Overall, the stay was fine. The look and feel of the place was a very cain/lodge feel which is the motif. My satisfaction with the room was slightly less than what I would normally say about a room. There was a lamp with a burned out bulb, and floor felt very sticky, which was odd to me.

I had an issue with my room. And left several messages only for Andrew to hang up the phone in my face because I demanded to speak to someone weeks on end over 2 months. This was the poorest quality of service in a hotel atmosphere. Similar to that of a cheap motel. The room was dirty and they all seemed unbothered. I check in after 2am so there was no one to clean the room. I felt nasty and disappointed!

I had a wonderful stay at Cabot Lodge Jackson North. The guest room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The meeting room was adequate to meet the needs of our reunion and had the bonus of having an door that led straight to the pool area. The staff was for the most part kind, courteous and helpful. I found it difficult to find a time when the front desk was physically manned. The clerks seemed to disappear and with no type of bell or buzzer to summon them, I had to resort to yelling. That felt tacky. The breakfast was amazing with a better than usual morning fare. It included many options for the various eating peculiarities in our group including vegan, diabetic and gluten free diners. Overall, I was very pleased. The front desk staff needs work or a buzzer if they don't intend to be observant.

It's well kept, for an older place. The staff are courteous, helpful, and efficient. The area was subpar, to me. Lots of blue lights, sirens early in the night, and hot rod racket from about midnight to 2. Cabot can't control that.

This was a nice moderately priced hotel. The rooms are nice and large. I recommend not staying on the County Line Road side as the traffic noise is loud. Staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

Highly recommend! We stayed overnight cause of a cross country trip, a beautiful, clean and, friendlly staff for a great price!. We arrived and were informed of a complimentary happy hour 5:30-7 free drinks and fresh popcorn. Following morning was a complimentary breakfast until 9:30 am… Great place for short vacation and overnight stay, We chose here instead of Jackson because of $$ but Jackson only 10 min away! If you love shopping lots of malls and stores right down the road… If you like fast food it is also down the road!

We had a wonderful stay here. Check in and check out was fast. Both evening and morning front desk ladies were friendly. We arrived during complimentary happy hour and the bartender lady was very personable. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. We slept good with no noise disrupting our sleep. Breakfast was fabulous — hot and cold cereal, muffins, waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, 3 kinds of juice, 5 kinds of fruit. Very impressed with everything at Cabot Lodge North.

For the price, it's great. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's adequate and the breakfast is killer. Friendly staff too.

Nice clean rooms, b beautiful lobby and breakfast area. Evening reception a good bonus. However, rooms lack some things we've come to expect in a hotel room (small fridge, microwave), TV and phone were disconnected when we checked in, and f for some reason shall channels were inaccessible every time the TV was foist turned on.

Great breakfast. Had a balcony. Friendly staff. Decent pool. Room was a little out dated but the price was perfect. A good stay.

One of the loudest hotels I've ever been to… not a bad stay otherwise. Good breakfast, clean rooms.

Hallways smelled like ashtrays. Bed was a bowl shaped rock. Toilet barely secured to the bathroom floor (wobbly). Naturally, the lobby is somewhat clean and updated, but don't be fooled. I've stayed in worse places, I guess, but it would have been easy to find better. Just another hotel on the decline that management doesn't care to keep updated or maintained. No bedbugs that we could see, so that's worth a single star?

I have been coming here for a few years. I like the atmosphere here it's relaxed, and it's usually good and quiet place to stay. It's not so easy to see from the road unless you are right up on it, but the Cabot Lodge is always cozy. They also have a great breakfast! I would bring my family again.

