Good place just a little crazy to get into facilities. It’s dangerous because of where’s locates. It’s off the highway and cars are flying while people are trying to get into the hotel area. Parking lot was full of snow and they didn’t clean it well. Very dangerous for safety.

This Hampton is always perfect. The GM and all the staff are amazing. This particular Hampton is an asset to Hilton Worldwide.

It's almost like home. Excellent service. Comfortable bed nice sheets, pillows etc.

Cleanliness and wonderful staff.

The manager is very friendly and emphatic. Highly recommended.

5 stars for sure! Room was great, and the staff very attentive and pleasant. Only issue was parking late when the hotel is full. Not a lot of space.

Great location, Amazing service. And the 24X7 coffee desk was the best for late night arrivals from New York and early morning commute. The park n ride was also close by and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Enjoyed the stay here.

This is going to be my new go-to place to stay for visiting the New York area. It is extremely conveniently located on the approach to the George Washington Bridge. There is parking for a commercial vehicle. The swimming pool was nice and inviting breakfast was delicious and the staff was top-notch. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable who could ask for anything more.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable, especially after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The hot breakfast was very very good.

Awesome service and very clean. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious food. PD at the front desk and the cleaning lady on the second floor were extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks so much for everything.

I'll give it 5 stars because overall the staff was wonderful and helpful especially the sweet lady who takes care of the breakfast. She kept the food hot and fresh and always had a smile on her face! The rooms were VERY clean and nice and the free shuttle to the bus stop was awesome. The only downside was we stayed there 5 nights and were only able to use the pool for 2 of them because it was under maintenance. The main reason we booked the hotel was because they had a pool and we have a 5 year old that wanted to swim more than anything. Not the end of the world as the bathtubs were quite large and he was happy to "swim" in there. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Very clean, comfortable and nice spot. The staff was extremely friendly, the manager/owner even came over during breakfast to chat with myself and my children! They also had a great variety of food to choose from for breakfast. We'll definitely be staying there again on our next adventure out of town!

This hotel was clean, the rooms spacious, and the staff very friendly & polite. We had a few hiccups along the way (outside of the hotels control), however the manager Geovana went out of her way to make things right. I highly recommend this hotel, and would happily stay here again!

Great place to stay and park to take a cruise out of the Port of Manhattan. Shuttle service was smooth and efficient.

The room was typical but nice. Two spacious queens. The hotel is right next to the highway, but you didn't hear the passing cars. Breakfast was ok.

Great hotel. Only tricky part is actually getting INTO it from the main road. Be very careful when making that right into the property. Best hotel toilet paper on the east coast.

They do a park and sail package for anybody sailing out of NYC. We were extremely impressed with the service and staff! Highly recommend this for anybody going on a cruise… they made it extremely easy. Dropped us off right where you drop off your luggage… we didn't even have to handle it to get it checked in. Rooms are recently remodeled and nice. A little road noise, but not bad. Can't compliment the staff enough! Very pleasant people to deal with.

I stayed in many hotels (including a few other Hilton Hotels before) and whenever I stay in a Hilton Hotel I was set high standards for that hotel because I know won't be disappointed at all. Sure enough this store was just like any of the other Hilton Hotels I stayed at. The staff was very friendly. The pool was nice to go into and relax. The free breakfast was wonderful and the beds are extremely comfortable. The room was nice and big. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that's staying in the area and whenever I stay in the area again I'll be sure to book a room with this hotel. The management team should be proud of how amazing there hotel is. Oh yeah can't forget about the free cookies in the lobby!

Comfortable Hotel and great pricepoint. The staff is friendly and displays great hospitality. Breakfast is awesome. The rooms are quiet spacious and nice and comfy and clean. Cable TV, Refrigerator and Microwave in rooms. Gym and Indoor Pool. The only draw back is they don't serve dinner. So hence the got 4 stars.

