Loved it the woman serving us breakfast was a very sweet lady.

We reserved an accessible room with roll in shower. On check in we were told no rooms had roll in showers. Clerk asked if I had called. Uh no. I made the reservation online. Room has zero accessibility. No grab bars. I called the desk and she argued with me that the computer said it was accessible. I can't believe this mets ADA Bad enough as we could not shower. At breakfast the attendant was yelling on the phone about her Internet service. For 30 minutes! No coffee. No plates. No refilling food items. Will not stay here again.

Clean and safe. Bar, restaurant, convention and meeting rooms, completely up to date. Friendly staff even texted me to ask how my room was! Thanks Priceline for the rate!

Staff in both the hotel and Boston 's restaurant are fabulous with over the top customer service.

Don’t eat in restaurant guys in restaurants are rude, it took 1.5 hours to get food. Then it took 30 mins from start to finish to pay for it. Other than that motel is awesome.

I heard a lot of negativity about the place I don't know about the other rooms but mine was great.

Had a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel. 10-4.

I'm sure this will be a nicer place to stay once all the renovations are done.
the hvac unit in my room isn't working properly. I'm accustomed to setting the thermostat at home to a comfy 68 and try to do the same here but the unit's ac kicks in and I freeze to death.
I then put the thermostat back up and then broil.
just before bed I shut it off and go to bed.
Then there's the wicked smell emanating from the rooms being renovated. An acetone smell which causes headaches.
No microwave in the dining area isn't fun either. I enjoy oatmeal in the morning for breakfast but you have to go into the kitchen to get it nuked.
Nicer management here than over at the Comfort Inn.

Heated pool is freezing. We couldn't even get in. The rooms are nice but not clean fridge was full of old food. Verry nice staff and super close to the airport.

Could see a little wear on some pieces of the furniture but other then that all was nice and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and great television reception. The only annoying thing was the maids were knocking on everyone’s door this morning to see who was still there and who wasn’t. I had been hopping to sleep longer but that killed it. In all the years I’ve stayed in different places that was a first. So if you don’t want to sleep in this is a great place.

Older hotel but nicely updated. The rooms seem quiet and smell quite pleasant. The bed is comfortable and TV is great. I recommend this place if traveling to Little Rock and then flying out the next morning. They even offer shuttle service to and from the airport.

Nice place to stay. Very friendly people. Clean rooms and comfortably beds. I'll diffinetly stay here again.

I don’t normally write reviews but this is a great little hotel & great price. We ended up in a sweet suite room with a living area right next to the indoor pool. Beautiful decor & setting. Short walk up the hill to sister hotel with a great restaurant. Would definitely stay here again if we come this way.

My room had a door to a hallway and a door to the breakfast area. Went to breakfast thru the hall door, and the key didn't work when I came back. I had latched the security bar on the other door. They didn't have anyone that could get me back into my room.

Although I had paid online and even had an email receipt, the night clerk refused to give me a room unless I paid again. She was the rudest hotel employee I had ever encountered in my life. It wrecked my whole experience, and I have had it with Holiday Inn.

Rooms are fairly clean, but it is an old hotel, don’t let the pictures fool you. The one staff member I talked with at the desk was very nice. Room is definitely moldy, seems like it is in the A/C and can see it on the ceiling. Not so bad that I had to leave. But wouldn’t stay here again.

Not terrible but definitely not nice. Furnishings are somewhat updated and and lobby is updated but that's it. Pool is indoor and open by the rooms. It's all very loud and very humid. Mold growing on my shower ceiling, etc. Whole place needs updated. If the Holiday Inn up the hill is open, just stay there. It's all updated. I would have stayed there had I known this but this one looked good in pictures.

BRING BACK THE CINNAMON ROLLS! The room was comfortable and clean, even if a little small. Staff was ok. Not as friendly as they were 3 weeks ago. The guy at check in was not welcoming. But the lady at check out was great. Breakfast was good but the cinnamon rolls have changed and the new ones are not near as good as the signature ones. I hope this is not a regular item at all HI Express. Really not comparable.

