We had a bad case of bed bugs. Shells of them all over the sheets and pillow cases and a live one in between sheets. Immediately packed up and called the front desk they even said it was bad. We did get our money back but there was also a spider behind our bed by one of the pillows. Always checked under sheet and behind the bed mattresses and frames before you unpack everything!

We stayed 7 nights, during the 2021 Veteran's Week. Hot Tub was great, and pool wasnt too cold. They served a good hot breakfast all week long. The servers were pleasant and helpful. We even took their pic with Uncle Sam, lol.

District 6 Seniors really enjoyed their stay! The hotel was a perfect spot and right in the middle for their activities. Staff was excellent and made our stay feel welcomed! Thank you!

Hotel needs updating, smells musty, carpet damp, pull out sofa mattress needs to be replaced badly! Free breakfast very poor, even with covid restrictions they could do better. For the amount we paid for 6 nights it was not worth it. Indoor pool water murky.

We stay at this hotel every time we are in Branson. Never any problems with the room or staff. This past weekend we were there and I left my toiletry bag hanging on the back of the bathroom door. When I called they started that it wasn’t in the lost and found to call back the next day so they could ask the house keeper. So I called back and they stated she didn’t find it. They got rather rude so I had my dad call. It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if my daughters prescription shampoo wasn’t in there. It is an expensive product for such a small bottle. Needless to say they have thieves working for them. We will NOT be back unless my bag is found.

This place was amazing for friends/family of 6. Two pools two hot tubs. Our suite had two rooms, one bathroom. Free breakfast. It was right in the middle of the strip. Will definitely stay again. Staff was amazing.

Every year we go to Branson this is where we stay! Absolutely the best employee's around and the rooms are very clean as well as the building and that's worth it for me!

It's always been clean and reasonable and it has an indoor pool and a wonderful breakfast included!

Very nice room very pleasant staff very clean room gift shop there with a ticket sales they give you discounts. Discounts without having to go see a timeshare to our sales pitch. Not as good a discount but a discount. Beautiful indoor pool didn't try the Spa but it looks nice. Going to try the in outdoor pool tomorrow it looks great.

Check in process was a little strange because we were asked if we wanted house keeping during our stay. We said no but asked what if we needed something during our stay, we were told once we say no it can't be changed. The room was nicely decorated and looked newly renovated. Everything was clean. The humidity was high in the room which was difficult to remedy. Even the sheets felt wet all the time. Breakfast was great. Will most likely stay here again.

Hotel Staff was GREAT… Check in was quick and easy with my reservation… Pool and Hot Tub were awesome with early and late hours… Fitness room was adequate… Breakfast was good, food quality could be better. Breakfast staff was very good. Room was clean, Great pillows. Water pressure was fantastic and the Hot shower was nice and hot. In a GREAT location on the main strip in Branson, very handy no matter where you go in Branson, a good central location. I will stay there again… highly recommend.

Everything we loved the rooms fire place in it very nice rooms and I love swimming pool and hot tub everything can't get any better perfect the way it is.

The worst place I have stayed at in 5 years. I never do reviews but it was so bad I felt the need to. Let’s break it down: — Our toilet was broken and lifted off the ground when sat on. — Staff pressured us to leave the breakfast room when we weren’t done eating. — Housekeeping was the worst I have ever seen. They often would sit outside, hang out together and smoke while our rooms were never attended to. When they did visit our room, they would not give us fresh towels, toilet paper, or tissues. They would only make the beds and take our trash. — Our room had a spider problem. (Probably because our front door had a random gap at the bottom) Overall I’m very disappointed and will not come back to the place even if someone paid me. If I could give 0 stars I would. The only good thing is there are lots of food places and stores to go to nearby—which has nothing to do with the comfort inn’s staff function.

Great hotel… Both me and my wife are navy veterans as well as I use to manage a best western. Bravo Zulu to the staffing and management of this best western. We were very impressed by not only the hotel but the cheerful nature of the staffing. Keep up the good work.

