We stayed at the Kittery in for five days this is a cute little place in Kittery. Can’t go wrong staying there. Lots of room in the cabin. Nicely landscaped it was built back in the 50s but you would never know. Robin at the front desk was always willing to lend a hand. And if you’re lucky you may even get to see the squirrel.

Quaint rooms, clean with a decent view. Love the balcony and heated pool.

This is a great place to stay! The studio is huge! It is nicer than a lot of studio apartments I have seen. The bed is super comfy. There is a full kitchen attached. Very clean place. Great continental breakfast included with lots of choices including breakfast sandwiches and a delicious Maine blueberry cake. It is close to the Kittery outlets and restaurants on Rte 1. They are only 5 minutes away. Downtown Portsmouth is only 5-10 minutes away too. It is about 15 minutes to York. I highly recommend staying here and I would definitely stay again.

My best friend and I spent the last night of our trip in one of the Cottages. We absolutely loved it. Quaint, quiet, great saltwater pool, excellent breakfast choices. Rachel who works in the office is so kind, sweet, helpful and is absolutely wonderful. Great location to Portsmouth if you don’t want to stay in the city. Easy access to so many places. I’ll definitely be back.

Need I say more? Quaint atmosphere, spacious and clean rooms, beautiful landscape, great pool, just an overall comfortable stay. We will definitely be back! Oh and the kind lady who checked us in deserves a raise — she was friendly and patient with us.

My husband and I stayed for eight nights and it was the most relaxing time we spent on a six week trip. The staff was fantastic, the room was always cleaned well, the grounds were inviting and the breakfast was a lovely change to the standard fare at most hotels. I highly recommend staying here.

Kittery Inn and Suites has been recently renovated. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated and have refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. They also offer a free breakfast. The early check-in was appreciated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a stay at Kittery Inn and Suites.

This is our new lil hideaway weekend getaway. This is our 3rd time here in 4 months and we intend to return in August.

It was a delightful place to stay. The rooms were nice and the woman at the desk was very helpful.

Loved it here and will definitely go back! The staff was friendly, the room was spotless and cozy, the breakfast was amazing. (not your typical continental breakfast that you will find at most hotels). Room price was reasonable (but we found a Groupon that made it that much better). It is located 5 mins from the Kittery outlets and about 10 mins from Portsmouth.

This is the sweetest little place! The rooms are spacious & very clean! I highly recommend this treasure to all my Canadaian friends who go fall shopping in the US! A1+!

A hidden gem in Kittery, Maine. We typically look for more well known places to stay when traveling. We were so glad we found Kittery Inn and Suites. We just wish that we had more time to stay here. The cabin was very clean and appeared to have been recently remodeled. Staff were efficient, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was excellent, with probably the best french toast I've ever had. We'll definitely be back!

Updated but old motel. Our room happened to be in the lower level of one of the buildings. So, minimal outside light through the smaller windows. Complimentary breakfast was actually pretty good. Unique pastries and lemon poppy cake, hard boiled eggs and waffles. For whatever reason the maid never came to clean, but we're fairly clean so didn't miss it.

I loved this place so much, I immediately booked another night for a future trip to Portsmouth. My friend and I stayed in a two bedroom cabin with a little porch. The inside was immaculate and spacious and modern. Their breakfast had the widest variety of choices I’ve ever had for a continental breakfast, all served in a beautifully presented breakfast room. The accommodations, the saltwater pool, the breakfast area, the grounds… all spotless. And the staff was wonderful! All so friendly and helpful.

E has a great cabin here. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and pretty darn fantastic!

Rooms are clean, small, but have everything you need. Limited breakfast, but it is good. Only issue I had was on my last night of stay: I returned to find my room door left wide open by housekeeping, who had left hours ago; no good answer on that one from the manager either. At $170 a night, I think it is reasonable to expect a bit better.

We spent our honeymoon at this place first thing you do when you go in is smell and see how clean it is very nice and cozy the Personnel is very friendly definitely will be going back there for sure and will recommend it.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and loved it! The room was clean and cozy. The office staff were helpful in checking in and orienting us to attractions in the area. There is a really nice pool, and a great space to sit and eat or enjoy the Maine fresh air! We would definitely stay there again!

This place was great! It doesn't look like much from the outside, it looks like a dated, fifties style motor lodge from the outside. Give it a try. The interiors of the rooms are really nice. They are super clean and comfortable. Lots of hot water and a delicious continental breakfast.

The Inn was like walking into the 1950s with all the modern conveniences. The check in was swift and the staff absolutely incredible. The location is perfect for shopping. The room is spotless and appears to have had a total reno. The site is an oasis with large pine trees… absolutely recommend the experience!

Completely renovated. Very clean and comforting. Desk is very nice and tries to do its best for your comfort. Breakfast is presented in a very pleasant way and even much much better than any other 5-star hotels. Their homemade cake and jam are the best. The location is perfect and very close to the highway and the outlet. It is just unbelievable to stay at such a hotel with a very affordable price!

The rooms are welcoming and the staff friendly. This place is a breath of fresh air for very reasonable prices. My favorite thing about the suites are the beds. The location is also ideal. A stone's throw from Portsmouth and from the outlets in Kittery you can get whatever you want and then retreat to a modern yet comfortable room. It is the best stopping on your way down east that we have found.

