Staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. Really liked the shower head. I will note that I'm only 5'1" and I could reach the ceiling in the bathroom so I'm sure if you are an average to tall height male you may have to bend over to shower. It wasn't an issue with me, but I could see how that could be an issue for someone taller. Breakfast was good. I took off a few stars because of the cleanliness. I didn't notice until the day we left as I was getting my charger from behind the nightstand, but there was a leftover cracker on the floor from a previous guest. I never had any crackers in the room during my stay. I know the housekeepers have a ton of rooms to clean, but that tells me the attention to cleanliness isn't where it should be. I didn't use the pool, but it was green. Didn't stop other guest's kids from using it, but I thought that was odd. Overall decent stay, not great, not horrible. But ok.

What a great way to start off our vacation… on the wrong foot! My husband checked in to this hotel (after a 6 hour drive with two kids) which the front desk told him we didn't have a reservation, it was cancelled. When my husband provided proof that we did in fact have a reservation, they then said "oh well, sorry your reservation must have been lost. " Unacceptable — how is this our fault? They did offer a room with one bed that obviously they thought 4 people should fit because of THEIR mistake. We asked to be put into a room we had booked and they said they would give us a comp night (to be used any day during a 1 year period). HOW DOES THAT HELP US FOR THIS NIGHT WE ALREADY HAD BOOKED! After spending over an HOUR there, they finally agreed to help us find another hotel. Thank goodness for Super 8 in Branson!

Clean room, soft pillows and bed. Friendly, professional staff. Breakfast consists of anything from: cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, waffle maker, biscuits, white gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and pancakes with syrup. The Management plays an active role in the dining area during breakfast hours. They make sure the floors and tables are kept clean and the trash cans are emptied immediately when it gets close to being full. I would recommend this place to a friend.

This was the best value in our entire trip down to Texas and back. Excellent hot breakfast clean rooms comfortable bed. Great 2 day stay.

Good price, clean rooms, nice pool, breakfast was OK but have had better at other equally ranked hotels.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are what looks like in the process of being updated. New carpet, old comforters, that kind of thing. Nothing special about the rooms but didn't mind because we were there to shower and sleep. Water pressure is fantastic. My only complaint was the shower curtain and tub. The curtain draped into the tub so far you stepped on it while in the shower and it was severely discolored and slimy. The tub had a nasty brown ring around it. Breakfast was good and everything else was good. I would stay here again, with a cleaner bathroom.

One of our beds was shaped like a taco and they put a nice little surprise charge on my credit card for smoking in the room even though we did not. After calling them to get the charge reversed I kept getting the run around. Other than that it was a nice location and they allowed pets. So that was good.

Not bad decent breakfast. Our original room was dirty. Got stuck next to some oddballs that let their unclothed & shoeless kids run up and down the walkway screaming while they cheered them on.

Great deal! Got this on a priceline express deal and I'll definitely be booking this hotel specifically next time. The room was clean, walked across the floor in clean socks and they still looked perfectly clean after a while. Inspected the bed and sheets closely and it was spotless and very clean. No complaints about the bathroom, shower and sink worked well. Mirror was clean. Flatscreen TV and fridge worked. Room was on 4th floor but only had to go up one flight of stairs due to the hotel being on a hill. Breakfast included sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, hot oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, waffles, toast and bagels, cereal, milk, Apple and orange juice, coffee. The breakfast was actually really good which was definitely not my experience with another hotel in the area. For a basic hotel in Branson, you really can't beat this deal for such a clean room and good breakfast.

This hotel has a friendly staff, clean rooms, and a convient location all at a very reasonable price. Free breakfast too! When we go to SDC for a weekend getaway, this is our hotel of choice. Also, the rooms have recently been re-carpeted which was nice to see on our last visit. Don't let the cheaper price dissuade you — there is a lot of effort the staff puts into making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

This was our first time bringing our dog on a trip. They were great accommodating for her. Breakfast was a hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy along with the usual cold items. There is a waffle maker but it was set a little high and made them crispy like chips. Price was nice and we arrived on Christmas day.

We stayed for two nights, room was a bit dark and slightly dated. Everything worked properly and the mattress was comfortable. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. My understanding is there is also a new owner as of the fall of 2017. This is not a 5 star Hyatt, but a very comfortable, facility. We would recommend to others and stay here again.

Great front counter service and breakfast! We plan to use the pool later on our 4 day trip here in Branson :) I'd definitely come back to this motel!

It is a very beautiful hotel. The people are very friendly and accommodating. It's not in the busiest part of town so it's easy to eat get in and out of.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly desk staff. The pool is heated and comfortable. I'd definitely stay again when in town.

I would not stay here again. The beds were like sleeping on a concrete floor. I had to change rooms twice because the air conditioner was broke in two different rooms…

We stayed there last year it was so clean and wonderful. The pool was clean. The service was awesome.

Can not beat this deal. Free Wi-Fi, awesome hot breakfast, clean updated room.
