Worst hotel for around 120 a night. The night front desk staff is rude. The rooms aren’t clean to standard. The sitting chair was extremely dusty and beginning to collect cob webs. The lamps in the room were also dusty, and the carpet looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The first night there no one came in to clean. We asked for new bed sheets and didn’t receive them. So when proceeded to ask night staff and was cut off mid sentence about how she couldn’t do anything with a nasty attitude. I know for sure I will never come back to this hotel again when visiting family. Also, I only gave one star because they gentleman X’zavier was wonderful upon our arrival.

Upon arrival the hotel looks nice however we had to get our key re-programmed each day we was there because of an issue with their system, our floor (3rd) had no ice the whole time we was there and when you pull into the hotel their is a BIG hole in the ground that could potentially damn your car. And the night staff are very rude and clearly lack customer service skills.

Decent place, nice lobby lounge and bar, rooms were clean and updated. The fire alarm system went off at 5 am by error. Apparently a flood a few days ago triggered it? … no mention of it or apologies at checkout.

Won't be staying here again. My avacado toast was not fresh and the person that made it told me they were supposed to be brown and that the lemon makes it that way. She then complained to her colleague about me asking me for my money back loudly. She continued to complain as I checked out of the hotel and I could hear her across the room. I felt harassed. I am also sure that the attached photo was a fire code violation. I'm not sure why there was a towel over the fire sprinkler.

The Courtyard provides a professional atmosphere for business meeting and social events. They have fast wireless internet for presentations and media events!

Room was clean and spacious. Couple issues. Throughout the stay I was hearing some strange machinery noise keeping me up and they had no toothbrushes. Other than that bed was comfy and staff was friendly.

Then night desk worker is very rude, she never smiled or even act like she wanted to be at work. She had a very smart mouth and nasty attitude. We spend a lot of money with this hotel and to have terrible customer service is not acceptable.

Nice hotel, great for a few days. Guest services unfortunately didn’t clean very well. Elevator out of inspection date.

Room nice, large, loved bedding. Window opens for fresh air. Very clean. Nice desk and chair. TV not good. Doesnt pick up several stations that it says it gets, no HD.

Facilities were very nice. My only complaint us that there was no microwave to warm food. Other than that I would definitely recommend this to all my friends especially those traveling from out of state.

Very Disappointing. Room was dirty. Check-in lady was not interested in helping guests. Parking lot was a mess, and getting in and out was a nightmare due to traffic. Internet was lousy. As a platinum Marriott member, I expect better.

Clean hotel and had a great gym! The amenities were great!

Highly recommend staying here instead of the scary downyown area. Very close to restaurants, a theatre, and shopping. I felt very safe walking to othet places cloae by. Staff was very nice.

The staff was nice and the Breakfast Bistro was amazing. This property does show it's age a bit. I've stayed in some other Courtyard properties that had been renovated more recently. Overall my stay was a pleasant one.

Customer Service by the front desk clerks could use improving. The other staff members were great!

From what I could tell from visiting my friend's room is that they have very comfortable beds. The chairs in the room were very comfortable for large people and the rooms were decent sizes.

For almost $100: No breakfast, No microwave, no safe. Price went up almost $10 the second night. Smh.

The location is quite easy to find. It's located right behind a Ford dealership which is perfect so I couldn't hear the traffic on the I-55. The rooms felt comfortable and clean. The service was absolutely wonderful. Checking in was quick and staff were very nice and professional about their work. I will definitely recommend to other people and be going back when I travel.

As expected with all Courtyards, the facilities were outstanding, very clean and we'll mantained, but the main reason I loved this hotel is because the lady at the front desk was fantastic! Her name was Icis, I believe that's how you spell it and if not my apologies to her. Very friendly and helpful, a great attitude, and always with a big smile on her face! She made me and my coworkers feel very welcomed and went above and beyond her duties to insure that everything was perfect! I hope management at the hotel does notice that they have a great employee and appreciate her commitment to excellence!

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean; one of my favs for the price.

The Marriot/Courtyard is one of the best places that I have stayed when I visit Jackson, MS. The rooms are clean, and the front desk clerk (Constance Sanders) was awesome. I would recommend the Courtyard to the President.

Rooms were nice, staff was excellent. Only downside was that I was told I could not drink the tap water.

One of my fav places to stay when I'm in Ridgeland. Clean, friendly and attentive to my needs.

Nicole was very friendly and on our request moved us to a room on the first floor because my mom had just had surgery and also my grandmother was with us. The beds are wonderful too. Will return here whenever I'm in Jackson.

Nice and well kept, good staff, and prices are online with area hotels. Well managed. Would certainly stay again.

Wonderful and friendly staff! Most comfortable bed evar. And Starbucks. Coffee matters. Short walking distance to a nice pub and restaurant. Perfect for business trips and affordable.

Clean, great amenities, friendly staff. I have stayed here many times when I come to Jackson for business. The staff is always fantastic and they are usually able to accommodate me for an early (very early, usually 9am) checkin. The workout room and pool are also top notch. The location is right off the interstate and very close to the mall and many places to eat. I will say that the rooms are somewhat small and they do no have a complimentary breakfast. Neither of which affects me, but I can see how a traveling family may need these services.

We did the priceline to get a good price — — — which was exactly what we pay for cheaper hotels. The best thing — — bed — — very comfortable — and ok coffee in room — — — — TV poor reception — — average room size — — NO BREAKFAST — — (could BUY buffet in lobby) — — — not for a family — — —. Great if travel alone for business — (has desk and comfy bed) — — Texas — family.

This property should be taken out of business or be totally renovated. The carpets were wet and mildewed from a leaking air conditioner, the hotel and rooms were dirty and overall the place was very substandard. We had two rooms rented for one night and were we not traveling with elderly parents following a hurricane evacuation we would have left and continued back to Louisiana. One room was to be handicapped accessible and the fact my father in law did not fall in the shower because of the poor equipment is no less than a miracle. On top of it all, the rates were high and the staff was less than professional.
