The bed is cheap and we found body hair under the covers! Bathroom was dirty and dust in the cabinets where the towels go, also the towels were paper thin. We left after finding the hair and the staff was not very intelligent. Go to Doubletree it’s right up the road and such an upgrade.

Front desk staff is amazing. Our room was not ready for early check in and the young man took my cell and called us at the pool when it became Available. He explained all the changes due to Covid and could not have been nicer.

Everything shut down from virus we understand but all vending machines with drinks were broken or empty. When asked if there was another machine I was told we have a sweet shop. When went there was no regular soda.
Since we were only there for 2 days no maid service but if needed something just ask we were told. We asked for some face clothes but got 2 rugs and bath towels.
As a hilton member you can get water and snacks but never got those because se never completed a task she started.

This is a great place to stay. I was deployed to Massachusetts. I stayed here. The staff is great.

The new Hampton Inn and Suites in Bourne, MA is amazing! The staff do everything to make you feel at home and deliver top notch service! I will always reccomend this and stay here in the future! Easy access to the highway, downtown, and the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The outdoor pool was great — and the yummy s’mores every evening was such a treat! The breakfast staff were friendly. The hotel is close to everything you want to do on Cape Cod, yet is quiet and feels secluded. Highly recommend this hotel for families on Cape Cod!

We love staying here. Great for families! Theres an indoor and outdoor pool, large fitness area, a bar at the pool outside, a little arcade and rooms are comfortable. One of our favorites!

It's family friendly. Very convenient only five minutes drive to the mall. The rooms are spacious. Buffet breakfast is good. The pool is great for kids winter time. It is clean and very recommendable.

Loved their apps at night and kid activities and of course the freshly baked warm chocolate chip cookies

We loved our 2-night stay here over the labor day weekend. Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The folks at the front desk, especially Donte, were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast spread isn't fancy, but decent enough. We would definitely consider staying here again, if we visit Yarmouth/Hyannis.

Great two night stay. Wonderful service, everyone was friendly and helpful. Facility is very well taken care of. The pools, the bonfire at night, just a wonderful experience, great location too! The only issues was that our room was not that clean when we arrived. The floor did not look vacuumed well, there were hair on bathroom counter, on the floor, food crumbs on the floor and the chair. Made me feel like I should have brought some desinfectant wipes to quickly go over all the surfaces. Will however consider staying here again.

This hotel is very clean and very nice. My wife and I loved our suite! The staff was very friendly and will do absolutely anything to help. Would definitely stay here again if we are around the area.

I spent one night at this hotel. My experience was "typical Hampton Inn. " The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was adequate. I did not use the fitness center at this location. Wi-Fi was fast enough for video streaming. Would stay here again.

The beds suck! If you like a bed that is hard as a rock than this is the place for you, however if you are like me and don’t you might have an issue. I woke up in excruciating pain in the middle of the night and every morning. I was hardly able to roll over or even get out of bed. Finally I couldn’t take it anymore and I talked to management and they were nice enough to give me 2 pillow toppers which made it a little more bareable for the last night. Also being a housekeeper in an inn myself in the past they did the bare minimum with cleaning the room every day. The bathtub had a dirt ring from the first day we got there and one of the days there was black dirt all over the bottom of the tub floor. On the bright side the breakfast was delicious every morning. The waffles were great and you make them yourself so they are fresh. They have a great variety of food and different things every morning. They also have a bar by the outside pool which I never got a chance to go to, but I always view that as a plus. Last but not least the people at the front desk were very nice and accomadating and did what they could to please. I’m not sure if I would come back because of the beds, but the breakfast was amazing and definitely saved money because we didn’t have to purchase breakfast and we would usually just get a snack instead of getting lunch as well because it held us over until dinner.

The family and I recently stayed there for a couple days. We were extremely pleased with how clean and well maintained this hotel was. Staff was great the continental breakfast was perfect. The outdoor pool area was awesome. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

I stay at many of hotels and I was on a business trip. I wanted to go to my room and rest. I walked in room and it smelled like Bleach… Not only did it smelled like Bleach I couldn't sleep all night due to the Bleach smell. I have asthma and I couldn't sleep all night. My eyes were burning abd my face got a rash from the pillows. Wore my coat and put my shirt on pillow so I could sleep (which was only 3 hours) when I told front desk they only offered a 20% discount. I did not have time to get into details and left. I will never stay there again.

