It was everything I needed it to be. Continental breakfast was handy, I remember when a room at a place like this cost 35 bucks, not 90. Wasn't that long ago.

Not bad. Stayed here one night for the last three years in a row. Clean rooms. The place is a little bit run down but not that bad just a tiny bit. Nice people. The pool was open and clean. One recent review said it was dirty outside, found that it was clean As usual. Cant beat the price for the area. Worth staying at.

If I could rate zero I would! My husband is an amputee and we have a service dog, not only were we charged for our service dog we were put in a smoking room (because we had a pet) and it was more difficult to get to than the other rooms. We put up with it, went to dinner got back… keys didn't work, after the third trip to the office told there was a malfunction in the reader so we had to use the alternate door (even more difficult to access). No other rooms available. Then we got in and looked around… what a dump! I will post pictures! Please don't stay here! Not worth $10… let alone $195! Days Inn should be ashamed to allow this to represent them!

Stayed for one night. You get what you pay for. Breakfast seemed like it was in a old hotel room.

We were happy with the room and the price we paid, the only thing people in others room were bit loud/noisy.

Cheap easy accommodations. I never was able to use the free Wi-Fi. Probably for the best considering security of info.

Nice room with a private door to outside. TV was slightly fuzzy but plenty watchable. Room was clean and included a coffee maker and mini fridge.

Had a wonderful experience at the days Inn. They are a pet friendly hotel with great low rates. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Location is easy on and off rt 1 and the perfect location between Maine and new Hampshire! Would recommend!

The worst customer service ever. I was screamed at by the front desk with his finger in my face. He told me my card wasn't charged and it was 88.00 and some change. He told me I made a reservation with Travelocity we called them with him right there they did not even have my name. I called the general manager Mr. Patel and all he did was screamed and call me a liar. The most unprofessional rude bunch I have ever dealt with if they do not reimburse me I will see them in small claims court. I have never had this bad an experience with a hotel. All I wanted was a shower my power had been out for three days. I am glad I didn't stay the urine smell when you walk in is overpowering. Do not bother staying there you won't be happy. We arrived 30 min early and were able to check in. When we walked into our room, it smelled strongly of mold and mildew. It didn't look like the room had been dusted in quite some time, the shower curtain had mold and dirt on it, the door molding in the bathroom was rotted, there were rotted soft spots in the floor in the room as well as the halls, there was no water pitcher, and the bathroom sink was filthy and dusty. The fridge worker very well, TV and phone worked well and the grounds were clean. At checkout, I brought the filthiness to the attention of the receptionist, he didn't respond to my concerns, just told me I was all set.

No cleanliness, the room was not cleaned when we arrived and this at 8pm despite our reservation. The owner of the hotel was insolent. Disrespect and courtesy. I would advise you to go somewhere else.

Not a bad place for an overnight. Surprised. Could use updates but overall ok. Didn't have high expectations.

Decent. Beds were good. Building was tired and worn. Breakfast was good continental.

Very dirty fitted sheet on inside out. Blankets and room dirty and funky smell. I felt guilty that I chose this place for my family. Holes in dirty carpet exposed dirt near door. Biggest wasps nest Ive ever seen attached to building. Noone at the front desk area which smelled awful. After seeing the room we decided to stay out late and leave very early. Afraid to swim in the pool doubt it's properly maintained. Too afraid to shower it was so dirty. Sad night. This place is a tear down yesterday.

This place was not ready when we checked in an hour after check in began. Bathroom was not cleaned well. Many of the lights don't work. The floor is soft in places. The windows don't open. It's loud. This place is terrible and they charged me $200 for 1 night.

Very disappointed in our stay. The room was small and outdated, bathroom so small door hit toilet and couldn't open all the way, mildew on the shower curtain, fridge had block of wood under it to level it, TV was very outdated… Really disappointing to pay the price we did for a room that was not worth the cost. Chose this hotel as I trusted the Brand name but will Never stay there again… Not sure anything was updated in this room since the 80s… Sure would like to know what rooms they took pictures for website were because our room looked nothing like they advertised.