Affordable and comfortable. Super friendly staff! Breakfast was decent, and pool/hot tub areas were clean. Rooms were nice. Excellent location. Giant meatball (Pasghettis) on one side and huge ship (Titanic) on the other side. Plus a Montana Mike's right in the same parking lot as hotel. Smack dab in the middle of the main strip. Lots to do within walking distance. Make sure to go see Trish when you get there and she'll help you save a ton of money on shows and attractions. Plus she's a sweetheart! I would recommend a stay here to family and friends!

Great customer service, very nice indoor and outside pool, hot tub temperature was perfect, and the game room was a hit with the kids! Parking was also great! We will definitely stay here again!

Popped in without a reservation, staff worked to find just what we wanted. Room was clean, and stocked w/ amenities, bed was comfy, too. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Only complaint is with the marshmallow pillows. Yes, it seems to be popular in hotels, though I would rather have a pillow wider than my head, so I don't have to chase it down all night. Just me, maybe.

Rooms were clean and well kept. Happy and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. I didn’t really care for the coffee but the orange juice was good and didn’t taste watered down so I was happy! Location is perfect! Big fluffy pillows. The mattress was more firm than I like but everything else was great!

Smoke alarm beeped every 30 seconds from 2am on through the night. We got NO sleep! Isn't this what you pay a hotel for? Sleep? I didn't want to deal with maintenance people in the room, I was too tired. Didn't get up and mess with it. We put a pillow over our heads and vowed not to stay there again. This is a common thing that happens and c'mon — you are a hotel you should be aware and prevent this from happening. What a joke.

Rooms had a lot of space. Breakfast amenities were very good, large selection, helpful staff. Price was very competitive. Pool area was next to breakfast area, and Jacuzzi looked like it would be relaxing. I would recommend this location to anyone going to Branson.

The Best Western is moderately priced with clean and comfortable rooms. Great pool and spa. We didn't have time to participate in the full line breakfast but it certainly looked and smelled good.

Super convenient location — close to everything. Clean and up to date accommodations. Black out curtains could be better. Indoor pool and hot tub small but great relief after a day at silver dollar city. Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great, affordable & very clean place to stay. Would stay there again. Didn’t care for the selection of the breakfast items. It was very limited. Also, if you are anything like me and like a comforter to sleep with then you will need to bring one. On our bed was a small blanket between two sheets but it didn’t go up past my belly. There was a very thin comforter on the bed if that’s what you want to call it. I’m glad that I had some extra blankets in my car or I would have had to go buy one.

Workers are incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, the rooms are clean and the beds are soo comfortable. We stayed in a room across from the pool (it was like a motel setup, but there are actual rooms inside the hotel too) and it was such a great experience. The pool is big and towels are provided. The breakfast is TO DIE FOR! Going back to the staff, the ladies that work in the kitchen/ dining are beyond friendly. They make you feel like youre home. Don’t skim over this place! You won’t regret the decision to come!

We traveled to Branson with no reservations. Stopped here and we never encountered an unpleasant staff member. The gentleman at reservation went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We arrived on our son's 9th Birthday & he put his birthday on the marque out front. Close to lots of the attractions. Trish in the hotel gift shop/ticket center was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good & the gals were very nice. Pool was clean! The room a were updated, clean, & had a nice hot shower. Our only complaint was the beds were hard. Didn't sleep well any of the nights. But overall, we will definitely stay again!

Good Points: The staff was very friendly, especially the concierge. She was very informative in helping us decide what attractions we wanted to see. Being first time visitors it was great having someone with experience to get insight from! Breakfast is the usual eggs, sausage, biscuits gravy, waffles and other things. It was good and the seating area is ample enough that we felt comfortable, not too crowded. The ladies were in and out constantly refilling everything so we never had to wait for food. The general location is perfect really. Right on the strip and literally yards away from the Titanic museum and had plenty of parking. Bad Points: •Bathtub was NOT cleaned properly. I found hair in the shower. •We had a 2nd floor room, it was musty/humid every time we would walk in no matter what time of day or night it was. •Several lamps in our room didn’t work/ wouldn’t turn on.

Love our stay in this hotel! It’s very convenient to all attractions and restaurants staff was very friendly! But best part of all they served a very delicious breakfast! Our room was neat although it had a light smell but other than that it was worth the price which by the way for what this place offers it’s well worth it and very affordable!

