Well not sure how summer is here but very quiet and rooms are big one bedroom and well the area is different we drive all over.

The best location for xcountry skiing, close to Lenox and right in the middle of the Berkshire. A well maintained resort nearby restaurants and shopping areas.

Central location. Very good local earties.

The Bershire Mountain Lodge is a very relaxing home away from home. The staff was awesome and my unit was very nice. I highly recommend the Mazzeo's Restaurant… the food was amazing and it's right around the corner from the lodge. Because of covid the common areas were closed but that didn't take away from our stay.

We are staying here 2 nights so we can visit family nearby. A big one bedroom suite with full size appliances including a dishwasher! This place is awesome!

It's like being at home, with the same amenities, a place super quiet in a mountain setting, very good service, spotless, close to different cities of interest to tourism, is an agricultural town dominated by churches and museums.

Lodge is clean and centrally located but there are some issues. Air conditioner is not sufficient to cool the room. I asked for a fan, none available. Not very soundproof either. We could near every flush and shower from upstairs.

We had a double unit and every stay is really enjoyable. A few recommendations I would suggest is maybe an outdoor sink near the grilling stations by the clubhouse. Also it would be really cool if they provided workout/yoga videos for the TV in the gym room. Other than that the rooms are clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

So far so great. We arrived yesterday and check in was at 4:00, but we arrived at 3:00 and we were well received and allowed to check it. We have a one bedroom apartment style with a full kitchen. Shopping and restaurants are within several miles. A stop and shop is right across the street. So far no complaints. Staff is wonderful.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. My daughter's and I spent 8 lovely days in this establishment. It was comfortable, clean and very convenient to local attractions. I would highly recommend the Berkshire Mountain Lodge.

Our room was clean and generously sized. Things were, in general, very quiet. My primary complaint is the Wi-Fi and television connectivity. Despite free Wi-Fi, we burned through out data plan because the Wi-Fi was so slow and frequently lost connection. Not a huge deal, but frustrating for planning the next days activities.

We really liked our 2 day stay here. We were on a long road trip and having the kitchen with a grocery store across the street was a treat for road weary travelers. Room was large and very clean and very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They seemed sincerely happy to see you after you came back from a day of sightseeing. Nice small touches for folks with a family like a large pool and afternoon sundae making. It was very quite during our visit and it was nice that it was located outside of the hustle and bustle of town. Close to Tanglewood and we'd recommend a visit to the Hancock Shaker Village that is just a few miles away. Highly recommend!

A most pleasant place to spend some time. Reception very pleasant, efficient and staff most accommodating. Located close to loads of interesting attractions. Room nicely appointed and equipped. Beds very comfortable, furniture in excellent condition and comfortable as well. Highly recommend.

This is our first time staying here. It is beautifully decorated and modern and clean. Perfect location. Close to Stockbridge and attractions. We like the outside chairs to sit in during the evenong. We are really happy we chose this place.

Clean, quiet, nice central location to enjoy the beauty of the Berkshires. The bed was comfortable but pull out was not.

It was a beautiful place. The staff was SO NICE. The accommodations were FANTASTIC, LOVED IT. Will DEFINITELY go back.

This place was a charm. Very clean very nice very quiet and very relaxing. To me it's just not enough to do at the actual Resort. The game room none of the games worked except one and that wasn't worth playing. I couldn't use the swimming pool cuz I just recently had surgery. I don't have an idea what type of movies that they played in the movie room. I kept myself occupied in my own room by bringing my Nintendo switch in the Amazon Fire stick. So my movies and games were all in my actual unit. Everyone at the front desk was very nice very helpful and very respectful. One thing I truly love was there was no timeshare people shoving anything down your mouth to buy. I currently own two properties with vacation village one at the Berkshires and one in Las Vegas. Will this be a place that I would actually want to come back to to visit… yes Things we did off the resort we went to the Berkshire Museum five stars. We went to the Berkshire Mall you can feel my sci-fi movie here and expect zombies to run out of all the abandoned stores. It's maybe about 15 stores that is open inside of this big old Mall. The movie theater is rated 5 Stars excellent clean nice and relaxing theater. Most of the activities we did we had to drive at least an hour and 20 minutes away to enjoy the bridge of flowers a trolley museum find restaurants malls shopping outlets and some other activities.

The Berkshire Mountain Lodge was wonderful, from beginning to end! The staff was very helpful and courteous. The suite was enormous, clean and amazing for the price. I would definitely stay here again!

Everyone that worked with us were very pleasant and attentive. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The location had easy access on and off the major thruways. They are also very close to to the shopping outlets. All in all a great place to stay if you are in the area.

BML is close to most things we wanted to do, plus there is a grocery store/pharmacy/gas station right across the street. There are movies every evening. We moved the dining room table under the ceiling light to work on a jigsaw puzzle. We did a lot of cooking in our room and found most things we needed. We enjoyed Flo’s Diner, Patrick’s Pub, and Chico’s Wine and Spirits. We visited the Berkshire Museum and enjoyed a special exhibit. It was super cold while we were here (-13 F), so we spend some serious time in our warm, cozy room. We don’t ski but sometimes stay at the timeshares at Jiminy Peak, but BML has more conveniences.