Pet Friendly* We chose this hotel because of its pet friendly status. After seeing how beautiful the lobby was, I knew our room would be awesome. Pleasantly surprised by the keurig, we will definitely stay here again. Only pain point was our room keys failing multiple times. I originally gave 4 stars but had to immediately upgrade it to 5 stars after eating the *Free* breakfast. They had a large variety of meats, eggs, breads, biscuits and coffee. Many thanks to Vanessa, the lady that is in charge of the continental breakfast:)

Nice location close to the airport. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean, but had a few cosmetic issues.

Nice hotel and rooms. Breakfast was a little above other Holiday Inn Express breakfasts I had. Would recommend this one!

Conveniently located by the airport, next to a waffle house and gas station, the staff was nice and the room was clean. The continental breakfast was good and one staff member came around and picked up your dishes when you're done eating.

Excellent accommodations with breakfast included. The food included on the buffet was boiled or scrambled eggs, a veggie omelet, turkey sausage patty, pork sausage links, pancakes, toast, fruit, and yogurt. Shuttle to and from the airport is available. The room was clean, no debris in the parking lot, or in lobby areas. Boston Market is a short walk up stairs and across a parking lot. Waffle House is across the street, next to a gas station. Customer service was excellent, especially Brian!

Great place to stay! Clean comfy quiet friendly and helpful staff and last but not least a yummy restraunt up the hill! We look forward to going back.

Wonderful experience. The moment we arrived we were greeted by a friendly young man at reception. Our room was so clean and comfortable. The next morning we had to leave earlier than when the complete breakfast was to be out. The desk clerk asked if we could take a few minutes, she was sure there was something we could eat already out. We had a nice continental breakfast. They went above and beyond, I thought, to make our stay pleasurable! ’

Very friendly staff that go above and beyond to help. They are all so joyful and smiling so it makes your stay more enjoyable! The sweet lady that does breakfast is awesome! Rooms are nice and clean.

The room was really clean, the staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was so so but they did have a decent selection. I'd stay here again.

The common areas are beautiful but the room was a little small and strange. It had a door near the pool and another one on the other side into a hallway. Just strange. But everything was clean and the complimentary breakfast was really good. Oh, and give them a call for a shuttle from and to the airport.

Most helpful, courteous employees with a big thanks to Theo, Brian, and the lovely Miss Scarlett. I have stayed here three times, each time there were extenuating circumstances and these people took care of all requests. This is a clean, comfortable, old refurbished hotel. Their people make all the difference. Convenient to the airport. Normal breakfast. Eat dinner before you come.

Place is nice. Layout is not the greatest. And damn holiday inn. You guys need some better maintenance or contractors. This is not how u fix a shower curtain rod. I'm pretty sure this was a complimentary room upgrade for being platinum elite also.

Visually appealing and relaxing. The staff are some of the best I've encountered. No slacking on the pillows and the mattress made for a comfortable sleep. First floor rooms have front and back doors and all rooms face the atrium got a nice view. Last, the hotel shuttle is very accommodating.

Beautiful, clean room! The front desk guy, Brett, was very helpful and let us view the room before checking in. We arrived early in the morning after a long day of driving at a different hotel. Their rooms were disgusting and not up to standard. We looked across the street and saw the sign for Holiday Inn Express and were hopeful. Brett let us see a beautiful room and then checked us in quickly so we could get a good night's sleep. Breakfast the next morning was great and late check out was a bonus.

We really enjoyed the layout here and the indoor pool after a session in the gym. They have a nice breakfast here and the lady who works the breakfast area is delightful. The room service ladies are very nice as well.

Vanessa at the breakfast bar was very friendly and energetic. She made us feel at home! The breakfast was great with plenty of options for any eater. I'm traveling with family that ranges from age 3mos-70 yo and the accommodations were fantastic!