This hotel was clean and beautiful. The breakfast was great also. Nice location for food and shopping. Only drawback was no fridge or microwave. 1-17-18

I stayed 3 nights & ended up leaving 3 articles of clothing in the closet. I called & spoke to a young man he said he would ck lost & found & call me back. He called back & asked me to describe the items, so I did, he said he would call me back. A week went by & I never heard back so I call & asked for a manager & got the front desk manager, explained the situation & she said she would look into it & call me back. Needless to say I never her back from her either! I was very disappointed because 1. One of the tops was my FAVORITE top (and I can’t find another one, have been looking for weeks). 2. I never got to wear the other outfit! This was a place my family would stay every year to do Christmas Shopping & will never stay again. It has gone down in appearance & quality. Sad someone would steal your clothes : — (

Such a well kept secret! Beautiful ski lodge atmosphere, a wonderful hot complimentary breakfast and the BEST complimentary hospitality 2 hours imaginable with cocktails, soup and popcorn. The room was very nice with a great view of the pool area and the bed very comfy. I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else.

Customer satisfaction is excellent give us an early check-in and on daylight savings time gave us a extra hour in the room before checkout as well. The fruit at the breakfast was sweet coffee was fresh. The king size bed is my favorite.

Rooms very clean especially 2nd and 3rd floors. Nice full breakfast, nice hospitality hour with popcorn and/or hot food. Very cozy and beautiful lobby area with several semi-private areas with televisions… Highly recommend.

Booked through Expedia for $70. Stayed in a king bed room. Since I walked in I was pleasantly surprised by the grandeur of the main area and the cleanliness of the whole place. During the entire stay we were continuously surprised by the little details that they did not skimp out on like other hotels. For some examples, the complimentary breakfast included real fruit, the soaps in the room are organic and charcoal based, HBO is free on TV, and overall everything was a step up from what we expected. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We even forgot to check out and we’re 2 hours out and they said we were all taken care of and good to go. The only negative I can think of is that there was a cockroach on the floor in our bedroom, but that was a complete oddity as the rest of our stay was clean and well prepared. So I won’t knock off any stars since it was very likely just a one time thing. Overall highly recommended. It seems that the lodge is very well known in the area because there was a Jaguar F-Type and a Mercedes SLK among other very nice cars in the guest parking lot.

Nice for the price I paid. Friendly staff. Good location just far enough off the highway to not get a lot of noise. Free drinks & popcorn in the evening, and a great selection for the free breakfast from 630am-930am in the lovely and comfortable "Great Room" Bathroom in our room could have been cleaner. Fridges are only in certain rooms. Bed was firm but not super hard.

Had a issue with unclean rooms. Switched rooms 4 times. And still feel like the room we have could still be cleaner. Gentleman at the front very nice. Manager made excuses for cleaning crew, said maybe they were having a bad day! Not Acceptable!

It was a very nice stay for my family. All the staff were very nice and accommodating. They had a reception during the evening free drinks, food and popcorn. Breakfast was very good. All the food was fresh, great variety and atmosphere was relaxing. Our room was clean and comfortable. Beds were cozy and loved the bath samplers outstanding brand. The negative was the room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. But all the freebies made up for it. We would stay again anytime!

Great stay! Pros: Very clean rooms, super friendly staff, good breakfast, no Fox News in the common areas. Cons: No mini-fridge in our room and the antler chandeliers are a little creepy.

Nice price. Close to pretty much everything. Safe area. Also the room we had had a kids room with bunk beds. Fridge and microwave came with room. Will be staying again in the future.

Comfortable room and bed, very clean. We stayed Tuesday and Wednesday nights, so we got the free appetizers and mixed drinks both nights. The food was yummy and our Barber friendly. Breakfast was quite good as well. Staff was universally friendly. Two of the three desk lamps in room 324 need to be fixed. They worked, but were a pain to turn on or off.

Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is really great (more things offered than in standard breakfast), but they started to remove first things half an hour before breakfast time ends. So finally we weren't able to complete our breakfast. Noone asked us sitting in the breakfast area if we have finished, this could really be more customer friendly!

