It a very nice place & very clean.
The girl serving breakfast could be a little more pleasant. I went back up to get a little more of something to eat. I said hello to get her attention & she totally ignored me. That's my only complaint. I was hungry, which means I had to ho somewhere else to get something more to eat.

This is the 4th year we have stayed at Best Western Music Capital Inn in Branson MO the weekend after Thanksgiving. We have loved every stay. The staff is awesome, rooms are clean and you can’t forget Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus. They are the absolute best!

I’m currently upstairs in 309.
There is a horrendous ear piercing shriek/squeal coming from somewhere.
Daughter is sleeping through it. Tried to investigate. Not sure if the heat, refrigerator, something in the hall…
I’m tired. Just wanted to sleep. Wide awake.

Great customer service, clean rooms, good breakfast. Hotel staff was very friendly! Would definitley recommend to anyone and will stay here again if we come to Branson again!

This has been our first choice in Branson for years, but we won’t go back. I was willing to overlook the missing tile in the sink area; I decided not to touch the tooth flosser lying on the floor under the sink for our entire 3-night stay; the lack of napkins in the breakfast area was annoying, but tolerable; and I told the kids to just stay out of the green-tinged water in the hot tub. I will not tolerate hotel staff who accuse my children of lying about the malfunctioning vending machine. When you don’t listen to a child’s explanation and instead set out to prove the child is lying, you lose a customer. Too many places to stay in Branson to tolerate that cruelty toward kids.

Best hotel I have stayed at in a long time! Very clean and comfortable room, has a nice big pool, great breakfast food & had a special surprise of seeing Santa & Mrs Claus when we went down for breakfast! That made for a very special moment for our 3 yr old! We will be sure to stay here again next time we come to Branson!

Better than expected! Not that we had low expectations by any means, it was just better than we had imagined. Great for families, with an indoor pool and an arcade the kids never got bored. Full hot breakfast in the morning and clean rooms. I will look to stay there again.

The staff here is amazingly polite. The breakfast is great, lots and lots of choices! The rooms are spotless! Literally not 1 speck of dust. The pool area is clean, the hot tub & sauna are clean also. Beds & pillows are a bit too soft for my taste but that's a personal choice. Love the chairs and decoration in the lobby too. It's located super close to pretty much everything also.

Great staff that are friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good with a choice for every preference. They even had almond milk which is nice since my son is allergic to dairy products. The rooms were extremely clean and housekeeping was very accommodating by giving us extra towels. Only minus is the water pressure in the bathrooms is basically non existent.

The hotel is basic, no frills. That being said it is in a good location. It's also clean and well — maintained — no scratches or dents on furniture, walls with clean paint and bathroom up to date and clean. The beds are comfortable. Free full breakfast is provided with lots of variety. Did not use the pool or fitness center so I can't comment on them.

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They are a bit pricey on Friday & Saturdays but so are the rest of the motels in Branson. Close to all the shows and the better restaurants. Have stayed here on several occasions and have never had a bad experience. We plan to return. The pool, hot tub, and the dry sauna are an added bonus.

Hotel cleanliness and atmosphere was outstanding. The morning staff very much friendly and over the top outstanding. Our first night there the older female staff went out of her way to assist us with searching for pizza delivery options. However, our second night encounter with the second shift staff not so friendly as she was curt and not customer friendly at all. Overall the hotel had lots to offer with breakfast, which could have been served hotter, pool, sauna, and hot tub where in good working order. The workout room looked up to date as we were to busy exploring the area to try it out this time.

Room had plenty of space and well laid out. Pool was better than expected and did not have that horrible chlorine smell. Hot tub was nice as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We've stayed here twice, both times we've been to Branson. You can tell that the owners care about their customers having a positive experience. Rooms are clean and the entire hotel is well maintained. The breakfast is amazing. Just stay here.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. I thought from check in to check out everything went very well. Plenty of parking, comfortable room, nice bathroom with great shower. It was a very nice breakfast that I really enjoyed to get the day going. I would stay hear again and hope to in the fall. It's location was nice also. Keep up the good work and kudos to your crew.

It is the best hotel hands down! Great breakfast, VERY clean, comfy beds and pillows, and the indoor salt water pool and hot tub are absolutely awesome! This hotel is worth it!

We were here for Family Life Weekend to Remember marriage encounter. The first impression driving up was wow, it looks nice and inviting. The staff was amazing, from front desk to breakfast to the housekeeping. Room had fridge coffee maker and comfortable clean room. We walked in to the bible open and a great welcome message from the owners… I'll be back!

We have been coming to this hotel once a year for the past 5 years. Always have a lovely time. Breakfast has nice options. Coffee is great! Rooms nice & fairly large. Enjoy the microwave & refrigerator in the room. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Close location to lots of activities. Great Hotel.

Nice environment. Felt safe at all times and loved how at side doors you had to have a key.

Great staff! Nice hotel with a good location. Best lots of restaurants and the Promise Land Zoo. Breakfast was delicious. Only small issue was the internet kicked me offline several times within a one hour period. Otherwise we truly enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time in Branson and partly because Sue went out of her way to help us. You see we were supposed to get the last family suite but somehow it was snagged by a booking site so she gave us a King room adjoining to another room with 2 double beds. It actually worked out better for our family, giving us space plus an additional bathroom. The breakfast was great, coffee was good with Coffee mate creamer, and the rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have stayed in! I stay at quite a few hotels during the year, and was pleasantly surprised. The indoor pool area and hot tub were also a nice feature. I would reccommend this hotel and we sill stay there again!

