The owner is a horrible person! While someone is in need help and stranded waiting for Roadside assistance he pressured them to leave. When roadside arrived he told them to go somewhere else. Didn’t even let the person use the bathroom. Terrible human being, people wonder why this world is so cruel. It’s because of people like this who have no sympathy for others. Very heart breaking. If possible I would rather rate zero stars.

I am so happy that I got to spend weekend here. It was very nice and reasonable.

Quiet and comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Could use non slip shower matts! Otherwise a good stay!

Staff is phenomenal, room was clean and comfortable. Very convenient to great food. We enjoyed sitting in back where the Gardens are beautiful and the roses were blooming. It is an older place but certainly a great value and worth staying there.

Pro's: Staff was very nice, helpful, friendly. Location was convenient. Wi-Fi wasn't great, but it was free and I could still watch Netflix. Room appeared to be clean when I arrived, shower had good water pressure. Cons: Walls were very thin, I could hear the people in the room next to me having sex and it was loud enough that I couldn't sleep. I could also hear people outside, and people hang out in the parking lot during the day. I think they live there full time. Then, on my 4th day there I found a bed bug on my pillow, and I had to spend the rest of the day making sure there were no bugs in my belongings/car. They definitely know they have a bug problem but have not done anything about it besides offering to move people to a new room if they complain. I will never be returning to this hotel and they definitely need to shut down to clean out the bedbug infestation. EDIT: They refunded the entire stay, but I still would recommend staying somewhere else until you are sure they've taken care of the bugs.

I really doubt if customers wrote all good reviews for this kind of hotel. This hotel is right at highway 95, all night you can hear Non stop trucks, peoples talk loud from downstairs and next door. Plus a crazy man walking around and yelling “ Anna “ at 2:30 am in the hotel. Breakfast: one plain bagel, one regular donut, no milk, no cereal, regular coffee and orange juice, one two person’ s table.

It was the only place on I95 that had a vacancy. Rooms were quaint. Had a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and a toilet that just couldn't flush right…

So this place is way better than the Red Roof inn but it still needs better staffing because the rooms could be cleaner.

Sound insulation is very poor. I stayed at ground floor and you can hear footsteps walking. Internet is free but it is only 1 bar. Very slow.

Suited our basic needs perfectly for a weekend visiting the state park and local orchards. The staff was really nice.

Older property well kept, with all the requisite amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi that the modern travelers expect. A good value priced lodging in a pleasant neighborhood.

This is an above average motel, clean & very comfortable. The best part, though, are the people! They treated us like family and we would absolutely stay here again. Good stuff!

Simple room, lamp bulbs didn't work, deadbolt in the door didn't work. Good enough for a "just need a bed" stay.

Awful, owner walks around and watches you. Not to mention he lives there. Bugs in the room, stiff beds, smelled like smoke really bad. Stay away from here.

I chose to stay there because it had good reviews. It was mostly as expected — comfy bed, clean bathroom and room, but the refrigerator and freezer didn't work; fridge was on but not cold enough, freezer didn't have a door on it and didn't work at all. Also, the windows didn't lock, they just had wood blocks to keep it shut, and I could hear all the noise from people outside and large trucks on the very near interstate. Finally, I think next time I'd rather stay somewhere that has a full time lobby. Waiting for owners so I could check in and out was not very convenient. Overall, it was an acceptable stay for one night.

Location is very convenient, right off of I95 in Branford Ct. Very clean rooms. The staff were very pleasant, professional and accommodating. Would most definitely stay there again!

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the customer service was outstanding! When we checked in we were upgraded to king room. The manager was so friendly and helpful. Room service cleaned while we were gone and came back to a clean fresh smelling room with new towels. It was super quiet and peaceful slept amazingly through the night with no disruptions. We will definitely be returning to this location!

Was not bad, was not great. Friendly owner, rooms below average. We stayed there for over 10 days and sheets we're not changed even once. Before that stay we were in Florida, cheaper, nice and clean rooms, every day clean sheets (on request but without any extra money), clean towels, nice breakfast… I would recommend this place anyway because it is not easy to find a nice motel in the area.

Has all the in-room amenities you'd expect in a hotel these days: fridge, microwave, hair dryer, flat screen tv, full sized iron board, etc. Phenomenal water pressure. No coffee maker, but there's coffee in the lobby, as well as breakfast in the morning. It's an older building with random furniture, but it's VERY clean (I always check everywhere for hairs and dust Melchiorri style), and has a friendly staff. Best price around.

I am happy to recommend this Rodeway. Although less than a minute's drive from Rt. 95, it is quiet and peaceful. Room furnished nicely. Completely clean. Comfortable. My room had two windows that opened so on a lovely spring evening I even got cross-ventilation. The owners created a private yard for guests with picnic table, lawn games, and a beautiful rose garden. You wont' regret staying there! Wonderful value!

Great little place! I used it for a company outing without a single complaint. The rooms were clean, Mr Patel the owner is friendly and he was willing to bend over backwards to help us. If we go to this event again, I will absolutely stay at the Rodeway Inn!

I had to stay here while my semi truck was being repaired. They had free pickup and drop off which was definitely a plus. It is a family run operation and all the staff including the owner offered very personal service. Out back is a nice garden area with a full grass horseshoe court and grills you can use. Relaxing atmosphere and within walking distance to a few fuel stations. Overall a good experience.

Found hair on my pillow, used shampoo. Definitely don't come here.

This place is gorgeous. I have stayed and traveled to 5 separate hotels/motels in the past 2 weeks trying to find a location that is clean, safe, affordable, and quiet within the area (including Econolodge, Quality Inn, Comfort Inn, Extended Stay, and Best Way Inn). Here's the place. The owner is a real kind hearted gentleman, sharing stories of his family, their Ivy League accomplishments, and even showing me his multiple degrees (upon my request). His scholarship translates to incredibly well cleaned rooms that are newly remodeled and very pleasant. The one I'm in at the moment has new granite countertops on the kitchenette area and bathroom sink. The microfiber suede coach is a definite gem in the room which pairs nicely with the cherry-wood colored wood tables, dressers, and night stands. Even the light switch has a quaint rural country cover on it. The fact that the woodwork and furniture is freshly polished makes it that much nicer. Best of all, I've been guaranteed that tomorrow, when the nicest of the rooms are no longer occupied, I will be shown what the full extent of the remodel will entail. When you come, be sure to ask the owner about his network television feature accomplishments about succeeding in obtaining the American dream paired with his countless other successful hotels.