Nice clean up to date rooms. Really good location for Cape Cod tourists. Excellent free breakfast and all day coffee. Overall would go back for my next Cape Cod trip.

I love the fact that they have indoor and outdoor pool. They also have a fire pit and bar outside. The fitness room is nice.

We took the kids for April vacation and had a blast. The rooms are clean and look new. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My kids really enjoyed making their own pancakes in the morning! Highly recommend if you're staying in the area!

Best Hampton inn around. School vacations are the BEST tins of activities, pizza parties, ice cream socials face painting all that stuff! And the staff… That are all AMAZING! Michelle & Josh at the front desk and Austin & the lady with the pink hair that does breakfast. Seriously, This is our favorite place to go.

Absolutely AWESOME for school vacations! They have pizza patties, ice cream socials, face painting, movie night & find of cool toys in the pool. Also cookies EVERY NIGHT at 800! Most importantly, the employees are AMAZING. So kind. Love love love it.

Clean hotel and rooms. Reasonably priced. Complimentary breakfast. Centrally located on the Cape. Easy to find. I really like this place. We will return to this hotel again.

Family members from out of town stayed here to attend funeral services. We used the lobby as a place to gather and spend time together. The hotel staff were very accommodating to our family and even made us cookies. I can not comment on the rooms since I did not stay here.

Really nice hotel. Free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby, breakfast, and they even had candy out for Halloween night. Only issue was that they were really booked. We had to rent a two-bed instead of a one-bed, and someone overlooked an odd stain on our duvet. I guess they were rushing to get our room ready for us and missed that. Oh well, we just slept in the other bed. All the employees were great and polite. There also apparently was a pool that we didn't use.

Great place! Starting with a sand mermaid sculpture outside the hotel, friendly and welcoming front desk stuff, free breakfast, fruits, tea and coffee available in the lobby at all times! Warm cookies every night at 8 pm:) There's an indoor pool, as well as outdoor pool. Plus free shuttle to take you to local restaurants! Clean, comfortable, centrally located, and recently renovated. The best you can get in this area.

Consistent with the brand, basic clean and convenient place. Comfortable beds. Good tasting free breakfast with many options, which is not always the case.

I have always enjoyed Hampton Inn. This one for some reason, seems nicer than the rest. Most Hampton Inns are cookie cutter meaning one is just like all the rest. While this one is similar, it just seems a lot nicer. Good size TV. Refrigerator and microwave, pool and hot tub. Very close to downtown. Rooms were clean and comfortable as expected. Appetizers in the lobby were top-notch. $2 20 oz soda in the vending machine is a fair price, unlike some of the other hotels who overcharge. I would definitely stay here again.

When I travel with my family, we always stay at Hampton Inns. We like the consistency offered by the chain, and our kids enjoy the breakfast. This location was not a disappointment in that regard. One service this location offers that others do not is a complementary shuttle service around town. It was really nice not having to worry about finding parking near the ferry.

Stayed the 4th of July week with my one year old and hubby. We booked the king suite which included a wet bar, fridge, and microwave. Prior to having my daughter I wouldn't have cared about those amenities but they really came in handy this time! Also, the breakfast was decent. Much more than a box of cereal and coffee. Eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, muffins, toast, waffles (fresh), juice, fruit. I was impressed. The pools were the usual. I liked having the bar there to grab a cocktail but there also was not too much to choose from. Would be good to expand that. All in all we enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this hotel to a friend!

Checking in was quick and easy, and we were given the choice between a couple of rooms upon arrival. The room was clean, cozy and well setup. The beds were incredible! Getting out of bed was rough because they were so comfortable! Parking gets a bit cramped near the entrances at night but there was always a spot available.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn last pm the polite and very professional young lady at front desk upgraded our room to king suite, we had booked a king room. We were very pleased with her gesture to upgrade room it was a very nice room, plenty of space, very comfortable bed, loved the appetizers at 6pm and the chocolate chip cookies at 8pm it was a really nice stay. The breakfast was very good and plentiful, we liked that checkout was at 11am we had time to relax before heading home, we would like to really thank the staff espicially the young lady who checked us in she deserves a big pat on the back for a job well done. We'll defiantly be back to stay again soon. Pat and phil Woodman.

This was the perfect place for six women celebrating a 50th birthday! The staff was fabulous and the breakfast was a wonderful way to start our day. I would recommend the Anchor In to anyone traveling to the Cape.