Pros: -super clean, tidy, comfy -nice indoor pool -decent breakfast -cheap -amazing Hilton staff. Same consistent service you get at all decent to perfect Hilton's. It's the staff that always makes the difference -local amenities are cheap. See below -free parking -cool little family of deer roams the area. Hope you see them -situated on a little plot of land isolated from the local area. See below -your stay might or might not include free breakfast. You have free breakfast. No one asks or checks for anything, just grab a plate filler up have fun eat twice if you want. It's cool Cons: -not the greatest neighborhood. But, the hotel is cut off from the surrounding area. A highway and a creek create a little Hilton island -the Exxon on next door sells crack pipes. No, I'm not kidding or exaggerating. Glass ball Point pens. Crack pipes, they don't even write. This says it all. -I wish they had a sauna or a hot tub -decent breakfast. They don't do the made to Order stuff, like I'm omelettes. Big deal.

Very nice and accomodating hotel. Initially, we were given a room that had a faulty heater (like this thing was super loud), and the manager took care of us. If I knew they had an indoor pool, I wouldve definitely taken advantage of that! The breakfast was great, not a typical “fast-food” type of food, but decent. They didn’t have a business room, but at least one computer with printing capabilities. I will definitely be coming back here.

The hotel was very nice and accommodating! My family and myself were trying to get to time square and asked about their shuttle service but it wasn't going to be back for an hour so the girl at the front desk, Krina has one of the employees drive us in her own personal car. It was very generous of her and helped us out tremendously! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Rooms were very clean and beds were super comfortable!

Hotel was very nice. However, it was very hard to find a food place that would deliver. Many local places will not deliver to the Hampton inn for whatever reason. Our biggest complaint was the air conditioning. The lobby, hallways and elevator were very hot. Even being 50-60 degrees at night, the air conditioning in the room struggled to keep the room under 75*. Other then that, the service was good, as was the breakfast.

Our visit was great! The General Manager was so sweet and kind. She helped route us into Times Square, and we didn't have any problems at all. The rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious.

The room was beautiful and the staff friendly. Housekeeping very good!
My only problem was the coffee too week, bacon under done and if you have cooked oatmeal it should be done was still raw after time in microwave.

We had initail issues when checking in and with our shuttle to the hotel but once we addressed them with Giovanna the hotel manager she was beyond kind and accommodating. She takes her job incredibly seriously and cares very much about all her guests! I would definitely stay here again. The hotel was very clean and always smelled so good in our room. Our bed was incredibly comfortable :) also they change their free breakfast daily so that adds some variety to the beginning of each day. It was a great stay.

The hotel was very clean, very welcoming as well. The room was up to my standards and the commodities were much appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was great, had a variety of foods to choose from. Only complaint was the shower curtain which didn't protect the water from leaking on to the entire bathroom floor.

It's a classic Hampton Inn with all the amenities in order, but accessibility is a drama. To get there by car you have to be very careful because the hotel is right at a junction of the freeway. You can't go and walk.

Room is comfortable. Linen very nice. Carpet in hallways and room could be cleaner. Staff friendly. Breakfast fresh and tasty. Housekeeping came early before we were out of the room for the day. They never came back to make up the room. Other than that I highly recommend.

Very loud (can hear semi trucks engine brake) at least on the ground floor. Otherwise, not bad. Good breakfast, kids enjoyed the pool.

2nd time here and still a great place to stay. Hot breakfast, indoor pool for the kids, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Close enough to where we want to be in New York @ reasonable prices.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff goes out of their way to meet your needs. The manager, Nick, and his staff were extremely friendly and so accommodating. We only stayed one night and yet we knew the staff by name. It was a great experience. The hotel must have been renovated recently because it was extremely clean — everything seemed brand new. Lots of special touches like the votive lights which get put out on the lobby tables in the evening. And best of all a free hot breakfast in the morning. Will definitely stay here again when visiting NY — very easy drive into the City.

My family really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Room was very clean. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool very much. Friendly staff. It was a pleasant experience.

Excellent place to stay. Clean and modern with ample space. Good rates for the area. A jacuzzi, would be perfect. Would recommend for business or pleasure.
