highway. There's also a 7 Eleven next to it which came in handy when I lost my cell phone charger. The staff was super friendly and courteous during the check in process. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

My husband & I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton. Courteous & friendly staff. The shuttle service was accommodating. My trips were back & forth to Hackensack Hospital. Our dining experience was top notch as well. Accolades to the staff who made our dining extremely pleasurable.

A very good place. The food is a bit expensive. It is great quality. There is a 7-11 as well in the next drive. Several diner and deli locations near as well. Close to Teterboro airport as well. A courtesy shuttle service and Driver makes it easier to get around to NYC. Frank Sinatra lived near by as well.

Stayed here for a week at Thanksgivingas part of a group. The hotel seems to be older but has been maintained well. Everything was clean and in great working order. The staff vere very courteous and attentive. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice, clean hotel, if a bit dated in decor. Decent restaurant. The salmon was good. Needs a little updating, like power outlets near the beds for chargers and such. Staff was friendly.

The Hilton Hasbrouck Heights offers plenty of parking, great event space, and a yummy breakfast. It can be difficult to sometimes schedule events but there has been a staff change recently so it makes sense. It's super convenient to get to and easy to spot from the road making it a great venue for networking events.

Nice enough hotel. Got a nice view of New York, if a little far away. I got a room with two doubles, and it's a little small and there is no mini fridge. Room was clean, AC was quiet, restaurant was pretty good.

The hotel is great! The beds and pillows are so soft. I feel right at home. They have cable and the bathrooms are roomy. There is a restaurant on the first floor and they have breakfast available for a charge. Overall it is a great hotel and I recommend it.

Attended a professional conference in the lower level. The conference area was able to accommodate approximately three hundred people while having all of the wall partitions put walkway. The hotel staff were a pleasure to interact with and very well accommodating for the numbers that were present.

Nice Hilton. Beds were nice, modern and comfy with thick down comforters. Staff was warm. Hotel nicely decorated. Modern touch with app as your key card for your room. Nice pool. Right off fwy with 7 eleven next door. Free auto, Rv and truck parking. Only complaints is no Jacuzzi or guest laundry facilities. There is a view of new York city from the rooms BUT it's really far off in the distance so not really an extra bonus worth paying for.

The rooms are quiet, cold, and clean. Staff is great and it is convenient to I-80, Costco, and Teteboro Airport. Also has pretty good views of the City on a clear day. Not a lot in walking distance, and the bus stop isn't very close, however, the shuttle is normally available to get you were you need to go. Having a car is highly recommended at this property.

I have stayed at this hotel almost 2 dozen times over the past 5 years. At first it was great, great service, friendly staff and decent food. Lately, over the past year it has gone down hill very quickly. The staff is short with you and somewhat rude, the service is lacking and food has taken a hit as well. Sad, because I really looked forward to staying at this hotel in the past.

My 1 star review is well earned by Hilton and all of their partners… Let's list the reasons they are doing poorly as a company overall. I will explain both why this hotel earned this rating and how Hilton as a company earns 1 star as well. This hotel — Dirty, old, terrible customer service. You know what's interesting? Multiple people have complained about the service at this hotel, and yet no action has been taken to fix this issue. Clearly, Hilton does not care about the reputation they create for themselves. Let's go through my poor guest service interaction. I went to go try out the breakfast my first morning at the hotel. Breakfast at any hotel is always a gamble on the quality of what you receive for the price you pay. Their selection was abysmal, and their prices were even worse. $16.95 for just cereal or old stale bread… REALLY? and $21.95 for "warm" dishes which were 3 hot plates with old eggs and other unsavory selections. Anyway, I decided after seeing the "selection" I didn't want the food, it honestly made me lose my appetite with how unappealing it looked. So I had already asked for coffee which I poured in my mug and the waiter said "oh you just wanted coffee? " to which I replied "yeah I'm just having the coffee today thank you. " He turned around and came back with a bill for $4.95… WOW. This isn't Starbucks, it was watery, bland coffee, typical sad hotel coffee and they charged me basically $5 for it. But here's where it gets worse.

Nice and clean hotel. Cleaning service sprayed popouri on the linens which was nice! But… Some wallpaper peeling. Bathtub is peeling and stained. No mini fridge. Dirty and broken outlets. No ethernet port.

If I could post lower I would. This is by far the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at. And basically is a low end hotel. Shower head fell off wall while in shower. Called front desk — couldn't care less. They tell you they will fix problems to your face and then — nothing. Kind of service you get at a cheap flea bag hotel. Hilton — fix it — this is your name they are destroying.

