2 pools, 2 hot tubs, great breakfast bar and very friendly staff and friendly patrons, nice looking and clean.

I asked for handicap room. Tall toilet and walk in shower high bed sit is wonderful. Sitting out on balcony nice breeze. Great room! Room is very clean and bed sheets are nice and soft.

We had reservations for family reunion in 2020, but due to covid, we had to push back twice and move to 2022. Was told each time that this wasn't a problem, and they moved our reservation. Well I got a call telling me that the rates I'd been promised had changed, and they had new management and new system, therefore are rooms are no longer available for the reunion. We would have been fine with a rate change but to be told that the rooms were all the sudden unavailable 6 months before our reunion made no sense at all. Beware of this hotel, especially if planning any kind of group gathering.

Stayed here over the weekend. Great experience. The pool was nice! Not over crowded and close to everything. We’ll be back.

I stayed at the Clarion on June 20-23. They put me in what is probably one of the worst locations in the Southern Tower directly in front of the stairwell when there were obviously other rooms available. Experienced people walking up and down stairs until early morning hours. Needless to say, if you get this room you won't get much rest. While the room was clean, the furnishings are very dated and the room is dark. Based on price this is what you get. Unfortunately I left some items in the room hanging in the dresser. When I called 3 days later I spoke to the manager CJ, who took my information and said he would check with housekeeping and call me back. I never received a call from him. I called again and again my information was taken down by the reservation desk and I was never contacted. On the third time I contacted them I was told to call back during the week day and speak with housekeeping. On the fourth call to the Clarion I spoke to Lanie who said they were very short staffed and that is probably why no one has followed through. She also said she couldn't transfer me to housekeeping since there was no way to do that. She did contact them via radio and I heard her relay the message. They called her at the front desk to say they were going to the Southern Tower to look.

Great place clean and close to many shows and restaurants.

The Clarion on the Branson strip is a clean and nice hotel. It has indoor/outdoor pools/spas. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The staff was neither friendly nor unfriendly. Unfortunately, they are still doing grab-n-go breakfast bag. I think it’s time to get back to serving breakfast. There’s no reason not to. It can get pretty loud quite early in the morning. Our primary complaint was that the bathroom is way too small. Overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel is always clean, great pools and we like the proximity to everything on the strip.

The hotel was great the room was clean. The only thing is Nancy the lady at the front desk did not have a mask on which is mandatory in Branson. They also have sign posted everywhere saying that a mask is required for guest and employees.

Excellent hotel. We celebrated our anniversary here. Stayed on the 7th floor, spacious room very private with jacuzzi in room. The bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. Separate sitting areas on the floor and ice machine just a few steps away. Staff very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay :-) on main strip :-) only draw back was no restaurant/ lounge at hotel like it said but there is a Longhorn steak house across street :-) so it was fine :-) was clean and staff was friendly :-)

Very nice staff & kids loved the pool.

After check out I realized I left a bag in the room. I called the hotel and told the front desk about it, she said they would get it from housekeeping. Told me to call back and ask to speak with house keeping later. When I called back and asked to speak to house keeping, the lady who answered said I’m not allowed to talk to house keeping and she doesn’t have my stuff, then hung up on me.
My best guess is someone liked what they found and decided to just keep it for themselves.
It wasn’t days later, I called the same day on my way home.

I loved my stay at clarion. View is lovely. Accommodations a1. I will recommend strongly that u visit. Will be going back next week. Since I travel a lot. Just had to let u guys know.

Rude staff. Dirty rooms. Bugs. Overpriced. Quoted one price. Charged 41.00 per night more. Ruined the vibe of Our vacation and they could care less. Just take your money and refuse to make it right.

Really a nice place and I love the jungle theme decoration inside the hallways and conference room. Service, hot breakfast, pool areas were excellent.

Very clean room beds are comfortable quite and not expensive at all this is where I will stay when I come back!

