There trying to redo the rooms the staff and owner really nice and I had a few repairs and I called them in less then 5 mins they were there fixing my issue and it really quite and there a lil store and laundry on site I give 5 stars if they had the pools up and going but I am happy with the place not fancy but you can make your room your own.

Just need some love! Staff is amazing. Friendly ladies! Housekeeping busting they butts and maintenance men very quick. I needed a bigger fridge and got it quickly! They don't confuse you! Tell ya how it is! I would definitely stay here again. The beds so comfy! Great bathroom lighting! Only suggestions would upgrade TV and strong heavy duty locks for children safety! Yes come check out Greenbrier!

We did not like Greenbrier there was so many flies in our room there was no microwave no frigerator we were in the other building was another hotel we don't know Wi-Fi was hard to get in beds were like uncomfortable breakfast was like nasty the muffins taste like they were like missed bake too much sugar gravy was too messy no biscuits.

Friendly people spacious room for the right price. I would give five star but some of the people metharound.

Perfect for people on a low or fixed income looking for an immediate place to stay. This is not a hotel so much as it is transitional housing. With that you have your typical elements that come with that… your drunks and addicts, roaches, and the occasional visit from local law enforcement. No one comes to clean your room… no amenities because it is your room your responsibility. If you are visiting Branson for the attractions… this is not for you. But if you are moving here and are looking for a place to stay and save up, this is the cheapest and quietest place to be.

Our stay was a couple weeks. The room was clean, staff have always been very polite and helpful. On site laundry, and a convenience store. Great location. Absolutely no issues with other guests. Family oriented place. Great prices. If you are looking to save money on a decent room, nothing too fancy of course but a great place for the value.

This place is what it is. It is what you would expect from the least expensive place in town. It may be old and worn, but it is comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Yes, there are cockroaches, but the staff treats for them every week. Even with subzero weather outside, the rooms are nice and warm.

Poor management. Druggie staff catering to tenets who can get them high. Absolutely crawling with bed bugs (called coffee grounds by staff. Dry=found live. Wet=dead) and roaches.

Local scumbag motel for weekly and monthly rent. Okay if you like pedophiles, drugs, police visits all the time, and roaches and bed bugs. Branson needs to shut these places down and run the scumbags out of town.

Convenient local, right the of many attractions, weekly rentals, family rooms, a few hot tub rooms, convenient store off of lobby.

Rooms could be cleaned but really cool convenient type store in office area.

Has two hotels for overnight and extended stay for individuals and families, easy access, on Strip, close by many restaurants and attractions,,, has food and supplies store within.

The staff was friendly enough the room where mediocre at best the first room thet had my son in was ate up with fleas so finally they moved us rooms the room was niced sized but coukd of had better furniture in it for the prize of the weekly room.

Ok place. Jeff is great and easy to talk too. But dont take advantage of that he will get in that ass if need be.

This guy needs a chance, they work hard at keeping it nice. Great people, price is right, rooms are kept up thanks to the hard work. Hats off to you. I will always stay here when I come to town.

Went and stayed there bout 2 years ago. Room was clean. They was very help full and nice. Very affordable. Just called the other day to book it again. Now I can't get anyone to answer the phone. : — (

Hotel staff were very helpful and dedicated. I received a call about 4pm the day of my reservation, they asked for an approximate arrival time and told me they would have the room ready, the air conditioner on and the room cooled by the time I arrived. When I arrived and checked in, I found the room was very clean and everything prepared nice and neat. I had the Jacuzzi suite, towels were folded and rolled into elegant shapes on the tub, a nice big flatscreen TV on the wall, and a spacious room. After getting unpacked, I left to go out and grab some dinner down the road. When I returned to the room about 10pm, I discovered that my TV was missing some cables and a remote. Staff quickly sent a manager over to see what was wrong, and after attempting to connect the box and find a replacement remote, a maintenance guy showed up and replaced the box completely. The hotel was located on the main street near many of the music theaters and attractions. Just across the street was a go-cart track and water-park which makes this a great place for families traveling with kids. The hotel looked a bit dated from the outside, and the building next door appeared to be a hotel/apartment building, but the rooms themselves were nice. I would return to this hotel as it had very affordable rates, good customer service, clean rooms with modern amenities, and a good location in relation to the tourist attractions.

