This hotel is a drug haven. Weed smells. Sheets not clean and we asked for a refund & they refused. Stay away. Bad place.

I have been staying at this "no tell, motel" for a while now. I'm in a spot where I have to to be close enough to walk to work. But when we first checked in, the staff was very nice and accommodating. But they put us in a double, and said they'd move us to a single the following day, and just charge us the same for a double as a single. But they kept telling us, tomorrow, tomorrow… But now tomorrow has changed to a few months, and they still refuse to move us, as well as they r now demanding the 230 instead of 200, and if we don't like it, and I quote, "Look ma'am, if you don't like it, you can leave! I'm a busy man. I don't have time for this! " I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. They are extortionists. If they know you're in a pickle, they'll take advantage in a heartbeat. But the young guy that works nights, is nice and helpful. And housekeeping works too hard for their age. And they stay full, so not as though they r hurting. PLEASE PLEASE! If a local lawyer happens 2 read this, please tell us what we can do! Me & my husband have VIDEOS OF EVERY SINGLE INCOUNTER & TRANSACTION that we have had with them. # help us##!

This hotel is horrible. When we arrived we booked a room with two beds we checked the beds there was hair everywhere, there was also makeup smeared on the pillow cases. That’s not all there was pee and fecal matter on bathroom walls. No table no chairs in the room the air conditioning system was not flush with the wall so a gaping hole was there also. We immediately ask for a refund nicely and was denied. So trying to make the best of the situation we ask for sheets, pillow cases and a bed spread… the owner tells us he has none. I would never recommend anyone staying here at all ever. People check your room extremely well before handing anyone a red cent, bc this mess apparently happens all the time.

For the price, the best I have seen.

Mustang is not necessarily a bad motel by any means but it was originally a bit of a do drop in fly by night kind of motel and has never really escaped that feel. They do have okay service and prices though and manage to keep traffic and stay in business.

Nasty nasty nasty just filthy as hell. And they tried to pull a no refund on me! But once I went to taking pictures and stayed I was calling the health department. The refunded my money.

Well it's drug and prostitute frendly. You will have to wait on your bath towels until two p. M. House keeping never gives you back enough. The floor are nasty even when it's cleaned and mopped your feet are black on the bottom of them.

Well… I did not know that where I was taking … all tho what a couple does in a mustang ranch is amazing or maybe its just my.

Great room for the price. The staff was friendly. Security was great. I will visit here again.

These people get one star only because you have to give one nasty nasty people filthy filthy sheets and spreads and had the nerve enough to tell me they didn't have a clean one place was not cleaned bathroom cigarette burns on the toilet seat it's a from a person who travels a lot I've noticed in the last few years these motels have been taken over by certain people but I think it's a sin any shame when you go from state to state and you see nasty filthy hotels we travel long hours and sometimes you don't have a choice after traveling all day and night but it's a seeing any shame in these people all should be shut down I can't see how people are sleeping and pay money for these filthy motels and hotels and some of these rooms were $80 a night with major Hotel names.

House keeping I'd very shity.

I liked it up there. An it is what it is.

They didn't have a phone in the room and it smells like weed in the lobby. But it was pretty cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

I loved the hotel I stay one night den stay again n I'm still here nw nice employees I love the rooms.

Has good free Wi-Fi and queen bed in double room.

The Mustang Inn was the most terrible hotel I've ever been in. It had holes in the walls and stains on the counters. Some of the lights didn't work. The t. V some channels were permently mute. The outside had trash everywhere and the rails upstairs on the walkway where shaky as if you were to lean on then they would fall over. It had a weird smell in there and I had to move out of the first room because of the shape it was in.

I rate this the man was very helpful and nice he show us our room. Now as we come to check room it was very clean and relaxing my good there was hard wood floors in there pictures on wall beds nicely made bathroom looks just as mine shining tub toilet, sink with up dated TV air no one hang around you can get a great night rest here I garrentee that plus very convenient to lots of restaurants. My god I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this motel I will tell everyone I know that this is the bomb.

The bathroom was dirty when I came in my room. Friendly people.

Rude disrespectful and very racist. Walked in with a friend then serveral other black people walked in behind us and the lady behind the counter said it was too many trying to stay in a room. We was trying to explain to her we did not know them and she was not listen to what we has to say. I am very displeased with the way they handled things. Very unhappy.

I have worked in different hotels and stayed at numerous hotels some of them even 5 stars (I travel for work) but I must say I'm unsure why the Mustang is only a 2 star! The rooms are extremely clean, roomy and comfortable! The room is absolutely adorable! The bathroom could be a little larger but still nice. The vanity area is roomy and well lit and if your like me you like to sit and do your hair and makeup… well the mirror beside bed (almost covers the wall) is a perfect place to sit and get ready for the day. The room attendants stop by every day and are extremely friendly. I was so happy with the room and staff my 2 night stay turned into 5 nights! Also if you prefer hardwood floors over carpet this is the place! I have stayed here on 2 separate occasions and I'll definitely be back!

It s strait. I've been to better and I've been to worst.

The room was clean. House Cleaners came everyday. There is a micro wave & refrigerator. They have Wi-Fi as well as cable.