We enjoy our stay each time we are here at the clarion. Really nice rooms, great staff, excellent breakfast and both indoor/outdoor pools for the kiddos. I absolutely love that it’s right on the strip across from multiple restaurants and an ice cream/dessert shop!

When you think of Branson you think of friendly people. I think the staff at the Clarion didn’t get the memo. They were some of the rudest and unfriendly that I have ever seen in Branson.

Beautiful, clean rooms. Hot breakfast with a lot of options. We were traveling with family, and there were 12 of us all together. We were able to all sit together at breakfast and had plenty of room. The pools were gorgeous. It was quiet and you would never know you were in such a busy part of Branson. I had one of the best nights sleep I've had in a long time. The only issue we had was there was only one employee working on breakfast, so many things were running out faster than she could keep up. I felt so bad for her. Otherwise, we had a pleasant, uneventful stay on a busy holiday weekend!

My family of 5 had a great experience at this hotel. We were able to get an amazing price on the room, we even had a view over the pool. My favorite part of our stay was the hot breakfast. The food was great and so nice that it is not an additional cost. We chose this hotel over others because of the breakfast option and it did not disappoint.

We had the large suite, one king bed and two twins in another bedroom. Each having their own en suite. Large full size kitchen with dining area and den. Decor is outdated but modern bathrooms. They have a large outdoor and indoor pool. Free parking and hot/ cold breakfast available. Friendly staff.

We almost always stay at the Clarion Hotel when we visit Branson Missouri. The room is always clean and the staff is friendly. It has a nice Pool and sauna also hot tub. If you like to work out it has an exercise room also. The only problem I have with it is there's not ice machines on all the floors. With a better Hotel you would think there would be ice machines on all fours. So be sure that when you're getting a room you check this fact if you plan on using the ice machines a lot.

Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff was courteous and attentive. Free breakfast was very good however they use paper plates and plastic. Dining area is WAY outdated. Could use to be classed up a little and brought up to date. Lastly the breakfast staff could use some help. One single person simply can't keep up with the number of folks dining there.

Other than the bathroom being so small, which I see in the reviews of so many of the rooms in Branson, we love it. The room itself is very big, and the furnishings very nice. Location is great! Staff has been nice, but we've not needed anything. Very happy!

For the location, $$, and comfort, we were satisfied. The AC worked well… The hot breakfast was a bonus and was included with the cost of the room. The pools were great fun… my family enjoyed the time we spent there!

This "hotel" was a disappointment. I paid hotel rates for motel rooms. Don't be deceived by the slick photos. I had a $100 gift card to use with the stay amd they could not figure out how to use it towards the bill total… what? I will not recommend this to anyone. I really wanted it to be a pleasant stay, but they continually dropped the ball.

I enjoyed our 2 night stay… room was nice and clean bed was a little firmer then I am use too but I still slept well… pool was okay little dirty, hot tub was nice and they do have a indoor pool and hot tub as well… if you use the sauna you will have to wait for it too heat up… breakfast was so, so but my boyfriend didn't feel so hot after eating it, but I was fine. Front desk was a hit or miss with friendliness, the concier lady was very nice and recommended the restaurant we ate at and it was amazing… the location is great you can walk to the wax museum and titanic. Only thing I was unhappy about, they list having a bar they do not and this besides location was one reason for our stay here. But nevertheless I did have a nice time and would recommend and stay here again.

Room was clean and spacious. Private balcony was nice to have. Breakfast was just ok. Biscuits and cinnamon rolls were hard and coffee was weak.

Comfortable beds! Try finding that anymore, especially at a hotel that has fair rates like this one. Slept like a baby…

Love this hotel, great place to stay in Branson because it's right on the strip. Parking is a little scary if you park in front of the hotel because of the hill but you get used to it if you spend any amount of time in Branson! The rooms we booked were insanely comfortable and they were on the pool level which is a great bonus if you can snag one! Great staff too.

Comfortable beds and nice, quiet rooms. It's in the center of the strip so it is close to everything, but not a hassle to get in or out of. The only hotel my family stays at on our trips to Branson.

