Amazing and affordable place to stay!

Waited 45 outside for someone to open the door or answer the phone. Customer service as well as a delivery truck could also not get ahold of anyone that worked there. Do not stay here!

Just Wow, Talk about extremely unprofessional! I booked a room with this Quality Inn On the strip in Branson MO about a month or so ago for my wife and 2 sons! Fast forward to today 8/5/2022 (my older sons birthday trip). My wife walks into the lobby to be met with a severe attitude by the (shaved headed snowflake) behind the desk. My wife tells the clerk that she is checking in with our 2 sons and the clerk asks what name the room is under. My wife answers with our last name and the clerk rudely states that they overbooked the rooms and that she (Awala) called to let us know that she canceled our reservation around 2pm (cdt) today (8/5/22) This did not happen. There was/were no missed or taken calls or voicemails from her or the staff of the QI in Branson! It was No biggie at first so my wife asked her (Awala) if she could call another Choice hotel in the area and help find her a room, the clerk refused to help my wife, Britany was extremely rude, when the clerk was met with the same level of rudeness and hostility she threaten to call the police on my wife! (I mean seriously WTF? ) How bad does your life really have to be to take out your anger and hostility on a woman and her two sons trying to celebrate a birthday? What happened to professionalism and going the extra mile to help a customer in a slightly messed up situation? It was your fault after all Awala Elder! You made a situation worse with your rudeness and unprofessional behavior.

We arrived and were told our room wasn't ready, after waiting an hour we find out they canceled the room due to overbooking. It's 11 pm on a Friday night, we aren't here for vacation, we are here for a family member in the ICU. Was very hard to find another hotel.

Good clean rooms front desk was great when checking in We inspected room throughout before carrying luggage in and all was good. When we needed extra towels or whatever we needed we would call down and be brought to us within 30 minutes. We will stay here again when we come back.

The front desk lady was very understanding and helpful. The outdoor pool is good. Good location to stay for basketball camps.

Stay away from these scam artists. I booked a king room and they only had queens. Nobody was even at the front desk. They left the key under a mat. I called and told them I was staying somewhere else. They tried to call and they refused to answer their phone so I went ahead and booked another hotel through Priceline. 5 days later Priceline got ahold of them and they said that I stayed there. Ended up having to reverse the charge on my credit card.

I may have booked the wrong suite… I will give them that but I was kind asking my questions and they did not try to offer any help … BEWARE these are not queen beds! The website or Facebook does not reflect the hotel! These are full size beds! It shouldn’t have allowed me to book this hotel online since I have 7 people and the front desk said oh with a roll away but it’s $15 more… hotel is ok… just know it’s not what it says or seems! Also the elevator has issues too…

Made reservations 2 weeks in advance for 2 king rooms with confirmation. Arrived and they only had 1 room. Settled for 1 king and a double queen. Checked in at 8:00 pm to find room had not been cleaned. Beds not made, bathroom not cleaned, room smelled of old food and dirty diapers. Both trash cans full of food boxes and dirty diapers. Will be better off sleeping in my car. At least it’s clean.

When we had checked in the lady at the desk was slow then we get assigned to are room and she had already booked someone in that room so we moved to another room in that room there was no phone, no iron are ironing board, no hairdryer, ice bucket, and no coffee maker. The next morning I had woke up and seen a cockroach crawling on the floor. The pool was green and unfit to swim in and it hasn’t been maintained at all. The rooms where very damp. And the rooms where not cleaned the bathtub was dirty and the towels were stained, we found blood on the linen and holes in the comforter. Abs the TV did not work properly.

We had reserved a room that the guest before us had damaged, so they upgraded us and took great care of us ‼️

Rooms were in need of good cleaning. Had a cold wind blowing under the door and window. Noise from the strip was loud. Lights shined in our eyes all night with the curtains shut. This place needs a complete makeover. The only good thing was the breakfast. The staff were very sweet!

Okay I’m not one to blast a company or a person without proof but without having installed security cameras in the room I can’t give concrete evidence of theft. But I can tell you I had a black case with all of my favorite makeup items (approx $45 worth) that I left in my travel toiletries bag that was there one night before I went to bed and wasn’t there the next evening when we got in. Needless to say I wouldn’t have been able to use the makeup even if it had been retrieved because Ewwww! Who steals and uses someone else’s make up? Now I COULD have used a safe to lock up valuables but this particular location has no such thing. I could also leave home anything I don’t want stolen but then I’d have to travel pretty light. We are supposed to be able to have some level of trust and respect for our property when staying at a hotel even if it isn’t one of the more expensive chains. Cost of room should not include more security. That should be basic.
On a side note if you want a room that has furniture you don’t want to sit on because of disgusting looking soil and stain marks then this is the place for you. We stayed in room 300. Great price but beware of the added cost due missing items during your stay.

