Good motel for this price. Rooms were clean (but smell a little) and staff was friendly and helpful. Beds are queensize and good for four people per room. You don’t hear any noise from the street. Outlets were loose, a/c and bathroom fan were loud and Wi-Fi unusable. Shampoo didn’t get refilled during our stay. Breakfast was ok, coffee better than expected but otherwise only ready meals (bagels, pancakes or waffles, cereals, fruit yoghurt, orange juice) and bananas but lacked some protein. Try to get a room at the first level. At the ground floor you hear every step from above.

We booked a few nights at Days Inn when our hotel reservation (at another place in Hyannis) got mishandled and we needed an emergency place ASAP. Days Inn was easy to find and had plenty of rooms. Check-in was fast and simple. Our room was the type of quality that you'd expect for the price, but clean. The cleaning staff are very nice and quick! My only complaint is that the outlets are all loose and seem pretty dangerous. Otherwise this is a great place for the price! It was cheaper than our first chosen hotel, MUCH cleaner, and much nicer staff!

Paid $130, wouldn't have paid $30 if I had seen it before booking, for a small room which had a serious odor, tiny bathroom, latch lock on door was almost falling off and bolt lock didn't seem to latch entirely when door was closed. Had people/children running up and down catwalk at all hours and due to structure of building you can feel every step laying in your bed. Unsavory bunch was at end of catwalk heavily drinking and smoking cannabis, manager didn't seem to mind. Liquor store is approximately 150 yards from building and surrounding area is very dirty and rundown. Don't stay here, or anywhere else in the Cape unless you are willing to pay upwards of $300/night to get away from riffraff. Stay 45 minutes out where much better rooms are available at a much more appropriate price.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was all starch, no protein. Room door had an inch gap at the bottom so debris blew in the room. Beds ok but pillows flat. Need to clean behind the table between the beds.

Excellent night's stay. Room, bathroom clean. Great bed. Internet a bit weak, probably overstressed. But a truly good place to stay.

The staff was nice, but the room was a little weird in terms of fake contemporary. And there's no ATM around, which is a problem because many of the food options near the hotel are cash only. Breakfast was free, which is appreciated, but only so-so. Good for a night or two if you're on a budget.

This hotel was disgusting. The sheets and the blanket were dirty. The bathroom was awful — there was hair and dust everywhere. What about breakfast — nothing. Just bread, juice and cereal. I do not recommend 100 %

The location was nice, the room was very affordable but just like all things, you get what you pay for.

Absolulty disgusting! Stayed for one night there were ants in the bathroom sink and smelt horrible! Woke up with bites all over my legs and back from the bed! When I went to speak with the guy at the front desk I was told I was lying and that I came with the bites on my body! He then called a manger, who had to come in I showed him the bites as well as let him in my room where our entire night stand was full of ants crawling around. I asked for my money back and the manger told me I could stay at the most expansive hotel and still have ants and he wouldn't refund me my money because ants are common, other guests also came down to complain about the ants and the man told them right in front of me said that nobody else had complained, in which I spoke up and let them know they weren't the only ones with this problem! Another women brought down a small plastic bag with bed bugs in the bag! I will never stay at this place again and I would advise you not to either, the place is horrific and the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I'm putting 1 star because I have to put a star, but this place deserves no stars, and should honestly be shut down!

The staff were friendly and helpful, It's not the Ritz Carlton (but your not paying for the Ritz Carlton). So it was a good place to stay.

Surprised with the cleanliness and appearance of the room. The receptionist was pleasant, overall very good for the price. I have stayed at the Mariner Motor Logde down the street and Tidewater Inn, but Days Inn exceeds them in cleanliness.

It was ok for a 1 night stay. The bathroom fan was very loud and the bath tub didnt drain. Other than that it was clean and neat.

The Days Inn was a clean quiet motel that was in a great location. Not far from the beach and Hyannis as well as restaurants and activities. Very reasonable price and has a pool and breakfast in the mornings.

Indoor pool green and unusable during our stay. Very basic accommodation. No manager available to answer questions. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run vacation hotel.

Very clean, restrooms are spotless and toiletries are very good. Breakfast was ok… just bread, cereals, coffee and juice. No eggs or meat. Air conditioning somehow didn't work completely, seems like it stopped a couple of times thru the night.