Rooms are outdated and dingy looking. For the price, I expected something a little nicer. If you are staying in the back half, there are only two entrances that take you to the upper floors. When you are carrying luggage, uphill, it is sort of a pain. The location is right on the strip, and across the street from a new Longhorn Steakhouse. I ended up staying here through an express deal on Priceline. I would not purposely choose to stay here again.

Decent hotel. We stayed once before in the main part of the hotel. This time we stayed in the back of hotel. Not quite as nice. Main issue for me being that part of the hotel the room doors open to the outside whereas the other part of the hotel the doors are o an interior corridor.

Not terrible. When we got in our room, the previous occupant's baseball hat was on a chair in the room, but outside of that it passed the cleanliness test, black light and all. Breakfast options were carb heavy. The trashcans in the room were tiny. The hot tub did not work. The most important thing through, good Wi-Fi. All in all not that bad. Paid motel prices for a hotel.

We feel at home in this hotel. The staff and friendly and the rooms clean. We come here once a year for a pastor's retreat and leave feeling relaxed. The pool is beautiful and the breakfasts are delicious.

We stayed 2 nights in a suite on the 7th floor. It’s nothing more than a regular room with a whirlpool tub in it. I didn’t think it was worth the increased price. There was 23 hotel guest the first night, and 26 5he second night according to the lady who setup the breakfast. That was apparently the reason why the breakfast was so skimpy. I was not impressed. I was told that these rooms had balconies, but the suites did not.

The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. We visited during the off season and it was snowing so it was pretty quiet. It was convenient and 10 minutes from everything in Branson. The only issue was in the steep driveway being difficult to navigate in the snow.

Very Impressed! I rarely post any reviews, but I'm making an exception this time. We knew this was an older hotel and were very skeptical about what we might expect. However, from the front door on, the hotel was 'warm' and 'inviting'. Although this hotel is older, it has been properly maintained and up-to-date. I was pleasantly surprised at the amenities and for the price paid; we definitely got our money's worth. If I were to have one bit of constructive criticism, it would be that they stop offering breakfast at 9:30. When we're on vacation, we like to sleep late so breakfast was unavailable! lol!

We had a great stay here. Centrally located to everything. Great breakfast. The rooms were nice. And the Christmas decorations were beautiful☆☆☆☆☆

One of the better members of the choice hotels chain. The staff were as helpful as any other hotel but not super friendly. The front parking lot was awful. On a steep hill. Good full breakfast. I'd stay there again.

We stayed here recently at this Clarion Hotel in Branson, MO in November 2017 for 9 nights, and we absolutely loved it. They decorated so nicely for Christmas. Every day they had a hot buffet. Just wished they had some type of potato on it and OJ, but they had everything else—even waffles, as well as scrambled eggs. We will definitely stay here again. They had a gym, safe, microwave, fridge, and balcony, Wi-Fi, computer room, conference center, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, patios with chairs, sitting rooms, restaurant, etc. We loved Branson, MO and all of their 110 plus shows along with the very friendly people. This hotel is right on the strip in the theater district. All the shows are within 5-20 minutes of the hotel.

The room was decent and the indoor pool was nice. We also enjoyed the sauna.

It was a great hotel to stay at. Very clean and very friendly service. Cool facility (especially the pool) with a great location in town. We had a slight issue since our room smelled like gas (apparently we were right next to the kitchen) but the front desk was very helpful getting us moved to a new room.

Clarion was a great place to stay. We were impressed with how clean it was. The breakfast had a huge selection to pick from. It was very good but I wish they had had bacon on the buffet. Although we had a one cup coffee maker in the room, we liked that the hotel had coffee available 24 hours a day in the Jungle Room next to the lobby. We were only two doors down from the lobby. We were also pleased when we saw we had a balcony. The only thing I had a problem with was the parking. It's all uphill or downhill. The second night we had to park in the very back parking lot downhill. We had to walk uphill to the front entrance because our room was close to the lobby. It was scary for us two ladies to walk that far at 1am. It was also difficult for me since I am handicapped and can't walk very far at a time. Other than that, our stay was a very positive experience and I will stay there again. I will request a room in the back that has its own parking spot right in front of the door.

