It's a very nice Hotel nice big rooms had an elevator nice and clean.

Immaculately clean rooms & facility! Bring your backpack and hiking shoes this hotel is a short walk to one of Bransons nature trails, Water Fall trail! Also is very kid friendly. Oh yeah almost forgot to mention it also has a gift shop! Thank You! I will be back soon!

This place is recently under new ownership.
We make our reservations a year in advance EVERY YEAR, and the day before we are to arrive… (the day before Thanksgiving) they call us and tell us they are no longer pet friendly! THE DAY BEFORE WE ARE TO ARRIVE!
I have never been so angry! and to make matters worse, " the lady who called said, " can't you kennel your dog somewhere?!?!
REALLY? We wouldn't stay at scenic hills Inn if they gave us the room for FREE!

This hotel feels and smells wet. Even the blankets in the room just felt wet. The walls and floors are also paper thin. Beds are rather uncomfortable as well. It was clean, and located well, but we won't stay here again.

The staff are friendly, and very helpful about the area! Also help with discount tickets to are events! The rooms are very comfortable, and CLEAN! The beds are very nice. The breakfast is complimentary, and the coffee is fabulous!

Didn't love it but for the price was ok. The beds kind of sagged and the bathrooms are tiny. Same biscuits from 1st day we were there. Food is just enough to say you had breakfast — but we chose to spend money on entertainment.
we got this deal with SDC tickets. Rooms are clean and smoke free so that's a plus.
I would give a 2.9 out of 5 rating.

Nice clean comfortable rooms. Did not make the morning breakfast but had some coffee which was tasty. Front desk lady who I assume was the manager was very nice. Will stay again when in the area, lots of run down places in town and this is not one of them!

Inexpensive yet high quality. The room we were in was nice and cool when we arrived, they let us check in earlier than the normal check-in time, the view was nice, and we could hardly ever hear outside noise. There are four floors in this hotel, free breakfast, free Wi-Fi without a password, a pool, and all rooms are accessed from inside the hotel. My only issue is that these rooms don’t have the manual flip lock mechanism found in some hotels that keeps even the staff out of your room. There’s the regular key entry access (the card is wireless) and a deadbolt.

Considering the price was decent I really expected the worst. I was PLEASANTLY surprised! Very clean! Great staff! Good breakfast! Best part, you can completely avoid the stop if you want to!

Nice place. Clean rooms. Beds are a little too soft. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very friendly. Will consider them again in the future.

I do not recommend this hotel. The place is clean enough. However, it is dated. The breakfast is lacking. I saw many guests walk in and walk back out. And to top it off… we left for the day, kept are air conditioning on the coolest setting, returned late in the afternoon after being out in 100 degree heat to our ac unit being turned to off. The unit took all evening to cool off… beyond upset!

This place is awesome I got such a great price with my package. Even the corners are clean. I'm kind of a corner freck so it's a big deal for me. The breakfast was so so. Wasn't anything fresh. Can fruit cold gravy hard biscuits I had to cut my pancakes with a knife. Service was out standing.

It's a small hotel but the rooms are nice the breakfast could use some tweaking.

Really good breakfast, and the rooms were clean. Wish they would have had an indoor pool though.

My family and I stayed for spring break it was good until I ended up sick and needed to leave 2 days early we checked out before check out time and they only wanted to reimburse us for one night instead of the two we’re missing out on. The front desk clerk was kind of rude about it not being 48 hours in advance. I get that rule but I was sick and there was no way I could tell them 48 hours in advance.

Room and hotel are clean. Beds could have thicker mattress and bedding. Breakfast is on the light side. Quiet, peaceful and away from main strip.

The hotel was nice. The compassion not so much. We had paid for 2 night stay for a girls weekend. Our first night one of us became sick. Took her the the ER in Branson. Was transferred to Springfield in ICU. Asked if we could get a refund on our 2 night. Wanted to be closer to our family member vs a 45 minute drive. Said they had a 48 hour cancellation policy. Would not refund us. I so understand rules. Rules should be able to be broken in Emergencies. Do want to brag on the girl on Friday night. She helped us find the hospital address in Springfield.

Great place to stay and the breakfast was wonderful. The "pancake fax machine" made perfect pancakes and the coffee was the best. Pet friendly for a small fee. 5 star reccomendation.