Everything was fantastic! The room was very clean and inviting. It had everything we needed and more. The staff was the friendliest ever. The breakfast was extremely good with many food choices.

This hotel was conveniently located near most of our interests. The indoor pool/spa was great. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was perfect. We will stay there again.

I stayed at a few places in Branson and this one was great, the shower, the room and everything was great, beds alittle firm but spacious and slept good, breakfast was great too, our room number was 130 so we walked by the pool and everything was clean, plus has a game room and fitness room, this one is on out top 3 list in Branson it's right next to the ferris wheel and other attractions you can walk to as well, be back soon!

Hot coffee by the pool at this hotel added to the pleasure of this stay. The breakfast area is located next to the pool and spa. Lots of rooms and the availability to park next to our room was a plus. Located just off of the strip and far enough away to not have the road noise of route 76. Older room decor but comfortable. Plenty of choices at the breakfast bar. Staff is helpful and friendly. Plenty of rooms suitable for families. The spa was hot with chairs, tables and plenty of fresh towels nearby. A great place to stay. A nice restaurant just across the way.

My husband and I stay at this hotel when we go to Branson. The staff is friendly. The property is always clean. It’s in a great location. Best value for your money.

Once again, excellent vacation in Branson at Center Pointe Inn! Josh at the front desk and Casey in the breakfast area are awesome! Rooms are clean and service is top notch! Plus there is an indoor pool! Will not stay anywhere else!

We had a very pleasant experience while staying at the Best Western in Branson. The room was very clean and neat, and the pool area was great for the kids. The breakfast provided was exceptional. Overall, it was a great time had by all.

Excellent hotel I have stayed in Best Western Hotels all over the world and this has to be Best. Staff went out of the way to be helpful. Hotel supper clean. The Bed was very comfortable and breakfast hot and the items never ran out even though the hotel was full. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

The location is outstanding, as it is central to very nearly everything. The rooms are clean, but plain. This is essentially a no frills place in that provides good service, provides a clean room with the basic amenities.

Thank you for a wonderful stay even though I was sick the whole time. Housekeeping you are awesome. And breakfast was very good always stocked and clean. And breakfast lady Kasey (not sure in spelling) you make everyone feel welcome and you were so sweet and nice to talk too… front desk people thank you too. Always nice! If you're looking for a place to stay check them first.

The room was nice and staff was friendly. Haven't tried the hot breakfast yet but I hear they have biscuits and gravy and you can't ever go wrong with biscuits and gravy.

3rd year being there for our ministry event. Always good to hear Christian music playing in the lobby. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Good prices for a quality room.

This is the most over rated place in Branson. Breakfast IS NOT a fresh breakfast. If you have neighbors watch for shower to go cold. This is on our do not stay list and staff could care less if your not happy with your room.

Placed right on the main strip making it easy to find. Rooms were clean and very nice and reasonably priced for a Friday and Saturday night. Has inside and outside pools that were very well kept. Several restaurants in walking distance.

Great location in the heart of Branson. By lots of fun attractions and only about 15 minutes to Silver Dollar City. The hotel itself is pretty dated. The shower kept changing temperatures. Beds weren't very comfortable. The breakfast was good. And the staff really friendly.

We held our family reunion in Branson and stayed at the Best Western Center Point Inn. More than 65 adults and children were accommodated. The group sales manager was very helpful not only with making our room accommodations, she provided information about activities, who could help with souvenir bags, how to navigate traffic, providing AV equipment, accommodating our caterer, and the use of the breakfast room area for our evening family activity. My family enjoyed the use of the amenities, especially the late hour access of the pool and hot tub. My entire family was pleased with the accommodations and the courtesy of the staff. They truly helped to make our family reunion a huge success!

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful! Our room reservation was made online, and the room only had a shower! I made a call and this was changed before we arrived to a room with a tub! Sue was my hero! The lighting above the sink was bright enough to do makeup! Room had a microwave and a refrigerator! We enjoyed our days in Branson and would choose this hotel again!

Rooms were clean at arrival. Breakfast buffet was excellent, their in/out door pools were great too. Hotel needs a schedule for clean up. After a long day we wanted to come back to a clean room (2pm-4pm) and that was not always the case. They might have been short on staff. I would come back to stay.

