The motel was fine. Air conditioner really didn't do a great job. Woodwork needs to be cleaned. Otherwise, just fine.

Great price on a personal cabin. Here are some photos. Friendly people. Family business. I enjoyed my stay.

Nice little motel with cabins available, we stayed as a family of 6, booked two rooms, nice and clean and beds were comfy, staff are nice and helpful, only negative this place is dated but price was right.

Nothing special about this little motel. We had a two bedroom cabin. Not two bedroom. There was two double beds, one of which was in the main living area. The best thing about these little cabins was the accomadations were clean and comfortable and served the purpose as we were only there for one night… a stop over on our journey home.

Great low cost motel. It appeared freshly renovated.

Simple with all the basics. Room was clean, bed was comfy, price was good. Just about everything you could ask for in a motel like this.

I loved the fact that this motel wasn't overly priced. The staff and some of the regular guests are very friendly. It's not too easy to find someone in the office all of the time. I thought that the room was clean and nothing was broken. My biggest challenge here has been the shower. It is not a tub and shower, it is just a shower stall in the bathroom. I am 6 for tall, and the shower spout isn't even above my head. And, it was difficult for me to move around in the shower. Nonetheless, I took a shower, and it wasn't as bad as it sounds. The air conditioner in the room is so loud that, when you're next to the air conditioner, you cannot hear the t. V. Well, nor someone else in the room, lol! I did enjoy my time here though. I would come back for a short stay.

Not bad. Cabin was good size with queen bed, couch, small kitchenette and bathroom.

Was satisfactorily clean and stocked. Warm room in winter. Cable tv. It's a good spot to crash and hit the road.

The owners are such nice people! Very quiet nice cabins too! Full kitchen. Very comfortable here! I will come here again for sure!

Cleanest little motel in all of Maine. The Owners are very accommodating. The rate is second to none, and its location is central. Its got a very homey feel and even a pool during summer.

Love this place it's simple but has everything you need. The people at the office are very friendly.

Not great not horrible. Biggest issue was that the room we were in smelled like a pack a day smoker lived there for years. All maintenance offered was a fan to circulate the air. We picked up extra strength febreeze from Walgreens which helped us get through the night.

The pool is clean and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi didn't work at first, but the people in the front office fixed it for me. I had to bother them about a dozen times to get everything I needed for the room. If you just need a place to sleep, this will do, but don't expect it to be restful, luxurious, etc. I was expecting a room with a tub and just got a shower. I'm pretty sure the sheets hadn't been washed, and there may have been mold in the carpet. It wasn't FOUL — I've stayed in worse places. I recommend the Holiday Inn or HoJo in Portsmouth instead.

This motel has come completely down and overpriced, unkempt and dirty (in the shower tray, dozens of animals crawled, the fridge is not to be used).
On the enclosed area of the pool were rabbit stables and the toy of the owner's children, swimming not possible.

The owners very nice n try to do what they can to make you stay as good as possible.

I'm writing this review as I sit in the pull out bed, my skin crawling. Not only was there dirt and sand in the bed, but also stains that look like they're a decade old. What the ****. I'm sleeping in the ghost of vomit's past. I'm staying as a guest in my boyfriend's parents cabin at this place right now. I was not expecting a motel cabin to begin with but here we are. I'm in a horror movie. I uploaded pictures of the sheets I'm laying in atm. Sickening. Who knows when the last time was that these sheets were cleaned.

Don't go! OMG There was BUGS in the bed! Gross! If I could add a review without giving any stars that would be more appropriate!

Great place. I lived here at summer 2009

We called and were told the cabins were $89. We then rode 160 miles and were charged $150 for a room NOT a cabin. We were told we had to take a (filthy) room as they wanted to keep the cabins open incase someone elts wanted to rent them. Place has really gone down hill in the last few years.

This motel was a great place to stay. My wife, kids and I had a great time sleeping here, the beds were comfy the shower was great and the kitchenet was awesome. The people were very nice and the motel was family owned. They had an outdoor pool that was clean and refreshing after a long day at the outlets. Overall 5 stars and by te way I got my cabin for $99. The lady asked us if we would stay another night which was friday and it was $129 because it was the weekend. So all in all its was AWESOME.

We reserved 5 cabins and after riding motorcycle from ny to Maine the lady at the counter tells us she only has 4. The showers have no pressure barely a drip good thing I don't have hair to rinse off. The price is not $89 it is $150 we stayed July 25th 2015

I stay there every time I come home to visit. I love the ppl that own it and the weekly rate.

I stayed at this motel for almost 10 weeks for work in the area. I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff/owners were wonderful. The unit rooms were spacious and well taken care of. I did not like the cabins as well as the units. The bathrooms in the cabins were much smaller and I prefer more space. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the area. Well worth the money.

Obviously the other review regarding this motel is outdated, LET ME UPDATE YOU! Booked the room online/WHAT A MISTAKE! Mold, filth/dirt and dust around baseboards, knotty-pine paneling/obvious water damage and black stains=mold! Absolutely shocked at the condition of this place. Double pane windows with broken seals=moisture. Perfect environment for mold. Old air conditioning units strewn about at end of parking lot/along edge of woods. Owner denied room had mold. Prior to seeing room I asked about an ice machine, "No ice machine, call front desk when you need it and I get it from my freezer! " WHAT? Isn't there a health code about that? Doesn't someone check these online advertisements. What a shock for unsuspecting travelers! Health conditions (reaction to mold) and condition of premises prompted us to leave, demanding full refund. Upon returning home, I listened to a profane voicemail message from the owner of the motel using the "F" word/upset that I requested a full refund. Travelers beware. Oh btw. Probably the only value at this place would be the "$5 Henna Tattoo". So said the sign printed on 2 poorly colored pieces of computer paper taped to the check-in counter. I write this review especially for unsuspecting senior travelers, anyone with allergies and for those of us who feel scammed by those who don't "show" the whole picture regarding their premises!

It was a roof over head and that is about it. If you like to see bugs going under the floor boards this is the place, The lady at the desk told me it was a 2pm check in, when we arrived after a long drive we arrived at 2:30 and had to wait for the room to be cleaned. And it was not clean at all. Please pay the extra money, this place sux.

We choose this motel based on the location and the price showing on their website. When we arrived, the owner said that the price was 'old'. The cabin looked fine but with stale smell. The most unbearable was that I got bites all over my legs and found a flea from my sleeping wear after being home.