Loved loved loved everything about our stay at Scenic Hills Inn. The rooms were very clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful, loved the large flat screen TV… Their breakfast is beyond exceptional… hot pancakes, biscuits and meat gravy, fruit, bagels, cereal, good coffee, juice, Etc. But most of all, our fur baby Taylor was welcomed. We have already booked a room for next year. Can't foresee us ever staying anywhere else when we visit Branson!

Beds were comfortable and clean, and staff was friendly. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice! Breakfast was free, and the hotel is pretty centrally located. We had to check out a few days early due to things coming up at home, but over all a good experience!

Its a very nice place very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Clean and inexpensive. We like staying here although our room smelled mouldy. We eventually sprayed Lysol into the return air of the air conditioner and this lessened the smell. I still have a stuffy nose while in the room.

Recently I had the privelege of cleaning the halls and common areas at Scenic Inn. Bailey at the front desk was fanastic. Nina the owner was also a pleasure to deal with. Overall I was super impressed with the staff and their interaction with guests. Place is Immaculately maintained and very guest friendly! Highly recommend Scenic Inn when visiting Branson.

The rooms were clean, facilities nice, pool area was amazing, and the woman running the place is kind and willing to help travelers with anything. She even printed off tickets we had purchased online for us. I'd recommend this place to everyone. It was great!

The outside of this hotel is very pretty, I was first unsure of how I would like it once walking into the building from the back parking lot and noticing that there were no locks on the doors to get into the hotel. You didn't have to use your card to open a door except to your room. But I never felt unsafe so I guess that part wasn't to big a deal. The room had a funny smell when we first walked in but not bad just different maybe even a little bit of a cigarette smell. The TV was newer and the bathroom was clean (loved the heat lamp in the bathroom! Need one in my house) the bed was very uncomfortable! But I've slept in worse. Didn't get to enjoy the pool much but my boys seemed to like it. Breakfast was ok, the pancakes were good wish there had been eggs but that was ok.

The location is probably the only reason they're getting any stars from me. I enjoy staying away from the traffic when I go out of town, and they are for sure in the right spot for me. Other than that, I can't speak for all of the rooms here, but the one my family and I stayed in is WAY… out of date and it's in dire need of some T. L. C. The breakfast wasn't tolerable at all. So I had to swallow that loss and take my family out to breakfast vs. Enjoying what they offer here. My window to look at the scenery from this so called Scenic Hills hotel has tape over it to hold the glass together (no pun intended). All in all, I'll never stay in this run down place again if I'm ever in Branson. I hate to say this, but this is my first time giving a bad review and it's very well deserved.

Room was overall clean, but I found a shirt in one of the beds. I also had to report to the main office 3 times that my toilet was not functional before they finally fixed it. The pool was fun, and the hot tub outside was clean and comfortable. Vending machines were reasonably priced, and ice machines were available. Almost everything for breakfast was bad.

Rooms were clean and stocked with all the amenities. The beds were comfortable. I didn't feel like I was sleeping on a brick like some hotel beds.

Need to play good music in breakfast room.

Scenic Hills is in a beautiful location. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. It was also ready for early check in. The cleaners were excellent! The only complaint (s) I had are the jacuzzi wasn't open and when the tornado siren went off last night, no one came to alert us and we didn't know where to go.

It is easy to find, very clean and comfortable and affordable place to stay, it felt like home.

I enjoyed this hotel at first. We checked in around ten p. M. The night staff were very amiable. We had no problems until the next morning, when they rushed me out. My fiancé had left that morning, and forgot to pay for the night. Tammy, one of the employees made snide comments about me not being able to pay for the room. I sat outside with all my belongings for 7 hours until my fiancé finally returned. We paid for the night. And then the next morning, they did the same thing. Then when I went to pay for another night, the lovely Tammy told me that we weren't going to be able to get another room. When I asked the reason, she replied with a snooty, "you just need to get out. " I would not stay here for any other reason than they have the only heart shaped hot tubs in the honeymoon room. Poor customer service, poor attitude all around.

Over all it was amazing and we had a gr8time except the pool isn't su deep lol.

We stayed here over the Summer and it was a well rounded hotel for the price. The breakfast was really good especially the Cinnamon Rolls covered with Frosting. We got a Double Queen room for about $50 dollars. They sold tickets to local shows for a reasonable price. The service was excellent. And not to far away from the Strip (the busy section of Branson) but was quiet and peaceful. I would TOTALLY recommend this hotel for any of my really close friends.