Clean, friendly, well appointed, and great location… what more do you want!?!?! Really awesome place.

Beautiful resort. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very nice decor inside the room and the lobby area. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered us was that parents of small kids allowed them in the hot tub and gim room. Other than definitely we would recommend this place. Great location as well.

An average quality motel, with some feature and a modest attempt to look like an old grand resort. At best 3 stars, but with no view, no amenities beyond motel level it only merits 2 stars.

Excellent clean lodging. In a great area, plenty of hiking and shops and town centers all around. Single bedroom room was giant. Bed was super comfy. Friendly staff too. Would definitely return.

We brought our dog with us so we're on the first floor. Love this place! Little apartment kitchen, bedroom, a nice bath room with the sliding door facing the woods. Very nice pool, workout room, jacuzzi game room with ping pong, movies at 3 and 8 p. M. With popcorn. 24/7 coffee which we love. I'd come back here again and again and the staff is really really nice!

Great location for a family with small children — — we were in town for a long weekend to visit family and friends. With several food allergies in the family, it is so much easier to prepare our own food at "home", and this hotel was a perfect location for us to get to family activities while also safely and conveniently prepare and eat our meals. (Side note: a fully-stocked grocery store is just across the road from the driveway entrance. Literally a half minute drive from the hotel parking lot! ) The pool was a huge hit with the 5 and under crowd especially — with the 'deep end' only only 4 or so feet deep, the grownups could easily keep the beginner swimmers in arms reach, while letting them play and feel comfortable learning.

I have been having a great time here, the service is great. I used the fitness room today, then drove up Mount Greylock, tomorrow I plan on visiting the Norman Rockwell Museum. Everyone should eat at Flavours of Malaysia in town.

This is where my time share is located and so far I love it. Its peaceful and it is like having a small apartment on vacation. There are things to do with in a short distance and a little bit for everyone. It has been well worth the investment.

Rooms are huge, definitely catering to longer stays, staff is pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

I really enjoyed staying at the Berkshire Mountain Lodge. Me andy husband came up here for a friend's wedding and absolutely fell in love with this area. The room was large and clean. The kitchen was also stocked properly. We will be back!

Staff was friendly but overly. Noticed the siding on the building needed to be cleaned. The pool water needs to heated, on the colder side, the ocean is warmer.

My husband and I are owners here. This is our first visit and we absolutely love it. It's a very settle and peaceful environment. Nice pool and clean facilities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with full size kitchens, so we don't have to eat out everyday. Close to parks to hike and the Appalachian trail. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They show 2 movies each day and have activities for you to do as a family each afternoon. Our vacation isn't even over yet and we are already planning on what to do next year!

This is a beautiful resort with great amenities. The one bedroom unit is spacious and quiet and the staff is excellent. There are so many quality places to visit within a short drive, the tough choice is were to go next.

I am a owner here and I must say I picked the right time share to purchase. It's my home away from home only 2 hours and 45 minutes away from the bronx. Great place to just come and relax and get away from the city. I I couldn't ask for a better staff. They are kind and 100% on point of my family needs. The kids enjoyed swimming pool and hot tub and arts and crafts activities they had there. Last year I brought my sister's there for a Mother's Day retreat and this year I came with my husband and the kids. I will be back next year. Love love love it!

Newly renovated, nice indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. My kids love the lobby, they've got snacks, beverages, jumbo checker tables and popcorn right when you walk in. There are free movies being shown for families just off the Main lobby area. The staff that checked us in were very informative and super polite. So far very pleased. This is our first time here with RCI, ad we usually go to the other Vacation Village over in Hancock. Both are great, both have perks. This one is closer to stores, there is a Stop n Shop across the street and the Lee Outlets are only 15 min away. Will be back again.

Rooms recently renovated, handicap accessible rooms available with roll in showers. There is also a pool on the premises and hot drinks provided in the lobby 24/7. Overall very nice stay and friendly staff.

My husband and I are owners here. The room is very spacious, we love have the option to cook at "home" in the full kitchen; great laundry facilities; hot tub and pool are very relaxing; staff is friendly; Panda House has great Chinese food and it's a 5 minute drive. This was our 2nd time staying here and we can't wait to go back.

Beautiful well kept accommodations. Fully equipped kitchen and nicely laid out floor plan. During below freezing temperatures not much to do with teenagers. Arcade and game room somewhat limited, luckily we brought DVD's.

I am an owner here and we went for the fist time in January of this year. Less then a mile away from the ski resort, attentive staff, amazing rooms, and a grocery store and delicious sushi place both right across the street. Beautiful view and we used the outside hot tub almost every night! I can not wait to go back! Beautiful lobby with a huge fireplace where we played board games at night. Best 7 nights of my life!

Very welcoming and accomadating experience for a very late checking on July 5th. Nice and quiet location that is quite comfortable and nicely furnished. We however noticed that some of the upper floors were extremely hot in the corridors while we toom a stroll around in the evening waiting for our room's air conditioner to climatize the room within a reasonable short period of time. Don't be fooled the "muffin's with the manager" (breakfast) was highly informative, low key and a gentle enthusiastic presentation. If you arrive late make sure to ask if theg have a late book out!
