Comfortable. Includes iron and iron board in the rooms. Nice size rooms. Good air conditioning. Warm bed covers. Includes continental breakfast. The only problem are low water pressure and hard mattress.

The building is not level and it feels like it will come down any moment. Everything is old, worn out and smelly, you get the feeling that you don't want to touch anything. There were drunken people in the lobby loudly discussing guns and drugs, there was loud partying in a room across from ours late into the night. The reception staff was ignoring me for longer than acceptable. Although the rate was among the cheapest around, it was not that much cheaper to justify staying in such environment. I would suggest to the owner to demolish and rebuild the place as soon as possible.

Horrible, went to bed and found 2 roaches IN my bed. Got moved to another room to wake up to blood on the sheets and 10 to 20 bed bugs all over my bed. I had Multiple bites on my body than I thought were mosquito bites. But now I know exactly what they were from. The manager didn't even apologize. He said "here take the money and walk out of here". Do not stay here you will get bit!

Bed bugs and roaches. Then when asked for a refund in the lobby the manager tells me to be quiet. I guess they don't want to scare guests. Quite a few guest returned to the lobby with bites all over. After explaining this to the hotel management they threatened to call the police on me and told me never to come back again. "The general manager said if I don't want bed bugs go to the Hilton". No apologies and they did not even care. There were even a mom and her kids coming to office complaining of bites. Everyone's coming into the office and complaining. This place needs to be shut down. I did call began county board of health and filed a complaint and will update this post with the outcome.

Neat rooms for reasonable price and good service.

The place comes short for the price we paid. Old carpets, rooms run down, the non-smoking rooms smell really bad. Front desk attendant was not very friendly at all. With free breakfast (no eggs though coz it's supposed to be vegetarian). Kitchen attendant was good and friendly. Love the cereals and Bagels. Would I come back again? Probably not. We have stayed at better places before for the price that we paid here.

I stay here every month for one or two day and paid around $90-100 with my CDL discount. Tonight 5-19-18 the guy ask me for $150 he say because is weekend but he's renting for hours to other guess. I walk away.

I am totally satisfied. It is worth the money I had to pay. Nice big room with good service and free breakfast. What can be better a cuppa tea in the morning?!

2.5. Pros:Was a fair price. Great coffee in the am including continental breakfast plus fruit. Breakfast bar attendant woman stayed near and kept it stocked with food and coffee. Cons:Owner or Manager was a little rude and carrying on a semi-heated conversation on his head set while checking us in. Meanwhile extending our standing time at the check-in window. We were so tired by the time we got to Jersey. All we wanted was to clean up eat and rest. Overall we slept peacefully for the night of stay. Rooms were neat. We could see our car from the window. The hotel has a lot of mirrors and chandeliers which radiated beautifully. Lighting was just right. Felt calm and relaxed.

Room was decent and clean. Booked the room online but turns out it wasn't the jacuzzi room I wanted. Can't book a jacuzzi room online. Disappointed but room and place overall was clean. Close to NYC.

For price you can not beat it the rooms and bathrooms have been clean for me this whole week I have got 3 different rooms with 0 issues not nasty or stained and the people who work here are nice and friendly plus the breakfast here is bomb too so 5star from me.

Good place to stay at for New York.

Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at… and I stay at hotels from coast to coast. Room is very hot, AC doesn't work, can't open the windows, no wash cloths for a shower… To top it all off, the power along the TV wall went out TV doesn't work, and now the fan won't blow air at all, and the front desk won't answer my call, oh and had to use my cell phone because the room phone is dead! All of this at 12:10am, while I stare at the ceiling! Nice! Really Nice! (sarcasm) From now on I will heed the warnings on the reviews!

Well this place is great if you want the power to go out in your room and then go deal with the rude people that work there to just try to get a different room with power oh and if you like hot water I wouldn't advise staying here.

Cockroaches in the bathroom. Was in room 232. Before I got to my room, on the way after checking in, There's a weird smell, think they need to clean their carpets. But they're nice people. No attitudes. They need to clean the rooms better, need pest control up in every room.

Pretty close to bus station. With a 30 min bus ride you'll be in Grand Station.

Great experience… rooms are big clean and great customer service… continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and cable, jacuzzi rooms and suites… and affordable… definitely get your moneys worth… I totally recommend the Capri inn to anyone in need for a good nights rest.

Pretty easy to find, close to Washington bridge. Service was decent along with room, place smelled a lil funny but it served it's purpose.

Front desk is very very rude. The girl working in day shift is so rude. Don't know how to talk to customers. Others are good in this motel. I suggest don't go in this motel it's costly rather than go in near by motels which are good enough.

Rooms recently renovated, clean, gracious staff, decent breakfast, really close to Hackensack, plenty of parking, close to all major roads.

If you are looking to go to the city its 15$ (toll road) to leave each time. Don't know how to explain the experience other than the best part about the motel is the gas prices. The phone didn't work, there was a roach crawling up the wall. The random people in the hallway and the giant pothole in the parking lot. The towels and rags had stains on them. Housekeeping walked in on me to ask if I was checking out on the 1 day of a 2 night stay.

Very horrible experience! Disgusting smelling in dinning room! The food is so bad and even spoiled. The front desk are rude and dishonest! Saw many people arguring with them and someone even saying donot pay them! But they are going to charge you when you just check in. So maybe it's hard to get your money back! Last, it's only a motel!

The cleaning people helped themselves to a few bags I had left in my room when I went to the store, AFTER I put the dont disturb sign on the door handle. I reported it to the office and they blew me off. Do not stay there. Rooms have roaches, skunks everywhere under the buildings, etc. I will NOT be hoing back to that hotel!