Disgusting bathroom and we can’t even turn the light on in it bc it screams at you. Had to get new comforters bc there were stains on them. Trash behind the beds and along the walls bc whoever they have cleaning these rooms is to lazy to detach the vacuum piece and do along the baseboards and walls. The trim is tore up and doors are cracked and busted. The top decorative blanket that is only for looks is completely stained. Nasty place!

Exceptional hotel. Pool and hot tub were hidden gems. Rooms were modern and clean. Sandy at the front desk (i assume the manager) was absolutely top notch and very helpful. The owner was on site and you can tell they care about their guests. Excellent place to stay.

We were traveling and had an increasingly terrible experience with another hotel in the area. Besides all of that mess that I don't want to live though again. We walked in to a few other places and the only place that stood out for us in more than one way was the Quality inn and suites here on the strip. The lady at the front desk was absolutely a amazing. She very warm and welcoming. She even offered to give us a reduced rate because she understood the inconvenience we had all weekend. This was truly the best hotel that we have ever been to. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you sooo much!

Great inexpensive place to stay. As a animal lover I choice her to stay since my 4 legged friend was joining me for vacation. There right on the strip, in walking distance from everything. Great heated pool and hot tube. Breakfast was nice and hot eat morning. With friendly staff to welcome you and help you with every need. Nice clean inexpensive place to stay while vacationing in Branson. :)

Very nice staff! Only issue we had was that floor not carpeted and feet would turn black. Borrowed a swiffer and problem solved. Breakfast was good. Pool was heated and they had a nice hot tub. A little strong on chlorine. But still had good time.

Just checked out! Awesome hotel! We were greeted at check in by great lady, awesome customer service. Stayed several days, clean rooms, very nice, clean pool and hot tub area. Very nice variety for breakfast, although I do wish breakfast was until 11 for us late sleepers. Definitely will stay again! Thank you!

Service & price are great. Rooms you get what you pay for. TV service kept going out and wow can you hear other guests loud as day. Writing this at 1:30AM on a Wednesday night/Thursday morning. I can't sleep due to all the noise from other rooms. Can hear talking like it's in the room with me. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a good night's sleep.

Re-Review: Very nice staff at front desk. Hotel is nice for the price, staff is nice, food is good, room was clean, nothing to complain about other than the late pool hours. The pool hours and noise levels were advised upon check-in but we were not aware that it would be THAT loud. All in all it was a great experience. Other than the pool noise. Still awake Bcz I felt rude. Would recommend but bring ear plugs.

Exceeded my expectations. My room was freshly painted and the Pergo floors were very nice. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The breakfast spread was really nice as well: waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage cereal, bagels donuts and yogurt… all very fresh. Definitely felt like I got my moneys worth for what they charge per night. Very nice staff as well.

Staff was very friendly, bed was comfortable, and room was very clean, showers were hot and breakfast was very good and hot! It was amazing to have 4 cloud nine pillows on each bed. The beautiful waterfall fountain in the picture by the pool was one reason I decided to go with this hotel does not work, and was told would not get working due to electrical issues. The pool was always full of floating balls of hair. The pool is a lot smaller than picture makes it appear. Above the 8' end of the pool is a filter/box that is falling from ceiling and being held up by a rope or bungee cord which was leaking when it rained. The workout room consisted of a few items in which the tread mill is not working properly.

UPDATE: We came back to Branson for this Memorial Day weekend… Sandy was here and the atmosphere was greatly improved! THANK YOU for keeping Sandy around, she is the "heart" of this place. The other employees are very kind, too! Glad we came back. I upgraded my review to 5 stars from 2. Also, the breakfast was great! I know Memorial day weekend is busy, but everyone is so welcoming! Again, thank you! We've come here 3 years in a row and are glad we did not let the last experience (with one of the owners) keep us from coming back. (Also, thank you to the one who responded below. It was one of the reasons that we came back. ) Previous review: It used to be great, but they have new ownership now… not too fond of their attitude although Sandy (who was at the main desk) was a joy. I'd go back if she was there, but I wonder if they let her go as she was not there the rest of week and half that we stayed there. That would be a bad mistake.