I was not that happy, the sheets were stained and the maid never came to clean the room. On a better note my kids loved the warm cookies available to the guests.

Great central location in Hyannis, and an easy stroll to the Steamboat Authority ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Great rooms, very friendly staff giving a brilliant atmosphere. Heated pool, and an open fire to rest by after a long day exploring the Cape! Brilliant.

I was there for the weekend for my wedding anniversary and I really want to go back. Erin, Taylor, Sara, Rene, are amazing everyone was from housekeeping to hotel engineer. When by 3 year old would walk down the hall way the staff always had a smile and would give him hi fives pulse he got toys from a toy box that have. I have 0 complain.

Comfortable bed, great amenities. Located right in the middle of cape cod so there's a lot to do. Short drive to the beach.

Right on main street and minutes to many attractions and restaurants. The service is great. The staff is so friendly and attentive. There is complimentary breakfast and an indoor pool. They don't have a kitchen, so no room service but you can always get delivery from some of the restaurants nearby. Very much enjoying our vacation!

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. Breakfast wasn't very good. It seemed understaffed since a lot of containers were empty. They used paper plates and plastic forks, etc. I'd happily stay again but we were there preseason and if prices went up during the season I doubt if be willing to pay more for the same experience.

The hotel was fine as any other. Although the first room wasnt cleaned, and the entire bottom floor smelled of chlorine.

Original room was dirty. Moved to a second room but they should have had the room cleaned first.

The breakfast is good but the beds are probably the worst I have ever slept on. I ask the desk about another bed and she stated they were all the same. The staff also wasn't very helpful. Thanks Hampton.

The hotel is nice enough but the staff is terrible. We called for a room on Saturday July 25th on the off chance that they had a room. We were already staying in the hotel on Sunday the 26th for 6 days and thought that we would come in a day earlier if possible. We spoke to the front desk and the clerk assured us she did indeed have a room open and how lucky for us that we could even stay in the same room for the rest of the week. We had already been on the road for 6 hours and decided to drive to the hotel that night getting in around 10:30 pm. When we arrived at the hotel the clerk said that they were booked and the room that we booked was for Sunday the 26th. Why would I booked 2 rooms for the same night. The clerks were so matter of fact, just staring at us like " oh well. " So unprofessional. I could go on and on we were in the hotel lobby 2 different times when people were complaining out the service. What a surprise we have not received any phone calls from the hotel manager like the staff said we would. What a joke!

Five stars isn't enough to rate this hotel and staff more highly! The rooms are large, roomy, clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was even better than on our cruise ship with professional chefs! The pool looked inviting and clean but we didn't have enough time to go in. The location was perfect for any vacation on the Cape. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and courteous.

If any of you with kids are looking for a fantastic mini-getaway with the kids, I highly recommend the Hampton Inn Cape Cod in West Yarmouth. We booked the Pizza Party package, which came with two large pizzas from an outstanding Italian restaurant (gluten free options as well! ), 4 Regal cinema passes, popcorn, Xbox system, warm chocolate cookies at bedtime and a HUGE breakfast with everything you can think of. The fitness center, indoor pool and hot tub were immaculate and we had them all to ourselves! When we got home, we realized the kids left an iPod in the room and called the hotel to see if they had found it. After a quick search, they found the iPod and insisted on mailing it out immediately, free of charge. Just wanted to share our positive experience! Thanks.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in. Staff was extremely friendly. Lots of variety and good food at their continental breakfast (omlets, sausage, homefries, cereal, muffins, yogurt, danish, and waffles). The rooms looked and smelled clean. Very quiet the weekend we stayed. Located near excellent restaurants, mini golf, go karting, batting cages, and shopping. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel in December for a business trip a few days before Xmas. The property is well maintained, the room was great. The Internet service was a disappointment though. It was very slow. I learned from the front desk that it is a satellite-based service. It took me hours to download a few large files that I needed. Very nice value unless you need good Internet service.

I have been going to the cape for the past 8 years and never stayed at the same hotel twice. Well that has changed as of this week. The staff at Bayside was sooo accommodating, great with my kids, upsale rooms and very clean however it did not cost me an arm and a leg for such a wonder place. I have paid more and have paid less at the other 7 locations. I highly recommend this hotel, avoid go though 7 places like it did. Our family will be going back every year from now on.