Excellent hotel with helpful staff. The location is perfect for my business travel each week and the hotel has more amenities than others including indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and game room. I like having indoor rooms so that you don't hear the noise from the street.

I’m giving this hotel a 3 stars, because I feel like it’s a good hotel. I knocked two points on the overall total for the bed — this was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. The pills were hard, the mattress was hard & lumpy, and I woke up sore each morning after tossing and turning all night. If having a nice, soft bed isn’t something you desire/need, this is a wonderful hotel. It was very clean, the staff was friendly & accomdating, we were offered plenty of towels & wash cloths, and everything was set up nicely and worked as expected. However, if you are like me and need your sleep & a soft, comfy bed; spend the extra $20-$40 a night and get the Hilton or Marriott. They have the nicest beds! Overall: • cleanliness 4/5 (no hotel is going to be perfectly clean) • staff/service 5/5 • beds 1/5.

The motel was located in a very good location. Easy access to attractions and shows. Easy access and parking. The motel was quiet even though there were a lot of guests. I have stayed there before and would stay again.

We had a great stay! This hotel is off the strip but close to everything. Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were very clean! The staff even left us a prayer and a nice letter of welcome. Breakfast was crowded but well stocked (they even use real eggs, not the powdered ones you usually find at hotel breakfasts). We will stay here again the next time we come to Branson.

The Hotel is extremely clean most of the staff is friendly. This hotel is on a quiet street made the stay enjoyable. They were all very helpful. Don't let the outdated appearance fool you. My mother a former room inspector for a high end hotel was overly impressed on the cleanliness of the room. I definitely recommend this hotel. If you want to be close to everything this I'd the hotel for you. No more than 20 minutes to everything and most were 5 minutes away.

Very good Best Western. Room was nice size, clean and comfortable. Lobby was beautiful. Fruit flavored water was a classy touch. Breakfast was very good, hot, and adequate variety. Area was a little crowded. Everyone showed up at 9:00 so we spilled into the lobby. Would be nice if there was a 2nd elevator, but we took the stairway most of the time. Staff was wonderful!

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included. Nice heated indoor pool. It's located very close to the strip but not on the strip. That's a plus because the strip can be very crowded at certain times during evening hours.

Amazing staff! So friendly and accommodating. Loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. Slept well in a comfortable room. What a wonderful gift shop! Will be coming back.

This was a great value. Hotel is located across from the Shoji Tabichi theater, and 10 min from Main St of Branson. Rooms are clean. Accommodations include a complementary breakfast, 24 hour weight room, game room, pool and hot tub.

Nice room and very friendly staff. Our room was a King size on the ground floor. It had a refrigerator and ironing board in the room. The room was clean and well maintained. The people at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and everything was good about our stay.

Hotel was clean, pool was nice, breakfast was good. Everything was good and nice and exactly what you would expect at a Best Western hotel. What made this a 5 star rating, was the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone that I encountered was friendly and and went out of their was to be helpful, including front desk staff, housekeeping and breakfast attendants. Wow. You just don't see that level of customer care from the big chains very often.

The first room we were given was actually under a remodel. The second room we got had a huge beetle in the bathroom and the door to the adjoining room was open. The room just looked dingy. The breakfast looked horrible as well so we went elsewhere for breakfast.

I would recommend this hotel it is a very good experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is so restful. They have an very good breakfast. I enjoyed the gift shop also they had so many lovely gifts for friends and family. It is a good place to do your Christmas shopping. Thank you for asking me for a review.

Let's start off saying this, we left our Do No Disturb sign on and the housekeepers didn't knock on our door or bother us. Rather they put together a little basket of clean bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, hand soaps, shampoo and other necessities outside our door (inside facing door not external). Front desk staff was extremely friendly along with housekeeping and breakfast help! The music playing throughout was awesome as it is all Christian artists! Thanks and we will stay again! Beds were great, spacious area and a decent sized fridge. The price was fabulous too! Definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great experience with this hotel. Very reaonable price in the off season. Comfy bed, super friendly staff and a clean room. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Location is good. Rooms are great for the money. And the service is the best I've seen in a long time it was our first stay there and we will be returning to them.

The only reasons that I'm even giving this place a 2 is because the staff is SUPER friendly and helpful, and the place is really clean. Yes, it looks like the newer, nicer BW in Branson (in some ways it may be), but seriously do not waste your money. I'm here at this moment, and the bed in the room we've been given is beyond awful! It's a really old spring mattress that squeaks SUPER loud every time you move (not handy when you have an 8 month old sleeping in a p&p right next to the bed). I'm usually not super picky about hotels because we only stay a couple nights at most, but I definitely won't be staying here again. I've stayed at the BW Landing several times and loved it! Even though it looks a little older, the beds are so much more comfortable! I'm going to check tomorrow about switching our reservations to that hotel.

We were only at this location for one night, but we're very impressed by all of the staff. So much so that we have booked another stop at the same hotel for our return trip.

We stayed at Best Western in Branson for a long weekend trip. The staff were friendly and helpful — offering us a schedule of show times for the weekend days we would be present — and giving us a map that proved very helpful. The breakfast was good, though there were not enough tables in the breakfast area. The only trouble we had was the workout room, which could only be accessed by key (as in old-fashioned key, not card key) that had to be retrieved from the desk, which was a pain. The pool was spacious and beach balls were provided. When we went two days with the "No Service" on our door knob, they left us a basket with supplies to restock our room ourselves! :)