I stayed in a nice little "studio" room with kitchenette for two week nights. The quality level of everything was definitely above motel level (2-3 star accommodations). Everything in the room worked properly, although the window AC unit was loud and not super effective at cooling the room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The only real downside is that the breakfast room is super small. Even on overcast weekdays in October the breakfast room was too crowded at both 7:30 and 8:30 AM. The room can't be more than 240 square feet, most of which is taken up with tables that are too small for the space. I would recommend getting rid of most of the tables in favor of bar-style seating along the walls. Quality of the food and desk service was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was warm, welcoming and very helpful. We rented one of the cottages which was charming, very clean and roomy. Breakfast was perfect and fresh. We will be back.

We stayed in a two double room with our two children. It was clean, obviously had been recently renovated, and quiet. All the staff we met were very nice. Would stay again.

Kittery Inn and Suites is just a fabulous place to stay that is central to the outlets and to Portsmouth, NH. The Inn has cottages that are clean and roomy, with a kitchenette separated with a divider from the bed. The bathroom is small with a shower. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here in summer and winter, and look forward to future trips.

Quaint and comfy best describe this Kittery Inn & Suites, but the rooms are a tad small. What it lacks in big hotel chain size it makes up for in niceties with a great breakfast, outdoor pool, well kept fresh flowers and window boxes, and great service.

I absolutely LOVE the Kittery Inn. The rooms are so cozy, comfy and clean. The breakfast is much more than I ever expected. They have so much to choose from and everything is fresh and yummy and beautifully displayed. The grounds are pretty, and it's a easy, relaxing and beautiful walk to NH. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. It's nice that they have a washer and dryer room for those longer stays. We have stayed here many times and I'm looking forward to my next stay! Great little New England Inn. The rooms are very clean and updated. Bathroom in our room was a bit small but workable. Nice pool and shady area to lounge. Yummy breakfast in the morning. Nice to sit out and drink your coffee on a beautiful Maine day. Staff friendly and helpful. Will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was a Queen suit. It was very clean and the staff was wonderful. If we ever make it back to Maine we will stay there in a heart beat!

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a night a few weeks ago. The Inn itself was very nice. Our cabin was cute and clean. The girl at the front desk was nice and relatively friendly. Breakfast was good. My only issue was that I left my Samsung smart watch in the room, I believe it was knocked off of the nightstand when I was packing. I know without doubt that it was left there. I called the very next day and asked about it and of course it "wasn't there". I don't want to make assumptions, but the watch didn't just disappear. So, I recommend that if you stay here double, triple check that you got all of your belongings, because if you leave anything of value, you more than likely won't get it back.

This is a great little motel! My sister and I stayed in a double room for a girls weekend and found it very comfortable; well maintained, adorable and simple decor, and the whole place is squeaky clean. Staff are nice and accommodating. Location provides easy access to shopping in Kittery and to Route 95, yet is secluded enough that your stay will be quiet and peaceful.

Stayed here for a girls weekend of shopping. Was pleasantly surprised the rooms are freshly redecorated and very clean. Nice breath of fresh air on the small balcony. The breakfast was included in the room rental and was very nicely done and included fresh coffee cake hard boiled eggs Canadian bacon fresh fruits Bagels french toast juices coffees and teas. Was a much nicer breakfast to get us on our way Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I love this hotel, it's clean and absolutely beautiful! The staff are fantastic and so helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone who travels to this area to stay here it really is a lovely place :)

Great hotel. We had a cabin for one night and it was clean, modern, and cozy. I do not have one single complaint about this place! Definitely recommend this hotel. It is right off the highway but the property is nestled very nicely so that you feel secluded and relaxed. Very close to downtown portsmouth. Will definitely be returning!

Great location. Even though it's right off the highway it feels very cozy and secluded. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Wi-Fi is solid. The the equipment in the kitchenette was in great shape and there was some silverware and tools already stocked. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Finally a nice hotel in Kittery. I live in Kittery and there hasn't been a place that I would feel comfortable recommending to friends who come to visit or to go shopping in the outlets. It's right across the bridge from Portsmouth on the Bypass. The new owners have completely remodeled it, they did a nice job.

Fantastic stop we came across on US1A. They provided a map of the surrounding area. The room was updated and clean. The check-in was quick. The room included an fridge and microwave and free light breakfast. Texans approved.

Beautiful room very clean and new.

Upon our arrival at another local place we discovered theybooked us for the wrong night. In an effort to help us out they called the Blue Roof and on five minutes notice they had a room ready. $80 for the night and its like a small apartment. Full kitchen, full bath, and queen size bedroom. Its not luxury, but certainly worth $80. We would come back again and try rto get a small cottage. 5 minutes from all of the Kittery outlets, can't beat it.

We traveled through maine and out of all the places charging 150 plus per night, we found blue roof motel. It is old, but not run down. Its a mom and pop kind of place. The people are really nice. For 80 dollars we got a kitchen (with stove and full size fridge) private balcony and front porch. Pool and great views. A little far from major stores but worth the location. Its a country style motel. They feature cottages to. We stayed in a regular room so I'm pretty sure the cottages would be even nicer. We would definally return.
