Thank you to all the staff at the Hilton this weekend! My husband and I had a great time staying here. It was a perfect weekend for us. The staff was beyond helpful, they were amazing!

Beautiful hotel! Really nice big hot tub and pool. I believe they had breakfast in the morning but we didn't try it. Rooms were extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. In a great location to activities, hiking, riding, etc… although I would not suggest riding in the state park, beartown was better but not that great either. Few good restaurants right around the corner including Mazzeos which I still crave! Hotel was quiet and everyone was friendly and helpful.

This is a nice and obviously newer hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large and comfortable and having the restaurant and bar onsight is a nice perk!

Just went for breakfast. Good selection made to order. Nice and clean.

Beautiful interiors, room had a fridge and a microwave. Staff was courteous. Breakfast is reasonably priced. Ample parking.

New and clean. Typical for a Hilton Garden Inn. Convenient to Tanglewood. Was there over July 4th holiday. Very busy and hotel could of had more staff. A little slow service. Asian Fusion restaurant in hotel is very good.

Spent a few hours in one of the conference rooms. The building is in great shape. The lobby is nice and has a relaxing atmosphere. Food is available and the lunch that was served was good. I did pay $7.00 for a bagel with cream cheese which is outrageous.

Excellent stay here. It was nice and quite and rooms are clean. Wake up to the smell of fresh bread from the next door bakery. They use bread from there every morning.

Just arrived but so far so good. Friendly staff at check-in. Very clean room. New furnishings. Great work desk and excellent lighting, finally enough light.

Nice room. Loaded with kids on holiday snow boarding. Restaurant in house. Had breakfast. Up to HGI standards. I will come back.

The hotel is very nice. Spent the weekend here while skiing in the area. A great spot for an overnight stop with nice clean rooms and great staff.

Rooms were well appointed and staff was friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was that the pillows we're too soft. Had breakfast buffet and it was pleasant and satisfying.

This hotel was amazing. I was not expecting much for 100 dollars a night but this place went way above my expectations. The room was very clean, the location was ideal and I felt like I was staying at a 4 star hotel.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Bar was nice. Breakfast was OK; they need to pay attention to making sure everything that is supposed to be hit (like the fried potatoes) are actually hot and not lukewarm. I’m sure it was inadvertent on their part. Great value. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would recommend and would definitely go back again.

I cannot say enough of this hotel. The chain has always treated me well. At the Lenox/Pittsfield location my room was comfortable and quiet. The staff could not be more friendly and accomidating.

This is a new building. Everything is very clean and modern. The showers have water hotter than I could stand. The breakfast was top notch. It was so nice to have an actual real egg omellette like I make at home, while traveling. The staff was very friendly and the cookies were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was impeccable! Supposedly the hotel is already a couple years old, but I really felt like I was the first person to ever stay in the room. It looked brand new, modern, clean and shiny. Even the bathroom was sparkling clean as if brand new! And the woman at the front desk (I’m sorry that I didn’t catch her name) was extremely polite and very happy help when I returned to ask for some local late-night dining advice. If you ever get the opportunity to visit the Berkshires, stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! You will be glad you did. :)

A friend of mine had his wedding in the Berkshires and my wife and I stayed here for one night. We weren't in the hotel all that much, but when we were, it was very pleasant. Everything seemed clean and orderly and the facilities were very nice. Would stay again if I end up in the area.

The staff were the best! The y were very professional and personal. Robin helped me with the rate since I had no heat in my home and I had the best rest this week. The room was quite, comfortable and always clean. I work nights so the room the staff picked out for me was the best, thank you! The pool was clean, there were always towels. I will return. This was the a great week.

Hotel is nice, but my room had a bright light right outside and the curtains didn't close completely. Really made sleep tough.

The staff were some of the best at any Hilton Branded hotel I have been to coast to coast. The room was very clean and spacious. Only complaint was breakfast bacon was raw, and not much in the way of buffet choices. Will be staying here again when I am in the area!

This place is very quiet. And extremely comfortable. I highly recommend. Breakfast here is very good and the price is very reasonable. Best of all breakfast for young children are free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice.

Very new and nice hotel. The customer service is unparalleled. If you have the chance to stay here, do so.

Beautiful new hotel. Spacious entrance with pleat of seating, bar & breakfast area. Very modern look. Check in was quick but we came as a group and a breakfast voucher was to be included and the staff had no clue until the next morning. Even then there was some confusion. Nice meeting room to hold our holiday kickoff meeting. The room was big and beautiful. Nice size TV, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Beds were a little too hard for me making it difficult for me to stay asleep. Breakfast was very good. Eggs cooked to order, muffins, bagels and a waffle machine. $12 if you didn't have a voucher. At the bottom of the entrance was a store name Guido's. Great option for lunch. Overall excellent. Gave it a 4 because of the hard bed.

We have stayed here several times and love it. It is beautiful, comfortable, well decorated and so clean. The cookies and flavored waters are a yummy plus in the afternoon.
The food is yummy and they have a great little patio to sit out on for dinner or a nightcap.
The breakfast is has many choices and is delightful.
My one negative was that on July 4th weekend there was not enough staff to keep up with the breakfast rush. The hotel was full, too bad they didn't put on a few more staff members. I felt bad for them running around with several people loudly complaining. The staff they did have were extremely polite and pleasant while working so hard.
The pool and hot tub are wonderful too.
Overall my favorite get away place!

This hotel is gorgeous, from the moment you walk through the entrance! Staff is very friendly and knowledageble about the surrounding area and dinner service at the hotel was amazing!

I stayed here with some girlfriends for a weekend getaway and it was fantastic! The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean and welcoming and the location was a great 'home-base' for the activities we had planned in the greater Berkshires area. Would highly recommend!

Had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Was visiting some family in the area and wanted a nice, quiet place to stay. The pool was nice, the Garden Grille was solid, and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here agin.

Beautiful new Hilton Garden Inn, very centrally located to everything the Berkshires has to offer. Perfect for a family getaway or while traveling on business. The staff is very attentive and provides outstanding service. The hotels onsite restaurant offers a wonderful full hot cook to order breakfast buffet which is reasonably priced and dinner is available in the restaurant or you can order room service, which I find to be a great option! The pool, spa and fitness center are a great escape after a busy day in the Berkshires. I will definitely be back to this hotel every time I am in the area!

We stayed the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel with my family for weekend getaway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautiful and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. My children loved the pool while my husband relaxed in the hot tub. This hotel has a restaurant and bar which was a great plus for us. We enjoyed all our meals. Great place to stay when you are visiting the Lenox area. Can't wait to go back! Great hotel and great staff!