Bed in our room was very comfortable! Slept the best I ever have in a hotel. Great staff and breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast.

Great experience! Perfect location, yummy breakfast, hot hot tub, fun game room… I could go on and on! Will defiantly stay here again and recommend for anyone staying in Branson!

The room was clean and smelled great. We had a good sized mini fridge and small microwave. Their indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained. They have a small game room with a pool table and a few video games that we didn't play. Their free hot breakfast was typical hot breakfast fare, waffle iron, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and assorted breads, cereals, yogurts and fruit. The front desk staff have been helpful. I can't say that I'd recommend Branson as a vacation destination, but if you do ever find yourself coming to Branson, this Best Western is a nice place to stay for a very affordable price!

Worst place to stay. Staff rude! No Wi-Fi, and loud, even after midnight. Called front desk to complain with no results. A ditry blanket for a bedspread, also we booked two rooms together and they were in different buildings. I will never leave holiday inn again.

Nice size rooms "2 queen beds" clean and quit. Front desk help very nice and helpful. Got are tickets threw the ticket office at the hotel. Barbara was amazing help w/ everything we wanted to see.

Great location and fun atmosphere, free hot continental breakfast was good for the kids. We enjoyed it all. Only bad thing was room service could have been somewhat more accommodating .

Old Branson strip. Room nice enough, staff very friendly; old and dated accommodations and breakfast is terrible — choose elsewhere for better greasy spoon, at least it will taste like "food". For the price/location on strip can't complain t.

Beds were clean, the shower was nice and hot. They had the best shower head I've seen in a hotel in a long time. we stayed a night here because our free resort accommodations were frankly awful. This was the perfect respite for a night, everyone could get a nice hot shower.

It was a pretty decent hotel. It was a little bit of a struggle getting out of their parking lot during busy hours on the Branson Strip but it's ok. Checking into the hotel was a breeze. They got our family right in. We previously went to another favorite hotel before this one, but they had a minimum night stay of 2 nights for that one weekend we went. We only wanted and needed 1 night. It wasn't a holiday or anything so we were VERY disappointed. We're so glad we were able to find this hotel instead. It will now be our new "go-to" hotel. :) Breakfast was pretty good. We were able to bring our breakfast in our room, which was AWESOME! Everyone was super nice! The pool was a little small but it was really nice in there! The hot tub was pretty big! The pool had a really big area that the kids can stand up in. The edges along the bottom of the pool are raised so they can walk along the edges without having to swim! I have a special needs child who can't swim yet, so it was cool that he was able to play in the water without us having to hold him the entire time! It was a good hotel, overall. I would recommend it!

This hotel put our entire Motorcycle Club up. They gave us a great rate and let us use their breakfast room for our meeting. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day of riding in the area. Parking lot was large enough to fit all of our bikes, and we felt good leaving them at night. The rooms were well kept and large enough to accommodate our needs. Will definitely use them when we come back! Thanks for the hospitality!

I really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are updated and very clean. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Great location in the middle of Branson. Breakfast was your average continental hotel breakfast. Definetly a nice stay for the price.

While reviewing hotels I came across this one which is twice as much as many of the local hotels. I read the reviews and felt like the extra charge would be well worth it. I was extremely disappointed and should have chosen another hotel. The room was clean but the shower ran hot or cold only so we spent most of the time taking cold showers. The walls were paper thin, not only was myself and infant kept awake at night by the traffic and the people upstairs walking but I was woke up in the morning by the sound of the upstairs people peeing! I could literally hear everything. The pool is not even half as nice or as large as it is made to seem on the website. The game room charges money. Their public computers they offer were inoperable and when the staff came to assist, they were extremely disrespectful between themselves in front of guest. Breakfast was very good and there was alot of selection, however it was very difficult to get to it. The breakfast room is small and you will be fighting to get to food and we had to sit in the pool area just to eat. It was very uncomfortable. I expected more for the high price and again was disappointed.

Everything looked very nice. The staff was nice. Good breakfast. But there was ants all over the room the ants got into all of the food we had and the medicine I had for my kids. We even found a few ants in our bed. I'm very upset about the ants. I won't be staying here again.
