I stayed there last year. Hope the police aren't showing up every other day like they did back then. Also, the mattress in my room was slanted and incredibly uncomfortable. You get what you pay for.

The new management is awesome. The rooms are older but clean. Everything worked perfectly. I'm definitely coming back.

I am the new manager here and have new great staff. Most all these reviews are from previous management and those recent ones that are being hateful are those who have caused problems here and have been forced to leave due to our rules that I enforce to ensure a quiet safe drug free living. I do not allow drama or nasty tenants. We care very much for our tenants. Some people just can't be helped or made happy. And then the threats and nastiness come out. For the record… due to a nasty old tenant comment below… we do not have police here every night (public records) and we have passed all city, police and health department codes. When people get mad because they don't get their way, they lash out and try to slander a business. But again they are gone as soon as they arrive. Drama free place of living and any long term tenant here will and can confirm that. Angry words from ungrateful hateful people mean nothing. Our tenants are our number 1 priority. We take good care of our tenants and are very active with them all. Weekly inspections, towels and linen exchange every week, we even supply toliet paper:) 24 7 maintenance and security. Those who can't follow the rules and cause problems for other tenants and our place of business will not live here and then proceed to lash out on reviews because they express out of anger. I helped some people out I shouldn't have and lesson learned. I will not put up with any violence or threats.

It was awful! The rooms are old and nasty and we had bed bugs and the manager was not concerned at all never even came and checked the room which is against health code! Not to mention the cops were there every night and the staff is very lazy and rude. Don’t stay here! We called the health inspector so they should be getting into trouble for the bedbugs.

Queen Anne is one of the nicest ans cleanest hotels ive been to yet! Ive traveled from west virgina to Florida and all the way up to Kansas then down to Oklahoma and Queen Anne has been the best yet! The managers are very hands on and will help you with anything you need! The rooms are emaculate and peace and quiet are guaranteed!

Absolutely horrible, Wi-Fi doesn't work half the time. We can never watch Netflix, we even asked if they had good Wi-Fi an they said yes it took us 3 hours to watch a 1hr 30min movie. When brought up to them they said oh it's just Netflix, I've never had a problem with it anywhere. So after work we get to stare at the wall all night cause it's just netflix lmao we asked them to come do the weekly inspection after we got off work because we have pets and would feel more comfortable and they said well we legally can when ever we want which is true but when my husband said he'd just call in then they gave an attitude. Office in never open when it's supposed to be and closes earlier all the time so when we get off work and have a problem we can't even address it. They we're friendly when we we're signing papers work but after that it's been problem after problem. We have a monthly lease and we will NOT be renewing it and we will NOT EVER stay here again.

Will never visit here again. It's not even a motel anymore. They treat you like long term renters. They claim they can come into your room any time they want to, which they cannot. Beware of you dress in the main room itself, might get an unwanted visit.

I 'm a disabled veteran and stayed while under new management. And personally was very pleased with Jen Jordan, and Nathan the new management. They took very good care of my needs and I recemend them and. And thank them for a job very well done, they work tirelessly to keep things in good shape. Thank you guys.

THIS IS THE MOST DISGUSTING BED BUG INFESTED PLACE IN ALL OF BRANSON! We moved into the QA in may by June was in management and as of 3 days ago we quit. Since quitting, the new twaaked out management, brandy and amos, put our stuff we had to go back for outside to get stolen without even calling us before hand! And the owner, Joseph Babor is a slum Lord who will rip you off first chance you give him. We have one week back pay due to us, think we will get It? He won't answer a text or call and was the one who told them to put our newborn babies stuff outside! That building is so badly INFESTED with roaches and bed bugs because he doesn't want to spend the necessary money to fix it right and black mold which is just his karma biting him for the way he treats people. Do not put yourself in the queen anne.

Go if you enjoy sleeping in bugs. I was given two rooms and both were overly infested with bed bugs and roaches. It's disgusting!

Its j u st okay, pool looks clean but debris in pool and trash around the ground. Kind of pricey for weekly stay.

Good rates, clean room, friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed there for about 6 months and the management team really made it worth while, they work hard to provide their guests with whatever would make their stay the best and to make the guest feel valuable and very safe. Also it is a very clean establishment. I will definitely be visiting again!

The room I got is great for the price and the people who run the place are very nice. It's centrally located in branson, close to stores and attractions. A nice Mexican restaurant across the street.

Awesome stay! Close to most everything we love to do in Branson. Managers Jeff & Maggie made us feel so at home in this very cute boutique motel. Rooms were average size, clean and quiet. Outdoor sitting areas on the wrap-around balconies made for a delightful experience. We will be back!

Stayed for 3 days in June 2016. Won't again. Bed was ok, but totally not clean enough. Tub had a film on it, and there was dried hair in the drain I had to peel off. And an old used kleenex on the floor at head of bed. Disappointed have fresh towels everyday, but no trash emptied or bed made.

Older hotel, right on the strip, clean, cold air 54.00 a night. 8/ 11/12 Car Show Weekend.

Super friendly people run this place that made the stay fun. They even sing on the front porch for entertainment.

So we had a wild hair and went to branson this weekend and while not particularly on a budget, we decided to stay someplace cheapish so we could have more money for attractions. We decided, on a whim, to stay at the Queen Anne 1 (there are evidently 2) which is right on the strip, across from the Track 5, White Water, and the Factory Outlet mall. While the exterior is painted a dull pink (its in dire need of a paint job), the room we stayed in was comfortable, if not quaint. The was your standard amenities. Coffee maker, tv, soaps, etc. My only complaints about the room are that the toilet requires you to hold down the handle for a good 10-15 seconds before it would flush, the bed, when I laid down, felt like it was going to collapse, there was no Wi-Fi (I believe it was advertised, not sure), and parking was at a premium. Other than those few things, the room was fine, comfortable and clean. I would recommend this property to anyone on a budget, or for those people who want quick access to Branson's most popular attractions. PS: They used old school keys, not key cards, so it was quite a departure from the usual in that regard.

Clean, quiet, private, great manager. We plan on returning to the same room in May. Right on the main drag and close to everything! They will even help you get great tickets for the shows.