This inn is pretty good for the price. Its not too expensive for stay. Its very clean but rooms have a faint smell of smoking. The decoration could be update but overall this is a very good deal. I would be coming back soon.

The Inn was nice but the room seems like a smoking room when I asked for non smoking… It had foul smell in the room other then that it was nice.

OK hotel with negotiable deals. But customer service could definitely be improved. The front desk dudes are very rude, I really don't understand how someone in their mind could put those 2 guys there.

The place isn't terrible but it's not that great either. The room was ok nothing really exciting about it. There is a bus stop on the main road very close by, about 2 minute walk, it was really easy to get to NY via bus from this location.

Don't ever want to come back. Clark at the counter has bad attitude and lack of English. Rooms are smelling and dirty. Toilet was not cleaned. It is one of the poor motel on Highway for geto people to stop by. Lousy as hell.

This motel/hotel is horrible. The room we stayed smells weird. You can't open the windown to get fresh air. Tv/cable dont work. Saw a few roches even inside the refrigerator. First and last time staying here. Never again…

My long time Motel, and now remodeled. Rooms, Jacuzzi Excellent. Complementary breakfast so limited.

Decent hotel, helpful staff, cheaper stay. Connected by NJ bus services to newyork city. Peaceful stay, free breakfast and big parking.

The rooms are clean and nice but the service of the recepsionistas was not so nice.

Decent for the price. The rooms are better than what you'd expect at this price point. The staff, at times, can be very rude.

Considering it's a motel things actually aren't that bad. Breakfast and Wi-Fi provided for free. Breakfast includes toast, bagels, juice and cereal. Wi-Fi is extremely decent depending on the part of the day. Usually 25/5 Mbps. Been here for a month and a half and seen 5 roaches. Gross yes but this is the nicest motel I've ever stayed in. If you want a really nice room for cheap get a suite. Comes with a two sized jacuzzi in room right next to the bed. The pictures of the room don't do it justice.

To start, the hotel had cancelled my reservation when I got there because I got there late supposedly, even thought I was still within my reservation period. So I had to request another room and they ended up charging me an extra $17 dollars. Also, the hotel hallways had some weird smell. Aside from that, everything else was good. The rooms where in excellent condition and they smelled clean and looked clean.

Left at 5:00 am after failing to be able to sleep through the violent arguments in surrounding rooms (yes more than one) seems to be popular with low lives. Smelled bad, my clothes stank when I washed them the next day.

Room relatively clean but hallways look trashy. They charge for everything except breakfast. Ice machine charges 25 cents and some don't work. Alot of room for big rigs and other trucks at the back though.

BED BUGS were the final straw. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Not because of the issues; but because they deny they have issues and don't intend to fix them. I gave them feedback in hopes of corrective action; but their staff has no idea what customer service means (they may have a problem understanding english? ). Overall, they are very rude and obviously trained to apologize while denying any issue that you experience has ever existed before: "you are the only one who has ever complained about this". For example: -They don't make you feel welcome you when you check in. It is like you are interfering with their day -They slide things under the glass window that protects them from you and expect that you know what they want you to do with them. -Basic items missing from the room when you check in (i. E. : alarm clocks, tea bags, bath supplies). -Internet service not available (repetitive issue-have to go to Mac Donald's for Wi-Fi) -Towels made from 80 grit sandpaper. (Repetitive issue, no corrective action) -The breakfast area is the lobby and stale cereal is the menu. -Beds not changed between occupants (happened once and they came and changed the dirty linens) -Room floors not cleaned properly (they use sweepers, not vacuum cleaners) -Rooms have smell/odors (repetitive, they just change your rooms) -Smoking allowed in hall ways and exit areas (hallways always smell) -BED BUGS on my last and final stay (denied they have ever had BED BUGS).

I will not come back, have tried this dump twice now, internet is non existent, TV doesn't work and when I ask about it getting fixed I get an attitude from front desk. Maintenance guy was great, really tried, but hes up against it. Front desk staff need an attitude adjustment!

Pricy for a motel still I got internet offer and that's brought the price down Though the room size was very decent.

Worst hotel ever! Crack head central and a Hooker haven for sure! Managment is extremely rude! Not a place for kids! One night and I woke up with 15 bed bug bites. I would not recommend this to ANYONE.! Management needs to learn proper English and how to communicate! Just filed a BIG law suit against them for discrimination. If you support rag/towel heads, this might be the place for you. This is AMERICA, now go home.

Stayed here last year for 3 days. Worst place. Bed bugs, fridge stopped working spoiling all my food, and rude supervisor who came to replace the fridge.

They have beg bugs got 6 bites all over my body.

Their business card says "tastefully decorated. " And it's true. If we were still living in 1970. The rooms are dirty, the stuff looks it's about to fall off the walls. The customer service people are also unable to communicate properly.

Beware of this place! Bed bugs is what you will get in this dirty Motel. I have over 40 bites all over my body! Costumer service have now idea how to talk to a costumer! Do not take the risk of spending a minute in this place! It is a health hazard! Be careful.

Very cheap hotel, smell, poor welcome, never come back.

Ok, if you are used to nice hotels with fluffy pillows and thick bath towels, this place is not for you. However, the rooms were clean and smelled clean. The room that I had was very small. If you are travelling with your family, make sure to ask to see the rooms. High occupancy — commercial travelers and workers. I found it a little noisy in the morning. Breakfast bar was very basic — free vending machine coffee and packaged pastries. I will stay there again, but only because it is close to the activity that I went to the area for.
