Nasty bug infested rooms. Terrible staff.
Incredibly rude staff, unclean rooms, gross breakfast. Wouldn't give a second thought to it if they were willing to resolve the nastiness but they're too rude and don't care. Don't stay here.

We’ve stayed here a few times a year for the past several years and always had a great time with pleasant and helpful staff.
I watched their nearly 5 star review fall in a matter of days over a viral post. I called today just to confirm that the bed bug issue was being dealt with since we are scheduled to stay later this summer.
Rusty was kind and understood my concerns and assured me an exterminator was out the next morning.
I should have left positive reviews much sooner for all the times we’ve stayed and been treated so well. (Changed our room to a closer/easier access WITHOUT request when we checked in and the clerk noticed I was VERY pregnant, kept the pool open a little later when we rolled in late and our girls wanted to swim, joyfully accommodated our large groups, always had pack and play ready in room when we requested along with extra bedding just in case)