$120 a night king non smoking. True value $25. Rooms are not well maintained at all, borderline nasty. Breakfast and or coffee not available before 7 am. Sorry early risers. There's a Ramada a block away. Perhaps it would give more value for your dollar?

It was an affordable hotel for a one night stay. I didn't like that they forced pet owners to stay in the smoking rooms. The comforter had some cigarette burns on it as well as the carpet in the room. The mattress and pillows were comfortable enough, I did not get to check out the continental breakfast before leaving. Check in and check out were easy and the staff was friendly.

Terrible service… room didn't smell or seem clean, breakfast was disgusting (nothing seemed to have been cleaned in a Long time! ) And the "free Wi-Fi" never even worked… I had barely any internet nd I was in my hotel room! What a joke… don't bother going here.

Spiders in the bathroom and the white towels turn your skin blue when you do yourself off with them. Breakfast was horrible. Beds were not comfortable. Wifi might as well not even be there because it was as horrible as everything else. All in all a great stay!

Friendly, helpful staff. Building needs renovation. Rooms are suitable. Location is exceptionally convenient to access freeway, Kittery or Portsmouth shopping.

Very musty smelled bathroom not clean rust everywhere breakfast room way to small need to have more variety and freshness will never go back there we were there two nights and the maid never came in we made our own bed service was awful no Wi-Fi connection half the time false advertising said they had Wi-Fi and HBO there was one movie shown over and over again yellow stain on ceiling sorry but do not go there.

Nice size, clean room. Some with dual access — door on interior corridor and outside parking. Well lit, which in some locations can be an issue. For some reason Wi-Fi kept dropping out.

If you are thinking about staying here I wouldn't recommend it. The room smell is extremely musty. The bathroom is from the 70s and the hardware is rusty. The room felt very dirty. The only reason we stayed here was because it was the only place we knew of that allowed dogs.

By far one of the worst places I have stayed. First the lobby, breakfast area and hall had a very strong incense smell. The bathroom was gross and I felt like I needed a shower after sleeping on the pilled sheets. Breakfast was one of the worst. Never again.

Please pay attention to the fact that this hotel has a very low rating. I did not even stay there before I got treated badly. I booked and had to cancel due to an illness, since I was not getting a refund I chose to keep the reservation and called the hotel. The person who answered, whom I believe to be the owner, was rude, racist, swore at me, and just really could not have cared about my business. I would not have stayed there after that conversation because lord only knew what would be done to my room. It was a very upsetting experience.

I've never had such a negative experience with a hotel as I did with this one! The rudeness, entitlement, greed and overall lack of customer service far outweighed the smell and uncleanliness of this place (which was pretty bad). Our room was not ready for the advertised time, nor was it ready when we were told it was going to be, when we tried to cancel prior to even checking in after waiting almost an hour, we were given an attitude and we left the hotel with no refund (was paid in advance through Priceline). We explained how unsatisfied we were and just kept hearing "You need to understand. " She would not own up to their obvious mistakes and disorganization. You could not pay me to stay in this dump! While we were waiting, we read the reviews on this place and knew we had to run out of there. We found a much nicer hotel for the same rate probably only about 5 minutes away. Oh and our new hotel didn't yell about us in another language in our presence ;)

Room was disgusting! We made a reservation online for 2 nights at the Days Inn in Kittery. It was suppose to a non-smoking room. The room was dirty with ashes on the ground, there was used cigarettes in the sheets, ice machines were out of order, vending machines were empty, our refrigerator was unplugged/moldy and smelt horrible, and the list goes on. We went to the front desk and complained. They only offered to "help" us clean the room. We were never offered a room change (even though we wouldnt have taken it). We told them we were not staying and checked out. We were only refunded for the second night and are looking to be refunded for the first night as well. The service and the state of the hotel room was unexceptable.