Upscale Hotel with down home amenities. Hotel owners are very hands on in the day to day operations of this hotel. They have everything you could want, and are within walking distance of many great shows and places to dine.

Too expensive. Rooms are no better than a $70/night hotel, but we paid $125. Go somewhere else.

We had the King Suite with a hot tub on the Penthouse floor. It was beautiful! Everything was perfect!

It has a nice venue close to the Branson attractions and has two pools — one outdoors and another indoors. The clerk was polite and I have no complaints about the cleaning. If pressed, the only negative was that the shampoo was stored on a dish in the corner of the table with the sink while the soap was stored prominently by the shower. Storing them in the same location or in a more prominent location might be a minor suggestion.

My husband, myself and our 2 year old stayed at this hotel 6/25/17. I thought we would have a decent stay for the price we paid for the room but it was a disappointment. When we took showers water leaked from the ceiling onto us. This grossed me out. After my husband showered he went to open the door and the light fixture fell and hit him on the head. Luckily it wasn't our 2 year old. Later, I went to use the bathroom and there were 2 brown recluse spiders on the floor. At this point, we decided to call the staff to make a complaint. They didn't seemed concerned that the light fixture had fallen on my husband but they did offer to send maintenance out to fix it at 11 at night. They didn't have a response to anything else.

Lady at front desk was not super friendly… room was nice just a bit dated… the balcony was nice but there was a big gap on one side of the railing that scared me since my young daughter was with us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub indoors. The elevator to pool was very rough moving from floor to floor. Overall a decent hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. The main reasons were the pool and the breakfast. Now you have to pay for the breakfast. They said it was implemented to keep from raising rates. But from my point of view they should have raised the rates instead because it really turned me off on the place to pay over $100 for a hotel room and all you get is a free coffee in the morning. Even a $50 hotel does better than that. Time to find another go to hotel in Branson.

1st trip to branson. Stayed in the penthouse miss usa 2000 room 701. It was a clean and nice place.

Front desk people were not friendly. I was told when I made the reservation they had continental breakfast. They do NOT! I've stayed in New York and had free breakfast prepared by a chef! There are not enough plug-ins in the room to charge things. I'll not be back!

Decent rooms and room service. Did take a while for someone to pick up the phone when we first got here. But as soon as they did they came to the room right away.

Came for a family reunion. Went very well. Very clean and well cared for hotel.

Attended the SHOfight MMA match in Branson, MO. Kind of a strange place for a fight, but they made it work.

In the heart of Branson, this hidden gem fit the bill for an unplanned weekend of shopping at the local outlet malls. Walked in without a reservation and was given a balcony room for a very reasonable rate. Room included two comfortable Queen beds and a prime view of watching traffic go by on the strip. Hotel has arrangement with restaurant next door for a good buffet the next morning. Great night of sleep for the two adults and two kids. After a refreshing night at the hotel, was fully recharged for another day of shopping. Would recommend to others.

The food was very good but the decor and everything else was dated by about 20 years. Time for an upgrade!

Hotel is OK. Rooms are clean and have nice indoor/outdoor pool. Outdoor pool is not heated. No free breakfast, they charge to go to attached restaurant.

This was designed to be an upscale motel and it has that feel. However, small maintenance issues have been left unattended. These issues are not bad in and of themselves, but when one can lie in bed and see a small tear in the wallpaper, a loose trim around the fire sprinkler, and worn carpet, one begins to wonder. The chair needs to be reupholstered, the bathtub and sink have spots that need resealed, and some of the electrical sockets and switches are loose and yellowed. Again, this is still a nice motel, but is in need of some TLC. To top it off, breakfast is no longer offered — not even a very simple continental breakfast. For the price, I'd stay here again, buy it's sad to see a place deteriorate. The bed is comfortable, most of the towels are new and not worn, and the place is clean.
