Great Service. Fun Parks, I have 6 years of visiting the park. I recommend it.

Had a very enjoyable day at the Park. Great family fun!

The staff is fantastic! Super helpful and friendly. A fun place for families for sure. It got very busy yesterday around 130/2 and the park was too crowded to enjoy ourselves so we left. But we had been there since 10am so it was time anyways. Can’t wait to go back!

We went for 1st time with my autistic daughter we had so much fun my daughter and I enjoyed the inflatables and water slides and arcade the staff was friendly we hope to go again next year.

It was a great time for kids and adults. Definitely purchase the groupon… that was a great deal. We brought sandwiches and drinks in our backpacks and we were glad we did. It was at minimum a 40 min wait to purchase food and drinks. There is a cocktail shack as well. Try to get there early to grab a table with an umbrella. All in all… a great family day.

We enjoyed our two days there. My kids 5 and 7 at the time had a blast the first day the second day because many of the inflatables were down they got bored quick. The water park is little kid friendly the best part was the lazy river. The photos of the park in the brochure or what you may find online make the park look like three huge separate parks but it’s really one small park.

It's amazing! Suggestions: reserve a cabana before you get to water park. Closest Best Western is awesome & cheaper than resort. Bring your own towels to park. They do not provide any. Life vest are free but are very limited.

It was such an nice experience! Park were clean all the lifeguard was so friendly and interactive! My daughter 7 and 9 had such an amazing time! Guest are respecting mask policy.

We made this our last stop in Cape Cod spending our last day/night at the resort. Such fun! You can't beat the water park on a hot summer day! Much to do for all ages.

They would have gotten 5 stars had there been designated hotel guest parking in FRONT of the rooms. I did not enjoy unloading my car and wheeling the luggage through the gravel parking lot. Other than that the place was the bomb, my 10 yr old loved everything about the place. I’d definitely come back but I suggest they fix the parking bs. That sucked.

Room was clean and service was great. The fridge in the room wasn't fully functional, unfortunately. The drawback was that you only get 2 passes for the park per room and there were 4 of us. We ended up having to pay an extra $100 for the passes. In the end, we didn't use one of them because of illness. They would not give us a credit for the unused pass. Disappointing for sure. The park is fun for both the older kids and younger kids. It's clean and safe.

Stayed with my son and although it is very very convenient, literally rite in front of the inflatable park I wouldn’t stay again. I can’t count with one hand how many tiny spiders I’ve seen on the floor and walls and a big bug that flies. Also behind the pillows I noticed a small stain like the sheets where never changed, and my sons feet were black from walking on the carpet in the room. I rather pay extra money and stay somewhere nicer, especially if you have kids.

My family stayed for 5 days and we were put in a room that did not have working AC! As soon as we called they came up and tried to fix the unit, could not and immediately moved us to another room with working AC! We had a great stay the room was clean and the staff was friendly. The ONLY complaint I have is people who are not staying at the hotel park in the parking lot because they are going to the inflatable water park which leaves US the people that are actually PAYING A LOT OF MONEY to stay there to park WAY in the back behind the Hotel. I do not like that. We pay all this money and can't even park in the parking lot. That needs to change. So many unhappy tenants sitting outside trying to find actual hotel parking!

Super crowded, rude staff, no supervision in the pool/ hot tub area which was extremely overcrowded. Water park (on site) was closed when very light rain started. Outdoor pool was closed. Room was decent and clean, though.

Great location close to many shops and restaurants. There is something for everyone.

Awsome kid friendly place. Lots to do plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. However the toilet in are room was loose and moved when sat on. And pools are a bit small.

Great place for kids, and for grown-ups to seat back and relax… The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. Perfect if you spend one night or more. We're definitely coming back!

The convenience of the resort being across from the inflatable playground, restaurants, beach, and the highway was great! However, the Wi-Fi was terrible. There were children running through the balcony until late at night. But overall, a decent stay.

Great for families with younger kids, indoor and outdoor pool. Bouncy castles are awesome.

Rooms where nice, to pricey but clean.

The room was a little disappointing. The shower was missing a shower head and there were hairs in the tub. Our feet were black from walking in the room barefoot. We visited the indoor pool, which was a little small, but the kids were little so they enjoyed it. However, about 10 minutes later about 20 kids came in with only a couple chaperones and took over the pool. They were doing cartwheels and flips into the pool which made it dangerous for the littles so we had to leave. I think if the kids were bigger, the saving grace would have been the inflatable park, but overall the trip was disappointing. I don't think we'll be going again.

It was very fun and oveeal a fantastic experience.

Rooms were clean. Adults should not be charged if they are only there to supervise their children. Kids had a lot of fun.

Great family place, lots of fun!

This place was so fun and I really want to come back next summer! The only thing I didn't like was how I got swimmers ear from the pool and that was bad but it wasn't the staffs fault. At least it was on our last day! Also, there's no microwaves in the room so you have to walk to the main office for that. I loved all of the GIANT waterslides and bouncy houses. The challenge park was pretty good as well but I wish you could just use the trapeze without directions from the staff. Also, it was very awesome how there was a kiddie park for the kids who can't go on the big massive slides. The rooms were so nice, comfortable, and clean. I typically like the AC being a little big loud but it may be too loud for some people. And make sure you set a timer on it because it get the room cold real fast. The food is so good as well as the drinks. The cabanas are so nice especially with fans and it's right next to the kiddie park! I totally recommend staying here for AT LEAST 5 days because it was such a fun and relaxing stay there!