Really nice spot, but if you're not a member, the breakfast can be pre-e-e-etty pricey! That being said, the rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the staff was extremely pleasant during my stay.

As a hotel employee of 14 years I'm always watching out for great customer service and a clean room. This hotel provided birth, with Saony making the check in process fast and informative with a great smile on her face. The beds were clean and very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Would definitely stay again when in the area and recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to lay their head.

Fantastic food, location was very nice with a good view, did not get a chance to see the rooms but if they were the same quality as the ball room than they are probably pretty good.

Close to TEB with shuttle service to the airport and local restaurants. Great staff but rooms are a little dated.

A bit noisy in the room. Seems you can hear everything that goes on outside. The tub and sink drains slowly.

Need remodeled, is a hotel that seems to be very old, the owners of this hotel should invest money and fix it, everything is old, the phones are yellow old, this hotel is not even good enough to museum. For workers on this hotel I give it 5 stars because they make more than the owners, the workers care for guests and have very good service. But, I repeat, if not remodel this hotel, I don't stay in again because I will not spend my money in an old hotel. I do not recommend anyone to choose this hotel to stay.

We were set up at a show in the function rooms. The rooms were clean and well lit. The restrooms are very clean and accomodating.

I stay here regularly for work and do like that they have a relatively secluded and secured open parking lot. The breakfast is good, the room service quality is good and the gym options are similar to what is going in other Hilton's across the nation. The pool is outdoors and only open for a couple late summer months. There seems to be a lot of conventions, weddings, and business use of the lower level and 12th floor.

I in the past 5 years in this house many times. Due to the Sussex, the Ambassador Suite is in all aspects worse, this has become my first choice to go. The staff here is always very friendly. Although the bar and restaurant staff in the evening kind of like a flowing water line, but Breakfast staff are wonderful, just like this food. It's definitely a fit for air crew hotel. They bed was very comfortable. And they're the Standard Suite is worth you upgrading.

Had good service from everyone working there. Decent room with a view. Traffic stays busy right outside the hotel. Gate to the parking lot would never work for me and always had to be buzzed through. Good food and drinks in the bar but pricey.

Room was large, bed was comfortable. Staff was attentive and the entrance was spotless. Didn't get a chance to eat there but the menu looking appetizing. Would stay again.

Where do I start? Well, let's start from the first impression of a 4-star hotel. My husband and I arrived approximately 11pm on Oct 9th, visibly tired, as I watched 3 customer service people behind the desk converse among themselves for at least 5 minutes before someone decided to acknowledge us with a look — Not a smile or… "Hello/Good Evening, how may I help you/Welcome to the Hilton's". (something like that). Upon entering our room, (which was clean by the way), there was an uncomfortable smell of a dog once I turned the air off. I remedied with Febreeze on the carpet and drappery, (Tip: A very inexpensive investment for a 4-star hotel). When I called down to order an extra blanket for my husband, before I could get my request out, I was placed on hold, immediately disconnected, and when calling back, no one answered. On the positive side, the cleaning personnel were very friendly during our entire stay. I have stayed in less expensive 4-star hotels and received more… like a refrigerator at no extra charge. I have never stayed at a Hilton before, and just on the name alone, I presumed it would be an excellent experience. But quite the contrary, I was very, surprisingly disappointed in this location. I hope I never have to resolve to staying at a Hilton again.

I have stayed at the Hilton before but not this location. I was very disappointed in service provided at the front desk. The bathroom in my room, floor was dirty. The drainage system did not work and bathtub backed up. The restaurant was overly priced. Breakfast buffet was 21.00. There were no restaurant local. No microwave in room or place to store your drinks if you are staying for a period of time. Noise level was high. Sounds came through the walls. Hotel staff was not friendly. Was informed that the Hotel Shuttle Bus would be available for pick up. Driver never showed up. Caught a ride back to hotel on a nearby hotel shuttle bus after being left in the cold.

I've been here twice and both times I truly enjoyed my stay. Front desk/check in: Fast check in, Monique was terrific, she's super accommodating and kind. Great customer service from her. I was happy to see her when I returned the 2nd time, surprised that she even remembered my name. Lashana was also very kind and helpful. The rooms are very good, clean and spacious. The pool is very clean and relaxing, the pool staff were awesome, there were a few guys out there, I wish I could remember their names. They helped move umbrellas for my friend who is sickly and needed shade but there weren't any umbrellas left, they went out of their way to find an extra umbrella for her without a problem. There are no lifeguards but the pool staff were great! Overall the atmosphere is great, will continue to come here.