Depends on your priorities… We got a two-room suite with a king in one and two doubles in the other. The rate was good. However, this is an old hotel. Rooms are accessible from the outside, and stairs (no elevator) and it shows its age. The carpet is old and makes the rooms smell musty. There is limited parking in front, and if you don't get a spot there (we did) you'll have to park behind down a slope with poor lighting and a long walk with luggage. The room faces the pool, and the filtering equipment was LOUD. But with the curtains closed and the a/c on, the noise was not noticeable. Beds were comfortable with newer linens. Toiletries were cheap, and room could have been cleaner. There were some coffee stains grubb should on the cabinet and a spot on the comforter. That said, the pluses outweighed the minuses, at least for one night. Temperature was fine with two a/c units, the front desk called to make sure everything was okay, the outdoor pool looked great (we didn't have time for it), and the breakfast! This hotel is built to an older standard. There was an actual kitchen, and a cook/waitress who made real scrambled eggs, pancakes, biscuits/gravy — more like a diner than today's typical hotel waffles and pastries. It was nice. :) And the location on the strip can't be beat — close to everything.

Poor customer service from Phil on the night shift. The TV didn't work, he said he didn't anything about it. It was a new system and he would send someone to our room. 2 days no one came. For $125 a night I think it was pricy for a 2-star hotel. Philadelphia non cha last attitude and sarcasm was quit overwhelming.

I noticed Black mold around the property. I've seen Bed bugs! And even ROACHES! Very old and leaky building. Some of the rooms have this smell to them That gets pretty annoying after a while. Most off the staff is friendly with the exception of upper management, who doesn't seem to have a clue. If your coming to Branson and want to have memorable trip… Stay somewhere else!

The beds and pillows were amazing, as was the shower. Also the air conditioning was nice and cold. However, one the doors between our rooms was broken, the shower curtain rod was hanging on by one screw and sagging. The floors in both rooms were damp and one smelled like mildew. Solid 2/3 stars.

My experience here was absolutely fantastic. My wife and I came in from out of town to spend our anniversary here and Zach the front desk clerk was outstanding. He went well beyond the call of duty to ensure that my wife and I had a pleasant experience. So far, that he even had his maintenance person put Happy Anniversary Mr. And Mrs. Ellis on the hotels marquee. Outstanding!

We have stayed at this hotel several times, and have always found the rooms clean, the staff welcoming, and the breakfast hot! Our kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool, and we love the close proximity to everything on the Branson strip. With a little updating, this hotel would be top notch.

Hotel beds are comfortable, room is nice but the whole hotel is needing a big remodel. It looks like the place could just fall apart… some new paint on the inside and a good deep clean would be very helpful.

Beware: IRBM booked our stay. We were placed in the Quality Inn on the strip in Branson. Our one request was indoor pool and hot tube. They have both, however, they don't appear to put much into keeping it up. The paint is peeling off the walls and the hot tub looks like it's been there for years. Most of the staff was kind and helpful until the time of checkout when I was never asked "how was your stay". Good thing they didn't! The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the rooms appeared to be cleaned well. The carpet transitioning to the tile was completely worn out and all of us tore holes in our feet on the tack stripes. (see photo on Google) Breakfast was good. However, they didn't have sausage any of they morning I was there. I believe at first impression looking at the check-in area, that's where they are spending their money and the rest of the property need some TLC. I don't think I would pick this place unless it was one of my only options.

A REAL disappointment. We made reservations through Branson Tourism office. We should have known better. It's 2:12 a. M. And we knew we had made a mistake when we drove onto the property. There is not enough space on this website to list all the issues with the room, to say nothing of the surly staff member I encountered. Stay a somewhere else.

2 words — BED BUGS! … Would not recommend this rat hole to anyone. We had to cut our vacation short cuz we were are up with bites and sores and had to go to the dr. Our kids were disappointed. Plus when we explained the situation to the hotel clerk named Cody, he refunded us only $50.00. Our bill was over $500.00 for 3 rooms/3nughts… Never have been treated like that. We are rewards members and stay at Drury, comfort, holiday and quality inns but have defianitrly crossed quality inn off our list!

Good service and comfort for the price. The ladies that ran the breakfast bar in the mornings were friendly and the food was pretty good.
