So far so good. Nice hotel, staff has been pleasant so far, clean rooms. We are staying here two nights then coming back for two more nights after a camping trip. Rooms have large bottles of pretty good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion. Not disappointed at all. However, couple of FYIs for anyone looking to stay. Not sure if it's all rooms or just some but our room only has a shower, no tub. Wouldn't be an issue for us except our 3 year old doesn't like showers. The floors are all bare with no carpet so would suggest slippers or sandals if you don't like walking on cold floors. Also, the rooms are compact as the hotel website explains so if you have small children it might be tight if you're going to be spending much time in the room.

We chose to stay at Tru because we are huge Dave and Buster's fans and it's right next door. It's a new Hotel so the rooms are still very clean and well maintained. The rooms are a bit small but we never felt cramped or confined. The service was great and everyone was very helpful and friendly. They have a Pool Table in the lobby along with multiple board games and even a "deck" outside to enjoy at night. We will definitely be going back.

Actually a good hotel but it is all reduced or optimized to a minimum. The bad thing is without any question the breakfast or that what they call breakfast. It is more bad-fast. It is the cheaper version of home2suits.

A very clean hotel with a super friendly staff. Everything here is amazing! Close to shopping and food, located next door to Bass Pro Shop, without a lot of driving or traffic. So thankful for the opportunity to stay here!

Great location for outlets. Brand new so no problems obviously. Digital key accepted for Hilton members.

Was exactly what I wanted. Room was a little small but I really don't care. There was a king bed and 55 inch TV so that's all I need. Will stay at Tru hotels from now on if I can. The gym was amazing: TRX bands, medicine balls, kettle bells, and bar. Pictures taken before I left.

Small room but very efficient design. Will definitely stay again. Oh and close to Tesla Supercharger.

If I could give this place a 10 I would. It's very inviting and the atmosphere and staff are truly amazing. The room was SUPER CLEAN and everything is so futuristic from the colors on the wall to the chairs you sit in lol. Melissa was the front desk lady and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the place. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place 10 times over and will be staying here Everytime we come to little rock from now on unless someone can top this.

This is a very different hotel. No closet, no desk, no coffee machine in the room. There is a refrigerator, but no microwave. The room feels like an IKEA display. It's very European almost hostel feeling. It's designed to get you out of your room and into the lobby. Great for families and kids. Breakfast is sparce, so beware. If you don't like bagels, yogurt, oatmeal and boiled eggs, your out of luck. They do sell other packaged food at the desk. This is a new hotel. The staff is very helpful and very willing to explain the concept. If you want something different stay here.

Great decorative insides, nice comfortable bed, the only flaw I experienced was no hot water which was not ok and no microwave the hotel is beautiful but they could do better with appliances and most importantly hot water no one wants to take a cold shower after a long day!

Perfect! Very new, you can still smell fresh paint and wood. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to everything. Within walking distance of the movies and tavern, several yummy food locations, and located across the street from the outlet. A must have… a mini fridge in the room.