We had stayed here for a long time, but this will be our last stay. We checked in and for way over charged we had stayed her before alot! We left and asked housekeeping to service our room because my grand babies soppy cup leaked, I told them I stripped the beds for them. We left around 1130am, went to a 4th if July BBQ and fireworks across the lake and returned at 130 am, not only were we tired but they had not serviced the room, we made out own beds at 130 with crying tired kids, I went to the manager the next day, I Batley raised my voice and he said what are you upset about… well your sign says 49.99we stay here alot and we were charged 69.99, and we had to make beds at 130am. His response? Well I know you stay here alot so I guess it's just time to end our bussiness… really? We watched cops circle the parking lot and go to the now weekly rooms, the new guy in charge and the weekly rooms with the cops over there and dogs in those rooms not just any dogs… pit bulls unleashed, is enough to make us never stay again, but to be rude?

It was owned by the Windsor inn next door and was treated like crap. No clean towels no maid service til u leave… dirty rooms pool closed because it's dirty most of the time… I won't stay or suggest anyone else stay there… cops there almost every day. Taking someone to jail… its a no for me even if it's the last place to stay in branson! If you stay more than one night they say you are no longer a guest and can't use pool or get breakfast!

We found this place last minute on our way to Arkansas. It's definitely a great price. Your are right in the middle of Branson's hottest spots! And it's quiet. The breakfast wasn't bad, everything was fresh. I felt the rooms were a little small, but the beds were comfy and sheets were clean! Overall if we come back for a Branson getaway well be staying here again! My only complaint would be the hot tub was down : (

Who gives this hotel a 3 star rating? You get way more bang for your buck at this Hotel than a new over priced one. The staff are friendly, polite and courteous. The rooms are spacious and clean with lots of extras. It's quiet and everything works. The breakfast was flavorful and filling. With FM/CFS. Neuropathy, Advanced DIabetes and COPD, I can tell you right now the rooms are VERY CLEAN. And the bed? If I had the cash I would have stayed another night!

The service was great. The breakfast was really good too. A very good selection. The room was comfortable although a little dated. We had a very nice stay.

Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was great! Rooms were very clean. Exceeded my expectations for a value hotel.

Dirty. Very trashy. And my son and I get bit repeatedly by an unknown bug! Not sure if it was mites, but it definitely was when we were in the motel room. I will never stay there again. Take my advice and spend the extra dollar and stay somewhere nice! The breakfast was pretty pathetic and slim pickings also. Good luck to anyone that stays here.

The ac in one of the 3 rooms actually worked. Only saw a few bugs in the good room. The other 2 were infested with cockroaches and no air conditioning. Found a butt of a cigarette in a non-smoking room, and it smelt like smoke. Upon checking in, we were automatically "upgraded" from a 2 bed room, to a 1, due to plumbing. They offered us a rollaway bed, which they never brought. Only 1 room had a telephone, no fridge no microwave. Pool had way too much chlorine. Tiny bathrooms, the provided soap dispenser was empty in all rooms. In one of the rooms the toilet was clogged when we first walked in. Found things left behind from previous guests that had not been cleaned from our room. After we left for another hotel due to cockroaches, we found that I had accidentally left an item in the room. I called them, they said they would call right back with information. After an hour of no call back, we went back to the hotel to talk to them. We were told they could not help us. We were told "it is probably in the garbage". The only good thing was that they agreed to refund our extra night when we left early. We overpaid for this hotel.

We made our reservation weeks before we went to Branson. We reserved 3 nights. Told the person on the phone that we would be late. They said no problem… there will be a sign on the door with the number to call when we arrive. Sure enough. The sign was on the door. My Husband called and the man said that he had no vacancy. So My Husband explained everything to him. All he could say was "sorry". We weren't there at midnight so he gave our room away. He even gave our other 2 nights away. We drove around Branson till 2:30am… tired beyond weary. We saw a lady behind a lobby desk. They were full… BUT she called everywhere and found us a room for 3 nights! Thank Goodness she was still there! Oh, she was waiting for a late arrival! Several people told us that we were lucky we didnt stay at the Greenbrier it was basically a dump!

After waiting for nearly 30 minutes to get checked in, we finally got to our room only to discover that the key to the room they gave us did not unlock the door, it didn't even fit into the keyhole. They attempted to unlock the door but were unsuccessful. My family and I stood outside in the heat for half an hour while they looked for a key that would open the door and never even bothered to move us to another room. They had changed the lock on that particular door and misplaced the key and nobody knew where it was. We gave up and went somewhere else to stay for the night. The general manager and entire staff were extremely rude and acted like this whole thing was a joke. This place seriously needs to be shutdown permanently!
