The customer service when we checked in was super friendly and attentive. We got two queen beds, Room was nice but definitely just for sleeping in… Not a lot of space. Kids swam in the pool which was indoor and small but perfect for just a few kids who can swim. I think it said max capacity was 12. Definitely not a lap pool or playing pool/super kid friendly pool. Both times we used the pool we had to ask the front desk for towels because they had none stocked and ready. Breakfast was good but they kept running out of coffee and didn't have a very large variety to chose from. Otherwise for a one night last minute stay it was clean and staff was friendly. Kids loved the pool and free breakfast.

The staff were very courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Really good coffee and breakfast buffet.

We had a 2 queen beds in our room. The place was very clean and a great atmosphere! The staff were friendly. We played in the pool (3-5 feet).

One of the nicer and cleaner la quintas. We love staying with them because of their pet policy. We can stay with our two huskies for no additional fees! Staff was very friendly!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was there 5 nights. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is the most pet friendly hotel I have ever seen. My dogs enjoyed being able to stay with me for the week rather than being boarded. One of my dogs is 70 lbs and they welcomed him with no extra fees or deposits. They have one entire floor reserved for pets so not to bother other guests. The breakfasts were great and the amenities in the room were perfect. I was there on business and hope my company always lets me stay at LaQuinta Inn when I am in Little Rock. It was an amazing week, thanks to their phenomenal services. I would highly recommend it.

Clean room, nice stay, great breakfast but they do not have usb ports in there rooms so come prepared.

New hotel, larger clean rooms with new extremely comfortable mattresses and bedding. Indoor pool and gym area. Pet friendly.

Professional staff. Breakfast was excellent. Environment was comfortable and safe feeling. The area seemed safe and plenty of restaurants surrounding. Nice area for our dog. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Pet policies differ slightly than is posted online. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Reservations need made before 3pm. Later than this and the rates change every 15-20 minutes. They go higher!

THEY ALMOST KILLED ME… LITERALLY! Let me start by saying that the night of our arrival was due to a trauma in which staying in a hotel was our only option. I was met by this massive smell of urine in the hall and a tick in our bed which clearly indicated the sheets had not been changed. We were destined to remain here for quite some time. Three months later, we were moved to a new room. Again, there was a tick in the bed. I tried talking with them about cleaning over and over again, but everyone passed the buck and assured me it would be taken care of properly. Short-cuts were taken at any moment one could get away with it and absolutely no reprimands were given. But, that's not what nearly killed me. I had noticed for quite some time that my pain levels were increasing and I began having new medical problems. My doctor could not figure out what in the world was going on with me as I had stopped responding to my pain meds and was NOT responding to meds to remedy this new, life threatening problem. And, then I discovered the truth. Entering my room one day, I noticed my drawer had been opened and I immediately checked my medications. I was missing massive amounts, but not only were they missing, there were different sized pills in the bottle. OH YES, they had been REPLACED with another medication. That medication was interfering with something else I was taking and it nearly took me out!

Clear, quiet, comfortable rooms; gracious staff who are both competent and friendly; and great hot breakfast every morning. Rooms are large, beds comfortable, mini fridge and microwave in rooms. I just can't say enough good things about this place. Oh, and the price is reasonable to.

Nice clean rooms. Close to several restaurants and a Wal-Mart, all within walking distance. Will stay here again.

This is, without a doubt, the nicest La Quinta that I have stayed in. As soon as you walk in there's a nice huge, beautifully decorated lobby that smells amazing! They had fruit infused water and sweet tea to drink as you entered. Check in was quick and easy by a friendly woman. The hallways and elevator smell nice which is good considering this is a pet friendly hotel. (I travel for work so this is my least favorite part of La Quinta but I understand how nice it works for those traveling with animals). The room was very spacious with a giant comfortable bed with equally comfortable pillows. The TV had a good selection of shows and the bathroom was very nice and clean with a strong shower! It's in the vicinity of a lot of restaurants (not really within walking distance) and I felt very safe here. Due yourselves a favor and stay here when you're in Little Rock!

Great staff and location. Hotel is very clean and well kept. Hotel halls are clean and no odor. Out room was spacious, clean, and odorless despite pets stayed in the room previously (my dog noticed immediately). Definitely will stay there again.

2 stars does not do this place justice. It's brand new, head to toe, and well done at that. Stay here if you can — well worth it.

Hotel was nice. But the night shift clerk charged us twice for the room. We had booked the room two weeks ahead of time and paid for it, then when we stayed she charged us again. The day shift clerk informed us she was new (apparently she needs some more training) but got it fixed.

This place is great. It is super clean. The staff was friendly and out pulling April Fool's pranks on the guests. The location was good too, we felt safe and many places to walk to.

We travel to Little Rock several times a month and always stay here. The staff is very professional and friendly. They remember our names and our room preferences. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The expanded breakfast is delicious. Chad is a great example of the kind of manager who can make your stay delightful. His staff makes you feel at home. They go out of their way to take care of all their guests whether two-legged or four-legged. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Little Rock!

I'm writing this as I'm laying in bed in one of the rooms at this hotel. Recently I've discovered that La Quinta Hotels have improved in so many ways and I had decided that it would be the only hotel I ever stay in because one, they're very dog friendly and two, they've impressed me with the amazing quality of the rooms, beds and cleanliness of the hotel. However, this particular La Quinta has fallen short of impressing me… I am paying a little over $120 for an executive king (what I ALWAYS stay in when I stay at a La Quinta) and this bed does NOT have a nice feather like quilt on it, but instead has a VERY itchy and uncomfortable mattress pad as a "quilt". Normally the pillows are soft and fluffy (what you'd expect at any hotel) … the pillows on this bed are as hard as a rock and as itchy as the mattress pad I'm laying under. Paying this much for a hotel room just for one night, I expect it to be comfortable and well worth every penny spent (as I have experienced in all of their other locations I've stayed in in the last 3 months). Had I noticed the mattress pad being used as a quilt before I got in bed, I would have gone to the front desk and asked for either another room or at least that they fix the bed. Being that it's almost midnight now, it's pointless to do so. Sadly, this La Quinta will be knocked off of my list of La Quinta's to stay in.

Nice hotel, clean and quiet. Had a very pretty woodsy view. Would definitely stay here again.

I am staying at this location as I write this. The room is clean bed are very comfortable. Internet works good. The problem is the pos staying on the floor above me are running around making so much noise I can not sleep. Sounds like a kids play room. Have called the desk couple times. They have done nothing as of yet. Next step is to go to the room upstairs myself.

Nice looking new hotel. They actually have firm pillows and good beds. The breakfast it's horrible. No one should have to eat this kind of breakfast. It is the same dreck server by other similar hotels, but that doesn't mean it's good. Additionally, the cooler in the pantry was out so there were no child sodas available and I had to walk to the hotel next door for that.

This was amazing, took a suite with jaccuzzi. This was extremely clean. The staff was very professional. The bed was simply the best sleep my wife and I have had for sometime. Overall I wish all my travel experience was this awesome. Thank you.

I would recommend anyone to come here! A+ customer service, everything is clean, comfortable & it won my heart with the jacuzzi and indoor pool! I will be here every time I'm in town!

Best hotel I have been to in the area. They need second person in the afternoon to help set up reservations and check people in. No way one person can keep up. Been back a few more times, always great service and rooms.

Mr. Andre Phillips was very cordial to my family and me. He worked expeditiously to satisfy our requests. The rooms were immaculate. I will stay here again.