Great place to stay and not like your typical chain hotel. First, the decor is "rustic" in the style of the great lodges of the American National Park System. Second, the spread for Breakfast is way better than what you find at most places. Third, evening they serve beer, wine, and soft drinks along with popcorn to all guests in their lobby. I highly recommend this ad your go-to place to stay if you are going to be in Jackson, MS.

Highly recommended place to stay. Staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is more "rustic" than you will find at regular chains. Great breakfast spread in the morning and evenings they bring out wine, beer, soft drinks, and popcorn. Rooms are comfortable and non-smoking.

I got a great price on this hotel via hotels tonight, and drove out of my way here based on all the great reviews. The lobby is lovely but the first room key didn't work and the second room was ok but a little grimy. Bathroom floors not swept, stains on the curtain and bedspread. It's fairly comfortable and feels safe, but it's not increadible and probably not worth going out of your way for. The soaps are nice and hip, though. Lavender Charcoal bath soap. Oolala.

I had a excellent stay! All the staff was nice and very helpful when I needed something. Mrs Cox at the front desk was very welcoming she made sure I felt at home. Thanks Cabot Lodge for a nice, clean, safe place to stay. I will be back when I'm back in town.

We stayed this weekend and being my first time it was the best hotel I have stayed at. Very friendly staff and the best breakfast with everything you could ask for. Rooms very clean and comfortable. I love tje reception area where you could have a drink and just relax. Good job! Highly recommend staying at the cabot lodge in jackson, ms.

The bed had fresh sheets. The bathroom was clean. They bed was comfortable. They Internet was fast enough to stream an episode of The Flash. The breakfast was biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles yogurt etc. It tasted good. The staff were friendly and courteous. I really have no complaints. Staying here was a good experience.

It has a very lovely atmosphere, with a large sitting area and a fireplace in the middle, providing sunlight and a nice feeling in general. The rooms are standard, 2 beds and a bathroom. Staff is friendly, overall great experience.

I love the Cabot I have stayed there many times. This time was much different. They had scrubbed down my room with some sort of chemical that not only smelled bad but was still in puddles on the furniture. I leaned against the night stand and got a large stain on my pants. The bath tube was stopped up causing all manner of nasty to back up while I was showering. The door lock took many many tries to unlock even after swapping out my key card. I suggest you tell the front counter who have always been helpful.

Good rate, but inside rooms are older, and our room smelled bad. Generally, run down. At one time, it obviously was nice, but for a few dollars more you can find a better place.

Good service. Great place to stay overall. Some things are older and could use some updates here and there. But I would definitely recommend to friends.

My stay was very short — stayed here due to a work conference for one night. Very clean place. Husband is very particular about cleanliness-especially when it comes to bathrooms. We have absolutely zero complaints about how they clean this place. Second, the bed was so comfortable — we wanted to take it and the pillows home with me. Breakfast was good. Better than most upscale hotel breakfasts I've had. Eggs, sausage, bacon. And a lot more to choose from. We'll definitely be returning here to stay when we visit this area again.

Yes, I booked a kid's room which featured a private room within the room at the last minute before coming to the Visitation conference last week for my son's 9th birthday. I can truly say, after all what the enemy tried to keep us away from coming, finally when we checked in, hurried to shower, change, and get to the conference, when we got back to the hotel to settle for the rest of the night, the kids and Ihad the best rest that was well needed and this room put the icing on the cake. My son was able to play on a xbox 360 with games on a 21 inch flat screen TV which came along with the kids room. He was so excited and told me mommy I'm so glad that you did not give up and you followed through to the end inspite of all the road blocks that we encountered up until we checked in and that it was the BEST BIRTHDAY he has ever had. The staff was nice, the room was clean, and the beds were remarkable. It was well worth it all. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you to the Cabot staff for making this trip one of the best hotel stay a weekend we won't ever forget.

Service is terrible. The rooms are nice the breakfast is nice, but the people cannot think outside of their intended functions.

Clean, accommodating, breakfast and evening reception were a great bonus.