Serves its purpose as a quick in and out hotel! Perfect place to spend the night before a flight. Shuttle service, so you can leave your car at the hotel, and not have to pay parking at the airport.

Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was good. Tub wouldn't drain, so you get to stand in your own, soapy rinse water. Breakfast is the same, great breakfast found at every Holiday Inn Express.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful. Ms Scarlett the evening desk clerk was exceptional. Friendly, polite. The room was fine, nothing fancy.

This was an old motel before Holiday Inn renovated it, which they did an amazing job. While some old stuff lingers, such as the carpet, it is modernized. The first room had a mildew smell to it… so we switch rooms without any hassle. Standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast, although the pancakes machine was out of order. The staff is absolutely amazing! Great customer service! I like the enclosed area that once was outside. Only the couple of minor things previously mentioned are the reason they get a 4 instead of 5… if it was possible to give a 4.5, I would. I will definitely be staying here again when I am out this way.

Was parked in the parking lot while I waited on my wife's flight to land. It was a great parking lot. Nice and lit brightly. I felt safe.

The room was reasonably priced and conveniently located right off the interstate. The room was clean. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was good as well. The cinnamon rolls were delicious.

Had a wonderful swim after a long hot day. Been here a few times and rooms are always clean. Walk out from your room to the pool/atrium area.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms clean shower, and an indoor pool. Breakfast similar to HD Express but it tasted fresher and warmer than last night's in another HD Express.

This seems like an older hotel. Staff was super friendly and there was fresh popcorn in the lobby as a welcoming snack. Was a little disappointed that the pool was closed. The ice machine was broken near my room and I had to walk to the other side of the hotel to get ice. The room itself was mediocre, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and woke me up multiple times over the night with a clanking and banging sound every time it turned on. Bathroom was small but shower head was perfect height and had good water pressure. One thing I did appreciate from the staff was that they pointed me to the best parking spot and door number to enter through so I did not have to lug my luggage through the entire hotel.

Quick and friendly check in process. The free breakfast was relatively good. Our room didn't have a window, but the huge bed was a nice plus. We were concerned initially because the door to our room was right next to the breakfast area, but it wasn't an issue at all. I would recommend this hotel.

Not the most up to date Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in but it has all the typical amenities and a nice common area in the center. Overall I had a nice stay there.

We only stayed here for a day because it was next to the airport. It was obviously very convenient to the airport and about 10min. From downtown. The rooms were fine, the staff was friendly and the rates were reasonable.

Excellent experience overall. Front desk staff was very welcoming, friendly, courteous, and displayed utmost professionalism. Room was very clean, very spacious, and accommodating.

It was very quiet and clean. The airport shuttle was fast and courteous. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall a comfortable stay. It is an older hotel with some updates (not so much in bathrooms however). My colleague stayed on the side by the freeway and said it was very loud while trying to sleep at night.

It was okay. Thought there would be more features for spending 100+ a night. Also requested a late checkout but sleep was interrupted by housekeeping. Probably lack of communication. Not bad overall though.

The room was very clean and extremely comfortable! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The breakfast/communal area was gorgeous! The whole hotel looks and feels very nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom perfectly clean. I am very picky about hotel rooms and I haven't seen one lately that would rate this high. Thank you HIE! Oh and by the way, the free breakfast was expansive and delicious.

Just as expected for a Holiday Inn Express. Overall good stay with quiet, comfortable rooms. Good breakfast in the morning and friendly staff. For an HIE I was not disappointed.

My husband and I were on our way home from Nashville and stopped here because the outside looked new, the front entry was new and updated, super nice, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. However our room was old and out dated with very old carpet that obviously needs to be replaced or cleaned. The air-conditioning did not work and the room was extremely hot. The positive to staying here was the bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, fully stocked, free Wi-Fi, and breakfast area was nice, and the breakfast was included in our stay, although we didn't eat. I would stay here again, but only because of the staff and the bed was clean and comfortable. I would have to ask for a room with a new air condition.
